I bought there my new beautiful Santafe. Those guys has good deal for cars (not rebuild) . They where really honest with me, and they build my trust. They have been explain all the details. Before I purchased a car , I obviously went to have drive test with many other cars at different dealers shops. I didn't like other dealers which try to push car in your hand with trying to check your credit right away. So far , Car Match Auto Group have been very professional in what they do. Huge and very interesting selection of the cars . I strongly recommend to walk in and have a drive test . 100% you will find there what you looking for. Very good experience. While the 2010 Chrysler Town and Country Touring was a relatively good minivan I bought from Car Match (except for the 3rd row seat flippers sticking up problem that was not revealed to me at time of sale) , salesman Hugo Jinwoo Lee has no after-sale services. He did not return my several phone messages about the minivan after he had sold it to me.

The business manager was super friendly and helped to get things done so professionally and explained everything in detail. Good work. Overall experience was good instead of waiting for the insurance guy for almost 20 minutes. I found after sales service needs to be improved a lot so that we could refer our friend and known to the dealership. I felt kind of ignorance after sales done. Otherwise good place to try for your vehicle need. ????????????

Do not recommend. We bought a 2016 BMW 435i for $29xxx one year ago. It was a cloudy day and when we visited at 5pm it was starting to get dark. So when we looked at the car, everything looked great. It was a black car. We liked it and we bought it. After we got the car a few days later, when we opened the trunk on a sunny day, under the sunlight the spare tire lid was blue instead of black. It turns out the previous owner spilled a lot of soap, (we think it was laundry detergent), all over the spare tire lid. I don’t know if Car Match already knew this and decided not to tell us or they were so careless that they didn’t notice it. Either way it showed how unprofessional they were. We told them what we found and the owner of the shop didn’t really care. So we ended up cleaning it for more than three hours and so much soap came out. The water was all bubbly. We tried our best and was only able to remove 80% of the soap. If we look closely, we can still see some blue stain on the spare tire lid. Not to mention after one week of driving, the weather seal of the front left car door came off. We had to take the car to the shop to fix it. Although it was paid by Car Match, it was still not okay. They were supposed to make sure the car was in excellent condition before they sold it. We will not recommend anyone to do business with them. I gave two stars instead of one because the salesman was a nice guy. But the company was not professional and took advantage of us not triple checking the car.
