I had a great experience with Automaxx. I worked with Carlo to get a Dodge Charger. He had it brought to Calgary from their Red Deer location. I am very happy with the pricing and the service. I went to do a test drive and finance approval on a Saturday afternoon and was contacted first thing Monday morning to let me know that everything was ready to go and I could pick up the car that night. Carlo got everything handled quickly and efficiently, and I really appreciate that. I would work with him again any time.

I was looking for an SUV for a couple of months, I spotted an Acura MDX that I fell in love with. Keven and his team managed to get me in for a test drive, figured out the financing and got me in my new vehicle in less than 24 hours. They treated me with the utmost respect and when I told them I did not want to spend hours/days/weeks on this process, they heard me and made it easy. These guys are great. I have crappy credit and they got me approved within a couple of days. I have had a wonderful experience dealing with them. They work with your budget and what you can afford every couple weeks. We did everything over text massaging as I work overnights and they even drive my vehicle to my place in Edmonton all the way from Calgary. They delivery driver was awesome and Mike the guy that was helping me purchase the vehicle was awesome. I would recommend this place to anyone. Do not purchase a vehicle with automaxx My fiance financed a vehicle they said he was approved for. Paid a deposit, got insurance got ready to take new truck home and broke down not far from the dealership. They took it back said they fixed the issue then tried giving it back still not fixed. Truck broke down again. They sent it to mechanics who couldn't figure out the issue. Then sent it to engineers. Its been over 30days and we have not once had the vehicle in our possession to bring it home. They were however kind in giving us rental whole they tried to figure our what was wrong. My fiance has been telling Frank for the past couple weeks he does not feel comfortable taking a vehicle they said they fixed and didn't! and has also been told that different things were wrong with the vehicle from Frank and mechanics. Nothing lines up. So upon putting his foot down Frank has said that it's too late and he has to take the vehicle and that he cannot get approved for any other vehicle only POS one that isn't working properly! That vehicle is the only one he could get approved for. So not only are they shady and trying to pass off a broken vehicle as good to go. There false advertise when they say no matter your lifestyle we've got a vehicle for you. You have the option of only one vehicle. Even though there are others same year, same price. Bunch if scammers I was in need of new car too and will definitely not be wasting my time with a company that thinks it's ok to pass off vehicles that have serious issues as ready for sale. Then try to cover it up and lie about what the actual issue was. Then to say trust us we've got the issue fixed but neither mechanics or dealer can agree what the problem was in the first place. They kept it so we couldn't get out of our contract. Everytime my fiance told Frank he wasn't comfortable, he wouldn't get a response right away and they would just keep saying well let's see what the engineers say. Let me talk to my GM and then we hear nothing until we ask again and then same responses until contract couldn't be cancelled. We still have not had the truck in our possession and they still are saying we cannot back out. Good thing we kept copies of text messages telling Frank we wanted out before the contact time was up, and the finance company as well.

BUYERS BE WARE Purchased 2 vehicles from them in November 2018. When looking for a vehicle I said I wanted a AWD or 4WD was shown a vehicle and told it was AWD found out 6 months latter when trying to sell the car that the car was actually FWD when I took it back to them they said nothing we can do and offered to buy it back from me for $10000 less then what I paid them for it. Said the decrease in value was due to it being FWD, and “NEW” body damage, the damage was actually from hail from before the car was purchased. Vehicle also had mechanical issues from day one. Other car that was purchased from them had a lien against it, when I informed them, they were less then helpful. In resolving the issue. As I said BUYERS BE WARE, these guys are shady and do not operate in good faith.

I went in for a test drive on a truck, it went good until we started talking price. Their asking price on the truck was 47,900. Told me it was the best price in Calgary. I did a quick search online and there was another truck on for 39,900. I told my salesman (Jamie Caulder) that and he told me he would look into it. I left, I got a phone call 2 minutes later from my salesman (Jamie Caulder). He told me the ad I saw it was the exact same truck as I just drove. He told me they bought it for 42,000 and could sell it to me for 42,900. I thought this was fishy so I called the number on the ad. They informed me that the truck was still for sale for 39,900 and that they loaned it out for the night. Long story short, Jamie Caulder tried to sell me a truck for 8,000 more than the dealer selling it was wanting. This kind of thing should be illegal. I will never go to another Automaxx dealership again.

Never will I deal with Automaxx again... My initial interaction with the salesperson was fine. I bought a truck in 2015. Less than a year later, not needing the extra space, I traded said truck in for a 2015 Jeep Patriot in January 2016. I agree to terms with iA AutoCorp for my loan. Transaction went well, from what I thought. Later that year, in August, I went to renew my registration. The agent told me at that time that the VIN number was registered to a different Jeep Patriot. I found out that Automaxx sold another Jeep Patriot around the same time as I bought mine. Same year and model, different color. Apparently during the paperwork, they mixed up the VIN numbers. With this now known, I assumed they fixed everything on their end because I was able to get me vehicle registered and they were notified. Fast forward to Feb. 27 of this year (2020), 4 years later, I decide to trade my Jeep Patriot in for a newer vehicle. Low and behold, something is wrong. Within a week, I see that my bank account is withdrawn not only for my new vehicle but also for my Jeep Patriot. Apparently I've been paying for someone else's Jeep the past 4 years. My new dealership starts trying to figure out what going on and they are nice enough to keep me in the loop. After a FULL MONTH, my account is still being withdrawn for my Patriot so I call iA AutoCorp and have withdrawals postponed for the month. It is March 31 at this point and almost $900 is withdrawn from my account for a vehicle I haven't owned in a month. I guess the outstanding amount that my new dealership paid was put on someone else's Patriot. Today is April 30th. 2 months since I've traded my Jeep Patriot in. I'm only now getting word that iA AutoCorp is finally going to issue me a refund tomorrow or early next week. For how much? $400!!! What?! You've taken almost $900 from me because Automaxx messed up the VIN number on my Jeep. In summary, Automaxx, do your paperwork properly and triple check it. I shouldn't have to be out $900 for your mix up. If I hadn't checked, this could've gone on for much longer. I understand mistakes happen but this is ridiculous!

Of course you can obviously expect you will find exponential friendliness considering the name of the game in sales trade, but I don't think I could have had a better experience anywhere else, holly is extremely generous and cool! She set me up with the salesman; Greg who finished my deal, and was always checking up and making sure I was happy, always a huge smile upon greeting, friendly from the moment you walk in. And Greg did everything that could have been done to get me home in the truck I wanted. He held it for me as long as he could when complications arose, and worked out some deals to help me with my situation. As a first time buyer, I was just happy with the experience. Perhaps a little more time with the financial agreements would have needed more formidable chatter, but due to situations, I know things kept complicating too much to have a set rate, but for my part; I already knew what I was getting into, had a good understanding and a good idea of the numbers, and did research on the decision on my own. So I was pre prepared for the numbers, although I was not totally sure until the day I signed the paperwork. And I am Greatful we were able to make the deal happen, If not for some strings being pulled, I don't think I would have been able to walk away as a proud owner of the truck I wanted, but thankfully Greg worked his magic and got things done to get me my truck.. and today, my truck was delivered where it proudly sits shiny and clean serene on my driveway where it should be.. thank you for all your help and service Greg. And thank you Holly for the way you can bring Bright light into any situation, your positivity is positively incomparable, thanks for the lively vibes and with the family feeling that made the purchase in this vehicle dealing barrable.

Car dealerships, new or used can be an intimidating place for anyone. My experience at the Automaxx location just off McKnight was very good. Excellent inventory and their prices were also very good. No pressure, just a commitment to make sure I was happy and was looking at vehicles on my terms and at my pace. The sales lady, Amerie, though young, was professional and knew what she was doing. She went out of her way to help my wife and I find what we needed. The sales manager was also a pro, very courteous and helpful. All in all a very good experience and would recommend Automaxx to anyone.

I had a vehicle delivered to me over a month ago. I realized that the new plate was missing the month sticker. I contacted Amerie who helped me purchase the vehicle. She said she get it sorted out. A month later they say the sticker is ready. I go to the dealership and I am given a year sticker. I call the dealership and was told they think we don't do month stickers anymore but she would confirm and call me back. I call the Sunridge registry and was told that we still actually need the month sticker and to come in to grab one. I then get a call back from Automaxx and they say I don't need one. I informed them I called the registry and that I actually do need one. She then tells me that she spoke to the registry on centre street and it's free if I wanted one. So I call centre street registry and the operator said that the call volume and number of people at that registry is so high that need her just an operator to field calls and make appointments and that she actually doesn't know if we still need stickers and to call in the morning. So at the end of it don't trust Automaxx to deal with the registry on your behalf.

Really solid team at Automaxx. Ive only dealt with the Mcknight blvd location but everytime Ive walked in, everyone seems to be very close and treat their customers the same way they treat eachother! Its obvious that the people who work there love what they do and are passionate about the industry. I think thats very important because those are the type of sales people that will go that extra mile to find you what you want, rather than simply convincing you to buy something in their inventory just to make a sale. I love my 2015 Charger and im happy I went through Automaxx to get it!

I would personally give Antomaxx 0 stars if it were at all possible. They are very sneaky with thier wording and they lie through thier teeth. You picture a skeezy car salesman from the movies and you get Automaxx. Also if you are unable to get a loan yourself they will suggest a co signer and offer $1000 as an incentive to that cosigner, however they may make the cosigner the actual owner of the loan.Without telling ANYONE, sure you should see it at the top of the loan agreement if you read it however they will keep saying you are indeed the cosigner and even go as far as giving the person you cosigned for the bill of sale for the car and send you one in the mail as well.... how is that possible or legal?? Make sure if you sign anything they do not rush you , you sit down and read each and every word. **Warning** not only will they run your credit the typical couple times while finding a lender they will also run your credit again AFTER the deal is done, so will drop your credit score even more.They think this is okay because heck you are now paying for a car so that will raise it back up right?... But WHY do it after the deal has already gone through? Make sure to save all text messages and demand paperwork on everything.

She is EXTREMELY customer service oriented, friendly, knowledgeable, and make sure you get into a car you're comfortable and happy with. She's there for you and your needs. Today I went into the dealership...if you can call it that. I was picked up from my house in Airdrie Alberta! A 25 minute drive at 110km/hr. drive away from the location. One of the ladies I spoke with on the phone who was suppose to host my visit, was on lunch and left me with a different sales person. The lady had promised me a ride to the dealership and if anything caught my eye i could take it home with me upon the sale. I was also promised if nothing did catch my eye or no sales we made I would receive a ride back to my home. After waiting in the office, listening to the sales persons swearing, talking about prostitutes and how they can loop clients into over priced vehicles I was already disgusted. The vehicle I was offered was not what I was looking for, and I wasn't ready to put more money down to get a better one. Upon this conclusion I was offered to at least test drive the vehicle. Once in the vehicle the salesperson asked me to pull around to the front doors so they could grab insurance papers and make sure it was good for me to test out. The man never came back, i sat in the vehicle for 10 minutes and finally gave up on the wait. I parked the car where I got it from. Walked back in, dropped off the plate and keys, only to find the sales person in an office with another sales person. Once he noticed I was outside the office waiting, I let him know I still wasn't interested in the car. I was then informed I would not be receiving a ride home and that they are not a shuttle service. The second sales person who the first one was talking in the office, proceeded to walk around the office as if he had no time for me and wanted me to leave. Terrible, terrible service. I would not recommend this company to anyone, certainly not to people who have families. Very greasy dealership and poor inventory.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I don't recommend this Automaxx. One of the employees there (if you want a name I'll give it) convinced me to co-sign a car loan for my mother telling me that my name can be taken off if she makes regular payments for eight months. I know! I know! I should have known better, but the thing is I didn't know how co-signed loans work and I should have done the research on my own. Instead I trusted this Automaxx employee from this dealership that he would give me accurate information. He even told me he had a customer that was able to take his name off his daughter's loan after co-signing. This was a complete lie as I recently talked to TD Auto Loan whom Automaxx worked with and THREE representatives there told me he had given me completely false information. He just wanted the sale. He even sold me a used car when he could have sold me a new car for the same price! I should have known better and I do now. I just don't want anyone else to fall for what happened to me with this dealership.

My experience is back in November 2007 with these guys but it was one I could never forget it. I was called loser and they took $ 500 for nothing. So all started when I went to the shop, and I have decided on a Toyota Rav 4 , I asked for financing, and I left a $ 1000 deposit with them until the insurance was ready. Somehow my insurance took several days to complete the papers so I went to the shop to sign the financing contract and to pick up the car. Reading through the contract I noticed an amount of $ 7000 to be paid after the term. When asking about, I was told that is the amount I need to pay after lease is expiring. I mentioned that I have not asked for leasing, but for financing and they said I was wrong, and I did ask for leasing. Also the mileage was in miles not in KM so another thing that was not told. I refused to sign the contract and I asked for my deposit back but the guy treated me very bad saying that I will not get the money back. He asked for the manager to come as I did not want to leave w/o my money. The manager called me loser and said he will call 911 to make me leave, so I left in tears. After days, the guy I was handling with on the beginning, called me and refunded $ 500 of my deposit and $ 500 was lost forever. Be aware of this company, I was treated very bad, so I would hate if someone would have to live the same experience. I do not remember names after so many years , I do recall the manager was a tall, blond guy, in his 30's. Because I cannot answer to the reply, Yes, it was definitely Automaxx. I will give you my details if you are willing to return the $ 500 I never recovered from you.

Dont use automaxx. I purchased a vehicle. Within 30km of purchase the tranmission messed up. I asked for them to take it back instead they fixed it. Right after that the turbo went. They refused to take it back stating i could trade i 6 months. You are all crooks. Thankfully go auto took the car tho i was left with close to 7000 left over debt. They tried to fix it 3 times, and each time it broke down on me , They refuse to refund my money , it's now June 29th. I still have no vehicle. They offered to give me a vehicle I was not interested in. They don't honor the terms in their own contract . They said there going to drop the vehicle off at my house and mail me the keys. September 2016, I had to turn in my new 2014 wicked Escape due to the economy crash to driving a basic 2006 Tucson that always needed something done and cringed when winter arrived. Response to previous reply: Yes, clearly I put too much trust into sketchy dealership. If there would have been a hard credit check you should have just said YES when I asked instead of no - then proceed to link me to a site basically saying that I should have known better. THAT is shady business. A tactic used by you was saying that the car would be gone by "tomorrow" and when a friend of mine wanted to test drive it two days ahead you replied with a yes. Shady!!!! We worked down to a price I was ready to pay and you take on 2k of "fees" that were quickly dismissed when I walked away. They'll take you for an idiot tacking on any fees they can. Watch out - unless you know how to work around shady sales tactics don't go here. A deal that should take a few hours took 2 days and I'm more than happy I did not purchase from them.

When I went to make an offer on a vehicle I felt very pressured by the salesman and the staff/management. They lure you in with flashy cars show cars on the lot, and were nice until it came down to negotiating a fair price, then I felt pressured, they would not budge the little I was asking and pushed me for more. Unfortunately my credit score did not change in almost 6 years of my on time payments made. At this point I was confused and angered so I researched my options of getting into a used low mileage vehicle and checked out reviews of several places. I found automaxx which looked like a good choice so I thought ill give them a try and im glad I did. I applied online on Thursday and had Fran from automaxx called me the next day to start the process. From there Fran set me up with Aaron and things really fast tracked. Aaron was very friendly and professional he was interested in helping me get into a new vehicle. Over the week we got me approved searched their big network of vehicles at affiliate dealerships of automaxx and were able to find the perfect vehicle. So I'm now in my newer 2017 ram 1500 with low mileage and the best part is I will rebuild my credit faster and my truck payment is 120 dollars a month less than my previous vehicle. If you want fast honest friendly service I highly recommend you give Aaron at automaxx a call. Oh and I live 3 hours away from calgary and he even had my new truck delivered to me at no charge.
