I have bought over 12 vehicles in the last 20 years and have never came across such a pleasant and honest dealership such as Boundary Road Motors. My experience with Sam was beyond excellent. Here are my experiences with Sam. He opens the door to his dealership as I walk towards his show room. Negotiation was swift and good. He promised to paint the minor scratches on the front and back bumper of the Mercedes. We signed the purchase agreement. Sam is very accommodating, he rescheduled the painting to fit our schedule. The car was painted as promised. WOW! When I picked up the Mercedes, I noticed there was a quarter size oil drop on the floor and I immediately notify Sam to fix it right away. He scheduled in the car for repair and the oil leaked was fixed the next week. He took care of the cost of the paint and the cost of the oil leaked repair. Sam is a very approachable, honest and most importantly very experience person. The services from Sam and his staff were over the top! I felt so at ease and taken care of. I have high trust for Sam and will enlist his help in searching for my new Lambo. WOW!

Sales person falsely represented the car to me. He presented an electrical issue with the vehicle as the way the vehicle was supposed to operate. The push to start button should not need to be pressed 10-20 times and require help to turn the vehicle on and off.
