Rob and his brother were very hospitable, welcoming and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure we got the car we wanted. The car was safety certified, new brake pads, and new snow tires - all at an affordable price. Oh and btw, we gave our stipulation on what kind of car we wanted, and they delivered. We were not pressured to pick any random car we didnt want from the lot. So thank you guys for being patient and polite. It was our first time buying a car, i was nervous and made a lot of mistakes. Luckily for me, the brothers were very supportive, telling us how to register the car and how to get it insured. Seriously give this place a shot. They give other shops a run for their money.

DO NOT buy a car from these guys. They will knowingly sell you a car with all kinds of issues under the guise of “dealer certified”. Within 5k km of owning the car it was leaking from all over and required expensive repairs. They DO NOT stand behind their vehicles at all and are just out to make a quick buck from you. Avoid at all cost.

Worst salesman/owner. and, worst place to buy car. they say that they fix everything on your car before they give it to you. ITS ALL TEMPORARY, no fluids were topped up. and the worst part is the after service is absolutely zero.

Worst and most rude car salesman/owner I have ever met. I called and asked them if I could see a car. Showed up an hour later at 2pm saturday. They saw us in the lot looking at the car. The owner locked up and was leaving. We asked if we could still see the car as it was 2pm and it says they close at 5. The guy told us very rudely that he owns the business and can close whenever the f*** he wants. Then after showing us the car, my buddy asked if we could take the car out for a test drive, and he got irritated and got in my buddies face like he was ready to fight. I swear most of the reviews on this place must be fake.

The ABSOLUTE most outstanding customer service I have EVER received from a dealership. Being a young age with a sore credit score, these guys did what nobody else was willing to do. With a car with over 300,000 km on it, I offered them a very fair and reasonable price, but they held firm at their outrageous price and was sworn at and VERY RUDELY told , even though I put the cash down in front of the manager. Good deal. I met Rob in mid october as I was looking for a low priced car that I could repair myself to see if I could still do it as I am a licensed technician but have been out of the trade for a few years. He had the perfect troubled MINI for me and he made the price right so I could gamble on it. After the sale as I learned a few of this minis troubles he was kind enough to take a call and share what he knew and he was not too far off of what was ailing the car. Well I played with it a little bit and now I have over 4000 kms on the car since I bought it and I have everything working as it should. The repair was not an easy one and not for the average mechanic but you can't tell the car was ever troubled. My story may not suit everyone but I send this review to state at the honesty I experienced and his willingness to tell me what he could even though mine was an as is deal and he did not have to take the time to do so. When looking for another challenge in the future his lot will be one that I check out first.

I always take any new car to my uncles mechanic shop to have a look. A Used car dealer wouldn't let me so i went to Honda of all people to buy a used 2016 accord. They would not let me either take the accord to my own familys shop so I went across the street to anew auto and they had a similar accord. Ended up with a better deal and they let me take the car to the shop. All i wanted to do was check underneath the car and these guys let me do it without a hassle. Much appreciated.

Rob is a courteous salesman who lets the cars sell themselves. He met us for our appointment with the car's history in hand. There are lots of salesmen who hide Carfax, but not Rob. I saw a car that I was interested in on their online posting. Went to check it out and usually I always have my guard up when it comes to dearlerships but I was surprised how friendly and down to earth the guys at Anew Auto were. They were not pushy at all for me to buy the car. I saw that a person wrote not being able to test drive a car unless being purchased, that person is wrong! I certainly got to test drive the car. They were straight forward and up front about the car, keen to let me take it to any mechanic I wanted. The other 3 where really pushy salesman and a bit rude once i told them i would take 1-2 days to think about any purchase. That's why i went back to anew. Very happy with service. They went above and beyond what any other business has done for me. They had the exact car I wanted with the lower kilometers, HFP package, interior color and 6 speed. Even with the cost of travelling to cambridge from Ottawa. I was still saving a good chunk of money and got the exact car I actually wanted instead of settling for another. I can't believe it but they picked me up from the train station in kitchener. On the drive there. He answered all the other questions I had. I had alot of questions since the last car I bought was 13yrs ago. Thank you for helping me. Joe sat in the car with me and showed me what each button did that I didn't recognize. He helped me set up the bluetooth and on how to be able to change the settings for the inside lights, gas consumption and how to add people to address book. I learn faster when someone shows me instead of going thru car manual. They were getting busy and Joe still took the the time to help me set up the settings to my liking instead of getting my money and moving on. Thanks guys for everything and your patience. I know I asked a million questions. All these features are new to me.

This review is overdue, but I have to share my experience. We bought a car after test drive, arranged to pick it up certified next day. It was not done next day, and when we finally drove it home two days later we took it to the shop the same evening to change the tires. They discovered a major radiator leak, poor breaks, the car shouldn't pass the safety at all. We called in the morning few times, no answer. Called again, left multiple messages and no answer. After we left message that we will get ministery of transportation involved thay called back, and took the car back to be fixed. The shop in Waterloo was holding the car for days because they had trouble getting a fitting aftermarket parts and they didn't wont to pay for original parts. When ever we would call to ask about it they were very rude and disrespectful. Finally after a week of waiting they had to order a part from Mercedes directly. We got the car back, guess what - they didn't put oil in to transmission after radiator change. Luckily my husband noticed something is wrong and took it to the dealer again. We insisted that it would go to different shop this time. After checking closely the papers we noticed a discrepancy in the dates of the safety. Papers showed that safety was "done" days before we took ownership of the car. Considering that the safety papers were issued by the same shop that was "fixing" the car first time... We had to change the brakes a few months later, because they were so noisy, they were cheap aftermarket breaks. The owner of the dealership promised that he would make it up to us, but never did anything. I would recommend that if you were to buy from them, you take a car to your mechanic to be inspected, yoy can't trast their word.

Great experience and help. Bought a Camaro and the car is great. Within 48hours someone backed into my bumper at the mall and took off. Not cracked but scratched it up on the corner. I called anew auto. I figured it worth asking if they knew anyone who could clean it up. Joe ask me to bring it by. He buffed out as much of the scratch that he could. He got most of it out and not an eyesore anymore. Majority of it's gone and the little bit just blends in. Saved me from paying a local shop to do it.
