After seeing several dealerships to purchase my first used truck, I came across Prime Autos and I would never go elsewhere. I appreciate not being pushed or forced to purchase anything. They let me take my time and make my choice rather than make a sale. Mike and Mo were so helpful and made the process painless and enjoyable. Highly recommend Prime Autos . Keep up the good work.

100% do not recommend. Avoid these people and go elsewhere. Also beware, they currently have a number of good reviews, but if you look at these reviews, they're only 6 months old. Check Google Street view and change the date to the past. You can see this company changes their name every couple of years. Probably to escape bad reviews. This is my experience for a $26,000 purchase. I dealt with Hank, seemed like a nice guy but I was wrong, this is a dishonest place who only care about the sale. My experience; I view a truck, I highlight a number of issues which Prime agree to fix; Half the LEDs on the passenger turn signal are out, navigation doesn't work, passenger fender is missing bolts which connect it to the truck, both front arch liners have missing fasteners, 1 TPMS sensors isn't working, front parking sensors aren't working, fog lights are set back into bumper. It was dark and I missed the full length crack across the bottom of the windshield but I mentioned this later. I should have walked away but they said they'd fix these issues and at the time they seemed genuine (they aren't). I go back a few days later and I'm told everything is done, I check and nothing is done. I'm told they must be working on mine next... Ok. So then I get told the fog lights are aftermarket but they work so they won't do anything about them, the sat nav is too expensive to fix and so is the turn signal but they've fixed everything else. In hindsight I should have walked away but I figured they've done everything else so I'll just buy it. I collect the vehicle I took their word that the things had been fixed but as you can see from my photos they lied. I messaged them first about the TPMS as it had gone from 1 sensor not working to all not working.. they ignored me. A couple of days later when it had warmed up outside I checked everything and confirmed they hadn't fixed a single thing. They're liars. I considered taking the truck back to have things fixed but do I really want to hand the vehicle over to people like this. I regret ever purchasing this vehicle from them and warn others never to deal with these people. So the truck they sold me has; A cracked windshield Passenger turn signal half not working Navigation not working Completely cracked windshield All TPMS sensors not working Fender isn't attached properly Wheel arches aren't attached properly Parking sensors don't work Edit in response to owners reply. Your response is the reason you're clearly a dealer who cannot be trusted. You shouldn't be offering to fix safety issues, you should be offering to fix the issues you agreed to fix. We had an agreement, you fix the listed items and I pay for the truck. I paid but you failed to fix these issues, that is dishonest. Hank resisted the bill of sale containing the details of what needed to be repaired and I can clearly see why now, it's because your never intended to fix anything. Instead he wrote 'subject to doing the listed things to be fixed'. Added this screenshot too so you cannot deny. You're saying Hank didn't get the text, I've added the screenshot to show what was sent too. So I have lots of proof of your dishonesty in the photos and now every potential customer can see this. Lying doesn't pay.

Came in to test drive a 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander and was not disappointed. Car drove good and was detailed inside and out when I arrived. Hank is the manager and was my salesman for the experience here. He was helpful and kind helping my wife and I through the process with ease, even brining the car to our house to test drive seeing as we have a newborn and it is difficult to leave the house with him. All in all, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this dealership for your next used vehicle!

The owner was very comprehensive and patient, he showed me different smaller cars and I finally got a 2018 Nissan Micra with very low kilometres (13k). The saga continues. Minus one star per issue. It’s been nine months since we purchased our 2010 Toyota Sienna. I was comfortable with the sales experience, given that dealership was kind enough to see us after hours as we had to travel from out of town. My wife was less impressed but that’s neither here nor there. But recently an issue has come up that demands attention and awareness. We thought the spare tire that was included was a blessing, but it’s felt like a curse for the last couple of days. First: The wheel locks. What good is a spare if you can’t even get the flat off? The key to do so was not included with the vehicle. Well we got dealt with, then discovered the second issue: The spare was not even the same size. Now this wasn’t too big of an issue considering it was only the width that was off. The tires on the van were 225/60r17 while spare is 215/60r17. But I pushed past my preconceived notions of matching at all costs, and tried to install the spare anyway which lead to the discovery of the third and most irritating issue of them all: The Rims. The mounting holes were not wide enough to screw on the lugs. Even if I had a socket slim enough for the holes and wide enough for the lugs, I could not place the lugs deep enough in the holes to grab the studs. I’m just glad I was in the driveway to discover this completely inadequate contingency and not up in the mountains trying to call a tow truck on a back road in a snow storm.

As everyone, I went to kijiji to find a vehicle that matches my budget. Out of many ads, I found Prime Autos (Calgary) very approachable for TWO REASONS: 1) All vehicles listed are relatively lower in price compare to other dealers (NOT vs. private owners — but again, private owners do not provide you history of the vehicle) 2) Provide minimum 6 months warranty on engine + transmission + more (please go to their website for details) I did not call the owner, Mike or Mo, prior to visiting prime. I directly visited them in their office. Then, I took a test drive of the vehicle I liked. Deal was very quick, for Mike was THE guy — very approachable & responsible. He quickly reads your mind & gives you what you are looking for. Drawbacks of Prime Auto: There is ONLY ONE negative side I personally found surprising was that the website was not updated frequently. So, I ended up not getting the vehicles of my choices since they all were already sold. Nevertheless, Mike helped me out with other alternatives in their lot. There are many of them. And I am 100% sure you will find the right one for you. Be it SUV for family or a sedan to move around the city. So, 4.5 STARS from me !! I highly recommend Prime Autos if you are looking for affordable Pre-Owned Vehicle. PS: By the way, it is located 1 min from C-Train Station (39 Ave) -Suresh (Feb 2020)

I have been buying my own cars privately and never bought from a dealership and never believed in them. I was looking for a specific one but nothing available in the market. My buddy recommended me to this dealership and I thought on why not giving it a try. Extremely friendly group and I honestly wasn't expecting that service! Felt like home and they are really amazing. They didn't have the car I am looking for, it took about a week and they stayed on top of it until they found exactly what want. Drove the car away and everything went awesome. After a couple of days I had an issue and I was afraid they not gonna help me. I called them back and I couldn't believe. They kept the mechanic they deal with opens late until this problem get fixed right away just to make me happy. That bein said, I just wanna thank Mike and Mo so much and I really wish all used cars dealerships can learn from you and give the awesome services you guys provide. We purchased a Dodge Grand Caravan 3.5 months ago. Prior to purchasing, we outlined a few things that we wished to have changed/fixed before finalizing the sale. Hank was sure to have that list complete before having us make the trip back to Calgary to pick the van up! We really appreciated not having to waste any time there. So I had bought a truck from Prime auto after I had purchased it I had it inspected by a heavy duty mechanic shop and the inspection they have given me saying the s*** on the truck was good to go was a lie the inspection was false and now I paid three grand to fix the e-brake and the brakes and the steering system and that now they don't want to come clean and the people they're getting their inspections done by are giving false information on the insurance inspections so beware when buying from Prime auto they are shysters
