So we purchased a Rouge a few years back and then had the dealership put on new plates for us. For some reason in the past 6 moths our plates started to peel and fade, SO my husband took some tools with him and went to Service Ontario to have them replaced....He came home shortly after without the new ones saying the threads were stripped and he could 'nt remove the old plates....So he called your service dept. and asked to make an appt. to have the screws removed (as it was your service dept who put them on)...he was told that we would be charged to have this done...REALLY...are you kidding me...YOU put them on....I told him I would go to your dealership but he said no I will find a way...so with the help of our mechanic neighbour they accomplished the job...We are leasing this car and have another year and half, so not real sure we will be dealing here again....very disappointed in your customer service...

Called due to my car's passenger seat & airbag light not turning off. Brought it in for a diagnostic. 1.5hr later, the service centre receptionist comes to me and tells me that it'll cost $3,717.45 to replace the seat due it the lights turning off and on sparatically. She then said they would need the car for 5hr... 5hr to replace a seat... It's 4 bolts and a connector cable, that shouldn't take more than 5 to 10 minutes. I looked at her in disbelief. We bought the car in August 2020, it's a 2015 Versa and it cost $8000. How does a seat cost half the price of the car? I would be better off just selling the car as is and getting something new. I explained all this to her, and all she could say is that I can get the seat replaced or buy it at a junk yard and press my luck if the seat is in good shape... A seat from the junk yard would cost $200, and that's model/trim specific. Needless to say I left very unhappy with this. They reset the sensor and guess what... The lights have yet to turn back on and I drove it quite a bit afterwards. So I'm being told to replace a seat, that in reality, didn't need to be replaced at all. Those are some f*cking crooks if you ask me. I'll never do business here ever again.

I went there for oil change of my Sentra 2017. After that I was driving home and was about to merge with the highway and I accelerated and suddenly the speed was reduced to 90 km/h to 65-70 km/h. I was so panicked and the traffic was coming. it was so dangerous situation and very risky which might lead to big and horrifying accident. Somehow, I managed this time but again after 2-3 minutes, it happened again and again. The moment before changing the oil, my car was working absolutely perfect. I drove their service station and there was no problem. They have done something wrong while doing servicing of my Car. I thought that I should inform them about this issue. So, I called them and they gave me an appointment for a full diagnosis a week later. I mean you guys are serious? How can I drive for another week with this condition? They should solve this on the same day or next day.

My Mother took her Pathfinder here because the AC had stopped working, I look after her vehicles and requested she take it here to get looked at. My Mother is not knowledgeable in vehicles. They looked at the car and figure a switch was broken (<$100 part) and then quoted her 10 HOURS to have it installed, she called me and I told her we will go somewhere else. The Service Guy (She believe his name was Sam) then proceeded to tell her she should be looking at a new vehicle because hers is getting old. (She owns a 2009 Pathfinder, just over 100k on it, In great shape) As I get home and talk to her about it, Greg Vann calls saying they have made a mistake on the quote and now they quoted the job for 5 HOURS. This was extremely frustrating because clearly they were trying to take advantage of my mother. Something I would not suspect Greg Vann to do but here we are. I suggest going to a different Nissan dealer as to the Service here is untrustworthy and unethical.

Definitely a great place to buy a car! We bought a Nissan rogue almost a year ago and the process was so easy! When deciding on what SUV to buy we went in to a lot of dealerships and this one was hands down the best, I'd recommend going there if you are considering a Nissan. They aren't pushy and give you space when deciding. We are still in love with the Rogue and if we decide ever to get a newer model this is the place we will be going to!

I only owned and drove my "Nissan certified" pre-owned/used car for 1 week to later find that there were major issues with its charging performance. Clearly, the "certification" they say they do on pre-owned/used cars isn't much because I couldn't safely drive the car I just bought. I brought my car in to have it serviced trusting that the problem would be resolved. 1 day later after picking it up, I started driving the car to work only to find the problem wasn't resolved; my car wouldn't accelerate on one of Canada's busiest stretches of highway! I could've caused an accident! I don't recommend anyone buying or having your Nissan serviced here.

I stopped coming here because I was told I needed a new battery when it was tested and I still started in - 20. The car was one year old. HORRIBLE INCOMPETENT SERVICE department! I have had my new Nissan Rogue in multiple times about the same malfunction issue right from the start. They keep my vehicle for days and tell me it's fixed only for me to have the same issue days later! The staff is indifferent and unapologetic. Also their SERVICE RATES are way over inflated, much more than other dealerships. Save your time and patience and avoid this place at all costs.

They let me decide by myself I came to there second time to see the car. My sale man name is Wayne in the frist time weren't there, other sale name is Cam sevices me so nice. I bought my Nissan Quest in 2011, and have to say I enjoy beyond excellent service each and every time I brought my vehicle in for check ups and oil changes. And I rely on the Shuttle Service as I am located outside of Cambridge, so I can get back to work and get stuff done instead of waiting around. Service is such a huge factor for me when I invest in a vehicle!!

Do not take your car here! Went here to get a key made for my car and they tried to scam me out of several hundred dollars in diagnostics fees, and claimed that my key was incompatible with the car. I went to a real locksmith and he had no problems using the key I supplied. To make things worse I got my car back in several pieces and was told I would have to pay another hour of labor to get my car back the way it was when I brought it there. Upon closer inspection I noticed that they broke the interior pieces surrounding the interior column and were very unapologetic about they just said "that's what happens on 15 year old cars". Hope these scumbags get what they deserve.

Do not buy a vehicle here especially one that has a cvt transmission. My pathfinder has gone through 2 transmissions in 109153 kilometers. Oh and I don't tow anything. They refuse to recognize that their cvt transmission is faulty. I received no assistance from service staff. The most recent experience I was told by John in service that they could not install my new transmission because it was purchased from Nissan Brantford. I have confirmed that was not true and they could have performed the work. If you enjoy getting the run around and don't care about the quality of customer service especially the entire service department then this is the place for you!

I bought my Nissan Brand New 3.5 years ago. Yesterday it started to drive different, no lights went on to indicate a problem but I took it in right away to see what the problem was. I found out today that my transmission needs to be replaced, after 3.5 years and 150, 000km the warranty is up so they won't do anything about it. Strange how in the U.S. the warrenty is good for 100, 000 miles which would be 160,000km and in canada the warrenty is only good for 100,000 km.The car is not even worth me paying $5000.00 for a new transmission based on the balance owing and what it would sell for. I am extremely extremely disappointed with Nissan and won't ever buy a Nissan again as it seems very unreliable based on my personal experience. Do your research before you buy a Nissan Sentry and the quality of their transmissions and the issues that arise in most Nissans.

I had to take my car in for recall work. The work was completed in the time specified. They called with some recommendations of other work that could be done which I declined and that was ok. They don't provide shuttle service so if you have to take your car in and leave it for any length of time be sure to arrange alternate transportation. So far there have been no further complications with the car.

Sales person was of no help. When we asked him about the Rogue he literally just pointed us in the general direction of the car and told us to go look at it, while he leaned on another car and stared into space and offered no input on the car we were interested in. He didn't make any ffort to make a sale. Wear a suit if you plan on buying from here as they judge you on your appearance and will treat you based on how "Rich" you look. Ended up buying a CRV from a Honda dealership and couldn't be happier.

I was there as a service customer. Turns out I needed a rad replaced. They shopped a bit to offer me a lower price on an expensive radiator and at the end of the job they came in under the price they quoted me. Very bad experience with service department. Dealt with rep Donald - look through the reviews here to find out more about this guy. I was lied to and they were counting on me not knowing anything about vehicles. I would not recommend going here unless you are ready to question their recommendations and refuse work. Leasing department gave me a bit of a run around, but got the job done. Bad service experience safetying 3 year old leaf. Was buying car out at end of lease, the rep asked if they could safety it in house. The car then failed safety as it "had less than 1mm of pad life left". They said it needed front and rear brake service + new rotors. I questioned them and asked for pictures as the car has less than 50k on it and is electric (much lower brake wear). In addition, the brakes have squealers on them that would have gone off way before 1mm. The rep changed his story and said it was less than 4mm, and he read the report wrong. He said it didn't actually need rotors and the back brakes were fine. He then said there was a stuck pin, but they wouldn't free it without a full brake service. I asked them to take it down (paid $150 for them to look). Once down they said they freed the pin anyways but still wouldn't safety. Took it to Otts in Hespeler, no problems found and they safetied. When asked about the brakes they said there was plenty of life left. Car did not need rotors, front and rear brakes were fine. Stuck pin lead to some uneven wear in the front, but lots of life left after freeing. The rep changed his story many times as I questioned him. Do not take the service department at face value, get someone trustworthy to look.

My experience is mixed here which is why I gave it 4 stars, one sales rep ruined it for me while another brought it back up. The first time I went in I wanted to test drive a juke, the sales guy wouldn't give me the time of day even though he was just sitting in a cubicle because it was getting closer to the end of the day, it was 330 and I belive they closed at 5, I think his name was Ryan Kelly, don't quote me on that but it's something similar. He asked if I was going to buy it today, I said I don't know I'd like to drive it first, he wouldn't try to find one with the options I wanted, and told me I had 5 minutes. So I left and the next day went to Oakville and bought one. A few years later I wanted to trade it in so I gave Greg Vann Nissan another shot and this time was dealing with Wayne schill, he was great, and he gave me the time to make an informed decision about my next purchase, they gave me a fair trade in price for the juke. And got me the exact trim, colour and model car I wanted.(which had to be shipped from bc).

But last time I went while I was waiting for oil change was looking at a yellow 370z and a sales rep approached me and was a bit rude and talked like I couldn't afford this car. Terrible service. They give you one price to make appointment and bump it up claiming it was a mistake. I don't see a reason why a client should pay for their mistake. If you make mistake pay for it. I waited a week for appt, arrived and had to cancel due to price. Called manager he completely disregard me and the problem. I told him I used their services for years and i will not come here again if he will not take care of it. His response was....'thank you for letting me know' !!!! That was his response.

I walked in to look at the Rogue, guy asked if i need help, i said i'm just looking, it's on my list so i want to see it. he left me alone for 5 minutes and then he started, saying he own one, it's the best vehicle on planet earth, better than all the rest. I told him, I've wn a 2004 murano and din't like it but i'm hoping the new rogue will drive nice as i do like the styling and price seems decent but i'm still concerned as i didnt have a good experience with the murano. his response was, that he also owned a murano and it's was also the best especially in the winter. i said, i felt too heavy and under powered and in the winter, it did drive good but stopping with all that weight on a slippery surface was kind of dangerous from my experience. He said, nissan has the best, price, reliability, styling, handling, quality, everything, lol. this guy was a wacky, he couldn't get it through his thick skull that, i have owned a nissan before and was just hoping this one drove better. and looking for a good deal for me and my family. He seemed kind of rude, with his body language and assuming he could just say all kinds of crap and i'd eat it all up. i've owned a nissan before, and the only reason i'm looking at it, is to see if improvements have been made, what i really wanted was a subaru, mainly because i know i won't have any problems with it and they are nice to drive. still looking into the nissan rogue if i can't get a forester but it won't be at this dealership even though it's so close to my home.

While signing the paper, they promised to have my car ready within a week and it took one full month, full of numerous phone calls, email exchanges and still continuous delays. I always like to support local and that's why I've been taking my SUV to my local Nissan for all the regular service packages and oil changes. Very bad customer experience with Service Department. Took my Nissan Altima 2013 for A/C diagnostic on August 4th, 2021. After diagnostic is done, claiming A/C compressor is not working and needs to be replaced = $ 1762 + tax. Advising me also to replace transmission oil, spark plugs, wiper blades etc. Refused work to be done by Nissan Service Department and went elsewhere to fix A/C compressor. Cost for diagnostic $ 180 + tax. Going by Nissan Service Department expertise and diagnostic, compressor was replaced, however that didn`t fix the issue. $ 1300 didn`t solve it. Guys at Quality Lube and Tire on Old Highway 6 ,found out that connector that goes to condenser had a faulty wire, thus causing compressor not to “kick in”. My old compressor was in good working condition !!! Nissan Service Department misdiagnosed the whole thing. On August 19th, 2021 went to Nissan and spoke to Service Manager Steve. In polite manner I explained what happened but didn`t want to hear about it.It`s not our fault type of thing , not willing to rectify cost. Something that could be easy fix – which it was, replacing connector, At the end of the day Steve offered me, because I was a nice guy a “free oil change” No, thank you! If I could give 0 out of 5 I would. Shame on you Greg Vann Nissan Service Department for your business practice only to make money, not to help your customers!!!

I've been a customer of Greg Vann Nissan for over 10 years and have always had great service. Went in for my regular service last month and they were totally prepared for Covid 19 issues and had separate waiting areas for customers and barriers to keep both customers and employees safe. I waited for my car as I'm from out of town and the service advisor kept me advised several times throughout my stay. Car didn't take as long as they had estimated which was great. Great service and professional staff.

Called around 12pm to get a quote on a part for my transmission that needs to be replaced. I spoke to Andrew who put me through to the parts departments voicemail twice, without confirming there was someone on the other end to receive my call. I then had to call back through reception 3 times for service within the first 5minutes. After he realized he would have to help me he quickly jotted down the information and said he would call me back. He did not call. I ended up calling him back at 4pm and he said he was sorry they were extremely busy. He then proceeded to tell me that they could not repair my car that my entire transmission would most likely need replacement. Approx $5000.00. At this point this is the second time Greg Vann Nissan has let me down over the past 4yrs I have owned the car. Since that conversation I have spoken to another Nissan location that said it would be about $870 to replace the broken part including the part, reprogramming and labour. I would be on my way with my car in about 4hrs give or take. I just want to ask the owner/manager of Greg Vann Nissan to look at this review and honestly think about how many customers get this type of treatment when they call your facility. I am very disappointed for the second time with this location.

A week later, had my husband email with the same questions, and he got an email and a call back within a day! I emailed them again a few days ago to test drive the car- still no answer. Clearly some discriminatory practices going on at this dealership- go to someone else who will actually respect you!

Not only does the service department not actually do their job they also charge you for the work that the actually say they did. Went in for oil change and winter tire install after getting emailed $109.99 promotion. Was told it would be around $150 for everything. I mentioned I had an emailed promotion, clerk then told me I'd have to pay difference on balancing $45 (upsell). I mentioned the add was a bit misleading/shifty. Clerk was very dismissive and said the ad is very clear and it was not misleading. Regardless, the attitude of clerk left a bad taste in my mouth and I cancelled my appointment and will not be going back. Customer service training is much needed by this clerk and this situation could have been resolved much better with a totally different outcome.

Bad customer service experience. I was on my way back home ( Kingston) with my family after a trip and on the way suddenly I listened some unusual rubbing sound from under the vehicle. I was so panicked, felt that something was loosened and going to fell off. I went to this dealership and explained everything but they were in very rush stated, it was almost the closing time and they are fully booked for the couple of days. I just want to make sure that it was not a major issue as I was driving with my wife and three small kids. The person told me I need to leave the car with them and pay more than 100 dollars just to diagnose the issue. He told me I can call Nissan road side assistance if something happened and gave me their number. I was very disappointed with his attitude and went to another private auto repair service. The guys there were very understanding and within 5 minutes they resolved the issue. It was the heat shield dangling and rubbing when I was driving the car, they pulled that thing off and the problem is solved.

Just purchased a new Rogue from them. I dealt with both a salesman John an the sales manager Kim who were both pleasant and honest. There was no heavy sales pitch (what do we have to do to get you to buy today) I said I'd like to think it over and give them a call back in the morning. One of the most 2 faced, discriminating, ruthless, amoral, treacherous human beings I have ever met. Will make fun of you to your face, claim everything your doing is wrong, knows absolutely nothing about cars, service or automotive and some how ends up with a "fixed operation" position? Went in for an express oil change. Came back and told me that I had a headlight out Then told me that it would be 50$ for the new bulb. They charge 20$ to put a new bulb in. They had taken it out before they had told me that it was out. So what would they do if I had decided not to get it fixed. The kid who was dealing with me was quite arrogant about the whole thing. So in one move they had doubled the price of the whole thing. Really funny for a light bulb that they had already removed.

Unfortunately I have not had a good experience here. The service team is very polite which is why they have 2 stars but their actual willingness to work and do the service job is very poor. I had a transmission replacement done and immediately there was issues before I left the lot. Since I had a 6 month old with me I had to get home and was not able to stay longer to have them look at it. Since then, they are not willing to do any diagnostics unless they charge me. I KNOW it is from the transmission replacement and really only wanted a mechanic to listen to the beeping to see what they thought; 30 seconds to listen to beeping should not cost $120. Even my personal mechanic knows its from that replacement and has told me the insider functioning of a dealership (he left the dealership mechanic job he had because he was disgusted with their practices). I was told it was my fab battery, and another key it locked in the car, and other things like that. Again, I KNOW it is not the various reasons they have said and I know it is related to the transmission. The latest reason was maybe a mouse chewed through a wire, well even if that was the case then it happened while it was in their care. I cannot say that I will purchase from Nissan again as even when I phoned Nissan Canada I was given the cold shoulder. They do not call me back, they do not believe what I have to say, I even had to take a video of my issues because it does not act up while I am there. To sum it up, their service department does not deliver its' service as it should. They politely refuse service "just in case it's your fault." Even when it is not.

I have bought over 20 cars in my lifetime and never have I met such cold and brutal leadership. And when I say some are terrible, it’s some of managers I’m referring to. If there’s no other Nissan dealerships near you, use this place with caution, and maybe avoid with those manager title.
