Viewed a truck with the purchase sheet from Quebec for less than 5 grand for the asking on the driver side sunvisor aahh. Don't know why I looked but was on the test drive just start looking in every thing I could reach. Also everything had a fresh oil under coat so how can I get a good vibe. Do it after certification or charge for it. Just not for selling. Lots of road construction in the area.

If I could give no stars I would. I was not contacted to approve work done on my car, and they went ahead and stuck me with a huge bill, Amir Rivzi was condescending and continued to smirk at me being emotional about the large payment. I will never go back here, I was very very unimpressed, also even after they supposedly fixed it, my car took four times to start and when I complained, Amir laughed at me when I was crying. I can’t believe this service if you can even call it that. I feel bad for the employees, hopefully they find better work!

no experience with this one. but if you seek help from omvic you might get your deposit back especially if he provided no carproof. + plus he might have a bad record with omvic which could help you resolve your issues.

Don’t trust there safety. Bought a truck here and there was no park brake pads in it. I spent $400 dollars in parts to fix it.

Beware of this dealer. I dealt with the president Amir Rizvi. I was getting financing through them and was required to put down $500 to put the application for financing through. I was assured by Amir that this was fully refundable. I could not afford the payments they offered and called Amir back to say I couldn't afford the car and get my deposit back. Without my permission he ordered the ownership for me and I was only able to get $250 back. Absolutely ridiculous as it was his fault for assuming I could afford the car payments. Also the two times I drove 45 minutes to test drive the car, I requested the carfax and never recieved it. Buyer beware.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! Amir, the owner, is extremely dishonest and rude, sold us a "safetied" truck that should never have passed safety. We had to return many times to have him fix many problems that he refused to fix so we had to pay thousands for repairs out of pocket. He did work to the truck without consent then attempted to charge us for it. He is a complete crook and should not still be in business. Please save yourself the trouble and stay away!

Beware of this dealership. Don't trust his safety , get your own done. I made the mistake of trusting him and should have listened to my gut. Now it's to late. I have to eat the repairs. Example.. front and rear brakes. Front right wheel hub and bearing and there's more. Once again buy or beware. Go buy from a well known dealer. Hope this helps

If I could give negative stars I would! One of my family members bought a car from here about a month ago. The air conditioning stopped working 5 days after pick up of the vehicle. Took in to Sami's to get fixed, got it home it worked for a bit then stopped working again. So yet again was brought back to Sami's where he stated that the blender motor was broke and needed to be replace. We decided to get a second opinion as he claimed he fixed it last time, but it "broke" again not even 2 day later. So we took it to a new garage and were just informed that the blender motor what Sami's told us needed to be replaced... wasnt even in the car. THE PART WAS MISSING. The new mechanic said it shouldnt have even passed the safety! STAY CLEAR OF HERE. NOTHING BUT TROUBLE! AND SHADY SERVICE.

Have been waiting forever to have a stuck ball hitch removed from a vehicle I am no longer keeping. Doesn't do the work, and then calls me up and gives me 1 hour to remove my vehicle from the lot or he's having it impounded. He also lost the keys. Real nice. Steer clear!

This one star means negative 1. I bought a car there and A/C is broken in 2 days. So, I brought the car and they asked me to pay half which is $300 to fix the A/C. 1 week later they are supposed to change the new A/C compressor but they changed used one and charged me $375 which wasn't correct. After 2 days, A/C compressor is broken again and brought it again. They changed used one again and it broke again. The mechanic also tried to charge me the labor fees every time even though it is their fault. It took 1 month to fix the A/C compressor there, and I wasted a lot of time and gas. Be careful everything works and nothing is broken in a few days.

I recently hit a deer with my car that I bought from sami Automobiles last year. When I went looking for a second car I didn't hesitate to go right back to sami's dealership. They sell good cars at a reasonable price and really know what they are doing in their shop. I feel very good about buying cars from this dealer and he is very trustworthy and honest and not fake like a lot of other sales man you find. I am super excited to be driving my second car and know I can drive away with confidence that I have a great car! 5 stars! :)

I don't event want to give them a one star.. I am giving them just because there is no negative option. They are frauds and lady work over there is so rude. I bought Mazda from them and AC was stopped working after two days I pick up the car. The owner asked me to pay the half of the money which was more than 300 to fix the AC and they charged me for the labor fee every time I visited there.They replaced with the used one and it broke again only after three days they fixed.... They eventually got that fixed after several services but it was horrible experience. The female staff brought children and yelled at them in front of me and that really made me uncomfortable. It seems like I am not the only one who experience this and this is the way that they take advantage from people..Please save your money

Bought a car at Sami Automotive recently. Feel this dealer is dishonest and do not recommend purchasing vehicles from this business. The car was purchased 'certified' and with a safety certificate. A few weeks later we noticed that the car horn did not work at all. Returned to have this fixed and was quoted $200 to fix it when it clearly violates safety rules. Dealer was uncooperative and did not fix the car. Not worth the hassle to deal with this outfit.

I purchased a 2004 F-150 from Sami Automotive in August of 2016 and I can say that I am very pleased with it. Other than a minor issue in the safety of the vehicle which was taken care of by the owner, everything was as stated. Additionally I purchased the vehicle at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Sami Automobiles. For those of you that are looking at these reviews and see a few bad ones, remember the many good experiences that no one takes the time to write about.
