WORST CAR DEALERSHIP EVER!!! I was looking for a cheap car BUT RELIABLE AND SAFE. Bought a rebuilt car from them and they said it was only cosmetic damaged. Used the car for only a week and there were lots of issues with the engine. Talked to the owner of the dealership, he was VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. Since I wasn’t happy with car, I tried to trade it in finding out that the car wasn’t just a rebuilt but a SALVAGE which they never told me. They’re only good at sales talk but when it comes to problems they will be rude and unprofessional to you. NEVER BUY HERE!!

Made a list of problems with the vehicle that would be fixed that was signed as a condition to purchase. They refused to fix them after I paid for the vehicle. The only way to deal with this is a lawsuit, ridiculous. These slimeballs will lie to make a sale, they belong in jail for how they conduct business here.

Its been about 3 months since I bought my 2006 Toyota Rav 4 from Auto Villa and I absolutely love it. I was hesitant to purchase from them because of some negative reviews I read, but my experience with them was absolutely fantastic. They were very up front about the fact they specialize in rebuilt vehicles, and showed me the photos of the car before the repairs were made and all the documentation for the repair of the vehicle. They encouraged me to take it to a mechanic I trust so I could be sure the repairs were done properly, which I did, and they were. They were very patient and exceptionally hospitable with me, I can't count how many cups of tea Rob made me! I had my heart set on a Rav 4 and had been looking for at least a year to find one that was in good condition in my budget, and nothing even came CLOSE to the quality and affordability I found here. I found a limited model with less than 100,000 kms for close to half of what I would have paid for it had it not been rebuilt. I've had multiple people remark on the great condition its in, saying it looks brand new! Also more than one passenger has commented on the smooth and quiet ride. I have looked at dozens of the same car and this was the best price and condition of all the ones I saw. Thank you John and Rob for making my Rav dreams come true!

I recently purchased a used truck from Ahmed at Auto Villa and am very happy with him, the truck and their service. The truck looks and runs great. I had it inspected by my mechanic prior to purchasing it. Ahmed even came with me. For several days prior I had been driving all over the lower mainland to find a similar model in the same condition and low mileage; however, I was continually disappointed until I came across the ad from Auto Villa. The truck was as advertised and priced very competitively. There was no better deal in the lower mainland I could find. I saved literally a few thousand over the next best price for the same make, model, year, condition and mileage (private or dealer). In addition, Ahmed got me a quick and easy financing approval as well as helped me source some OEM and aftermarket accessories for my truck at a mere fraction of what I would pay elsewhere. I highly recommend speaking to Ahmed if you are shopping for a used vehicle!

Definitely a shady dealer... I was interested in a car, asked for the VIN to Carfax it, and they said they don't give out the VIN over the phone, I figured, OK, I'm fine with that, and when they asked why I said that I wanted to Carfax it to ensure it wasn't a write-off, they told me it was only in a minor accident that caused minimal damage to the left rear quarter panel. I drove down there, to find out that it was indeed a salvage/rebuild, the guy on the phone (Ken) lied to me, and wouldn't give me a straight answer when asking him certain questions. I also made the mistake of calling them before I left to ensure they still had the car, because when I showed up, they had it running and we're obviously cleaning it, which made me wonder why they wouldn't have just left it so I could cold start it. Shady dealership for sure... Definitely not going back there.

We purchased a car from them in early Feb 2019. I was initially nervous because of the reviews I had ready but Ahmad took great care of us. He was professional, courteous and very helpful. We found the perfect car for us and we absolutely love it. I really appreciated that at no time did we feel pressured to buy. They were extremely upfront about the fact the car was a rebuild, had all of the pictures from the previous accident and all of the safety inspections. How someone could buy a car from them and "not know" it was rebuilt i(as some previous reviews have claimed) sis honestly beyond me. I can't stress enough that they were very clear and very upfront though the whole process. The financing process was easy and they worked hard to get us a payment we could afford. It was a great process overall and we could not be happier with our vehicle and the fantastic price. Absolutely recommend you go see Ahmad!

My experience was not pleasant. I Called about Nissan X-trail , that I wanted to have more information, seller told me I need to come and check the car out,that they will show me all the paper work and give me VIN , not on the phone!!!!! I was told they are open until 5 PM, web site was saying 6PM, anyhow, I took time off from work, drove there for an hour and at 4:26 PM nobody was there. Even after making phone call and checking their opening time, they were not there. And than I red reviews here, all positive reviews are clearly fake and payed for, stay away from these guys! I'm happy google reviews exist ! They should put people like this out of business !!!

I bought an SUV from the company in Feb of 2016. It was made EXTREMELY clear from the start that the car I was interested in was a rebuild. All required documentation was provided to me, no questions asked, very transparent. I got a smoking deal on a great car that was fully loaded, had super low kms, and was in better condition than other non rebuilt cars of the same make/model being sold privately in the lower mainland at the time. A year later it's given me no problems and it's exactly what I was looking for. The dealer was transparent, fair and cooperative to me. The salesman on staff was extremely busy the night I made my purchase, I can see he wouldn't have time to answer phone questions when multiple people had arrived to test drives cars. His job is to make sales afterall, and people who'd done their research were there for the deals. Thanks for resurrecting my new baby! Zero regrets!

Horrendous experience with Auto Villa. False Advertising. Extremely rude customer service representatives. They made rude comments towards my family and I, very unprofessional. They declined to return my $500 deposit and after 20 minutes of back of forth with Ahmad, he agreed. I used my debit to put it into the machine, it said "purchase", I asked why does it say purchase and they said "it was our mistake" and they handed me a cheque instead. Scammers! Stay away!

I recently purchased a 2012 Mazda 3 from Auto Villa and I absolutely love my car! I received great service from the sales associate, Ahmed. I was hesitant to buy a rebuilt car but Ahmed showed me all of the pictures of the vehicle's accident and showed me the paperwork of the government assessment after being fixed. I was still hesitant to buy the vehicle and wanted to bring the car all the way to Surrey to get inspected by my own mechanic. This was no problem at all for them and they even had one of their workers drive the vehicle over to my shop. My mechanics said that the car was in great condition minus a couple little minor fixes that needed to be made, so Auto Villa repaired those minor things before the purchase of my vehicle. I have now had my car for over a month and everything has been running perfectly and I got such a great deal on my car! I would definitely recommend buying a vehicle here and I may even purchase another car here in the future. Thanks for the great experience, Ahmed!

DO NOT GO HERE! This place scams! The main salesperson/owner Jay implied that the car I was looking to buy was only in a minor fender-bender, when it was written off as salvage. He showed me a false document of cost of the repairs made, and a month later when I asked to see the same document, he said he didn't have it on file which a dealership is legally responsible to have and to show. Received the paper stating the car was salvage a month after purchasing the vehicle, when it's legally supposed to be kept with the insurance/transfer forms at all times. Also added fees which are supposed to be included in the advertised price. Wish I had not been so quick to purchase but with 3 jobs, I needed a car asap, and they completely took advantage of my inexperience with dealerships.

I was looking at a 2015 Mazda 3 they had posted on craigslist. The pictures did NOT match what the car really looked liked. First, on craigslist they had a pic of the car with a sunroof. Second, in the pics, the car was clean. Reality? The car DIDN"T have a sunroof, and the car was in junk, dirty condition. Then, it was snowing just a little bit, I went to the dealership, and because of a little snow, they didn't even come outside to service their potential customer. And one dude was vacuuming a car outside too! That is not acceptable. What a bunch of pansies. These guys are very unprofessional.

Bought a 2018 mazda rebuilt car recently from them and they gave 60 days warranty on any electrical issue. After three weeks or so blind spot monitoring issue developed (it shuts off after 10mts) and they checked and said it is ok. Then the service light came on. They took the car somewhere and said, the reason was the car was not driven for a long time (sitting in the bodyshop) and they reset the warning light. After that many warning lights start flashing. They kept the car for three days to get it fixed and when we went to pick up the car, they said car is running normal and the warranty is over. Now again the engine service light came on and warning lights still keeps flashing. We have no choice but to take the car to a dealership or a reliable repair shop. I will never step into this dishonest place again.

Called them about a car and made them a cash offer on a rebuilt mustang. Having dealer experience I knew what the car was worth really. They were charging more then a car with a clean title would have cost. The sales associate said "Thanks for wasting my F**king time" then hung up on me. Really? Thats how you treat customers. I will be advising everybody i know to stay away from this place at all costs. Bloody scam artists is all they are.

Hamid is a terrible salesperson, I contacted him on Facebook marketplace and told him a few details of what I wanted for the Honda Fit and his reply was: “DO YOU WANT ANY FRIES WITH YOUR ORDER?”. So I would hardly suggest not to visit this place because these people are just rude and think they can do or say whatever they want to the buying customer. Do you really think you are the only people selling used cars?? Rebuilt status on top of everything…. Good thing they scared me away before coming in….top notch sales people huh??!!

Recently purchased a (rebuilt) Subaru Legacy from here. The salesman (Ahmad) was a nice guy, and showed us the car quite professionally. He even explained how the car was rebuilt and provided all the proof we asked for. He also helped us secure financing with 0 down and recommended to not trade in our vehicle because the value was quite low. As cautious buyers, we weren't sure about the mechanical condition of the car, but Ahmad offered us 90 day complimentary warranty through their repair shop. Overall, stellar customer service, no pressure sales and excellent after-sales care.

Bought a rebuilt car was really happy with it . Then I Got rear ended. the body shop I took it to told me they didn't repair all the damages and it looked like it was rebuilt so it was good enough to sell. Body shop showed me patchy done on the car and parts they were supposed to fix that hadn't been previously because they were still marked. When I bought it they Told me it was minor damage. But the previous accident which it was rebuilt from was not minor . Do your research about the car before you buy it rebuilt. Avoid this place!!!! Spend the little extra on a clean title

Although my Chevy s10 is running fine the first day of rain I realised BOTH door seals where leaky, and after I started pulling things apart to find the leaks I found that the "minor" accident it had been in had affected more than what they said, very cheap parts had been glued back together (badly), and even balanced in place when clips, screws and mouldings where left broken. Instead of fixing things they just bent them back into shape and rebored holes so that screws could fit crooked!

His professionalism and candor is what sets him apart from other sales associates in the industry. What even impressed me the most is the after sales service. I purchased a Honda CR-V rebuild from them February 11. Within a week I was having issues with the AWD and noise from the suspension, so they referred me to one of their mechanics they contract with. A&C Automotive was quick and did a good repair, and John at Auto Villa was able to work with us to make the repairs affordable. Overall not a bad experience, I would deal with John again if I went back for another vehicle.

I purchased a car from this place last year, may 2018...Got a decent deal, and liked most of the process. I found small parts left improperly put back together, but had faith that they would stand by their work. Mechanically sound, pictures shown of damage..all that stuff was encouraging and the poorly unattached bits were dealt with. Where they failed was in the paint finish. Runs, overspray and non matched colouring upset me after I had purchased the car, and saw the mismatches. They "said" they would deal with the overspray, runs, I was prepared to accept the mismatch, but not the shoddy paint work. A pro painter could no doubt sand, polish these parts out, pretty easily. I even offered to go to their repair facility to have that done...not to inconvenience them...I'm still waiting...The car itself is excellent, and buying rebuilt no longer concerns me, as long as you are sure it is a reliable rebuilder. Disappointed in the final phase of how they did not live up to their claims of doing the work. Still waiting...this is where the car business fails..and Auto Villa failed me in this instance.

DON'T GO THERE if you want to feel happy with your car purchase. They LIE and hide every single detail, bargain for every single cent, have absolutely terrible service, the place will leave you unsatisfied after all and, you will have lots of doubts about your car if you get it there. When we tried to get a car there, the owner told us that we would have a warranty on engine and other important part for SIX months. It was two of us who clearly heard that. Next day he said that we heard it incorrectly and it is THREE months. Both of us. When I mentioned Air Care which the car didn't have they pretended they forgot about it. PS My advice - go to certified dealerships. And be completely prepared on what to check and ask about the used car.

We originally picked a different car and made a deposit and they actually let us put the deposit towards another car when we changed our minds. Claudio was really friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. BUYER BEWARE The front bumper was not painted correctly. We looked at and bought a 2015 Acura RDX when it was not very sunny, and the paint looked fine. However, after about a month, looking at it in direct sunlight, the paint is VERY different as seen in the picture. I have bought alot of rebuilt vehicles, and know that rebuilt vehicles are usually an ok buy, and aren't as tricky as they used to be. However, this shop is being deceptive with its repair. It simply takes a little bit more time and costs a little more to paint body panels to match perfectly. They are choosing to not make that effort and decieve customers just to make a few hundred more dollars. The sales staff was very nice and had good service. I don't think they are aware of this deception. But this is unacceptable.
