We will forward the message to the salesperson and make sure we try our best next time. Thank you very much. " This was their response to a review I made on CarGuru. What someone failed to disclose in their response is that they only made one offer. After asking me to bring in my vehicle the next day, Vincent made an offer $6000 more than the day before by Henry. Then, they wasted my time with the exact same offer Henry made the day before. I increased my offer several times, which Vincent rejected. Five days later I got a phone call from a staff member, stating they were willing to come to a positive outcome. FALSE!!! They continued to waste my time with the exact same offer. Vincent blew the deal over $500, after I had increased my position by $2500. It did not appear that they were negotiating in good faith. Just continued to waste my time. The worst part was when I caught Vincent in a LIE. My suggestion...STAY AWAY...especially from Vincent. I was told he was the owner by Henry.

Vincent is a scammer and not a man of his word. Do NOT do business with this man. He preys upon the weak and sells them vehicles which do not have a proper history and makes up stories about them. Stay AWAY!

I found a family SUV with high cost performance according to my own requirements. I like black cars, and finally helped me find one. The manager also drove the car and took me to apply for license plate and help me purchased insurance. I will also introduce friends there. Good service not only pre-sales but also after sales.
