I also don't recommend this place, considering that Ben is very unpleasant to deal with and his cars are in questionable condition. If you're going to treat your customers badly, why bother operating a dealership?

Used car dealer - what you expect . Certified- hmmm - who is certifying them? Zero after sales support. Problems unresolved. Just be cautious and have a real mechanic that you trust to double check before you close the deal . $3k in repairs - so far - in getting the car right. Tires (replacing cheap Chinese made- scary ride) , completely destroyed control arm - now front left bearing and all wheel alignment . Hope this ends soon. RESPONSE - my only point is to provide advice to anyone dealing with your dealership is to have an independent safety prior to making final payment. Your licenced off site mechanic safetied a car that after less than 100 km's had a control arm replaced that was the worst condition my mechanic had ever seen - no way safetied properly . What else was missed/over looked in the name of cost savings/profits ? I get it - used car - buyer beware, but It seems the term "hot safety " is still applicable. I'm over $3,000 in repairs just to get the car as it should have been and safe to drive. You can blame the outside mechanic all you want - they are your choice to deal with because inexpensive for you - and they know your expectation of fast and cheap in order to keep your business .

Bought a 2010 Ford Ranger. I give Payless a 3/5 for a couple reasons. The posted Kijiji ad did not mention or show pictures of the rusted out truck bed. Clearly they did this to avoid detracting potential buyers. This did not sit well with me, it shows a lack of transparency. I am very mechanically inclined so when I went and inspected the truck, I say the rust issues. Some people may not have been as lucky. Behrouz was a nice gentleman to work with and was kind enough to take me on a thorough test drive. We made a deal for $300 lower than asking, stating I would fix the rust, so i bought the truck. They offered to fix it for original asking price, but I do not think they would of done a proper repair job considering the amount of work it ended up needing. This was again misleading as Behrouz played it off as only needing repair in one area. I ended up repairing the rust myself but it took 2 fulls days to cut out the rust, weld in new metal and paint. THREE major sections needed repairs and an entire bedrail support needed to be rebuilt. This would of easily cost $600-800 at a shop. ***Edited*** Discovered more MAJOR rust. So for that I am lowering my rating from 3 stars, down to 1. The entire rear bumper needs replacing, that's an additional $400 bucks.

Went to look at a 10 year old car with a manual transmission. Was sitting in the car less than 15seconds when the owner insulted me and told me i dont know how to drive a manual. If the insult didnt talk me out of the sale then trying to pass off a car that had an intermittent ABS light and Airbag lights as a good car when it ran rougher then my 20 year old car does, definitly did. Id avoid this place.

I can honestly say that if you are looking for a good quality certified and clean vehicle at the best price this is the place to go. Cars are nice. Service is to be expected. I have some issues: 1) Thanks for the free underspray (that I didn't ask for), next time, make sure it goes UNDER the car. 2) DO NOT promise your customers the world and then do literally none of it. - mentioned a hole in the moulding below the windshield. Owner said it would be patched. It was not. - missing bolt cover for hubcap on passenger rear wheel. Owner said he'd find a replacement. He did not. - Advertising vehicles with feature that do not exist/are broken, refused to fix for asking price (Honda Civic with no AC, advertised with. Had a small discussion about it, straight up refused to do ANY work.) While I can't complain about the vehicle I purchased, I won't be recommending anyone go there. Don't promise your customers things you won't back up.

Also, most of their cars are priced really well and they will always go out of their way to help you with something. I have gone back many months later (car is not under warranty) and they have fixed the issue or have helped me with any issues I have had.

This is a great place with great service. I'm new to the city and needed a car and Mr. Bayani set me up with a car without any hassle. I couldn't get a bank-draft (their recommended payment method) quickly enough since I use an online bank and he was very accomodating and worked around it. I'm set up with a solid 3-month warranty for this 10-year old car and I've got no regrets. It runs smooth as butter even 2 weeks after the purchase, and I'm looking forward to using it for years to come.

I have never had such a negative experience purchasing a car in my life. I do not believe a 'safety' was done by a qualified technician, nor were the few repairs on my car shortly after I purchased it. The 2007 Chevy Optra I purchased 2 months ago is headed to the junkyard. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
