Although I always hesitate to write negative reviews, I feel I must share my experience purchasing from this dealership. Pluses of this used car dealership are large selection, late models of many different genres and pricing. My experience with Nas and Muncie was very positive, however my experience after purchasing was not good. I purchased a 2014 Ram 1500 Ecodiesel at the end of summer 2018. Twice before driving off the lot after purchase, I noted to the salesperson that the Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) gauge was not working. He said they would "take care of it". They suggested I take it to their diesel mechanic, which I did, and received a quote for the repair to the DEF system. I phoned back no less than 15 times to get an answer. I was given a run around that " I don't have the answer, I'll have to talk to the owner," blah blah blah. I finally gave up, as clearly they weren't ever interested in fixing the problem.

I recently bought a 2012 Acura RDX from here, after MANY months of searching (lol ..I am pretty indecisive, and being that this is my first major vehicle purchase, I wanted to be sure that it was the right vehicle) I would like to take this opportunity to applaud the team at Calgary Auto Connection for being super patient, and for addressing all of my concerns along the way. My dealings were mostly with Muncie, but this review goes for the whole team, as every encounter I have had with anyone from Calgary Auto Connection has been exceptional!.. especially compared to what I was used to from other dealerships up until now! I looked online for a Jeep Liberty & found one here at the right price in my budget, so I called them up & spoke with George, told him what I was interested in & he preapproved me for a loan & held the Jeep until I could take it for a test drive. My kids & I loved it from the start, so I spoke with George some more about the monthly financing payments & warranty, I told him what worked for me & he made it happen! They even offered to give me new tires, repair seat & side mirror frame without me asking & no hassles! When the day came for me to pick it up they filled the tank with fuel & handed me the keys, the process of purchasing could not have been easier! I will also mention that if you have any issues with the vehicle after purchase they will handle that as well with no hassle, as I experienced some backend noise, took in it to a shop to get checked & the cost was covered by them entirerly! The mechanic was actually supprised to deal with them as they offered to pay to cost of the repair. The cause of repair was no fault of theirs as they had new tires put on & the shop they used was at fault. Another thing, the mechanic did an overall check & found no other issues. Thank you George & Zac for making my purchase as smooth as possible! I will be recommending you to others I know!

I dont like to write Negative reviews, but it was really one of the most worst experience in my purchasing history and its 5 digit $Loss so I have to express my experience for other's guideline, I purchased X5 and Engine Failure in 5 months even they provide their Inspection Certificate. Tried to contacted by phone by email no reply or response untill visited office. No issue resolved yet and now have to spend 12000+ to replace Engine (recommended by Certified Mechanic shop) with another used Engine.( my extended warranty covering 5K but still have to pay 7K+ from my pocket Zero recommendation for any one who is planning to buy from them.( every thing under my name (HR). Amazing service. Bought my WRX from them. It was rebuilt status and the price was fair. Soon after leaving the dealership though, the check engine light turned on. I was worried that Autohub wouldn't bother since I already bought it and i voided any warranty but they were more than willing to front the costs of the service. The dealer I mostly dealt with was very forthcoming and easy to contact. I definitely recommend buying from Autohub if you're planning to buy used.

If i could give this place a negative star rating i definitley would! Watch out when they tack on a 1500 dollar documentation fee!!!!! And tell you that a car has a clean history when you can clearly see signs that it was in a previous accident. When these things were brought up they gave such snarky and rude remarks as well AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP LIKE THE PLAGUE! they obviously get people to write good reviews for them. I recently found my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe on their lot on Horton Road. It was exactly what I wanted with all the features and low kilometres to boot. On my first visit I was met by Chis Doney. He was busy with another customer but politely excused himself to acknowledge me and asked if he could help. When he saw I was interested in the Santa Fe he gave me the keys and told me to go ahead and have a real good look. He then went back to the other customer. I was impressed by how seamlessly he looked after both of us without making either one of us feel ignored. When he got back to me he treated me like an old family friend. While serving me another gentleman interrupted with a couple of questions and once again he paid attention to both of us and then got back to me in quick order. The way in which Chris conducted himself was akin to watching a very polite talented juggler. I definitely recommend you talk to Chris. The Santa Fe was a nice clean car to begin with but after I committed to the purchase they had it washed, serviced and replaced the cracked windshield. It was just like buying a new vehicle. After driving it a couple of days I could identify just one deficiency. The steering wheel was a bit crooked and after doing some Google research I discovered a poorly performed wheel alignment could be the cause. I had a shop closer to home do the new alignment and Auto Hub paid for it. Auto Hub is a special kind of used vehicle sales lot. Great inventory, many high class vehicles, aggressively competitive pricing and fabulous customer service. When you are shopping for a new to you used vehicle do not overlook Auto Hub. They're one street west of Macleod Trail between Heritage and Southland.

Out of all the scabby, shady dishonest used car dealerships in calgary this one is the least shady. Expect to get ripped off but still a better deal than the other shady used car salesman.

Just purchased our third vehicle, a 2014 Audi S4, from Auto Connection. Chris and Scott always go above and beyond for us to ensure we are getting the best deal and the best financing. Purchasing a used vehicle without warranty is always a gamble and they cooperated with us to get a second third party inspection done to give us peace of mind. Of course we also did our own research on the make and model to investigate any potential problems that may arise. Best dealership I've ever dealt with. Honest, patient and respectful. They were willing to negotiate unlike other dealers out there. They always do what they say, no need to remind them everyday. I've always been skeptical about auto dealerships and I was asking a bunch of questions and even followed up everyday on the things they said they'd do after the sale, they did not get annoyed and dealt with it very professionally. The car I bought came with problematic remote starter and a failed heated seat switch that they weren't able to fix before the sale. I thought they were going to forget about it after I take the car like other people would do. BUT they replaced the starter unit and the module for free and upgraded my heated seats toggle switch for no cost. Furthermore, the car drives amazing! Highly recommend this dealer!

Love this place. I’ve been to Calgary Auto Connection a few times looking at vehicles and found the right one in January 2018. Frank (Sales) is polite and friendly, Muncie (Sales Manager) is extremely straightforward and trustworthy, and George (Finance Manager) is as hard-working as they come and notably competent in his role. I had a chance to speak with another employee (unsure if he was a mechanic or detailer) as well, and every single person was nothing but honest with me, providing facts rather than opinion. I’ve never felt as though any of them were pressuring me to do one thing or another which says a lot since I’m a young, petite, blonde female. Believe me when I say that I’ve had my share of horrible experiences at many other dealerships, but the guys at Calgary Auto Connection only ever treated me respectfully. They also have a great sense of humour which goes a long way in what can be a stressful situation. I feel that their prices are competitive and that they’re willing to negotiate within reason. I would also suggest that folks get what they give, and the negative reviews on here are either family and friends of one disgruntled person or someone who received the experience that they initiated with their disrespectful attitude. The only minor issue I had was when I wanted them to consider my vehicle for a trade. The owner was abrupt and curt, and it was very apparent that I was an inconvenience in his day. My car had hail damage that I didn’t see and he did, therefore I completely understand why he didn’t want to take it on trade. He just didn’t have the smile and easygoing nature that his employees had, which was a stark difference from what I was used to at that dealership.

Bought a very nice looking car there that was around the market price. People were very nice to work with. I asked if they guaranteed their sales, they said they would sale me a warranty through Lubrico. We bought one of the most expensive they had. We loved the car, but within a week and less than 2,000 kms driven we started noticing the suspension was failing. We wrote Auto Hub an e-mail asking what they recommended and they never answered back. Long story short, so far we have spent around $7,000 in the repair and the warranty sold to us does not cover suspension. We still love the car, but I would never again go through a car dealer that doesn´t fully stand by what they sale. Also surprised that the law doesn´t provide more protection for buyers.

I read all the reviews here and hesitated for a bit before I bought my vehicle here.....ultimately when you read most of the negative reviews the buyers didn't do their work. I went to see a vehicle and we discussed price. The guy was great as he let me take it out and wasn't pushy at all. A couple days later I came back with my buddy who was a mechanic, he literally jacked the car up on the lot to check it out. Spend the $$ to do an inspection before you buy if you are not confident. Afterwards I made an offer and we signed the deal, pretty painless process and good dude to deal with. I think the deal was fair for both of us. I would go back and recommend them. One thing I read in the review was that when the person go their car home he noticed scratches. I noticed that as well so I'm not sure if I missed them when I looked over the car or if they had a cover up paint on them...it wasn't a big deal as there are a couple and you have to really look. Search your car online and figure out the price you want to pay. Do a pre purchase inspection or take it to the shop. check for liens. if you can do not get a 3rd party loan

The service was the best I have ever had! I have a huge list of things that I really appreciated. First off, there is zero pressure to buy, which we really appreciated because we had been turned off other dealerships' pressure tactics. Secondly, they understand that couples need time to discuss things in private, so you never feel like you have to make a decision right away. Thirdly, they have all the car proofs on site so you can see as soon as you ask. Fourthly, the purchasing process was quick and painless, and they even contacted my insurance company to make sure I could get the car the day I needed it. They are also located very near to a registry so you can get all that stuff squared away very quickly. Lastly, they provide other services like windshield replacement and even recommended an auto-body shop for our other vehicle. All in all they are very kind, and they let the cars sell themselves, and we left feeling positive about our decision and we are still very pleased with the car we purchased and their continued customer service.

Very Bad customer service. I went to see a Range Rover at there place also know as The Auto Hub located at Same address. First of the guy (SCOTT) who came outside to show the car just handed off the keys to us and went away like he doesn’t have any other Responsibility ( very bad sales person ). Didn’t even bothered interested in selling the car. The customer service was so poor that me and my wife went without even taking the the car for a ride. I am better of buying a car at a little more price point then having to deal with these unprofessional sales guys loot my money for not even doing an effort and then they believe to get a good commission on the car. Lol. Would never recommend this place to anyone especially if they have sales person like Scott. ????????????????

Terrible place to buy a car please don’t go here Extremely overpriced not so much by the market but by the cars condition they like to hide damage on the cars with paint markers or have there “detailing” guys do the best they can to do make it not noticeable I bought one car from them found several scratches covered up with markers a few days later Then the car broke down on me in -30 and left me on the side of the road 3 hours from home They did nothing to help me threw this situation Please please do not buy a car here there are way to many places to go rather than here

Great selection and pricing brought me in but I will return for the customer service. The General manager actually left a family function to come and help me when I had a minor problem with a vehicle I purchased. He took care of the whole thing for me despite no warranty which significantly exceeded my expectation of a used car dealer. I went in there to look at some diesels and first off the one i wanted was not on the lot and apparently got stolen the night before so i saw another truck i wanted drove it liked it bought it took it to fords two weeks later because the thermostat went and they told me my heads were blown so i took it to get another opinion and they told me the same thing it ended up costing me $17500 had to end up putting new motor in turns out the mechanic they had look at it was not even a diesel mechanic i hope lots of ppl read this and learn from my unfortunate mistake

Buying my first car here was so easy. Scott helped me out on a wrx, answered all my questions and made the whole process super quick and easy. Love that they don’t hover while you check out different vehicles giving you the chance to look in to everything you want without feeling like you have a pushy salesman breathing down your neck. Would absolutely recommend to anyone to come check this place out. I had this idea that going to a dealership to get a car was going to be a pushy experience where you felt pressured in to a sale but I was completely wrong. PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE !!! i bought a ml350 from here a month ago, we got a really good price and was very happy, but just 2 weeks later it would not start. I went back to them and ask them whats wrong with car and they basically told me to leave and deal with it. They seemed so nice at first and then now im getting screwed over for another 1200 dollars just a month after i got from this dealer. Please dont buy i know there prices look great but your going to get screwed like me !!

I purchased a diesel truck from these bandits. They told me one thing, turn out another after. I had problems with the truck the same day I purchased and drove it home. They sent my truck to a shop not certified to work on diesel. They are not an honest dealership. I strongly discourage anyone from buying from this dealership. Take your hard earned money and business elsewhere. Safe yourself the frustration.

Outstanding customer service and price! I purchased my 2016 Jeep Patriot from here after researching and looking at vehicles for 7 weeks. Auto Hub's slogan on their website is "Renewing your faith in used car dealership". They have done that for me. I looked at many larger car dealerships and the customer service at Auto Hub was the best I experienced. The vehicle was listed at thousands below Market Value, was really clean, and in excellent condition,. They were even flexible on the price. About 10 days after I bought it the Jeep it stalled, I took it to Renfrew Chrysler Jeep and they said that it was the crank shaft position sensor needed replacing for a cost of $4000+. I called Auto Hub and they said that they would take care of it and booked me into "Beyond Transmission" (4.9*rating). It was quickly fixed, runs great. I have been recommending Auto Hub to all my friends and colleagues and will continue to do so.

I should have asked for the AMVIC report (advice given by 3rd party inspection) it would have saved me having to go to have the car i was looking at to get inspected. There were so many problems with the car im shocked they tried to sell it to me. Although $100 for an inspection clearly saved me $13k wasted here. Buyer beware.

They were very informative and explained every thing to me so I understood what was happening with my payments and warranty. They have a nice Lott with a lot of nice vehicals and very well priced. Terrible business went there to look at a truck then discovered a nicer truck that I was very interested in. They told me they had to get work done on it and inspected so I sold my truck privately expecting I was buying this truck once done as they got all my info for financing. Then decide to even lead me on by giving me vin for insurance and telling me they were just waiting for paper work to finalize that the truck should be ready in a day or two. They then start ignoring phone calls and I then see truck posted for $10,000 more then they had told me. Basically left me hanging screwed over with no vehicle at this point. Horrible business out for making an extra buck over respect and decency for a costumer who was willing to make a deal.

avoid this dealership. Bought a truck with backup camera not working, they promised they'd fix it, part was on order but hadn't come in yet. they let me take the truck in the meantime. month and a half later and a dozen times reaching out to the salesman cant get a ahold of him. Was also given a vehicle inspection at time of purchase saying everything was mechanically sound, had another inspection done and found multiple thing wrong with it from multiple lights out to every steering joint having play, seals leaking steady bearing worn out. Day after buying it the fuel gauge quite working past half tank, air bag light came on and service 4wd light came on. could be a coincidence but i have a feeling it was all covered up

For any potential buyers. Before you take into account all the negative reviews of this dealership in the last 24 hours, you should understand that the guy who started this frenzy did not post the whole story on his review. He traded in a car that still had an amount owing on it of over $17,000 which he knew full well, the car was not worth that so the dealer was willing to offer him $15,000 and he was supposed to pay the difference plus the amount left on the x5 after trade in. The sales guy screwed up the paper work so Instead of paying the full amount of $37,000 ish for the x5 he only paid $22,000. He’s a bank manager so there’s no denying he knew there was a massive mistake but he said nothing and paid the amount and left with his x5. I didn’t get a chance to read his review on here before he took it off but I’m sure he left out some very important details.

Never go here. These guys sold me and my family the biggest lemon of a 2017 Dodge Ram. In less than a year, I’ve had numerous repairs including exhaust leaks, a trailer plug that was physically unplugged underneath the truck, a wheel alignment because of extreme tire wear, multiple wiring problems with lights, and a starter. This was all AFTER they had told us their mechanic had gone through and repaired any issues before we bought the truck. They are the reason that people don’t trust dealerships and mechanics. Can’t wait to see what breaks down next.

I spent a week dealing on a car with these guys. We come to a agreement and I was told " I'll contact you on Monday for pick up times". Friday roles around and still no word. Every time I had to phone or email them after he'd say I'll get back to you.. Then he'd say "sorry we were crazy busy yesterday". I'd think " ya but I'm still a buying customer ". I would NOT do business with these guys. Horribly managed/owned. Customer service means nothing to them. I'm just surprised they'd treat a customer with such a lack of respect. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I picked there car out of all available and what do I get...... a waste of TWO weeks. Brutal absolutely brutal and shameful. Learn how to treat people.
