Huge shoutout to Redline auto sales, I was looking around for a car and i was told that a new dealrship opened up in cambridge. I'm not a person who normally tries new things but now it looks like i will start to follow that decision, I have been to many other dealrships in my experiance but i have to say this is probably the best one ive ever been to, starting off with the stunning customer service, all employss are very kind and super helpfull, The nissan i had purchased from here was in very good condition and super clean, the car was like it was brand new, the cars price was reduced by a few thousand witch made it perfect for my price range. I highly recomend this dealrship even if your low on cash or you have bad credit, my credit was super bad but they treated me like i was a king lol, overall i would recommend this dealrship and once again thanks for the nissan, Thank you Redline, Adrian

The worse delar I have ever see the I bought a car from them the handel was broken I show it to them the promised me to be fix when I pick up the car they just glue it first day I pick up the handel come off I call them back the told me they order the pice and mondy will be done I went the told me no u have to talk to main office and the car smell nasty they didn't clean it just promiss nothing be done they don't deserve not even one star

I bought a 2011 Audi A3 from Redline and picked it up on August 25th, 2021. The salesman, Faraz, was very helpful and seemed genuine to me. He did ask that I leave a review after buying the car. Redline told me it had been safetied which included an oil change, brakes, and new rear tires. The Saturday after that, on the 28th, I noticed there was an oil leak from the car when I took the car to a relative's and it left a puddle behind. We tried to diagnose the problem ourselves, including my relative (who was with me when I bought the car) calling Redline and asking what they could do to help. He did not get any helpful response and the people who answered were rude. I ended up getting an oil line to the turbo replaced at another shop out of pocket, however even after that the turbocharger itself was leaking. Because of the cost of that I tried contacting Faraz personally and he told me to fill out a form on Redline's website, which the people my relative called failed to mention. The initial response I got from Sergey, a manager at Redline, was utterly unprofessional and included words in all caps yelling at me. At the end of that response they offered to pay part of the turbocharger replacement. After getting more details, Redline's offer was for only covering the labour, only at their own shop (which I clearly don't trust having done the safety), and only with a turbo they supply. The price they quoted for a "brand new" turbo was about half the price from other vendors I checked with. To be clear, the offer to cover some of the replacement cost is commendable, but I decided to take the car to a shop of my choosing since I don't trust Redline. I'm glad I waited to do the review that they asked for, and recommend people find another dealership over this one. I gave two stars instead of one for Faraz, and the fact they did offer to cover some of the cost even considering the strings attached.

My wife and I, both were pretty skeptical when searching for a used vehicles. Since we have had bad experience with some used car dealers in the past. Based on many positive reviews, we recently purchased a vehicle from Redline Auto Sales at Cambridge location. We are very very happy with the purchase, due to the fact that the whole team at Redline Auto is extremely friendly and helpful BEFORE and even AFTER the car been drove off the lot. We strongly recommend Redline Auto Sales to our family, friends and anyone. No worries, if you don't see your desired vehicle in the lot, they will bring in what you like. Since we trust that the customer satisfaction is applying to anyone walks to their door. The KEY TO NOTE that they will do what they've promised, never twist any wording (You know what I mean...). I bought a car from them on Monday, August 30, 2021. The car was advertised with a fully functional media system as in the screenshot below. When I bought car on Monday home the system didn’t allow me to pair my phone. The next day I called them about the problem, they asked me to use the help function on the website. I raised the help and got an email from them that they will look into it. A day passed and no one contacted me. I dropped the car on their lot on September 1, 2021 and they are now telling me to cover half the cost of the repair. The dealership has zero ethics and I am so disappointed. You can’t tell me that media is not a safety issue and make a fool of consumers. Edit: Changing the review to four stars since the car is now fixed after almost 4 weeks. Although I ended up paying half the repair cost, i deeply appreciate the new staff at the dealership who was very kind and respectful to me. Adrian was very patient and ensured that all the issues were addressed before I take my car home.

I found out about Redline through your amazing reviews online - definitely something you can pride yourself on. Despite all the positivity online I wanted to share a terrible experience I've had at your Cambridge location which is actually still an ongoing problem for me. I visited the location 2 weeks ago on October 4th and ended up making a purchase. The car had some problems but the salesperson helping me, Bev, assured me all of the major concerns would be addressed and corrected in inspection. The tires were completely bald and she said that I would definitely be getting "new tires" as the current ones would definitely not pass a safety inspection. The car was also in quite a rough state with very dirty interior, damaged seat belts and scuff marks all over the exterior which she assured would be cleaned and buffed out in the detailing process that Redline completes on all their cars. She seemed pretty honest and every concern I had her response was no worries, it will all be addressed in the inspection. I expressed that I needed the car quickly as I needed it to drive to my university in Toronto. She said that she would try to have it for Friday the 8th but guaranteed that I would have it by Tuesday the 12th at the latest due to the Thanksgiving holiday. I am a university student so I don't have any experience buying used cars. In hindsight, I'm not sure why I trusted everything this woman was telling me but that was definitely a mistake. I finally received notice that the car was ready for pickup on the 15th. Being 4 days late is not a major issue - I took the GO train all week so it's not like I was stranded but it's not a cheap way to get around. I arrived for pick up and the issues that Bev assured me would be addressed were definitely not addressed. The car was still extremely dirty with scuff marks and gross stains all over the interior seats. The car had at most a once over exterior clean and vacuum - not even well I should add as there was sand all over the interior. It was most definitely not "detailed" - picture attached for reference. The bald tires were replaced with used and worn tires which were barely above the tread wear indicator. When someone tells me that I'm going to get new tires I take it as I will be getting new, unused tires. I also checked the oil dipstick which was very dark and Bev herself said "yeah, that should probably be changed". I left the car at the dealership without the car because there's no way I would have bought the car at that price if I knew that was the state I would be receiving it in. I incurred expenses all week having to take expensive alternative transportation methods and will have to do so until all these basic issues and problems are fixed. To be honest I just want to be done with this experience. I asked for a refund on my $1000 deposit and the salesperson and manager are being extremely difficult saying that there are no refunds. What a ridiculous stance to take in this day and age especially when you completely failed to deliver on your promises. I'm a full time university student, I don't have a lot of savings, I'm incurring unnecessary expenses daily because I don't have a car. I just want my money back. Why is that so hard for you accommodate? I'm hoping this is something you can address because the management at the Redline Cambridge location clearly doesn't empathize with my situation. Despite the rainy weather, I still made a drive down here to purchase my new veloster. I traded in my old genesis and they offered me great trade in value, despite the high kms. Very poor customer service. The finance guy kept insisting that I can’t show or test drive a car without getting the approval. What if I get an approval and I don’t like the vehicle itself. The guy sounded very rude and was not at all welcoming, would never recommend anyone. However, Ankit over there was really polite and nice, he hooked us with a test drive, and I didn’t like the car anyways.

This is my worst experience ever. Don't buy any car from here. Their dealing is so bad and never ever give them any deposit before they providing you the total budget amount you paying for your car on written paper by the bank. Because when I went there and I like one of the car on which dealer commit me to finance on particular amount of interest and asked me to deposit $250 on the very first day for holding a car and after a few days he came up with different interest amount which was 5 times higher. Of course that was out of my budget so I cancelled the deal. Rather they refunding my money back,, they try to threaten me by saying we will charge you more and sending me a letter. Moreover they don't know how to speak with the customers. I try to call them many times but they just ignored my calls. They don't even deserve a single rating but without giving any we can't post any review. So for me it's a -10 GUYS DONT BE AFRAID FROM SUCH PEOPLE. IF YOU ALSO EXPERIENCED SUCH THINGS , File a case on OMVIC.on.ca( Ontario vehicle sales regulator) PLEASE SPREAD THIS MESSAGE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.

Want to spend $1500 on finance 'admin' charges? Then Redline is the place for you! We bought a car from them for $7300, then it turns out they charge $900 for their "tremendous amount of effort and money spent in getting approvals" (Sergey), on top of the $600 fee that is charged by TD Auto Finance for their loan services. When we asked where the $900 fee was listed as the sale price of the car was adjusted by that amount on the financial contract, they mentioned it was on the final bill of sale, which they neglected to provide upon receiving our car and we had to call and email to get it sent to us. Would not recommend Redline for your next car purchase.

When I asked to apply for the car I tested first they wanted 250 dollars, they said to cover there time to check credit, then after I agreed it was suddenly 500 . ???????????????? fraud people. don't purchase vehicle from here. A guy called Ankit sold us a car and took 800$ for insurance. one week after we bought the car we are having something or the other issues. whenever we called up for insurance, they say that issue wont be covered. spent 8000$ on car and 1300$ on repairs from last 2 months. When we called the showroom and asked to connect the call to Ankit. they denied to do so. they offered us to buy a new car and asked to trade this car with new one. number one fraud

Wouldn't trust there mechanics with my daughters rc car. We bought a hyundai elantra gt from them, the car had no oil to the point it wouldn't read on the dip stick and three out of five lug nuts on all the tires were lose, the car was supposedly safety before we received the car and if it was they don't care about the safety of the cars they sell or the people on the roads either.

STAY AWAY! Terrible experience as when the car was paid for and "ready" to be picked up a few small issues were not resolved, when I was assured by my salesmen Alim that they would be. Alim told me I can take it to their shop in either London or Mississauga on my own time for them to make the repair....super helpful when they were to do this work originally. Then my vehicle wouldn't even turn on to leave the dealership! Alim again assured me that the battery just needed a boost as it was sitting for a few days in the cold...when it was 12 degrees out in early November (I don't think Alim understands how battery's work)...and again when I questioned Alim if my vehicle would even start later that day for work he said it absolutely will. Well surprise, surprise it didn't start and I ended up missing 3 days of work before they had a solution for me as this was on a Friday afternoon and Alim had the audacity to ask when I told him the issue (as I had the car for less than 4 hours) if "I had bought the extended warranty" I was in complete shock. Needless to say to resolve the situation they ended up taking a battery from another vehicle in the lot for my car, as they refused to buy a new battery when with the missed wages I endured I easily could of myself. Then I noticed that the check engine light was on and the manager told me "thats because of the battery issue", they were fully aware of the issue but they hid it and I still have have issue with the check engine light as I got my own mechanic to review it and noted another small issue, again they hide stuff on you. All in all, I am sure someone else will have a terrible experience as this entire dealership is sketchy. Not once did anyone apologize for the inconvenience or missed work as they do not care. If you enjoy pain and suffering then this is the dealership for you! Reported this transaction to the Better Business Bureau of Canada.

We went and looked at a vehicle on July 10th, 2021 we were advised initially that the AC was broken and it would be fixed if we were to purchase the vehicle. We purchased the vehicle on July 19th and was assured the AC issue was correct/fixed properly. TODAY.... JULY 26th 2021.. not even 30 days later AC.. BROKEN....Absolutely sickening!
