Buying the car was a great experience. Quick, pain free and not at all uncomfortable as a lone female looking for a car. However. I left the dealership with 1/4 of a tank of gas, confident that would get me home (I only live 10 minutes from the dealership) yet still ran out of gas on the QEW. When a man from the dealership came with a jerrycan, he was upset because it “wasn’t his department” and he made sure to let me know that this shouldn’t have been his problem. This was not something I was expecting to happen, I was panicking on the side of the highway and he was upset with me.

I have never had so many problems with a car until this one. They basically treated me with no respect and refuse to take the time to help me with repairs unlike the rest of you in the comments who clearly have been served fairly. They gave me a car with a USED horn, which i didn't find out about until my mechanic checked it out a remote that to this day still doesn't work and one they reused to fix, the alignment was all messed up and even the reverse camera that they had advertised is trash and not one person can fix it or figure out what the issue is. So if you're considering this dealership just don't consider it. Waste of time.

I purchased a vehicle from Unique Cars yesterday and I have absolutely nothing that I could complain about. Even if you paid me to complain I don't think it would be possible. Zack and Brian were fantastic to deal with. I was coming from about 3.5-4 hours out of town so it was a bit of a unique situation, these guys spent as much time as needed on the phone discussing the vehicle in question with me, sending me any photos that I requested and it was all done promptly, and they were extremely transparent about everything. I arrived first thing in the morning, around 9:15 ish, and I don't think they even open until 9:30 but they assisted me immediately, I took the vehicle for a quick test drive and took a quick look around the vehicle to make sure that everything was as specified in our previous phone conversations, and all was good! Vehicle was safetied prior to my arrival, new winter tires installed, interior detailed, and there was about a quarter tank of gas in it already (which is about a quarter tank more than the last time I bought a vehicle from a used dealership, so I was happy about that!). I would say I was out of there driving the vehicle in about an hour and a half or so including test drive, and getting the licensing and everything done at Service Ontario. All in all I am extremely satisfied with the purchase and the quality of service that I received. I really could not recommend these guys enough! If I wasn't hours away I would most definitely be back in the future, and even still who's not to say I won't be? Also they have some pretty decent candy in their candy bowl/tray.

I love this place! Honestly when we began even thinking about a car, my boyfriend said we had to go to Unique Cars LTD. He bought his Subaru here 10 years ago and his experience was great. Low and behold one day we noticed they had pretty much the exact car we'd been thinking of purchasing. I took it out for a test drive with Zack and I fell in love with it. First Class service and the best prices on used cars in Halton/Hamilton I have been in the auto industry for over 10 years working with various OEM’s and in this role I have worked with over 500 dealerships in both Canada and the US. Even with all of this experience, buying a used car still makes me nervous. I live in the Burlington area and when I happened to come across Unique Cars tucked away in an unassuming corner on Harvester road I was intrigued by their sticker prices. Upon doing my research and figuring out how these vehicles were making their way to Unique Cars as well as running a deeper dives on some of the vehicle VINS I was impressed by the quality of the vehicles vs the price they are being sold for. I spoke with Zack and was impressed by the professionalism and transparency that he used while we discussed some options. I ended up purchasing a 2009 Honda Pilot from Unique Cars and I could not be happier with the price I paid for the value I received. About a week after purchasing the car I got a phone call from Zach as a check in on how I was doing and he informed me that he had actually located a set of headphones that link to the rear entertainment system as well as him locating a second key for the vehicle, and that I could pick them up at my convenience. Unique Cars is a rare gem in the used auto industry and coupled with the Carsup auto shop that is also on the lot I not only feel comfortable with the purchase of a used car but I feel like I have a trust worthy location to get the vehicle serviced if need be. If you looking at reviews and that little something extra to get you over the edge to choose a dealership you can trust I hope this helps and if you find yourself in the market for a used car make sure you at least drive by and take a look at the vehicles because it is worth the trip. I went to test drive a car which was advertised as safety certified and the condition was not satisfactory so bought another car which was also advertised as safety certified but it was not certified until they received full price. Finally went to pick up the car and still the dash board light was on that's how reliable is their safety certification also promised something else to fix but never kept their promises once the car is rolled out. Please double check your records before you comment as I bought 2011 black nissan sentra last September 2019 from your dealership.
