Seeing Peter on my way to work this morning reminded me I should leave a good review; I bought my Ford Ranger from Peter Groh and let me tell you the transaction was flawless and as easy as can be. The truck I bought from him has also been amazing. Owning it for just over a year now I can tell you that I’ve had no issues what so ever. When I first bought the truck I had an issue with the e brake cable sticking (a freak occurrence) however Peter took it in and had it fixed up the same day and without questions asked. I’m extremely pleased with the service and the vehicle I bought from him. Not to mention he threw in a free tonneau cover with the purchase, it wasn’t new or in perfect condition but it was the thought that counted. Whenever I look to buy something else in the future you bet I’ll be checking in with Peter at Groh Motors to see what he has for me.

My vehicle needed rear brake work done to pass safety, Groh Motors did the work, but didn't lubricate the calipers. 5 hours after new brakes were installed they had locked in an odd angle and needed fixing. Being later in the night Groh Motors was closed, but I needed my vehicle, so I had another shop do the repairs. I talked to Groh afterwards about it and got nothing but excuses and distraction. They refused to even consider compensation, or look at the trouble area. Groh Motors does not stand by their work, and doesn't care if it's any kind of quality. I suggest to anyone looking for a decent shop, to look anywhere else.

Peter was straightforward and honest, and made it very clear from the start that communication was key for finding a new car. After weeks of trying to deal with big name dealerships and getting pushed around into cars I didn't want, it was incredibly refreshing to have a gentleman who genuinely wanted to me to enjoy the vehicle I was going to be driving. He worked closely with me to get financing taken care of, and was even willing to stay open late the day of pickup due to an accident on the highway delaying my arrival! Just so I could have the vehicle in time for the holidays. The car drives like a dream and is barely used at all - I love it and it matches my personality so perfectly. Thank you to Groh motors for helping me find a great vehicle quickly, something all the other dealerships promised but couldn't perform!

I bought a car from Peter a little over a month ago, and it was a fantastic experience. He did not belittle me (as many other car "salesmen" did throughout my search). This was my first time buying a car, and he made me feel comfortable and respected. Other companies were trying to upsell me from the moment I walked through the door. He is a trustworthy person, and does his very best to make sure his customers are heard. He was transparent when telling me about the car, and was helpful in guiding me through the experience (since again, it was my first time buying a car). Will definitely recommend Groh Motors to others and will be buying my next car from him as well.

Purchased a truck, exactly what I was looking for. Less then an hour later the brakes started having issues. They Said to bring it back suggesting they just needed some oil. worked fine for a few more days. Same problem. Took it to a real mechanic who said two calipers needed replacing and two discs where shot. Mention to Groh Motors and nothing. Needed new tires 3 months later and the e brake is also in need of repairs Their vehicles are suspect. Prices are higher than most dlrships. Customer service is ok. Not a good mechanic. Have your mechanic review your purchase before you put cash down.

Bought a vehicle from here a few months ago. Originally when I bought it. Perfect truck but after a month(when warranty voids) my breaks seized. Took to mechanic and they said no way it shouldve passed a safety. My stupidity for not getting it checked but for what I paided wouldnt think youd have to worry. Wouldnt recommend.

Well, Peter Groh comes through again. The last truck I bought from him got hit and written off. I called Peter and within days he went shopping for me and found what I was looking for. One small item need to be repaired and I have wheels again. Another very nice truck, another great transaction and a satisfied customer. Highly recommended.In my search for a new vehicle I ended up at Groh Motors. Peter had just what I was looking for at a reasonable price and we struck a deal. I enjoyed my new truck for several days before it developed a small problem. It took several attempts to diagnose and repair the problem but Peter and his team were patient and accommodating. Eventually the problem turned out to be a broken wire in a connector. Problem Solved and I'm pleased with my new vehicle. What a fantastic experience! Our daughter is smiling ear to ear over her new 2009 Ranger Sport. I found the ad on Auto Trader and contacted Peter about the truck. He answered everything i asked and we scheduled a viewing. The no hastle, no pressure we experienced was amazing, we felt very comfortable, and made the quick decision it was a deal we couldnt pass up. I bought an Elantra wagon from Groh Motors last week and found that Peter was very honest and trustworthy. He went above and beyond when it came to the safety check on the vehicle. Every issue with the car was fixed properly and he went the extra mile and had a wheel alignment done even though it is not required for the safety. Overall it was a pleasure to do business with Peter. none of the games and high pressure tactics you may experience with many other car dealers. Groh Motors is owned and run by a gentleman named Peter. He is a nice and honest man and didn't push at all to make the sale. I am a very skeptical customer and I take my time to make a decision. I was looking to buy a 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited that he had. The car was in perfect condition and he disclosed all details about it. Still, I wasn't convinced until I had a 2nd opinion. Peter let me take the car for 3hrs to my own mechanic in Kitchener. My mechanic said it was a great buy, he confirmed that Peter had put brand new brakes and tires all around and that the car was in excellent running condition. Peter and I settled on a fair and reasonable number for the purchase, he handled all of the licensing and I was able to pick up the car, plated and safetied within a week. I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase and with his service! I would recommend his dealership to anyone who wants a quality vehicle for a reasonable price!
