I really appreciated how up front Faisal was regarding any questions I had...after market warranty, admin fees, etc. This is a small shop and a busy one but I found I was given the best customer service possible. Told me I had to wait to test drive for a Ford fusion even after I drove 25 minutes to reach the dealership and he knew I was coming, so I said that's fine. He said it'll take a week for the mechanic to fix everything.... It's been a month now and he never contacted me at all. I called again and he said he will call me back right away. NEVER DID AGAIN. This place is just a waste of time. Customer service is horrible. CARS are parked like chickens inside a coupe.

I bought a c300 from them with all the warranties but when there was a problem in my car there was one part that has to be replaced the company told me that this part doesn’t come in the warranty. When I called this guy about this he replied that this doesn’t come in the warranty that you buy but I paid for all the warranties in which that part was included. And this cost me more money then it should be.

Worst people to deal with. I gave a $500 deposit to reserve a vehicle and instead of refunding it when I asked they charged me another $500. So now I have to get a refund of $1000, call them a ton of times and then somehow the manager thought it was ok to yell at me, maybe he’s annoyed at how frustrated I am with trying to get my money back. It eventually did come back. A week and a half later when they could be bothered to make it happen. Turned out ok in the end. Would not trust them again though.

Family of four financed a van from here. From the beginning, I was told to qualify we would have to buy the extended warranty. Additionally, I was promised that everything with the van would be fixed "air conditioning, rotation of tires, side door that Was broken" I kept calling the dealer and mechanic and they always said "we will call you back" I still haven't received a phone call. I would not suggest going to this dealer. Additionally they ask for 5 star reviews for $50 off

I went to see Faisal today, July 31 2020, about a vehicle I saw on Kijiji the night before. He was busy with other customers and was greeted with a pleasant hello, I'll be with you as soon as I can. I spent a couple hours looking at the vehicle and test driving it. I asked many questions which he answered. He showed me the Carfax report and discussed payment options. I was looking for a friend of mine, who was out of town, and made many calls and texts to her. Faisal was patient and let me do my thing. I put a small deposit on the vehicle and my friend and I are going back next week to pick it up. I'll post an update next week when I return to finalize payment and pick it up. Update: we wanted a couple of issues with the vehicle addressed. Faisal did everything we asked. Even had the vehicle taken to a dealership to resolve the issues, out of his pocket. My friend and I are very impressed with what he did for us. She has the vehicle now and is very happy. Thank you Faisal!! If there's something you want, go see him. He is very patient and accommodating!

Made an appointment for 11:00am to view a car. Arrived and person working was surprised I was there and said it would take 5-10 minutes to be ready. So after 15 minutes someone came and started moving card in order to access the car I wanted to see. Then it wouldn't start so they proceeded to get a generator to try to get the car to start... quite unprofessional and a waste of my time, I ended up leaving without test driving the car. Also notice how all the 5 star reviews are fake accounts with 1 review.

I was all ready to leave a 5 star review after buying my car, but I'm glad I waited. I like my car and I got a good price, but Faisel promised me a lot during the buying process that still hasn't been delivered on. Floor mats took 3 weeks and 2 visits, a car manual took over a month and a runaround to other locations and it's not even the right year, and I found out the air conditioning doesnt work, and they did say they'd pay to fix it but not until a used part shows up, so I could go all summer without aircon, and I specifically asked if this worked when I bought it. He did replace the two missing pieces on the car trim promptly. Above all that, he had offered as a bonus for buying the car to pay for a spa day I had planned. He never paid, offered to take me to dinner instead (which I cant actually believe happened), and when I said no he said he'd pay me cash but that was almost a month ago and I'm so tired of going in and asking for what was promised that I'm writing the review he kept asking for. He loves asking people to come in instead of just having a conversation on the phone, then he wont actually have anything ready when you show up. This happened 4 times. I feel bad because he seems overworked, but for buying your first car, I do not recommend.

Had appointment for 10, no one showed up until 5 after. The car I had driven half an hour to see wasnt in the lot, waited around for 40 minutes while someone was going to get it. Ended up leaving without seeing the car as I had somewhere to be. Big waste of time.

I went there to trade my car, I haven't got a deal - without going in much details the manager (I think his name's Faisal) under estimated my car and over estimated his car to make much profit. that might be usual from any dealer (I have traded 4 cars with 3 dealership before, so I know how it works). but what's not accepted that I tried to negotiation him to make a deal - he replied harshly and told me (we are not robbing a bank!) which is totally not professional. a few days after I changed my mind and decided to call him and buy the car no matter the over estimated cost but decided to start with a little lowball to reduce my lost as possible. but again he rudely interrupted me and kept saying (we are not robbing a bank!) many times. I truly felt humiliated and offended so I ended the call. I just wanted to raise my offer gradually till we make a good deal both of us and also I was ready to been told POLITELY ' the price is firm and no negotiation' ,I would accept that and will pay without more argue! BTW,I just sold yesterday my car for $10.5K which is more than double his estimation ($5K) without robbing a bank as he kept saying , now I am searching for the new car and will not think about his car because of his attitude although my budget now more than enough for it . That's defiantly my worst experience with car dealer ever.

I'm very disappointed with Mr. Faisal, he gave me one car key, swearing that used vehicles never come with a second key, really!, The day he said the car would be ready for pick up it wasn't and I don't live in Calgary, so he promised to fill up the tank to compensate for my trips and again he didn't, he promised to call me the following day about a second key whether he finds it or not, again he didn't. He was trying to make me believe that credit card companies charge their client for making purchases with their card but in reality he charges his customers for his own merchant fees, which is illegal, I know it because I worked for MasterCard for years and there were other red flags. Guys avoid that place, they aren't trustworthy, specially Mr. Faisal.

Everything went fairly efficiently. What was lacking is transparency, we worked out a deal on the price that we both seemed happy with, until it came to the final paperwork. I admit this is my own fault for not double checking, but the manager snuck an extra $1500 onto the price we decided without me noticing. Like i said its my own error, i suppose i'm use to dealing with honest ppl (small town mentality). Probably still worth buying a vehicle here as the prices are decent, just don't be in a rush and double check everything!

I Emailed them 5 months ago and got nothing reply yet. The sales guys sold me a FWD vehicle. however , they said it is AWD both in the AD on kijiji (still have the AD screenshot)or in person. what a scam?? Very bad custom service! they only reply email when you consult price or book test drive. very disappointed! I will let my friends be aware of this dealership. Plus,the warranty i got from them should cover the cost of repair, but they just would neither reply my email nor phone call. If google has zero star, that would be my first choice to give this store!

If there is a ZERO stars I would have given it to them. They lied a lot about the car and the services they will be giving to me. They also took advantage of me new to the country and made-up a story about insurance to cover-up that the car had a collision. They charged me a huge amount for car inspection and after I got the car found that the sound is not working and other problems as well. The car doesn’t even have tools, who sells a car without its tools???? Terrible car dealer will never recommend them to any one.
