I received an email from a staff member (Shanna) letting me know that they could help get me into a larger vehicle(my vehicle at the time was a 2020 Kia Rio. Nice but small. I’m 6’3 and it just fit!). I wanted to hear what they had to say and see if they could possibly reduce my interest rate(was at 23%!). I was told that the manager (Steve Kruzic) would get in touch and he did before the end of the day telling me he had really good news for me. I talked with Steve the next day. He had great news for me! He was able to lower my interest rate to 2%! I thought to myself “Wow!” . I thought it would take me forever to get a rate that low. Now, I drive a 2021 Kia Sportage and I only pay an extra 10 bucks a month! I’m ready for winter now! Thanks again Steve for all the work you put in for me. I sure do appreciate it!
