Shopping for a car at Supreme was a breeze. Ali was not pushy and very accommodating with any request that I had. When it came time to do the paperwork, he was efficient and straight forward. January 2020 update: Make sure you get all the details done and in writing prior to making the deal. We later discovered the car was missing a light, needed an oil change after 300km and did not have a block heater. The owner was supposed to respond to my concerns after the purchase but there was no response. Same old advice - buyer beware!

One of worst dealership. I bought Jaguar XF they just provide me one key and Ali (dealer) said he will look for another next day he said he don’t have one but he will make me one on their cost $450. After one week of waiting his reply was they don’t have second key and he can not make me one. Secondly, car has low battery signal please start the engine from first day I bought the car. I told him about that he said you need to replace the key fob battery. But I checked online and I found that you need to replace the car battery. I also found next day car need service.In screenshots you can see first he was agree too make me extra key. Avoid this dealership at any cost.

I recently bought a 2013 Mazda3 from Supreme Auto Sales and over all, I had a great experience. It was my first time buying a car from a dealership, so I had many questions, and I kept calling my dad for advice. My used car dealer was AT, and he was very patient and helpful. Some good points : #1 - My dad suggested I look up reviews from Supreme Auto Sales, and AT pulled them right up on his computer, which I thought showed integrity. #2 - Supreme Auto Sales provided me with a « Car Proof Claims », but I wanted the complete « Car Proof Verified », which AT got for me (when I paid for it). Good thing I bought that, because it showed a Lien on the car for 19 000$. AT said he would take care of it and prove to me the lien had been cancelled. He did so and showed my 3 different papers, but I still wanted to see for myself. I bought the Vehicle Information Report at the Alberta Registry, which proved the exact same information AT had already given me. So that was all good. A not so good point : #3 - When I test drove the car, I noticed the driver’s heated seat was not working properly. When AT and I discussed me purchasing the vehicule, which I was in no hurry to do, I said I was interested if the dealership would fix the heated seat for me. AT understood this very clearly, but thought it would be difficult to convince his boss. The way he worded it in the contract was that « Manager would test drive vehicle for driver heated seat ». I did not know any better and signed the contract and paid a 500$ deposit. A few days later, I was informed that fixing the seat was going to be expensive, so the boss did not want to pay for it. I thought fine, if they don’t respect my conditions, I will get my 500$ back ; but actually, that was not the case : since they were not breaking a contract, they were under no obligation to give me my deposit back. I thought this was unfair : it was clearly not what AT and I had discussed. AT understood, but he was stuck between hid boss and I. Point #3 (above) turned out ok : I left for a 10 day vacation and upon my return, the heated seat had been completely replaced. It is now working nicely. LESSON LEARNED: Be very careful, make sure that what you negotiated with your dealer is written down clearly in the contract. More good points : #4 - When I went to pick up the car, I test drove it and after parking it in a parking lot, it would not start again. AT came to rescue us and offered to replace the battery, even before I asked. #5 - There was also a new noise when I drove I had not noticed before, and Ali offered to get it checked out at a garage. A few hours later I drove away with my Mazda3, noise free and with a new battery. I have had it for almost a month now, and I am very satisfied. It drives well, and there have not been any suprises. Another "eh" point : #6 – The first time I went to the dealership, to test drive the car and put a deposit on it, the car was dirty. When I picked it up to buy it, it was clean, and I noticed there were (superficial) scratches all over the car… My bad, I should have asked to see the car clean before offering to buy it. More good points : Upon delivery, the car : #7 – was detailed and, #8 – had a full tank of gas. Thank you very much AT ! I am very happy with my car.

I live on Vancouver Island and recently purchased a Land Rover from Calgary Supreme Auto. A fair price was negotiated via email/texting/phone. The flight I took from the Island landed in Calgary around 8:15 am where the sales rep AT met me at the airport and drove me to the dealership (offered to buy me a coffee on the way). The transaction was concluded in about 20 mins, and I was on the road in time to catch the Horseshoe Bay 8:30 pm ferry back to the Island. I am quite pleased with the Land Rover and the excellent service Supreme provided.

I would like to edit this review without removing my previous one to show how its easy to be deceived by this company. My biggest gripe is with the car facts report. AT knew I was very excited for my first vehicle purchase and he took this to his advantage. When going through the paperwork he showed me the car facts report. There was a claim on it from a previous owner he stated it was nothing to worry about as it was a hail damage claim everything had been fixed and there was no accident on the vehicle. So like the naive 20 year old I was I thought no problem I'll sign that. It was not until I attempted to sell the vehicle that I found out there was a major accident on the vehicle with over a $12000 claim. The frame had been welded and everything. The VIN on the door didnt even match the one on the dash. Since I had already signed it at this point there was absolutely no legal recourse I could take to resolve the issue. I ended up loosing $6000 only a year later even though I had put less that 10000kms on it. The financing company they are in cahoots with will charge you a 39% interest rate and hide it in confusing paperwork. The radio wasnt working in the car and he promised he would fix it only to tell me after signing all the paperwork that the tech wasnt in today and i would have to come back another day (it would cost me more in petrol to drive back than to just get it fixed myself. He also kept going back to his "boss" to ask about how much he could give me on my trade in and various other issues only for me to find out later that he is in fact the joint owner of the company and does not have a boss. So to rephrase my previous review. IT IS NOTHING BUT TRICKS with these guys. Dont trust them. Would recommend to no one! OLD REVIEW I purchased a 2011 Ford Ranger from Supreme today. I dealt with AT, who was very proffessional, did all the work with me over the phone before I arrived and had me driving out in the car I wanted financed almost the way I wanted it. I only spent 3 hours in the dealership it was really easy. I will go back when I want to trade up again. No tricks with these guys and the vehicles are price well. Recommend to anyone

Not really impress with after sale service. The car itself is not bad, but once I had a deposit on it, the service became awful. I was told, by Mr. Ali, that the car would be washed while I was going to finalize everything else (which gave him 2 hours to do it all). When I came back, nothing was done and he left the tank half full. Also, they did not even care to give me car manual. Am I just supposed to guess how everything works and what the lights mean. SO, IF THEY CAN EVEN DO LITTLE THINGS FOR THE CUSTOMERS, HOW DO YOU THINK THEY WILL TREAT YOU WHEN IT IS A MAJOR THING ??? I gave them a chance to explain why they do not stand by their promises, but they don’t even bother coming up with an excuse. I haven’t heard from them and it has been a week. All they care about is getting your money. I have never seen that kind of customer service anywhere else. So, do what you want, but you have been warned !!! You will not get any after sale services, no matter what they tell you. They just don’t stand by their words. Once they get your money, you mean nothing to them.

He arranged with the technician and inspected the breaks again for me. it was just a break sensor needs to be replaced. Ali definitely took ownership of this issue; they replaced it at no cost; no hassle. I got in touch with AT, who provided great service, and I was able to place a deposit and hold on the car. Once I got there, the vehicle was exactly as described, exactly as the pictures represented. Long waited review, about a few years back, went in to look at a used car, hesitant at first due to all the bad reviews, the sales person was dishonest, told me that the car had no major accidents, i knew going in that through a third party website search, car was involved in a $15k insurance claim from a bent rear frame. Didn't even bother to test drive the car, walked out. My suggestion is do your research and due diligence, and don't get sweet talked by the sales people. There only aim is to let you sign that sale.

I just recently bought a 2013 Ford Fiesta here from Ali. It was in great condition, and the inside was spotless. I was very happy they provided me with honest facts about the vehicle before I had even taken it for a test drive. Absolutely shady! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! In the course of our negotiations they lied about just about everything and used every shady "used car dealer" trick in the book. I would not recommend buying a car from this place!! I'm really glad we did our homework because the vehicle we were looking at was a rebuild (we knew) and they tried to say they thought it was probably hail damage. We had it brought to a thrid-party dealership to inspect it and found the entire front end had been rebuilt! THEN they wouldn't budge on the price! Had to basically FORCE them to include a 2 year lubrico warranty to cover us just in case. We were buying from out of province and we has (again) done our homework and KNEW that ICBC wouldn't let us transfer insurance or ownership to the vehicle if it wasn't registered in the DEALERSHIP'S name, they assured us that it was before we left, and guess what? When we tried to register it, it WASN'T! THEN they tried to tell us that WE had to pay for the registration AND the shipping of documents to us in BC! Unbelievable. 1) Bargaining in bad faith 2) Outright lying 3) Shady things going on with documentation. I will be reporting them to the BBB and I encourage you to steer clear!

These guys are crooks plain and simple. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS. Bought a 2008 H3 Hummer and trusted their "3rd Party Mechanical Fitness Report"... what a crock of sh-t, Should have realized it was a fake report when the day I drove it off the lot I noticed that the front headlamp was burnt out. That wasn't the only thing wrong with it. Radiator was cracked. Rear Rotors were shot and the pads were non-existent, The "minor" hail damage they claimed was only on the top of the hood and roof but was all over the quarter panels. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS.

They ended up selling me a car (that wasn't detailed when I picked it up) and a few years later, I found out that the previous owner had been in an accident with it and it had over $20,000 worth of damage. I guess that's why it was shipped to Calgary from Ontario. In Ontario you HAVE to disclose that information. In Calgary you don't. Be careful and if you buy through them, make sure they are forthright with you about the car.

My 1999 Volkswagen Golf had finally let me down for the last time. Supreme had my now new to me vehicle, a 2013 Volkswagen Jetta. It was priced reasonably and I applied for fianancing through their website late in the evening. Ali got back to me the next day and made sure he had all of the info he needed to apply for me. Within the next couple days he had me approved. Ali worked to get me the best rate possible and I believe he succeeded. Not only did he explain everything to me, as this is my first time fianancing, but he tried to make the payments and everything was low as possible instead of just taking whatever got the car out of there. The guys at Supreme will work hard to get you into a car you'll be happy with at rates and payments that you won't be overwhelmed with. I would reccomend Supreme Auto Sales when you're looking to purchase your next car absolutely.

Bought a 2011 jetta here and found the service very good. Any questions I asked were answered. Carproof was provided and any problems with the car were mentioned up front. Ali was very helpful in sorting financing and explained everything before I signed. I noticed the ac was not working after about 2 weeks but they fixed it for me very quickly. Can't really think of anything bad to say about them. With any sale, you should ask as many questions as you can about the vehicle and you should be fine.

Unfortunately I would not recommend Supreme Auto to anyone. I should have known not to buy the car after my first experience. I really liked the car but wasn't sure of my decision yet. The salesmen said I could put a hold on the car for $500. He guaranteed me that if I decided not to buy the car, that I would fully get my $500 back. Then when I first decided not to buy the car he told me I probably would not get my money back and that it was out of his hands and he would talk to management and see what he could do. Stupid me, decided I did want the car. So I ended up buying the car there a couple months back. They withheld information from me about the car and did not treat me well as a customer. When I bought the car I was aware that the car had a rebuilt status and things could possibly go wrong down the road. But!! I did not expect that there were already things wrong with the car and that the staff at Supreme Auto were hiding that information from me (which is illegal). Every time I came to test drive the car (4 times) it had been running before I took it out. When I got home from buying it I realized the sound/speakers would not turn on until about 10 minutes after the car was running. I called and they said they never had that happen and that I should wait a few days. I then went to see a friend who asked me what that noise was coming from my car. I could not hear anything from the inside so I stood out of the car while she drove past me and aI heard a very loud squeaking sound. I called again and they said I could bring it back for them to look at. I left it there over night and they said everything was fine, the speakers turned on right away and there was no squeaking. The next day when I picked up the car and again the radio/cd player/ speakers did not turn on, and the car was still squeaking. I called again and they said to wait a few days. Finally after again having no sound the first 10 minutes of every car ride I called again and they said I could bring it in. I brought it and the next morning they said everything was fine and talked to me as if I was an idiot and was making things up. I asked them to please keep it for one more day and check again. Again they said they had no problems and that they could send it to their mechanic but that if the radio turned on when he tried it that I would be charged for his time and if he didn't hear a squeaking I would still be charged for the time as this was not in my warranty so not their problem. An other couple weeks passed and every time I called the salemen reminded me it was not in the warranty and not his problem. He even asked me who I was and if I could repeat my name and information so he could remember who he was dealing with (after dealing with me for so long). I spoke with management and was treated the same. Since I have had the car I still have no sounds every time I drive my car, for at least the first 8 minutes. As far as the squeaking goes, it turns out they had the wrong size frames on the car around the rotars/breaks and I had a mechanic fix it. I took the car to an actual Nissan dealership (As it is an Nissan Altima) and they informed me I need a whole new stereo system. So if you are looking for a place that is customer friendly and honest, look somewhere else.

It was a nice discount considering I was going the be paying cash for the vehicle. However when I came back the next day to take him up on his offer, he "needed" to ask his manager for the go ahead. He then proceeded to come back and raise his price after we had already reached a deal. It was super unprofessional and rude to offer a deal that Ali was not authorized to give. Avoid at all costs. Dishonest and constantly gave the round around when given the opportunity to correct the issue. Provided a mechanic review of the vehicle which turned out to be incorrect, including missing safety critical issues such as a significant power steering leak. Noticed issues almost immediately after purchasing the vehicle. At first, they committed to doing the repairs. But after repeated follow-up over a month to make an appointment with their mechanic to correct the issues at no avail, I eventually had to take it in myself. Refused to refund me for the costs incurred to repair the vehicle. Will be forced to file a Civil Claim.

This place is a joke. Checked out an Audi A4, was pretty pleased with it till getting into the fine details. Car had occurred site damage, Ali explained he'd have it repaired, but once we began discussing, that flew out the door. Ali fell through on several items he had promised to fix. Everything became an extra. Their administration fees are threw the roof!!! There's a high fee on using your credit card to pay for the deposit. You'll end up spending much more than at a dealership. Interior was recently cleaned, looked good but beware, the cleaning products may cover up the smell but their nicely tucked air fresher's under the seat were not missed.

I traded off and purchased a truck from Supreme Auto in early March 2021. I purchased a Ram truck that was owned by the owner of Supreme Auto. A one owner 2014 truck. Very Low KM and overall appearance looked brand new. I won’t deny the fact that it’s a good looking truck and with that, I paid top dollar which I think most would had felt was in the ball park. A few days in, I came across some electrical problems. Back up lights came on when braking (safety issue), home link didn’t work, backup camera was only partially working, map lights below sunroof didn’t work. Turns out the map lights isn’t just replacing the bulb but the entire upper roof console. The inspection they provided showed all was good, although the inspection was just a bunch of check marks that looked like it was marked in rather quickly. It turned into one of those a couple thousand dollars later stories. I’m into it now for over $2000 and still don’t think I’ve come across everything that needs repair. Every week seems to be something else. I reached out a few times after that by phone and email to Supreme with no response. By coincidence the Chrysler dealership I brought it to told me that the truck had been there once before after it was hit by lightning which wasn’t disclosed to me. They also said they got it up and going but didn’t completely finish the job. From repairs that have been completed, I’ve been told by the techs that clips/pins were broken off at connection points. This can only lead me to the conclusion that these areas have been looked at once before and issue(s) was known. The tail lights would be considered a safety problem they should had been fixed prior to selling it. I would bet the truck I traded off didn’t need any work and was an easy sale as it wasn't on the lot long. Probably also made a lot more on it then what I traded it off for. Sad to think they would had known of the problems with what I purchased and just passed it in to me. A little trust and honesty and go along way and it was thrown right out the window with my deal. We all know that when buying a used vehicle that there will be things you will need to eventually repair as that's all from owning a vehicle. You would like to think that buying it from a dealer, especially one that actually owned what was purchased that issues wouldn’t had been to this extreme or at least been given the benefit of the doubt and given a heads up of the problems. I still welcome to hear back from them to discuss and that they may even offer some support with out of pocket bills I have had to pay. If I do, I would gladly update my review but at this time I can only say steer clear from Supreme Auto. Be aware of what you buy, what you trade off and expect the unexpected if you do make a purchase. The salesman Ali said to me shorty after the purchase that he is the type of guy that continues to work for you after the purchase but have yet to see any effort from him or the owner to discuss these issues further. Very disappointed with the experience and aftershocks I continue to go through with it. Save yourself the headache and put your hard earned money in the hands of any other dealership then this one. I have never posted a review before but felt this was the only way to share my story and maybe prevent someone else from making a high priced mistake. I guess its a roll of the dice if you do decide to do business there but please be aware if you do! I see there are some good reviews in the mix but you should take a good look at the bad ones and take them to heart!! Based on troubles I have had with the truck and overall experience, I would had gave zero stars if possible.

Supreme Auto GREAT place to deal with!!!! Saw ad on internet, called and spoke with Ali and we met him 30 minutes later. Ali had already brushed the snow off the vehicles we were interested in and had them ready for test drive. No high pressure sales here... just down to earth person. Purchased the vehicle then and there after test drive. SO happy with it. Went to pick it up after registering it and found Ali wasn't happy with the battery in the vehicle and had replaced it with brand new. Don't find service like this everyday!! There were a number of issues with the vehicle almost immediately after purchase including a new battery being required, a nail in the tire which may have been present at purchase and the check engine light coming on. Ali was not helpful in dealing with this and kept referring back to the "discount we were given" since we had negotiated on the list price. It also became clear that since we had paid less than the list price, the 6,000 km or 30 day warranty we were told about at purchase had been waived, though we were under the impression this should have only related to any additional warranties. Customer service clearly isn't a priority here and i would recommend the use of this outfit.

My mom had bought a car from them, she had it for about a year and a half. They had called my mother to come in to discuss refinance for better rate. Next thing she know’s, the owner ALLEY SADDEN takes her car keys and claims that he owns her car the minute she would not agree to make a deal with them. She signed no paper work, and had never missed a car payment. This is going to get investigated, and you will not get away with this. This is absolutely disgusting behaviour from a sales person, please in your best interest please stay clear of this person!!!! Law suit is going to be followed. Overall rate: -1000/10

Apparently, Covid has made selling a vehicle just as challenging as purchasing one! BUT...the two Ali's did their best to equalize the situation during the process. Limited inventory of used cars means less consumer choice, tighter margins, non-existent bargaining and frustration when offers aren't even considered. HOWEVER...you will be hard-pressed to find comparable vehicles for cheaper prices anywhere in the city. Supreme does NOT levy a $500+ "documentation fee" like brand name dealerships because they don't have to pay so many staff....there's just the two of them!! We only saw high quality vehicles on their lot. Don't expect to be rewarded for paying cash....sellers prefer to finance purchases because they make more profit that way! Anyways, Ali T. was a gem, very amiable, and we never felt like he was being dishonest about anything. Thanks, Supreme! 8 out of 10, only because we couldn't deal a lower price...
