I bought a 2013 Mitsubishi rvr last week from Blake. The service I received from that dealership was topnotch. They made the buying experience very easy. I found the car on the autotrader. I had 3 rvr's to look at but chose to buy from carmatch because there rvr was priced better than the other two, and was immaculate. They allowed me to take it to my machanic, who said the car was in really good shape. Most dealers make you put a deposit on a car before you take it to your machanic, not these guys. They stand behind what they sell. I have since referred my friend and my parents to buy cars from them.

Didn't end up buying a car here but wanted to acknowledge the great customer service received when coming to test drive the Jaguar F-Pace. They had great pricing (much lower than black book suggested and other listed comparables). A quick and smooth process to let us test drive and then review options. The guy assisting us, Yonis, was super transparent, straight to the point and made us feel comfortable. A few days later I received a kind follow up call to ask if I had any questions. It was a VERY refreshing experience compared to the the typical stressful, and time consuming, dealership experience that always starts with an overpriced listed price, meaningless negotiations and pushy up sells. Ended up going with another car that CarMatch didn't have available. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Thanks!

Updated: I took my parents to them last week to buy a 2017 Honda civic touring they had. The price was amazing, and my parents love the car. I will keep referring people to them. They are amazing to deal with. Top notch dealer at amazing prices. I dealt with Blake and Yonnas, and they were really easy to deal with. My friend referred me to them, he had been doing business with them for the past 10yrs. These guys use to own a Kia dealer before opening this location. That’s why they are so professional, and have amazing cars. The 2015 crv that I bough from them was immaculate, and was priced below market value. If your in the market for a used car, you need to see them first. I have since referred my dad and co-worker to buy cars from them.

Great experience at Cat Match so far! Honest company, and Yonnas was very friendly and accommodating. They have lots of vehicles and the prices are quite competitive. They don't do car safeties themselves - they have it done at an unaffiliated shop - which helps keep things honest and dependable. In contrast, a lot of used car dealerships will safety certify the cars themselves which can sometimes lead to cars getting a safety that aren't truly safe. I've had that problem at other dealers in the past. So far no problems with the car I bought last week. I'll update this review should there be any further dealings. Thanks again!!

Totally unexpected and amazing experience. When I was looking for a recent car to replace my previous I tried several dealerships. As I work in Toronto 6 days a week, my search was mostly online and via mail. Of all the contacts I made Car Match Canada was the best by far. Always available to answer all questions, explain all the details, etc. I felt so confident that I ended up closing the deal via phone and mail without seeing the car live. I drove to Cambridge and as they say, it's TOTALLY worth the drive there. The staff is very professional. No exceptions. But I have to absolutely say that JASON LESTER is a rare kind of professional. There was a mistake on one of the features of the vehicle. As we noticed such he provided several options. One was having such equipment installed close to me in a location that i could pick... they paid for all. The communication is always great as other questions regarding the car were promptly answer. As far as I can I'll be back to Car Match to buy another vehicle as their prices are very good, the service is above all standards and I recommend them to anyone on the market for a car and financing!

I recently bought a car here and was pleasantly surprised with the customer service. It was also hassle free and was able to pick up my car only 6 days after I test drove it. The car salesman that dealt with me was honest and open to my questions and even on the pickup day when we both noticed a crack in the rear light for the first time, he sent a replacement and will pay for the service to be done. Very happy with my experience here.

Not recommended. Bought a car, brought my plates, they got me knew one's that I had to pay for. Car has issues, they said to let them know, I let them know. Response … you take care of it. Sister gets a vehicle she's wanted from this location. Takes it to a shop to look at it cause there's a sound, brakes are loose and rattling on the wheels. Yea. Do not Reccomend!

I would avoid this place, had a terrible experience. I called 24 hours in advance to make an appointment for my interest in 2 of their cars. We drove from Waterloo to Cambridge, and arrived on time. The lot is pretty stuffed with cars and was not easy to maneuver or find parking. We walked in. The guy asked who we were. I said I have an appointment and I am interested in 2 cars. He said OK, oh umm you won't be able to drive them because "we kind of had some bad experiences" as he looked away. Then he flipped me the keys and said you can go look at them, and start them up where they are parked. I was a little miffed, but I said OK. We looked at the cars. We started one up - it looked fine, but it had a wierd sound coming from the motor. We went over to the other car and did the same. That car was blocked by many other cars so even if we had wanted to drive it, I don't know how they would get it out. We walked back to the office and handed in the keys. Others had shown up, and the salesperson was telling them they needed to have appointments. He then said I have to help someone else, do you want to go and look at the 1st car some more and then I can talk to you in the back room? I said no thanks, and we left. I have never heard of a car dealer that does not allow test drives. I will not buy a car from a dealer where I cannot even drive the car.

My experience at Car Match Canada couldn't have been any better. I found their ad on AutoTrader, and they were extremely polite over the phone. Test driving the car was very welcoming, and their customer service was unbeatable. As someone who gets anxious when purchasing vehicles, I did not feel pressured at any point, and they were quick to answer any questions I had. Finally, after purchasing the vehicle, the safety was very efficiently conducted, using high quality parts that needed to be replaced. They were very transparent throughout the entire process. This dealership is great! I would recommend some one see them in a heartbeat. Not only do they have competitive pricing, and great loan options, they really care about their customers. I travelled over 3 hours to see them and they made the experience so easy and smooth. Prior to going they discussed everything about the car and worked with me to get all the pre-paperwork completed so that I could drive there and pick up the car that same day. After looking for a new car for ~6 months, I came across a 2014 Genesis Coupe at Car Match in Cambridge. Went to see it that day, car was clean inside and out and exactly what I wanted. Although I wasn't the best at driving standard yet, Yonnas asked one of the workers there to take me for a drive. When going for a test drive at every other used car lot I've been to, they'll allow you to only go around the block and not push the car at all to see how it really drives, as if they're trying to hide something. The guy driving this car showed me everything I asked and more, and took me for about a 30 min test drive. Couldn't ask for more than that. I expressed intention to purchase the car that night and left a deposit (A refundable $200 deposit). I Met with Yonnas the next day for a credit application, and he had me approved the same day with a very reasonable interest rate, even considering I'm a full-time student who just started working full-time that same day. Picked up the car 3 days later, cleaned inside and out with registration/plates all taken care of. Had it for a few days with absolutely no problems, if any arise (I don't foresee ANY issues), i'll post again. My experience at Car Match Canada was by far the best experience with any used car lot I have visited. Being a wholesale car lot, they have nothing to hide and are honest about everything. Friend needed a car and found one at a very low market price (low mileage, no accidents, no recalls). We went to look at it and they were excellent in their service. When they get the car certified by an independent third party, their "pass rate" requirements are DOUBLE what the ministry specifies. I would buy my next car from them any day. The car was also listed at a cheaper price than other dealers! Its been running well but I had a service reminder show up so I took the car to Honda they told me I only had 3mm left on my breaks but everything else is good...kind of sucks that's I'm gonna have to change the breaks fairly soon into purchasing the car but overall I'm still satisfied with it

I called the store to make sure it was still available before going. Went to go look at the rav4 that afternoon. The sales reps name was Blake, he was young, but very professional, and showed me the car. The car was in very good condition. After the test drive I was not pressured to buy today, so I went home and talked to my wife. I ended up going back that afternoon and buying from Blake. Car Match Canada is relatively new to used car sales at the botique level. When I walked in it seemed like the paint inside had barely dried. It was the combination of price and attributes for the vehicle I wanted that drew me in. I wasn't disappointed. Their philosophy seems simple and smart. Keep overhead costs low. Produce a low frills dealership that puts its money where it matters most and only purchases quality used vehicles from others at bargains that they know they will be able resell quickly. They keep their prices low to undercut the competition and take some of phony back and forth song and dance negotiating out of used car purchasing. The price that draws you into their showroom really is the discounted price they're comfortable selling at prices. My car cost significantly less than comparables and included some bonus throw-ins. Yonnis was low-pressure, reassuring and knew his stuff. I wasn't pleased with a small dent I noticed and he included a dent specialist in the price who popped it out prior to purchase and made it look much better. Really happy about my purchase and the service I received.

Great experience with them. Got a very clean vehicle at unmatchable price compared to whole GTA. It was worth 1 hour drive to Cambridge. Felt no sales pressure, no extra warranty sales tactics. Paid cash and boom my car was delivered on promised time- sparkly clean! Only thing that bothered me is that salesperson was unaware of RIN no. getting procedure and i was sent to MTO office to get it where i wasted 2 hours just in line to get to know only dealer can get it. Still i recommend this place and 5 stars!

Do not buy from this dealer,they are shady people especially Yonnas.Once they get your money and you drive away they will not help you or work with you to get an issue resolved. Clearly customer satisfaction is not a priority with these guys. Purchased my first and last car from these crooks. Would give 0 stars If I could. It's been over a week since they replied to to my review and haven't heard a boo from these guys nor did i expect to.This just reaffirms what i posted earlier.By the way Yonnas where is the safety inspection certificate and checklist that we asked you for 2 weeks ago.

Always get a Pre-Purchase Inspection (PPI) done by an INDEPENDENT mechanic prior to buying any used car. Car Match's mechanic failed to fix several safety issues prior to selling this car to us. Found out the Thursday before Christmas weekend - just over a week after purchasing - and it cost me over $900 to fix. The brakes were rotten all around (metal-on-metal grinding), they had to be fixed, and couldn't wait to consult with Car Match. Told Car Match the next day, but they won't do anything because I didn't tell them first, according to a disclosure they have customers sign. Can't say there is anything shady going on, but caveat emptor.

Never got to the actual car matching stage. I sent the rep info about the timeline I was looking at (over a month away) & vehicle preferences, while also advising to contact me via email only. The next day I receive 3 phone calls from the same rep within one evening as last as 9:30 at night. No voicemails either. I sent another email asking them to not contact me again in any way as I found the spam calling and disregard for my request to be unacceptable. What do you know, I receive another email from the same rep telling me to let them know when I am ready to go ahead even though I had already said I would not and never use their company. I had to block their phone numbers & emails to avoid future contact because unfortunately they are either illiterate or just have a blatant disregard for what you tell them. Lastly, he was advising me I had been approved for my ‘loan’. I never asked for a loan. I asked to be matched with vehicles based on a budget & preferences. Not confident this company operates legally. Dumbfounded & disappointed there is no 0 star option.

By far the most uneducated and unprofessional sales man i have ever dealt with. Took a 3 hour round trip to go see a car they had, told them i wanted to take it for inspection at Cadillac, spent $150 of my money for Cadillac to inspect the car.brought it back and told them everything looked good.few small issues but nothing im overly concerned with. however the tires needed to be replaced based on Cadillacs inspection. Tires sat at 0/32 seconds and one of them had a chunk missing out the sidewall. Told the "salesmen" yonnas, they would need to replace the tires for the car to pass a legit MTO safety. He beat around the bush for a bit and even suggested at one point that he could get his mechanic to pass the car as is, that should of been the first red flag. He told me he would look into the safety. the next day he called me to say he was going to put tires on but only if the car requires it. I gave him the inspection report from Cadillac and told him its none negotiable and the car needs them. He then proceeded to tell me that they would put some cheap Chinese tires on the car. I told him that brand of Chinese tires doesnt make a runflat. I told him its a 20k Cadillac i dont want cheap china tires ....ontop of that the car is supposed to come with runflat tires as there is no spare tire in the car....he then said to me his "mechanic" who works at minute muffler or something like that told him these Chinese tire were runflats..( i work in the wheel and tire industry ...in a shop much larger and much more reputable then this bavkyard sales lot)..i said ok no problem, as long as there runflats im fine with it...but what if i show up and there not a runflat tire like ur telling me...will u reimburse me for my travil time of 6 hours and the 150 i spent on inspection.. He fumbled his words around for a bit and kept stuttering....then he said he wont do anything or look into anything until i gave him a deposit. I told him i just drove 3 hours paid 150 outta my pocket to have it inspected and ontop of that i dodnt ask them to discount the car 1 penny...i told him id pay full asking price so long as the car was clean and passed a legit safety... at this point the deal is done all he has to do is put tires on it. ...it was clear he didnt want to do that as he didnt want to put any money in The car ...he was just pushing for me to give him money without doing anything about the cars issues .....i then offered him a second solution and said ill by the car "as is" and ill buy the tires myself if he gives me a discount on the sticker price...he offered me something like $200 off the car lol....what really upset me is when i went to see the car it was filthy ....garbage in the front seats mud on the floor etc... he said it was disgusting but nothing a good detail cant fix.....after offering to buy the car as is .....he told me id have to take it the way it is, i said to him, could u maybe just run a vacuum through the car maybe wipe it down and make it somewhat presentable after all im spending $20,000.00 cash for the car it would be nice if it was somewhat clean when i pick it up, he wouldnt even do that. Said no u can take it the way it sits.... obviously these rookies dont know a thing about customer service....a prime example of a lowlife car salesmen whos looking for his next victim... at that point i just hung up on him. These guys are nothing more then a shotty car dealers who are looking for people less educated then they are to sell there lemons to.... unfortunately for them this time around they found someone more educated and knowledgeable then they are and i could see through there scam ...Be aware and stay away even the lot it self is a hole in the ground run by what looks like a couple of kids who have no knowledge of there cars and products. Im happy to take my 20k and my business to a more reputable dealership. ** RESPONSE TO OWNER ** your "third party mechanic shops" opnion does not outweigh the opion of the manufacturer of the vehicle, in this case GM. And yes he absolutely did offer to "make it pass"

These guys have the best deals. All there cars are all late model with low km. I have been shopping for a used Nissan Rogue for a couple weeks, and came across Car Match Canada rogue which had lower km than all the other dealers for the same price. The rogue got traded in at a ford dealership, and they got it from them. The car looked and drove like a new car. The staff was amazing, Yonnas the sales rep was really easy to deal with. The other staff was very friendly as well. They must move on volume rather than over charging customers. I give them 5 stars and will be buying my next car off them as well.

Recently purchased my 2009 Acura Csx with under 100000 kms. The car was in amazing condition, no rust and drove very well. I do my own maintainence on my cars and know what to look for most of the time! The rear window was not working on my test drive and Yonnas had it fixed without question when I picked up the vehicle.
