I have always bought cars from big name dealerships. I always thought smaller lots would be a little more sketchy. Nothing could be further from the truth at Provincial Motors. The selection of vehicles here was really top notch. There were a few areas under the doors that need attention on the vehicle I am purchasing and Mike was adamant that he would make those repairs as well as making sure anything else that needed work was done before I pick up the vehicle. The office/building is clean and organized. Very professional. I never felt any pressure to buy. They have carfax done on the vehicles they offer so you know about the history of the vehicle and even provide you with a Warranty! I am really impressed by that. Can't wait to pick up my new ride!

My wife and I had a very pleasant experience with Mike. We bought a Hyundai Santa Fe XL. Very clean, and low KM. Mike was very thorough and documented all the work needed to pass the safety. He was never pushy, and very friendly to talk too. It’s clear he wants his customers to have a good experience. Mike even went as far as too call us roughly a week later, just to check in and make sure everything was well. I will recommend anyone looking for a used vehicle to check him out.

My son had been searching for his “FIRST” perfect truck for months - He found exactly what he was looking for at Provincial Motors - we called - made an appointment to take a look at it - Mike was more than accommodating, coming in even on a Sunday so my husband, myself and our son could all be there. We test drove the car- asked questions and said we would think about it- But, please let us know if anyone else was interested - we said we would even leave a deposit - Mike said NO NEED - take the time you need - NO PRESSURE! Love this way of doing business! Felt that Trust!! We did buy the truck :) Mike DID all he promised he would do on the truck - He even purchased headrests for it AFTER we had already paid and owned it but, realized 2 days later that they were missing! Love this guy and place - not to many establishments like this around anymore !!!!

Had trouble with my front air suspension on my 2017 Dodge Ram Rebel that I purchased from Mike (owner). I called Mike and explained my issue. This truck is my daily ride and the Dodge dealership, which I do not want to name, seemed not to care but gave me an open date a week later to look at my Ram. Mike understood my situation, came to my house, looked at my Ram, assessed the issue, left, came back and replaced the fuse and 'voila' it worked. Unbelievable customer service!!! This is what the world needs more of, people who actually care. Thank you Mike

I bought a truck off the lot a few months ago. The process was quick and professional. About a week after buying it the ABS and traction control lights came on. I called the dealer and left a voice mail. He returned my call immediately, I brought the truck back in and the issue was repaired right away at no cost to me. Sometimes these things happen a censor goes without warning, but the professionalism shown by everyone the dealer/mechanics etc in getting the issue corrected was great. They stand behind their products.
