A little late on the review but a huge thank you to Abe for making my car shopping experience the best I have had! Abe was super knowledgeable and you can tell he loves what he does, and is determined to make sure you are getting what you want. He also just makes a point of getting to know his customer which is so different than anywhere else I've been - he was not pushy and he was straight forward with any questions I had and didn't beat around the bush. Within a weekend, I left with my Jeep Trailhawk and it's been stellar ever since! Thank you again!

Very friendly and professional. I gotta be honest maybe I am one of those customers difficult to deal with but Kash he's very patient. My experience started off really good, The service was great and they got me into a car I wanted and fast. As soon as I left with my jeep I noticed the breaks were squeaking, loud. I let them know right away and was told to bring it in. Once I was finally able to get it in after they cancelled a few times, I was made to feel stupid. I was told they took the brakes off and put them back on but that there’s nothing wrong with the car… as soon as I got the car back from them they were still squeaking? A few days later a button fell off of the shifter.. I let them know and no reply.. also let them know the brakes have never stopped squeaking .. no answer.. and today the check engine light came on. I really hope that they are not taking me as seriously about my issues with the car because I’m a female.. I don’t know a ton about Cars… but this is not right. I will be bringing it in again next week for the check engine light and would love to change this review afterwards. Update! After posting this review I received an extremely passive aggressive TEXT message from management. Stating that since I gave them a bad review they will not be looking at my vehicle again. I was sold a faulty car, they asked for a review and they expected a good one? Explains all their good reviews though! If you give a bad one they’ll refuse you service. I cannot caution anyone enough to not buy a vehicle from here. The text message I received was appalling. If you want a good review- provide good service. I will add- owners don’t feel my claim that my concerns aren’t being taken seriously as I am female. So buyer beware of any gender- they don’t discriminate when it comes to their bad service they treat all equally terrible! Good on you Calgary car centre

Definitely happy with my experience here. Heard of them through a co-worker. Have bad credit. I was looking to buy a newer used car. I wanted a good price, and good service. CARMELLO and KASH bent over backwards getting me approved and finding the right car. They ended up getting me a really reasonable deal, with the car of my dreams. If you need a used car, no matter the age or price I would definitely give them a call, or get pre-approved online. They get the ball rolling and you will have a nice car in your hands in no time. They have a really beautiful inventory. All my dream cars and trucks. If they don't have what you want, maybe wait a week, they move inventory fast too. Because they're service is immaculate and they're inventory is fairly priced and like I said, beautiful inventory. If you ever want to buy a car with a smile on your face KASH is the man to go for

Girlfriend bought a car. What seemed to feel like a Professional experience all the way through contract agreement. Wasnt until a few days after. Small inconveniences started appearing, from and continues to this day of extremely noisy brakes ( was told they need to be warmed up. After over 300km with stops and starts the problem still occurs.) Little shifter button was broken and glued on to look as if nothing had happened. Last but not least the check engine light appeared and was deceived into thinking they would continue professionalism after agreements were made but in reality was ignored and pawned off on other car mechanics to resolve their problems with the vehicle sold. The car came from your lot so I expect your "expert team" to inspect and insure that every vehicle holds it value. They got their money and its clear after agreement services, they have and had no intention to fix these issues.

Didn’t think I could get approved because my credit got killed in a divorce. Carmelo was able to get me an approval that was way better than I was expecting. They also introduced me to an insurance broker that got me a lower rate and saved me $400 off my insurance. I’d definitely buy another car here again.

First I want to say I never leave reviews, however I created a gmail account to leave one for this as I felt it was deserved. Purchased my car from here about 30 days ago, I applied online and shortly received a call from Abraham. Friendly professional and helpful. My schedule and availability Is hard to work around, so they went out of their way to deliver my suv to my house… I drove to the dealership and couldn’t take it home with me that day. They even helped me transfer my registration over so I didn’t have to run to the registry myself. A couple weeks in I had my headlight burn out… normally I can fix this myself however one of the bulbs was completely stuck… I contacted Abraham and he was quick to reply that he would be able to help.. although it was gruelling trying to find a time that would work around my schedule we found some time. They had it fixed for me in no time. I would highly recommend this location and dealership to anyone. I have purchased 2 cars in the past with other dealerships and I have to say this one was the best.
