My wife and I were in a bit of a time crunch when we walked into the dealership looking for a new vehicle. Richard who helped us out was more than fluent and experienced when we asked for his assistance. The car that we were looking to lease was the new 2020 Corolla Hybrid. Even with the vehicle being so new to the market, he was more than knowledgeable when explaining all the details to us. This stealership is a joke. Worst service ever. Waited an hour and fifteen minutes for an oil change even though I had a booked appointment. I went to inquire about my car, they told me they forgot about it. And so no oil change was done.So you drive in, and it says Express Service on the outside of building ( must be for humour purposes only) , they take your info, and then drive your car in the garage and out the back door to the yard where they park it in queue. My car unfortunately was "forgotten" , as I was told by the service advisor. So disappointing to go check on your car to see if it's ready, only to be told we forgot about it. I understand it was perhaps one individuals mistake, and that happens and can be forgiven. The only concern is that it happens with too much frequency. I understand this is a very busy service dept with high volume. This is great , as it means business is good ,but maybe Cambridge Toyota needs to grow to service our growing needs!I have purchased new vehicles from this dealership before, but I will no longer purchase nor service here. I will continue to purchase and recommend Toyota products, but just not from Cambridge Toyota.
For the most part it's fine. I had called earlier to request shuttle service back to my place of work, and I was told that it could be arranged once I arrived for my appointment. Once I arrived, I requested shuttle transportation back to work but was denied because they said the person could not drive me back to my place of work and pick me up after (perhaps they were busy, I was not told the reason). I was forced to wait, which they said it would be 45 minutes but it took two hours, (service included: tire rotation and general inspection, hinges, tire pressure, no oil change. It still took a long time)

I have gotten all my cars from here Eva is the best. They have always treated me with respect and been honest with me. I have always liked buying my cars from here but servicing it here is a head ache. The car was done and the guy sat there attending everyone. When I asked about the car he said “oh it just got out I was doing the paperwork” meanwhile I had been watching and the car had been there 20 minutes. Last time they serviced my breaks and they kept making a noise I brought it back they said the forgot to machine the break for $400 how do you forget to machine breaks? I love the sales person I deal with and I would buy from here again but I think for service I will take it to Heffner next time.

Today was my first visit to Cambridge Toyota for oil change. I was worried how it goes and how much the expense gonna be. I heard some rumors that the expense will be more if we get service from the Toyota service itself, but i was wrong. What ever i was told to pay before fixing the appointment the same amount i have paid. The cost was very less compared to any other place and its the best service i have got. Service was quick too, hardly they took 1 hour and 15 minutes along with the complementary car wash. I was so happy when i saw my car as it looked and run like a new car. I thank the team and Toyota for the great service. Hope to visit you soon for the full car service.
I always service my Camry at the dealership in Cambridge, even though it's not the closest service area. They're friendly, and treat their customers with both respect and warmth. My car has over 300,000 km and I've had very little trouble with it. Most of my visits are for oil and filter changes which I do on a very regular basis. With the few problems that have developed, I feel they're honest and do excellent work.
Being a long time customer of Cambridge Toyota, I had dealt with a service adviser the other week, Randy his name was, and I was more than displeased with his attitude towards me and my daughter. Furious, I was about to leave when Randy had stormed off and I was assisted by Logan Rose, another adviser. He had been very kind and had even bought my daughter a bag of buffalo cheese Combos from one of the vending machines. He made sure that every one of my needs was met regarding my 'JDM Frame-banger'. I was not disappointed with Logan's work and will ask for him specifically in the future.
I recently traded in my car for a new 2020 Corolla - Sayd was very helpful and was probably the most relaxed sales person that I have ever dealt with. I am not a fan of pushy/pressuring sales people and Sayd was anything but that.

Our family has purchased 3 Corollas, and 1 Rav4, traded in one of those Corollas, and just sold another one of those Corollas this past week at the dealership over the past 5 years. FINANCE TEAM Herve is quick to respond and efficient. He is an absolute pleasure to work with and knows what he is doing. SALES TEAM Henry (no longer a salesperson) and Tanner have helped us purchase the vehicles... They answered all our questions and mostly limited pushing all the extra items many salespeople do at dealerships. They are knowledgeable and kind when working with people and assisting with this large purchase. SERVICE TEAM Marcey and Chris have been nothing but wonderful these past few years and have kept our Toyotas in supreme condition. They don't oversell or try to take advantage of those who may not be aware of what their car needs and what it doesn't. We have always felt like we can trust them when it comes to recommendations and know that we're making the right investments in our vehicles. TLDR I would recommend purchasing a Toyota in Cambridge at this Eagle St location... You don't need to buy every upgrade for your car a salesperson recommends, but they will likely have answers to your questions and be kind in their dealings. The service people are trustworthy and don't oversell, which is one of the biggest fears when bringing cars to techs/mechanics, and the finance folk are quite helpful whether buying, trading, or selling, and will let you know what you need to get the job done. Note: Our experience has been limited to purchasing and working with NEW vehicles only. Have purchased any pre-owned vehicles here.

I took my car there because it was making a horrible noice every time I move my wheels. They inspected it and decided that it was the front breaks, so pads and rotors needed to be replaced. After a $600 bill my car was still making the same noice; it improved a bit but did not go away; the noice was quite noticeable. I followed up with Toyota and they told me I needed to bring it again for an inspection and that I WAS GOING TO BE CHARGED BY IT. I explained that I was there few days ago and that I went trough the same process but that was not enough. That was unacceptable.. they fail to do their job properly. Great, I have new breaks but my problem did not go away and instead they cost me $600. Sometimes you take your car to the dealership because you think they would care, give you a fair and good service and be truthful.. this was not the case. Very disappointed. I took it to a MR. Lube. They at least look at your car and fix it... usually ask you to fix more things which is good business for them but you can opt out. Ps. My shuttle was the only good thing about my experience. Great person and very punctual.

Place is recognized and appreciated by the people who work their, not by the things one has in their premises, I had visited for the first time and i faced ignorance and lack of interest in me as soon as when i told them my budget. They never thought of converting me or convincing me by giving me options or any more information. I was not given any attention at all, so i asked for the printout of the used cars list at least which they have for 3 pages, they made such a big issue out of it like kids, they never took interest for telling me what cars they have. Manager was fed with a wrong information by the associate whom i told my budget, and Manager of this store talked to be like a non sense child, he very immaturely handled the situation, treated me very badly, very bad attitude, seemed to be agitated already before even started talking to me. obviously his associate portrait wrong image, however, first impression is the last impression, as they say, so my experience from this place was not at all pleasant, well there are many more stores who sell cars. for me this place with such management and associate is in gone case. Disgusting !!! and please don't tell them your budget, take the service first and then think of telling them about your budget. best of luck!! and Vshawn or Shaun avoid him.

We purchased a vehicle from Toyota with a remote start which had a defect before we took the vehicle off the lot. Which was promised to be resolved; after 5 months of inexcusable customer service, we are let down by the following: a. We had not received any sort of apology or empathy for the neglectful performance by staff members of Toyota Cambridge. b. Toyota Cambridge needed constant probing for any progress on an issue that was agreed to be resolved the day we purchased the vehicle nearly five months prior. c. Toyota Cambridge recommended FM Audio who provided terrible customer service, with a belittling tone.
Great experience when buying my new Tundra. My salesperson Nancy Jelica was amazing! She was patient and never pushy at all. She gave us lots of privacy to discuss things and was very thorough with explaining everything and every option. Even since making the sale a year ago, I feel very comfortable calling and asking her questions, and when I do she is readily available to answer anything or even make service appointments for me. Big thank you to Nancy for all her help and I highly recommend her!
Better communication would have helped. Was told our appointment was for 9am. I dropped the car off the night before, for one of their scheduled maintenance specials. Come 11:30ish am they were phoned. Was let known that they'd be working on it. Be done in about 2 hrs. Picked car up around 2:30pm No-one was allowed to wait inside. Daughter and I sat outside in the heat (+30°C) during our wait. Was nice whenever their door was opened. Shot of cool air was refreshing. At least our car was ready same day.
I booked for rav4 xle hybrid on 1st of May 2019. They said they can get the vehicle in 6 weeks. and it is 8 weeks now. So far they have not called me. I called and left 4 messages to the new car sales Manager Steve hardy. He has not replied so far. I will never recommend this dealer to any body.

Was greeted at the door on my first visit and every time I went in there was a smiling face. Never felt pressured to buy, test drove a Tundra, brought it home to show my family and didn't feel rushed during the entire process. Matt Campeau and the team at Cambridge Toyota do their best to keep you comfortable and feeling at ease during the purchase process. My only recommendation would be a wider variety of refreshments, but only because I don't drink coffee. The team made sure I had the keys to my new Truck when they said it would be available and also made things happen quickly so I could make it to an appointment out of town! I'm loving my new Tundra and will absolutely be referring friends and family to Cambridge Toyota!
My Celica is worse than when I took it there to get fixed. Never locked the doors when they parked it in the back. Now I am missing things. Called and nobody got back to me. Please if you love your vehicle DONT GO HERE.
Terrible service. Please anyone out there wanting to purchase the Toyota CHR please go over the Toyota CHR review forum websites. This car model has a tranmission problem and Toyota are aware of this issues and there needs to be a recall on the transmission of all 2018 Toyota CH-R. If you can avoid purchasing this car or any other Toyota cars from this location, pls do so because they are big time rip offs. There is another location in Waterloo, they provide better quality service.

I came to Cambridge Toyota check up my car. The lady in reception said that I wait 30 minutes for check up my only, but after that I must be wait for 3 hours for check up my car. They are lie company. Don't waste your time go to there for the services. I have 2 time like that in Cambridge Toyota. You are a machines is working in Toyota company made cars, but you didn't know how long you will be done a job. Repair break, or check up ....!!!!!!! That is so weird. I asked the lady services in reception Cambridge Toyota 3 times, she said let she check, she came back to me said, may be 15 minutes then I set there wait for 3 hours. I lost 3 hours from my job. I was so upset. I have done services in Kitchener Toyota. They never let me sit there to wait 3 hours. They always say exactly time to get done, but Kitchener Toyota far away from my work that is why I came to Cambridge Toyota. When you are not sure how long, you can let customers leave or tell them come back next day to pick up the car. That is not difficulte to tell customers My job is services also. I always tell my customers come back next day or next 3 to 4 hours. When I am not sure time to get them in. Your time is not important, but with me time important.

Alex came right over to my son and greeted us with this big friendly smile, before we knew it he had already had the car we were looking at warming up and getting it ready for me to take it out for a year drive...my son and I were amazed at how 'on the ball', friendly, extremely helpful he was without being pushy at all!! We sat with him after the test drive of the vehicle and were extremely impressed with his warm customer service, he went above and beyond and made me feel very comfortable with making the decision to look at purchasing the Scion I was looking at. Took my truck in for the frame warranty and told them I didn't want any service done except the warranty. They tried selling me brake pads and rotors that I definitely don't need and told me I needed new calipers because mine were seized. The calipers are not seized and work just fine. They never actually checked because all of the bolts were still rusted and no signs of being loosened, and the calipers run perfect and all the seals are still intact. Either the mechanic has no idea what they are doing or they were trying to rip me off.

I am still in shock of my experience at this dealership the manager Steve in extremely unprofessional condescending and rude. My father who does not speak fluent English and does not know how to read well was mislead in signing the lease agreement by Herve who didn't even bother explaining what he was getting my father to sign.My father trusting that this is a reputable business and it being past closing time trusted in them and just signed the paper he was told to sign(thinking it was to get approved) which is a major NO NO with this dealership if you must go here please make sure you read everything and don't go anytime near closing time because they are not going to get things done right. Herve lied straight to our faces about what he had said to us. Steve treated us like liars. In the end my niece who my father was getting the car for ended up in tears and her first experience leasing a car (that was for her birthday) became a total nightmare.
Went in with my car and the vehicle sales papers and was told that since what they think is broken is not a warranty part it will cost me. Did not even do an inspection seems they don't care about used cars once you buy them. Not going back to Toyota for a car ever again as they can't be trusted

I recently purchased a 2015 Toyota Corolla from the Cambridge dealership. Eva G was our sales rep. She was amazing!! We felt at home from the moment we walked thru the door. There was no pressure to buy at all. We were welcome to look thru and sit in all the floor models inside the show room. Eva was more than willing to line up as many vehicles for us to test drive as we wanted. I have never been so comfortable in a car dealership before in my life. Eva was so down to Earth, and made us feel as part of the Toyota family! I love my new Corolla, it is the first Toyota I have ever owned.....and it will not be my last1

Terrible service ∞ I bought a new car, and I had a problem with the navigation system after the first few months. Like any customer, I checked with the maintenance department to solve the problem, as the navigation system is not responding and the screen turns black. At the same time, I can hear the navigation system working. The employee submitted a request to the main branch to change the entire navigation system (The Display) in September, and the navigation system was replaced in January. When I received the car after replacing the navigation system, there were no maps on the system!!! I asked the employee, did you try the new navigation system? He said YES, but how could he try that without the map inside the navigation system?? After a while from changing the navigation system, the problem was again, and when I explained the issue again, they changed the navigation system again. The old navigation system was put in, and again, no one tried the system, as they again did not put the map in the navigation system!!!!! I complained a third time and they installed a new navigation system. The problem came back, and I spoke with the maintenance manager. He said he would escalate the problem to the Toyota company and inform me of the developments (he did not call again and I was not notified of any change). I spoke with the owner of the Toyota branch in Cambridge and spoke with the general manager and the head of maintenance. The service department could not identify the problem (he said the car should be checked to identify the problem, and I needed to pay the fees because the car is no longer under warranty, ignoring the fact that I've had this problem for a long time since I bought the car and the car was under warranty.) After the examination and identification of the problem, he will communicate with the main branch of Toyota. Note: They did not record information about the number of times they changed the navigation system except for the first time????????? (WHY) Now I will contact the main branch of Toyota to solve this problem. This is my experience with the Toyota Cambridge maintenance department. to be continued . . .

She wasn't pushy at all like you sometimes expect, she was very professional and personable and I felt she really took the time to get to know my needs and my wants so that I purchased the right vehicle for me. My experience with Toyota Cambridge has been somewhat challenging as far as the service department goes if I could score them a zero I would. As far as customer service in the sales department that is 100% highly recommend it but only if you’re dealing with Eva. As a woman you feel very vulnerable when going into purchase a car. Eva made me feel very comfortable and I wish I could’ve dealt with her from start to finish. But I did have to go over to the finance department for further help in the purchase of my car as far as the warranty and dealing with Henry was a nightmare he is demeaning and disrespectful towards women I feel. Eva was amazing and if Toyota Cambridge could take any word of advice train Eva to do the finance part of it when she’s dealing with women and leave Henry just for the men. As far as the sales department. The service department that’s a whole Nother issue.

Probably the best purchasing experience I have had buying a vehicle. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and knowledgable. I purchased my used 2017 Tacoma 4x4 manual from Stew back in April of this year. The process was easy, I already knew what I wanted when I got there so it was just a matter of numbers. They gave me less then what I wanted for my trade in, but the finance guy (whose name I can't remember, he's into rallying and fallout if that help) gave me a great discount on rust proofing. I had a great experience with them, but I always recommend caution when dealing with sales people, no matter the reviews.
I recommend 100%. Go talk to Sean. He was very friendly. Didn't pressure me at all. He gave me a crash course on some of the functionality on my dashboard. I'm satisfied with my purchase. They have really clean cars. I believe the prices are fair as well.

We had a very good experience purchasing a pre-owned Corolla. The car is in great shape at a fair price. There were no surprises or delays getting the car once we signed the deal. This is the first review I’ve ever posted, that’s how bad my experience was. Be careful of the expensive and lengthy “diagnostic test” they perform by mechanics who obviously didn’t actually look at my vehicle. I was told I needed a $720 new alternator on a 2015 Rav 4 less than a month out warranty. My fiancé looked over the vehicle and found the problem was a $2 fuse, not the part they were telling me I had to buy. Needless to say thank god I didn’t move forward with them for the repairs. I feel that I would have been completely taken advantage of.
I would give Cambridge Toyota a 0 star but it's not possible. Nothing but bad experiences with this dealership. When I bought my car I had the manager raising his voice at me for not buying the extended warranty on my car after I had already told him I wasn't getting it twice before that. It must have been because I was using my discount from working at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada at the time and he wasn't going to much off of the purchase. I felt like I was treated poorly for using my Indian Status Card but I won't get into that much more other than just throwing that out there. It doesn't affect what they make anyways. I brought my car in for a faulty transmission fix and they tried every thing to not have it fall under warranty even though my car was under warranty as it was sitting at 50,000km at the time. It sat in the parking lot for a week because they didn't have the parts while I paid for a rental but the parts should have already been there before my car was dropped off. The mechanic who was taking care of me forgot to order the parts. I decided to take my car back and I brought it to North Bay Toyota and they had the work done within 2 business without questions. I will never go back to Cambridge Toyota.
Cambridge Toyota is top notch! Alex went above and beyond to make sure I have a chance to purchase a Toyota that I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. Alex is very quick and professional. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! The sale to lose, and lose they did! I purchased a Toyota Hatchback SE but from Heffners Toyota, yesterday ( Go there instead) The sale associate Jon Carlo at Cambridge Toyota, was less than helpful and appeared unmotivated. I told him I had already been to Heffners and had a quote and had test driven a vehicle. So he knew I was a active purchaser and I was looking to see if they offered a better incentive. I asked for a quote based on the same down payment etc as Heffners. Ie looking at a comparable quote. I told him not to include my trade in, as I hadn’t worked that one in yet. The quote he gave me include a guesstimate (unseen) trade in and no down payment. He highlighted some stuff and handed it to me. He did not go over it, he did not even try to offer a different deal or incentive to try and get my business. Heffners gave me Michelin winter tires with balancing etc included, Cambridge/ Jon Carlo knew this and did not offer the same, or alternative deal. Jon Carlo, offered colours of a vehicle, that weren’t even a option.
Hi my name is garett and had an amazing experience at Cambridge Toyota, I just bought a 2020 Toyota Tacoma trd sport voodoo blue, and I gotta say, the staff were excellent, originally I went in 3 weeks ago wanting a voodoo blue truck, Gian-Carlo who was my salesman told me that there were no stock of the voodoo trucks in Ontario and told me that it may take up to 3 months to get, which was ok but then, he contacted me a week later saying they were able to locate a truck in Toronto that was the colour I wanted! I give big thanks to all you guys at Toyota for the hard work for finding the truck I wanted, especially the salesman Gian-Carlo did an amazing job at keeping me up to date with my buy, big thanks to you guys again, if you go to buy a new or used vehicle Gian-Carlo is your guy! ????
I bought my car from them, until you buy your vehicle you are a king for them but afterwards they don’t really care. I had an issue with my brand new car and went there recently, but they refused to repair it, I bought my car more than year ago and not even 9000KM on it, they said it is my fault. They treated me in a very rude manner. Manager is passing the blame to staff but no actions taken. I don’t recommend this dealership to anyone, especially to NEW COMERS in/to Canada.

Purchase of the vehicle was the only good part , SERVICE DEPT SUCKS have tried to get through to service on 2 occasions last time it took 3 days for them to pick up the phone or call back and then it was suggested to me that the 8000km check up wasn’t really needed basically because they were too busy to deal with it . now I need an oil change on my truck have called and been promised a call back twice in 2 days and nothing along with almost 20 min on hold NOT HAPPY
Not too happy with todays service. My appointment was 12:30, I arrived at 12 took my car in, and didnt get out of there till almost 3:00 o'clock. I was told by the service advisor that they got swamped at noon time. If everyone has an appointment at certain times, how can it be swamped?

Lots of dealerships try to sneak in extra charges of things but at cambridge toyota they didnt. I delt with Craig and he went over the agreement slowly so i understood it and saw no extra charges. He made the process of buying my first NEW car smooth and easy. I would defiantly recommend Craig at Cambridge Toyota. I had been to a few dealerships in the area to scout for leases, and Richard really nailed it for me. He was honest and upfront with me about the lease price and that he is able to give me the best deal. The whole process was fun and engaging and he almost convinced me to have a silver car instead of a white car!
They're liars and deceivers. BE CAREFUL what you sign. If you come towards the end of the day, they rush you and do not go over everything with you. You risk signing a lease you did not agree to or were spoken to about. They lie and "say" you got a deal when in realty they actually extend your contracts to make you pay off whatever it is they said was a "give away". Never have I been so neglected in my life. I feel that they care a lot more about their commission than they do about their costumers. If you still decide to go with the dealership watch out for the managers names, Herve´ Le Bel, and Steve Harvey. NOT GOOD AT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Bought a new highlander here. Service was good but its dependent on the sales person you talk to.. went and looked at a used car a year later and service was poor.

The service from Cambridge Toyota is Worst Ever. I bought a Toyota Camery 2018 last September 2019 and had a problem with Noise in Engine Then I took the dealer they said it's the cover under the Engine and cost $700 + repair . I Went to another dealer they said the cover is perfect fine. But the noise is still there. Just went for oil change and charged me $100 and said it's good for 16000 KM the sticker says only 5000 KM So bad services. I called and complain. But no one called me back. I am not happy at all with the service.!!!!'Nnn????????????????????????????????????????????

Booked a 3pm oil change. 25 minutes later still waiting for the car to be taken in for service. Ask why so tardy and the response was it’s tire season and 25 minutes isn’t bad for this time of year. The sign states “Express Service fits your schedule “. Well I’m going to be late for work. Maybe my work will understand it’s tire season!

I'm on my third Toyota from this dealer and with the same salesman, Craig Price. I have always found him to give me honest and knowledgeable information about the cars I'm interested in. There has never been any pressure (I would have left immediately if that were the case and never returned)... I always felt the decision was in my hands, not his. Buying a new car is stressful and in some ways the sales people need to recognize this and respect the nature of this huge purchase. They do at this dealership. The Service department is amazing and easy to access with reasonable wait times, lots of coffee and treats and friendly chatter. Yes, the labour cost is high compared to private mechanics but they know their cars inside out. I tried other mechanics when my cars got older but always returned to this dealership because I trust their work and let's face it,.. they train to work on the very cars they sell... they have a reputation to keep up... and believe me, they do great work hiring staff who are friendly, warm and accessible... I have seen this dealership evolve over the years and its impressive. I convinced my husband to buy a Toyota and trade in his Chev and when he meet my salesman and test drove my Corolla with me, he was convinced. We are now both proud owners of Toyota vehicles!

The service also was terrible like delaying appointment and breaking my camera but no compensation. Since then, i never go to CAMBRIDGE toyota again!! I bought my Toyota vehicle from Cambridge Toyota and had a very poor experience with my vehicle since. First of all, I picked up the vehicle after 10 days while I completed my house move. When I picked the car, I noticed that they had not serviced the car properly as promised. When I took the car to a local Toyota dealer, I was shocked to learn that the service condition of the car was not as promised when I bought it from Cambridge. I had to spend a good deal of money to repair and service the car. I now have to buy a new set of tires even though the car had done only 40k kms at the time of purchase since these were never rotated causing one set of tires to be in a very poor condition. When I reached out to the dealer, I received no response. I have now taken up some of the issues with Toyota Canada and am waiting for a response. I would definitely NOT recommend ever purchasing a used car from Cambridge Toyota and would NOT service my car there.
I love my Toyota Tundra and after a good purchasing experience the delivery of my vehicle left a sour taste in my mouth. I have to say they made the sour taste turn to a sweeter taste. Kyle Beattie was my sales man and did a good job in fixing the terrible delivery experience. I would recommend this dealer to anyone!
Every time I called for an appointment previously to book an oil change I was always told "oh you don't need n appointment for an oil change, just come on in!" So today I just went in in, at 9am as they first opened in the morning only to be told that no I couldn't be serviced all day not at all, no one available at all for the entire 8 hr service day. I have always serviced my vehicle at the dealership but this seriously turned me off and since I needed new cabin and engine air filter and I wanted my windshield wipers changed out $200 spent elsewhere at a place that was happy to take me as a drive in customer. Guess I found myself a new garage.

Been looking at a new RAV4 and have visited various dealerships. Most refreshing visit yet. No high pressure sales approach which was appreciated. The sales person Syed was knowledgeable and low key. He let us take the vehicles for a test drive without being in the car which let us talk candidly about the vehicles as we drove them. At the end of it all he gave us a no dicker price which until now no one had done. Very positive experience.

In September 2021, I purchased a used Nissan from Sean Mirzada. The car developed a transmission problem within the first month of ownership. Sean and his manager Angelo Mura, bent over backwards to rectify the problem. In the end they got me into a Toyota Venza. I couldn’t be happier with this vehicle and the service they provided. I dealt with Sean Mirzada to purchase a used vehicle on their lot. Sean was accommodating even though I must have been a somewhat difficult customer as I travel for work a lot and sometimes my travel can be unpredictable. Sean worked with me and even would respond to an e-mail from me outside of business hours which shows his dedication. Overall I had a great experience buying a car from this dealership.
I bought one of new Corollas this week and I have to say I am very impressed with the customer service. I dealt primarily through Scion and my sales person name was Nancy Jelica. She was very helpful and allowed us to test drive multiple cars until we found the perfect one. She was quick to get back to our texts and emails, and interactions with her were very pleasant. I felt that the Scion crew genuinely cared about us as customers, it was great! This dealership is a great one with top notch customer service. Very pleased with this purchase!

My niece went there to purchase a car she had a very bad experience she left crying on how rood they were but sadly she had already signed some papers so she had to purchase the vehicle they lied about everything and we felt that they were being racist to us. Also be careful because to me they are thieves that they say one thing and when you sign it’s something. Be careful when you sign make sure you read every single word even if it take more of your time but it’s worth it because they like to steal your money that you have work so hard for I think they don’t even deserve one star. The sales rep would say and lie about anything just to get their commission.SAD

Booked 1:45 PM scheduled maintenance for oil change. Booked it over week in advance. After arrival I was told car will be ready around 3:00 PM 3:30 PM When asked them at 3:30 was told that car is still being serviced. Then around 4PM I realized they JUST brought my car to the shop. They told me they are sorry. Cambridge Toyota is the worst experience I ever had as car owner. They don't care at all about customers

Great experience buying a new car! I did run into a bit of an issue after I left the lot and was quickly helped by my salesman and the manager. If you're looking for a good salesperson you can ask for Jesse, but I'm sure it's a good team all around as I've only heard good things about this location.

New to owning a Toyota, only had my 2019 RAV4 for less than a year, moved to Cambridge so this became my service dealership of choice and will likely not recommend to others. Cost of service is always over estimate and haven't left on time as per estimate (at least 3 instances of this) Recently charged for consumables (fluids and sanding discs during the service) which I find laughable that the business needs to tack that on to my bill and can not cover or at least let me know that it could happen beforehand.
Sitting in Cambridge Toyota right now with a 1:30pm appointment for an oil change. 40 minutes in and my car is still sitting where I dropped it off...starting to remember why I said I would never come back here again. I work at TMMC and everything is down to the second during production. Clearly this standard is not something the service center follows. Update: left and went to Mr. Lube across the street. Price is $5 more.

Took them 3 tries to fix my AC. Hopefully this time they got it right. The only good thing was that this last time it was covered under the extended warranty that I had purchased. Just a bad overall experience. They washed my car but it was still all wet when I got it and now I have water spots on it. I wouldn't complain only I had just gone through the car wash days be, spent $15 and the car was already clean with no spots. The topper was upon entering my vehicle to drive home. It reeked of bad B/O, and I mean stunk. Luckily I had some cologne in the car and had to spray it freely. I do not recommend anyone take their vehicle their for service. Drive further for quality and peace of mind. Ps - I am not confident that my AC will last. I just don't trust their service. Just a follow up to my review. No one from Cambridge toyota has tried to reach out to me and let me know why I had such a bad experience with them. It seems they're quick to tell you that they're looking into the pro but it's simply to make it look like they're concerned. It's all smoke and mirrors for google review readers. I at least expected a follow up call.

I have been needing a family vehicle for a long time. I visited a dealership and asked a few questions about the new 2021 Toyota Sienna. It seemed like I was bothering him as he did not want to print a comparison of the le and xle trim. Told me it was all online. Thanked him for his time and went straight to Cambridge Toyota. Best decision! I met Craig Price who was more than willing to provide the info and more. He was also very knowledgeable as it pertained to the vehicle. Yesterday I came in to order a bracket for my front licence plate, and the very next morning I got a call saying the part was in. I went to Toyota and Vanessa was so nice, she asked me to drive the car in the drive thru and minutes later Dakota had the part and changed that me . He was very courteous and even took the time to change the bolts as they were different types. Thank you very much to both Vanessa and Dakota for helping me out today.

Booked an appointment for routine service for 3pm. I made the mistake of thinking that when an appointment is booked for a certain time, then the work would begin at that pre determined time... Not the case at Cambridge Toyota. Was told my first time service (oil change, fluid checks, X amount of other checks, rotation etc.) would take between 1 & 1.5 hours. I had to get to work for 4:45, for an hour of pre shift overtime. Even though I was a little put off by the estimated time, I knew I had enough to get to work just on time if it did take the full 1.5 hours. At the 1.25 hour mark I enquired as to the status of my car. The employee who helped me said "don't you worry, just got the car up, works under way, should only be about 45 minutes. So at this point, my oil change, inspection and rotation turned into a 2 hour appointment, and I'm out an hour o.t., so I had to ask if appointments are set, or just a suggestion. I was told by a very polite staff member (FYI, all staff were very polite) that it's tire season and they're always backed up during tire season. They were dealing with a lot of vehicles (all bays filled at all times) and the techs were working away as best they could. That was my experience, and this is my request to Cambridge Toyota service management: PLEASE when taking appointments, mention that this is not a guaranteed time. Tell your customers to expect to have to wait between 1 or 2 hours for your oil change. Your techs seem to be over worked. You need to find a better way to manage your scheduling of appointments. You're going to lose repeat business for not meeting your promise (I count a scheduled appointment as a promise). Your techs seem so rushed and busy that there is an increased risk of something critical being missed (my service warning wasn't reset, not critical in any way shape or form, but is listed on the bill as part of the process right along side brake checks). This is my first experience with Cambridge Toyota service department. I've dealt with Forbes Toyota service and had zero complaints. Fast courteous and accurate. I am planning on going back to Cambridge Toyota to give them another chance, plus their location is so damn convenient for me. I really hope I can change this review to a 5 star after my next visit. 1 more thing! No complimentary car wash when the one employee in charge of car washes (from what I gathered from the explanation as to why) calls in.

I have Leased two new Toyotas - Corolla 2010 and Camry 2017 (Nov. 2017). I leased both of these vehicles from Eva Glogiewicz). My experience dealing with Eva has been pleasant and excellent. Eva is a Salesperson of integrity, honesty, upfront, sincerity, listens to the customer, has patience, does not pressure the customer, is calm, and cool. She has made me comfortable at all times when ever I have met with her. The patience she has is that she waited 7 years before I Leased Camry 2017. I wish her all the best in her Sales Career. Of course I will be back to Lease a new RAV4 most probably this year and may be if my son is convinced to buy a Toyota instead of a Mercedes that he is planning I will bring him to Eva! The cambridge toyota service overall management from service to finance is absolutely terrible. I bought a car before and i had horrible experience like pressuring customers to purchase warranty which i dont meed.
It was a wow experience all through the process of getting a new car. The staff did excellently well and went above and beyond. Giancarlo helped all the way. He is spectacular guy and had all options well spelt out and took me about a week to decide on what to go for. There were no calls or pushing from him or anyone at the dealership. I was left with all the options and had to decide what I want and when I want it. Now I have my new 2020 Toyota RAV4. Thanks to Giancarlo and Henry the finance guy. Amazing people.

I have purchased several cars from Heffners in Kitchener and always received reasonable service. However based on the volume of purchases I had there and the work we also had completed at the collision center I've always felt that I deserved a better buying experience. Something that rewarded my loyalty to the brand and dealership. Apparently the service I was longing for was waiting for me at Cambridge Toyota. I've purchased 5 vehicles in the last 4 years and this was by far my most enjoyable buying experience thanks to Eva Glogiewicz. She 's knowledgeable, charming and friendly. She wasn't pushy and didn't force the sale. I purchased my car on a Monday night and drove off on Tuesday. I will be going back to her for every future purchase. The only disappointing part of the process was that the finance manager used the wrong interest rate for the term we selected. This increased our monthly cost on the vehicle by 12$ so not the end of the world but you would think that's a major factor. Other than the price what is more important than the interest terms? Oh well. Thanks Eva for great service, we will be coming back to deal with you exclusively.

I'm not happy with the service (or lack thereof). We paid to have our tires stored and installed, and for our appointment waited over 2 hrs to have tires put on (that were already on rims). Then when I got home, the sensor starts beeping and alert light goes on. They never even reset the sensor! When I called to ask why it wasn't reset, they told me that's an additional $55. That was always included at another dealership where I used go to. I'm very frustrated. This is no way to run a business. I will not be returning to this location. Edit: After reading the owner's response, not a single staff member informed me that the computer couldn't be reset by Toyota when I booked my appointment, or when I came in to have the work done. I feel very mislead. I wasted my time and money here for work that was only half completed.
If I could give zero stars to Cambridge Toyota, I would. Brought my wife's brand-new Corolla (bought in 2020 at Cambridge Toyota) in because there was an issue with the steering wheel. As you can see from the pictures, it was tearing, but other than that, the car is immaculate and has 24,000 KM on it. Thought it would be a quick fix/wouldn't be an issue since its under warranty. Brought the car in, the service receptionist (my car wasn't even looked at by a service technician) took a picture of the steering wheel, and said she would be in contact with me. 2 days later, I received a message saying they wouldn't warrant the steering wheel. My wife contacted Cambridge Toyota and spoke with the service manager Ryan. Ryan stated that they spoke with Toyota Canada about this issue, and that Toyota Canada denied any fixing of the steering wheel. I also called Toyota Canada and spoke to a representative about my wife's car. Toyota Canada proceeded to tell me that it was the dealerships discretion whether or not they fix customers vehicles, under warranty or not. So the service manager lied right to my wife's face. If you're ever looking to buy a Toyota/Lexus or need your Toyota repaired in anyway, I HIGHLY recommend FORBES Toyota in Waterloo. I brought my wife's car in with the same steering wheel issue, and as you can see from the pictures below - THEY FIXED IT - no questions asked. Cost me $0. GREAT, FAST and friendly customer-service from FORBES Toyota.
This review is for the parts department. I broke the main ignition key for my vehicle so I needed to go in to Toyota and get a new key. Eric helped me and was fantastic. He quoted me $30 for a new key for my 2005 Toyota Echo and I was going to get 2 keys for a total of $60. I only had to wait 15-20 minutes to get my new keys and when I received my invoice it was only $20 total for both keys as they were not OEM. I'm really happy with the speed of service, the price was fantastic and the general customer service was polite, professional and efficient. 10/10. Would definitely recommend if you need parts! I had the most amazing experience at Cambridge Toyota with Jesse. After having a not so great experience at another dealership, I decided to give Cambridge a try. As a first time car owner, the experience of buying a car can be intimidating. Instead, Jesse made the experience fun, easy and enjoyable. He was so knowledgable and helped me get exactly what I wanted. He was kind and easy going. Sometimes you might feel pressured or judged while trying to buy a car, but not at Cambridge Toyota and not with Jesse specifically. He understands that buying a car is a big deal. He went out of his way to ensure the experience was enjoyable. He seemed genuinely excited for me to get what I wanted. You can tell he cares about his job and about helping people. My bad experience at another dealership involved the business manager who handles a lot of the paperwork, so once Jesse helped me decide on my car, I was a little apprehensive to chat with the business manager to make it official. However, I am so happy to say that the amazing experience continued with the manager, Henry. I had my parents along with me and he made us all feel comfortable and excited. He connected so well to my parents and also with me. He was clear and concise while discussing extra warranties, rust proofing and more. He explained everything in a way that we would understand and was up front about the costs and cost breakdowns. He didn't even seem to mind when my dad went into dad mode and tried to haggle with him to get me cheaper options. He was funny and kept things light and easy. Overall, I cannot say enough good things about this dealership, its team and the experience I had there. I picked up my cute corolla hatchback a few days ago and have not stopped smiling. It rides wonderfully and has so many cool features that I didn't even know I wanted/needed, but now could not imagine having a car without them. Buying a car is a huge accomplishment and something to be proud of, so go somewhere that treats the experience that way and recognizes how big of a deal it really is. Ask for Jesse and you will be so grateful you did.
Took my Matrix for an oil change in Cambridge on Jan.9/14 and my car was covered in salt. It was sunny and the roads were melting. Asked for the car wash, was denied and was told "too cold". I have a insulated warm garage and my car would not have frozen. Told "too messy on the roads". I wanted the salt off my roof. After Toyota, I drove to Suds and paid for a wash.

I purchased an Avalon Limited from this dealership in September 2019. The sales manager (Steve Harvey) and product advisor (Syed Zubair) at the dealership promised me that my car would be delivered within 6-8 weeks. However, they later told me that it will actually be delivered in February of 2020, which is 11+ weeks longer than they initially promised. Based on the other reviews posted here, it appears that lying about the estimated delivery date is a common sales 'tactic' that this dealership uses on its customers. I have not received any apology from the dealership and they have refused to take any responsibility for this situation. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
We seem to always receive the worst service at this location. We usually go to another toyota dealership for any service but last few times we have made appointments here since it is closer to our house. Last few times we scheduled tire changes here it has taken hours! A tire change with an appointment should not take 2 hours! I am very disappointed in the service and will not be coming back after we have given them multiple chances.

Very bad experience. I spent 40 min at this dealership. And the sales person SYED can't provide me with a quotation nor my trade-in valu for my van. I asked if there is any incentive from Toyota right now. He replies me rudely that getting you a car in four months is the biggest incentive. Just purchased a beauty! The team was great! I assisted my father (who is deaf) in shopping for a new truck and on a day I wasn't available he went out shopping on his own. Being from Toronto I wasn't sure how he made it all the way out to Cambridge and was worried he would have a hard time communicating. I feel so blessed that the team took such amazing care of him and really spent the time needed to communicate with him despite him not being able to hear. Alex B. spent countless hours with my father showing him all the bells and whistles, going on test drives and chatting over coffee. When it came time to make a deal and finalize paper work the management team made it incredibly easy for us by doing everything we could over the phone and email until they hand delivered the new truck to our doorstep in Toronto. They even left us with a couple amazing gifts! Now that's top notch service! Keep up the amazing customer service Cambridge Toyota!
Just bought my 2021 Tundra TRD Sport Premium from Mike Robertson at Cambridge Toyota and my experience was a 10 out of 10. I cannot say enough about how happy I am to have dealt with him. It was worth my trip from Oakville to Cambridge as I was looking for a black truck and they had two. I highly recommend you ask for Mike Robertson if you looking for a Toyota, I promise he will not let you down.
Went in this Friday to look for a new Camry.. there was a south Asian sales rep trying to pull a quick one at the dealer. He started asking me what my downpayment was within 5 minutes.. I looked over the payments on the sheet he printed he said we charge an etching fee worth $500. I caught that and said is this something that your dealership includes and he said yes… and knew he got caught and said ok I will take that off. They’re scammers. I went for 2 test drives regardless and came back and he was avoiding me because I caught him. I left the keys at the desk informing the other rep- I got into my car and he comes flying out the door and said you just left without telling me?? I said first you’re trying to push me- second I came in and you knew I was back and made me put the dealer plate on my self and I’m not going to stand around and come up to you. Instead you should be coming up to me. I would avoid this dealership. I will give my business to another Toyota dealership.
They always provide superior service. I only wish I could afford to trade in and get a new Tundra. Feel confident when at Cambridge Toyota.

Not a customer but ended up being towed to Cambridge Toyota after a flat on the 401. Toyota Roadside was no help whatsoever but Cambridge Toyota came through big time. After hearing my story, waiting on hold with Toyota Roadside Assistance for 40+ minutes, one of the Cambridge Toyota apprentices came back into the shop and changed my tire on my Tundra. Steve and all the staff were so helpful and so nice - I am very grateful and appreciative of your help!!! 10 Stars!!!! Great people.
Went to check out used car from this dealership. I guess should've known they welcome folks based on their purchase. Used vehicle rep had zero interest in my queries, didn't had much knowledge about the vehicle and lastly his black book value for my trade inn was just jaw dropping. However when I asked about the black book value of the vehicle I was interested in purchasing $ wasn't that great either but the dealer markup was 7k above the book value. I asked what's up with that, " o it's dealership cost etc" O Toyota Cambridge it was my first ever visit to your dealership. Unfortunately, since I can't afford the new vehicle to get the sales rep attention I won't be visiting or recommending anyone for a very long time.

In fact, he encouraged us to shop around first, then go back to him for a price comparison. We did just that, and went back to him. He kept his promise and gave us the best deal possible...in about 5 mins! It was painless! Thank you for not wasting our time on price haggling.
We recently completed our 5 th. Toyota purchased from Cambridge Toyota. We have leased vehicles from all 3 Toyota dealerships in the region. At the end of the day we find our selfs heading back to Cambridge Toyota. From Steve to Corey and Syed they will do whatever it takes to get a fair deal done. Yesterday my 87 yr old Mother came in with a burnt out headlight in her Matrix. She just purchased the bulb and they replaced it straight away and no charge! Thank you for that true kindness!
How do you turn a simple oil change into a repair job take your car here and find out. Took my car in for an oil change they left a plug loose so it could fall out or out all together so the oil could drain out over time. Way to go team Cambridge Toyota then oh someone else must have gotten into a locked garage or some place else you parked and taken that plug out and put it back then took it out again. I’m now stuck with a bunch of out of pocket expenses thanks to your poor work. Oh we will give you credit for 1/2 of what it cost you to fix our poor work in future repair work but we did nothing wrong . No thanks. You had an opportunity to correct the problem you caused and you messed that up too. NEVER COMING BACK HERE !!! Thank goodness for Toyota engineering and design with safeguards that saved the engine from any damage caused by loss of oil. Toyota makes some of the best cars out there unfortunately you can’t say the same for all their dealers service centers.
Live in London and dealt with Richard dela Rosa mostly through phone and text because of a recommendation of a friend. Top quality, great information, straight forward and worked with me until he found something that fit what my family needed and in our price range. Would totally go back as it was worth the drive for that kind of service.
I bought a preowned car The preowned staff were nice. When I picked up my 'new to me' Lancer the, Service department was great and informative to let me know what work I needed done on my Corolla.
I believe my winter tires were installed as they received it and they did not check or set the right tire pressures. On record, the pressures on all tires were 32 but actually ranging from 25 to 27. I brought my car before 11am appointment for Service #2. I got the car before 3pm but they were not able to clean and asked me if I can wait as they had lined up for car wash. I told them if it's still waiting in line, I would rather get my car as I had an appointment.
Bought a new RAV 4 and the experience was great, but that is where it all ends. When it comes to the financing do not deal with Hervé Le Bel. He will mislead you and you will end up paying more. I sent an email to Steve Harvey explaining the situation, but nothing got resolved. I recommend buying a Toyota as they are great vehicles, but do not buy from Cambridge Toyota. Build a good relationship with another dealer as the trust is very important when it comes to servicing your vehicle. Edit: As of June 2019, have not been contacted from management. They don't care about anything after the purchase!
We just purchased a 2014 Corolla from Larry Volchoff. I have to say that this was our best car buying experience ever. Larry was most polite, professional and fair and treated the negotiations as if he were purchasing his own vehicle. The detail crew did an excellent job preparing the vehicle for us. All in all a wonderful experience. We will be recommending Cambridge Toyota to our family and friends and look forward to having the dealership help to maintain the Corolla over the years to come. For a dealership, this place is awesome. I don't feel like they're constantly trying to gouge me. Service is good, effective, and seems to last. Prices are so reasonable I don't bother changing my own oil anymore.
Nancy sold my husband and I our very first vehicle, a brand new Corolla and we could not have been happier with the customer service we received. When we were referred to her we were told she would go above and beyond to make us happy and that definitely held true. We never felt pressured in the way some might expect to be at a car dealership...not at all! Nancy was flexible with our needs and was accommodating in every way. Awful service. Completely empty and it was like we were wasting our time. They were not interested in selling a car at all. It was like pulling teeth to get information on the cars. Went to three different dealerships, all the same experience. Its like no one wants to do their job anymore.

Just purchased my first Scion from Cambridge Toyota. Nancy Jelica was my sales rep and I was immediately impressed by her knowledge and personable skills. I had intentions of going to another dealership but had changed my mind after meeting Nancy. I purchased my car within a day and Nancy even came in on her day off to complete the paperwork. After receiving my new Scion TC, I had to bring the vehicle back to add my extras. I had a scheduling conflict and Nancy offered to come drop off my rental and take my car to the dealership. A++ An asset to Cambridge Toyota.

Staff is not helpful at all in service department. My brand new 2020 toyota Corolla had some issue with remote starter. Service department said not to touch the car because it was installed in toyota dealership Alberta. In Their word i have to go to Alberta to get it fixed. Never buy warranty on you new car they are not covering anything from that warranty. Waste of money. Aftermarket remote start but it is installed by dealership. If your other dealership will not touch your aftermarket remote starter please stop installing in new vehicle.
We bought our car site unseen over the phone with Sean. No hassle, no nonsense and no pressure. Fulfilled our expectations and exceeded them. The only thing I would have liked to have seen is on delivery day, we could have gone over the car out of the rain. Minimal issue though. Great dealership.
Got a great deal on my Tacoma. Sales department, no issues. Service department, needs a tune up. Got my first oil change and inspection completed on time. Staff is friendly and courteous. So far so good...huge oil slick under my truck, after being parked in my garage for 4 hours. Went to Heffner after hours to find out that the technician failed to tighten oil drain plug to specifications. In 34 years of owning vehicles, I have never had this happen. Cambridge Toyota you have lost a customer to Heffner.
Had an extremely bad experience with the parts department. Was extremely disappointed with Glen who apparently has been there like 40 years. He was extremely hostile right from the beginning and they had no desire at all to help me with what I needed. i have never been treated so poorly at a parts counter. I really hope this isn't how he treats everyone. Will not be returning.
Long story short, had some issues with a 2019 corolla we recently bought and voiced the concerns to Sean and Angelo. They ended up going above and beyond addressing our concerns plus some. Overall good experience.

The service from Cambridge Toyota was the Worst Ever Ever in my life!!! I bought highlander last May 2019 and had a problem with Long range remote KEY. Then they reorder the key. I waited for 2months, finding out that it was not ordered. They ordered again and waited again for one month, finding out that they ordered WRONG one this time. After a month, Finally they got the right one and set up the long range remote key correctly. However, the trunk is not working this time!!and broke my security camera system!! There are even more behind this story!! It all took 5 month to get this done. Cambridge Toyota is the WORST CHOICE if you buy a vehicle or service!! Next time i will review the behind story.

Sean is a great salesman, my daughter and I bought Corollas a week apart. However, picking up our cars took over an hour, even though we had appointments. My lease buyout wasn't filed, so I was left scrambling the morning of my pick up day. My last issue was the rustproofing package I purchased wasn't done. Seems like once they had my purchase, after care wasn't a priority.
We live in London and needed a new vehicle to replace my 2008 Vibe. We wanted a 2020 RAV4. We didn’t have very good customer response from one of the Toyota dealerships in town and a family member suggested we try Cambridge Toyota. We met Sean B at the dealership and he was wonderful. I was very intimidated by this computer on 4 wheels but Sean was very patient showing me the essential workings of the RAV4 on the steering wheel and dashboard. We also dealt with Herve LB who was very good explaining the warranty information and answering all of our questions. We had excellent customer service from Cambridge Toyota and will definitely be telling our friends and family to go there when they’re looking for a new Toyota!
