At the age of 24 I recently had gotten my licence, it took a while, but I had better things to do. I realized after getting my licence that i would also need a car. I looked online for some dealerships nearby and this breathtaking picture caught my eye. It was so well shot. The picture was so great it made me click the link, and I made a call. Three days later I had purchased my first car and the experience was amazing. I almost want to sell this car just so I can buy another one. Everyone at Cambridge Mitsubishi was extremely helpful and considerate. But as good as the staff was I really think some credit needs to go to whoever is taking those pictures, because that's definitely what got me onto the site, which is what lead me to the fine people and deals at Cambridge Mitsubishi. took me a month to get a yes or no reply and 1-2 emails a week about it. That was the third strike. First strike was the less than stellar job on an oil change and the 2nd being them losing my appointment and then not having it ready two weeks later and overcharging on the work while making me wait over an hour for a loaner too. Bought a new electric, gas car here. The car was pricey but l really like driving it. The mileage is great and the car fun to drive. Lots to learn about driving this type of car. 9/4/2021 - Loved my first RVR purchase in November of last year I decided to upgrade and purchase the 2020 RVR model in July 2021. I'm so happy with the car. Was able to make an informed decision easily with Jacob's assistance. Appreciate the patience and guidance answering all my questions. We just bought our first brand new car for the first time in our lives today. We are so happy with the service that we received from the sales team: Victoria, Jacob and Tim! They were all professional, not pushy “traditional car sales person” and a pleasure to make the second biggest purchase so far in our lives next to our house. The only reason they didn’t get a five-star review is because we were told to come back in 15-20 minutes to pickup our new Outlander PHEV top tier model. When we arrived back to receive our brand new crossover, the service manager was so rude, the worst customer service experience I have ever had. He told me it wasn’t his job to get me the car that was in his bay just getting finished up and the snow tires were being put in and that one of his team members was supposed to pull around. We were in the best moods, just dropped over $60,000 dollars and excited to drive away in our beautiful new hybrid until his negative, shovinistic and rude behaviour ruined all of the joy we were feeling. He treated me like a I was just a stupid, young girl. I’m thirty years old a professional Sommelier and Silversmith and my husband is an electrical engineer. I will never return there for oil changes or any service. I would however buy another car in a heartbeat from Victoria, Jacob and Tim. They were all thorough with us understanding the details of the vehicle and paperwork. So thank you to the sales team for your time, respect and a wonderful new Outlander PHEV GT S-AWC. We LOVE it! To the shop manager, you have given me the most horrible customer service experience of my life. You will never see us in your shop again. We will be driving the extra hour from Kitchener to your Hamilton sister Mitsubishi Dealership and shop for any work that needs to be done on it for the next ten years. I would not recommend anyone go here to have their car serviced. There's an older guy there with white hair who is misleading, incompetent and rude. There's a young guy there who works behind the desk who was very polite and helpful. Unfortunately we weren't dealing with him. We've bought our last two vehicles here. Recently the dealership has come under new ownership and any courtesy, customer service, goodwill from past owners has not transferred over. Our rearview camera stopped working so I called to inquiry if they could take look at it during a service appointment to find out what the problem was. Over the phone the technician told me he'd be happy to do so. I mentioned this again when I brought the car in for service and he said he'd look at it and let me know what the problem was. When I picked up our car the technician told me he didn't actually know anything about the rearview cameras; they have them installed through a third party service, and I would have to drive 15 minutes and pay for a diagnostic. When I expressed my disappointment with the tech's lack of service, asking why he couldn't have told me this over the phone, he told me, "I looked at the camera and it wasn't working. That is what I said I would do". Apparently to him this meets customer service expectations. So unless your idea of service is for a tech to literally look at the part of your car that has a problem and confirm the part is there, but have no idea about what to do about it, go somewhere else.

Where do I even begin? I had the easiest time picking a car, as the sales staff knew my exact needs. Front desk had a basket of fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies and an espresso bar, which really made the difference in my experience. An incredible sales experience I will not soon forget - this extraordinary experience sets this fine establishment apart from every other dealership.

Had issues with key losing programming, and was told they would replace the defective key. They never contacted us to tell us the key was in. When we followed up they told us they don't warranty the keys even though on our previous visit they told us they did due to the circumstance. We bought from this dealership, but much like the previous reviews once the car pulls out of the lot don't expect much from them. We have some outstanding warranty issues and due to the closest dealership being this one and still being 30 minutes away we just cant bring ourselves to go through the hassle. This reflects poorly on Mitsubishi as a whole. I will not buy another Mitsubishi sheerly because of the lack of options when it comes to dealerships.

The service department completed a cross member recall happily with no fuss and very minor additional cost for a few exhaust bolts and gaskets. They did not give us the run around. Another Mitsubishi dealer in another city we went to see would not do the recall unless we paid then $2,000 for additional work that deemed "necessary"). Next time we will go straight to Cambridge.

I have been taking my daughter's Lancer to the dealership for all it's maintenance. It is twice now that they have missed a crucial step. First time, after an oil change, they only tightened the bolt on the oil pan finger tight. A couple a days after the oil change there was around a cup of engine oil on her parking spot. (Small fix but it could have been way worse) Second time, after a tire change from winter to summer they did not torque the wheel nuts. She just found out today when the driver side front wheel was wiggling and striking the rotor causing a heavy metal knock. The nuts had loosened so much I could turn them by hand. All the other wheels were not as loose and were definitely not torqued. Bad, really bad, it could have been deadly. I'm changing dealership.

I wish I could give zero star. Booked 5 different appointments over a 3 month span for a recall. Every time I went in they would say they didn’t have the parts yet. 3 months of waiting for parts. The last time I had enough and spoke with the manager and he was to busy wanting to talk to me about how long it takes for him to get parts for his skyline and how the Canada post strike is to blame when my complaint to him was simple if they didn’t have the parts why not call and tell me so I don’t waste my time driving in just to turn around and go home. Also called Brampton Mitsubishi the very next day and had the recall done 2 days later. Go figure they can get the parts ASAP but Cambridge can’t lol Very disappointed Will never go there again. They could tell me it was free and I still wouldn’t go. I hate complaining about how people work hence the reason I waited till the 5 appointment but this was bad.

The place could use a good cleaning..bathrooms are nasty. The show room was driving me nuts just sitting there looking at the dirt and garbage.Cant say much about the way they deal with customers either asked if I needed a ride then let me wait 2 1/2 hours and never got one. I guess I shouldnt complain the older lady that had an appointment for 11am for and oil change was still waiting there at 2pm. Not once did anyone tell her what was going on with her car. What a shame. Oh and I might add I've been waiting for the part since January for my window and if I didnt call almost every week I would still be waiting. I did decide to head to Cambridge Mitsubishi to just check out things out. The sales rep (Assan) that I dealt with was extremely helpful, personable and honest! Absolutley disgusting the way they treat their customers. The Service Manager is condesending and unknowledgeable. I took my Mitsubishi in for a brake service (which took 4 hrs) afterwhich the brakes persistantly squeaked. Booked an apt with them to look at it the next business day. They did "something" the service manager couldnt tell me exactly what they did and just told me its "fixed". I drive away and the noise is still there. I return to the shop same day no more than an hour after I left and was told to come back another day and they'll "try again". When I continually asked the Service Manager what the issue was he wouldnt answer the question and instead responded with "I dont have to fix it". After finally agreeing to take the car back in he tells me they replaced all the brakes again and that it should be fixed. So far I'm waiting to see if the noise comes back*, but I there is absolutley no excuse for the way customers are treated here. If I spoke to my clients this way, I wouldn't be in business. So the fact that they keep this guy and think his behaviour is acceptable just goes to show what they really think of their customers. Not to mention there is an employee who stares at women in the store and makes them uncomfortable. I will never return. You've been warned! *Update, the brakes continued to squeak, have had them looked and they were bone dry (no lubricant used), which just goes to show how cheap, unknowledgeable and dishonest this shop is.

I can't possibly articulate how phenomenal the folks at Cambridge Mitsubishi are. Paul especially! I'll keep this short and to the point. I purchased a 2015 RVR late November 2015 and wanted to wait until my first service to fully round out my opinion of the sale/after sale/service at Cambridge Mitsubishi. The sales staff have a great "no pressure" approach to buying a vehicle. They listen to what your needs are and suggest the vehicle and options accordingly. I have called in with questions about my car and if I don't get someone to talk to right away I always receive a call back within a few hours. The service team is on the same page and made of the same cloth as the sales staff. Super friendly, efficient and hard working. If you are in the market for a vehicle, new or used. You would be doing yourself a huge disservice by not going to Cambridge Mitsubishi to at least check things out and see how a car buyer is supposed to be treated.

Me and the girlfriend brought our 2013 lancer in for the wiper recall, they cracked the windshield in the prose's and refuse to replace it, apperently we sign an agreement protecting them from any damage done to our vehicle when we bring it there for work, unbelievable how unprofessional the staff is, 10/10 would NOT recommend, if I could rate negative stars I would.

I bought a 2016 Outlander, brand new. Vehicle is great. After I had signed on the dotted line, it was very difficult to get a straight answer out of the salesman. I soon learned that I was just a sales number and not a customer. Since I lived out of town, I wanted make sure that service was open on Saturdays. I was told that the were but in reality they are not. (Even their website says they are). Once service is done, car is dirty. They don't take the time and care to make you feel important. I had to remind them about issues I am having as they forgot to service what I wanted. I have even brought it in for a service recall (rust on emergency brake) and told it's not that important. Recall didn't get fixed. Stay away from a place that doesn't treat you as a valued customer. I'm going to a different dealership for service.

EDIT: manager reached out to me to refund my fuel flush even though service department told me no. Went from 1 star to 3 stars, thanks to Sam! I meant to review this location at the time of my "service". Had my RVR in SEVERAL times to resolve an engine light issue. I paid for a recommended fuel flush ($225 + tax I believe), as their service manager highly recommended in order to resolve the issue, which it didn't resolve a single thing. They also weren't able to supply a loaner car so I missed 3 different afternoons of work just to be let down every single time. While I was waiting, an alternate customer was approached in the waiting room by the service manager recommending to replace her air filter. The customer said no, that she just replaced the air filter 3 months ago. Good thing she was on top of it, because it seems like this location just wants your money! I gave up and took it to Kitchener Mitsubishi. They dropped everything and jumped when I explained my experience with Cambridge. They showed up at my work (1 hour away from dealership) with a loaner car. They weren't able to resolve the issue that day, so they allowed me to keep the loaner until the issue was resolved. Issue was resolved, while I was being communicated with all along. 5 stars for Kitchener!

This dealership service department is horrible. After taking our car in 5 times for the same repair they decided to say we bent the seat frame so it is no longer warranty. This dealership will find a way not to do warranty on your vehicle. Will never buy a Mitsubishi again due to this dealership.

Do you know how you can tell if a business has fake reviews? You can see the number of other reviews the users have made. It's atrocious to see you've got 5 star reviews from fake profiles. One of the worst experiences... Spent 3 weeks back and forth on email because you wouldn't allow me to come in person then the vehicle I wanted was sold to someone else. Whats that about? I've never had to go through so much trouble to buy a car. Also, grow up and do better. Stop using fake reviews people to aren't dumb.

The gas mileage is no where's near what is advertised but every time I take it to a dealer it costs for them to check it and they keep telling me everything I fine. I bought the RVR because the mileage on my Toyota Highlander was too high. Now I get the same mileage on my RVR as the highlander and it isn't half the vehicle. Very disappointed.

Whereas to begin. I have two mitsubishis and they closed the kitchener one so I was forced to take my cars their. They told me my O2 sensor was gone charged me 1300 bucks to fix and the problem was still their. They refused to fix what the problem was or reimburse me saying that's the code that came up when they did diagnostics. I also told them that I needed a new battery low and behold when I got my bill they had charged me 60 bucks to diagnose that the battery was deadly I never asked to diagnose it I said 6 replace it but was still charged. To top it off they charged me 150 bucks for a oil change that really cost 105 I even called other dealerships and had my friend call Cambridge and was quoted 105 including taxes. When I brought this to the attention of the manager Victor's akhter she lied and said she looked up other bills for evos and said it does come to 150 when I asked to see one of course she said that's confidential and she can't show me l. The topper is the put a huge scratch on my car that wasn't their when caa dropped it off and they took pictures of the whole car before towing it their so their is no possible way they can deny doing it but they never even mentioned it. I offered Victoria 500 bucks to fire that garbage service manager Steve I was that upset never ever take your car their drive to Scarborough if you want a good mitsubishi dealership you trust.

My review has changed... I purchased my second outlander from the Cambridge location (aug 2020). The purchase was amazing and the transaction went smoothly. That’s where the good service stopped. I had paid for the tow package to be installed by their shop, upon looking at the installation it was atrocious. It looked like they used a grinder and slapped a trim kit on it hoping for the best. The back and forth continued about this install from that point. Every time it went for an oil change they had to fix it a bit more, finally the trailer lights stopped working completely. At this point they told me it was my fault for not packing the connection full of grease... after more back and forth they decided to fix it aswell. Upon picking it from this fix they told me that warranty covered it but they won’t next time...(this whole situation was due to their terribly unprofessional install. At point of pick up there was also a verbal altercation between a service employee and myself over a mask exemption that I hold as I was asked to leave the service area... Overall the people working in the service department of this location hold terrible customer service skills and I will find a new location to have work done one my vehicle...

Best freckin service I'd have ever received!!!! the service manager Steve ignoledged me with a smile and a short conversation following that as soon as I arrived (which doesn't happen at most placed might I add). After that I had issues trying to figure out the coffee machine and Rachel was more then willing to help out a old fart, we shared a good laugh about it. Mark the parts manager was a huge help in looking for parts that I couldn't seem to find anywhere else. To top it all off I got a free car wash there at the dealership!.... Purchased a 2013 rvr in Hamilton and no problems except dealership closed. Cambridge was the closest to were we lived and we were looking to upgrade into an outlander. Dealt with Paul and ended up trading our 2013 rvr in for an outlander that day. Completed all documents required that day. On pick up almost a week later the vehicle was not spotless. *promised by the sales guy). Still had 2 scratches visible that were supposed to get fixed. They were not. Even noticed a dent once home by the gas tank. (Irony we never filled up the gas tank to notice). 7 weeks go by and we were notified by our previous lender that we still owed for our rvr. The dealership did not send them the documentation that they were supposed to do. Now our issue. To the next buyer make sure you have all the documents in hand so you do not go through what we did. Further yet you might want to go to a different dealership. 3 days later after being told within 24hrs that this "slight oversight " would be resolved it finally was done. Question is what happened to the over $21000 that was never paid for 7 weeks went???

If you are looking for a good deal on your trade-in car, don't go to this dealership, no matter what car you have, low kilometers, single owner, accident free, Mint condition, all this doesn't matter especially if it is not a Mitsubishi, they will offer rock bottom price for your car about 30-40% below the whole sale price because they don't keep it on their lot. This review will be of my dealings with the service centre. My drivers side front window kept derailing off the regulator, and I had it warrantied twice at Brampton Mitsubishi, where I originally bought the vehicle. They refused the third warranty and even went so far as to accuse me of “kicking” the window or pulling on it. Keep in mind, this was coming from the service manager... Then my front passenger window went out. I decided to take it back to Cambridge Mitsubishi, where the vehicle was originally delivered from. The service advisor/manager (I am unsure), Steve Salmon went absolutely above and beyond. Honestly, I went in with two front windows not working and I described the situation and what I thought it was, and he decided to take it in on the spot, without hesitation. I was advised it would probably be ready by tomorrow, and I saw them bring it in right as I was leaving the dealership. There was a mishap with the phone number, and it turns out the vehicle was done the same day, both windows. They peeled both doors open, replaced the regulators, align the windows back on track and reattached the door panel on the same day! When I called at around 3 the next day, I was told I can pick it up until 5 or tomorrow at no cost. It was warrantied without question, and I was given preventative advice on operating the windows. Not accused of purposely breaking my windows to enjoy dealing with the amazing folks over at Brampton Mitsubishi... Every single person I dealt with from the moment I entered gave me no hassle, and I was not bombarded by questions which many service centres do to avoid any warranty work. I was shocked, and I went in expecting WW3, and it was the complete opposite. I spent less than 15 minutes total inside the centre, dropping the vehicle off and picking it back up. Excellent work guys!

Consistently dissatisfied. I have been forced to use this dealership for recalls over the course of about 5 years of ownership of my vehicle. Each and every time I have had the displeasure of dealing with them I have walked away dissatisfied. I have dealt with everything from critical fasteners being left loose to incorrect parts being installed on my vehicle (which I had to figure out) to complete lack of transparency with the work that is being done (resulting in unexpected consequences that end up costing me more money), to waiting around for hours for shuttle service. I took my car for couple of service until they changed the service manager to a guy named Steve and he is not managing the service at all. the time management is very bad and he is very rude and careless about the customer and their time and there is no respect for customer time and and very bad attitude and he called me a dump argumantative after I told him I am not going to argue about the bad service he is providing for me. I made an appointment 10 days ahead and drove all the way from GUelph to the shop and I waited an hour and 15 minutes but my car was still not taking into the service and when I told him about the time he just says sorry ( not even mean it) and they are behind. He didn't bother to approach me when I was waiting in the store to mention about it. He is destroying the service at that location. I never go there as they do not care about the customer service.

Truly awful experience with their manager Jacob. I would give it zero stars if Google would let me! My partner and I had a fine experience with the salesperson and were pretty close to buying. The manager said they couldn’t negotiate on price at all, and when we said that we were going to go call a couple of other dealers and make sure we were getting the best price, Jacob got pushy and downright aggressive. He questioned why we were shopping around, saying “why are you doing this, huh? Why are you price checking me?” (um, it’s a $60,000 purchase dude, why do you THINK we’re shopping around?) and became aggressive in his tone and demeanour. He kept pushing us to put a deposit on the car and making it sound like he was doing us some huge favour. Sadly (for Jacob, and especially for poor Jordan the salesperson), if Jacob had said “go ahead and call some other places, and if you find a better deal we’d be happy to match it” we likely would have been back there signing the paperwork. However, thanks to Jacob’s pushy sales tactics and total lack of ability to communicate in a decent human way, we walked out and called a different dealer who immediately offered a lower price without even knowing the Cambridge offer. We then went back in and explained to salesperson Jordan that he’d done quite well on the sale, but his boss flubbed it (Jacob doth protested a bit much at this, understandably). My partner and I are so disappointed and angered by how rudely and aggressively we were treated, and I think we made that clear to the sales team. Bottom line: take your business elsewhere (we did!). You’ll probably get a better deal, and hopefully you won’t leave with such a headache.

Bought my RVR in 2012 and the sales team went above and beyond to make the process easy and pleasant....fast forward to 2015 and we needed to have some work done, under warranty on the back hatch. From the start, the service manager Steve was condescending, rude and gave the impression he had no use for us. He insinuated I was a liar, claiming he didn't say something that he clearly did, and actually said to us...."don't get pushy, I did you a favour" when we complained about how long it was taking to fix my vehicle. At first he told us it would take 2 days, then when we dropped it off he said it would take three. At the end of the third day he said it would be ready in the morning and blamed it on the body shop. If something isn't done about his customer service, he may cost you a lot of business. We won't be back for any service issues. After all this nightmare, we find out that our "accident free" vehicle had been hit and repaired in the back. Found this out from two very reliable sources, the body shop that Mitsubishi uses for body work and our own mechanic. Also have not heard a word from the dealership in answer to this review and our follow up email survey.

I forced my dad to come with me being so young (I had to idea if they would add extra things without me understanding since I know nothing about cars!) but they gave me an amazing deal, helped me finance my car and pushed the bank to allow me to have it considering my age! This review has nothing to do with service from this particular location... it has everything to do with a company which sells vehicles that cannot be repaired at all...when a transmission failed in my 2012 outlander I was informed in no way can it be rebuilt...by any transmission shop..or any Mitsubishi dealership...my absolute and only option is to buy a $15000 new transmission.. That is absurd to think they can make something that cannot be fixed at all.. cant even find a used one in north america.. I would recommend that no one ever buy a mitsubishi... they make completely disposable junk!

It truly is unfortunate that Mitsubishi has suffered such a decline from their once great engineering capability and production of the Lancer Evolution to a second rate automotive OEM. However, even more concerning, is the way this dealer ship conducts its business. There isn’t a sole in the building who truly listens to what’s happening in your life and absolutely everything has to bend to the shops wishes and demands or your car simply won’t be fixed. Dealership is very messy with winter tires blocking walk ways indoors and no seating (only dealer I have ever seen no seating with a service centre) and they can’t even keep it together enough in there to have a constant supply of milk for the coffe machine!! Please do not trust this Crooks and Amateurs with your hard earned money and time as they are willing and able to waste both! *if you notice in the Google data metrics the Number 1 rating after the fake 5 star reviews is a 1 star review which received nearly as many votes as 2,3,4 stars combined*

We bought our Outlander PHEV from Timothy about a month ago. It was a great experience. Timothy is super nice and easy-going and Victoria was easy to work with. We recently moved back to Canada, so our credit history had a large void in it. Jacob was able to get the deal done for us. We've had the SUV for a month. More than 1000km in and we have yet to fill up the tank. There are great options for charging when you're away from home. I'd recommend the dealership and the PHEV to anyone. THANKS :)

Cambridge Mitsubishi service department is absolutely amazing! Steve, Danielle, Cliff, Carl, Dakota, Reid and Hunter! Never had an issue at all with anyone. Their oil change service is TOP NOTCH!!! They checked the entire vehicle over, topped up all the fluids & even did a battery test free of charge! All of the employees in the service department are a delight to deal with, not one single complaint. Brandon in parts is great at his job & goes above and beyond for his customers! I definitely recommend coming here for any of your parts & service needs!

I had booked an appt a week in advance to have my car repaired for a (recall). I travel from toronto and arrived there (today at 11am) at the cambridge mitsubishi dealership where I originally purchased my car, to find out that the parts needed for the repair ran out this morning and that my car could not get serviced. I did not receive a call or no one had contacted me to let me know that I needed to reschedule another appt for a later day. The lack of professionalism is outstanding as it is their responsibility to ensure the parts are ordered and on time to provide a good service when they specifically ask you while you book an appt what you are REQUIRING done before hand. Not only this location is disorganized, unprepared, unprofessional, but they wasted someone's time who (may) travel over an hour drive to receive their service. I advise not to use the cambridge mitsubishi service as you will waste your time as well. Not to mention, they had changed the management team a couple times since I bought my car. Going forward I will be serviced at a location where they respect their customers, not here.

I booked an appointment here and they booked me on a day they were closed (Easter Friday, I probably should have known). I called them the following week to be informed that “they tried to call me” to change it. I rescheduled my appointment, and was told it would take 1-1.5 hours. It took almost 3 hours to change my tires, change my oil, and put on new windshield wipers. I will not be returning to this dealership.

Took my car in to get the distributor done on the driver window which is a little clip and a piece of metal to hold the glass so it goes up and down that is all that was wrong not the motor or anything. They said hour hour and half tops took them over 4 and counting and I'm seeing mechanics walking around sweeping doing nothing we should be able to starting to charge them for our time!

Unfortunately their customer service has plummeted since the last year. Service shop organization is almost non existent and what's more is they don't care. I had a recall done and it caused my wheels to be misaligned, and they returned the car to me with the steering wheel angled. I have been trying to get this fixed for the past 2 weeks and calling them about it but the best I can get each day is a "maybe we'll have time to fix it today" and no call back. Also might be useful to mention that as with all dealerships they blatantly overcharge; they asked 70$ to patch a wheel with a hole, so instead I went to Costco and got it done for 12$. Would not recommend going here unless you absolutely have to.

After emailing Hamilton Mitsubishi and getting no response from them i emailed Cambridge Mitsu and Jacob responded right away. I didnt realize till we met him that he is the sales manager. A sales manager responding to the general email box is unheard of. He answered all of my questions. We drove from hamilton to cambridge to go test drive the 2018 PHEV. Everything with Cambridge Mitsu was seamless. I researched the PHEV before going for the test drive and had a TON of questions. Jacob was amazing in answering everything (both in person and over email). Since we went right before the ON rebate was expiring it was pretty busy. Victoria came out and helped us complete the "paperwork". I can honestly say this was the best, most laid back dealership experience I have ever done (I have dealt with Honda, Lexus, Mercedes previously). I would definitely tell others and buy again from Cambridge Mitsu. Thank you Jacob and Victoria!!

So this is the second time this has happened.. I called today for an oil filter and was told by the receptionist that parts was closed. Knowing that I went in again because the last time I had called in I was told parts was closed but they actually weren't, so today I go in and low and behold parts is open!!!! This is terrible customer service, I work at a dealership and this would NEVER EVER be ok! Ducks that this is the closest dealer to me for misty parts

I just walked in no appointment a very nice sale lady was quick to greet us and helped me look at options they had in stock found a pre owned car that seemed perfect the second we left the drive way the check engine went on the car was shaking and making noises the steering was hard to control we didn't even make it a full block before we decided it didnt feel safe. I would be afraid to buy a car here if the condition it was in is considered test drive ready .

Waited over an hour and a half for an oil change. They charge $30 more than other Mitsubishi dealerships for the exact same oil change. Invoice is identical as others but price is higher. Sucks they are the closest to me . Will find someone else . Update . They have done a 180 in the right direction at the moment . Will update and change as we see what happens. Only one between London and Toronto. Keep up with what you are doing.
