After my adverse review dealership contacted me to resolve my rebate issue. Although MBF Canada did not help but dealership offered additional discount so we can arrive at a deal. Thanks to Duane Passero General Sales Manager for his personal efforts and assistance; extremely efficient friendly and helpful person. However, I was disappointed when I picked up this demo model yesterday as the KMs on the car were almost 2000KMs more than what was informed in writing. This can impact prepaid maintainance and tires/breaks life. I hope dealership will resolve this last issue as well. Finally I noted that most of the Mercedes App applications do not work at all; I was informed by dealership delivery specialist that MB Internet is very slow and unreliable. I am still waiting for her to complete App application for me.

Nice looking place. Almost no parking in the lot. They lock the gate at 6ish, so make sure you're not parked in the lot before that. It's a cash refreshment bar unlike some other Mercedes dealerships.

Not at all impressed with the service department. Had an issue with a new car bought 6 months back. I was told there is a waiting of 5 weeks for the car to be looked at. They didn't even bother to look at it and see if it can be fixed immediately....i was given an option of leaving the car there and they will look at it when they have time and it can be now or in five weeks when my turn comes.....this is what service is for a luxury car.....

Thanks for special customer loyalty discounts. Your recent policy change on purchasing only parts at parts counter about customer loyalty discounts was probably not a good idea. I came in late around 6:00pm at parts counter with passenger side light out asked for a low beam replacement & with customer loyalty discount. I also asked for a schematic or some direction on how to replace it. I was given a dull print out of light assembly unit. The older man at parts said the policy is changed recently and there is no more discount offered. The discount is only available through service. service was closed that late hour. There was no one to replace my low beam. Usually concierge does it at arrival. I end up doing it my self using YouTube though. I have been purchasing items over parts counter for years now never came across such. The parts counter should know how to replace the bulb or at least give some direction How to do it.

Before visiting MB Burlington, I visited many other luxury dealership but this one is the one that stands out the most. Everything in this dealership just speaks Luxury. This is the first Mercedes Benz ever in my life and the experience have been great. The inventory MB Burlington is the most variety i ever seen, You can always find the one that you want without custom making it. Mike was the sales person that helped me and he gave me a very reasonable deal on a 2018 c300. Following that Krina the financial service manager made the leasing process very easy. On the day of picking up the car Steven the new vehicle delivery specialist made everything special, from parking the car inside the dealership just for us to take pictures and explaining all the feature of the car is just amazing. Overall best MB dealership I been to. P.S. I am a student and they treat me like an actual potential customer, most dealership out there will just look at me like some young teenager that is just there to mess around. I made a appointment 4 days ago, and I drive from london to Burlington which is a 90 mins trip.I was on the highway that day and I got a phone call that tell me the car isn,t there to show. I has referred to this location from a friend. I ended up buying a suv. This is my first Benz and I’m really happy with it as I’m a pervious BMW Owner. My sales guy Jay Chamber was very good and I ended up getting actually what I wanted. If your in the market for a Benz this is the place to go. I went to them as I’m 45 minutes away because they were referred to me and I’m glad I did.

took my car in three weeks ago because it was due for a service had informed them the engine light came on. I was told they checked the engine and all was good. Since that day the car has not been driving well and the engine light started flashing today. Needed to get my car towed, and missed out on work. Now 4 hours later I have no update and am stranded. They damaged my car after doing a detailing. Do not trust these people. The broke the tire pressure sensor from hitting the stem too hard and the broke the touch screen radio because they used too much cleaning solution. UPDATED - 3 weeks not even a phone call. Liars!

This place is.. Not very good. That's the most polite way to say it. They have the worst technicians, they just don't know how to fix things. I've purchased a car from here, took it in at least 20 times to get a few minor things addressed. You'd be visiting a few times to get 1 issue fixed. And Mercedes in general are very poorly built cars. I would recommend going to a Mercedes corporate store if you must buy one. Avoid.

good service once you get it but booking 2 months out for service calls is ridiculous...more than 2 even a week is unreasonable. How can you go 2 months without a car? So disappointed because I wanted to like this dealership as Oakville Mercedes is brutal...bad service and can't fix older models with any accuracy. Going to start searching for a non-Mercedes mechanic I suppose since Mercedes clearly doesn't care if they get or retain business.

Always a pleasure, makes it difficult to look at other car manufacturers...stellar experience every time ...a lot can happen in 2 years. Read on. We had our C300 in for it's 3rd recall for the airbag system, but this time for the passenger side. After MBB had our car for 2 days we picked it up to find an error message afterwards. Next we brought back the car for another 2 days only to find out they just ‘cleared the message’ and informed us there would be a cost to replacing a sensor in the passenger seat. The passenger seat sensor directly relates to the airbag system but is apparently unrelated to the work covered by the recall. Again the error message a third time. Next we got the service manager involved as we now have an expensive repair pending after bringing in the car only for a recall. The service manager suggested that we leave the car with him for 3 days while he sorts out the error and parts costs to see if Mercedes Canada will cover all this work. Now we’re told that the repair is $2500, but they’ll pay half the labour. That’s great so we only have to pay $1200 to fix an issue the Dealer created. During this ordeal we spoke to 3 different advisors that didn’t know what was going on, and we had to chase people down to find out the status of our vehicle only to find the service manager took holidays while the car was being diagnosed, yet he assured us we’d be looked after...terrible communication and customer service. We’re finding it difficult to be a continued loyal Mercedes customer. Now the owners response is to contact MBB to accept their offer to pay half to fix the issue they created. I’d strongly suggest avoiding this dealership.

Wanted to change tires for ML 350 . asked for a quote from burlington dealership . This dealership quoted $ 2000 plus alignment charges and then we checked with US dealership and it was $ 1000 plus alignment charges . So we decided to change the tires in the US . The US dealership did not align the tires due to lack of time and we came back to Burlington dealership to align the tires for the quote that they had quoted . Because we did not purchase tires from them they doubled the charges and we ended up paying for it . When we drove the car there was no difference and the car was still shaking We called them again and they said come again for a test drive for $ 133 and then they will know what the problem is . This was within one day of them aligning the tires . After the road test they will give us a quote again for the next job. We discussed this problem with the friends who referred us to this dealership and they said they had already moved to other dealership as the service standard of Burlington dealership has declined and has gone twice as expensive . At the time of signing they always promise to give a loaner and its the last thing to expect from them after the sales . Dont go on the building look , think about long term service . Now writing to the Mercedes head office to settle this matter.

Walked into the showroom on a Friday afternoon... Not too busy. Interested in a particular model and hovered around the model for about 10 minutes... Getting in and out, opening the hatch. No one came over. Wandered to a more expensive model, no one came over. Went back to the first model for another 5 minutes.... No one came over. Plenty of sales folks around, even some on their smartphones. Even wandered to the customer service desk, no joy. Oh well, guess you don't need my $70K.

We didn't purchase our car at MB Burlington but when I have taken it in for parts and/or service, I have always been impressed from the service that you receive the moment you walk in the door. While we were waiting for our car we walked around the dealership (as we usually do when we are there for service). We are always impressed by the service and attention of the salespeople. They acknowledge you but also don't follow you around so it allows for a very relaxing experience. If we have a question about the cars we know where to find the salesperson to help us out. When getting parts there, be it an air filter, wipers, etc., the parts are very reasonably priced and in-stock. The attendant in the service bay was also kind enough to offer to install the new wipers for us. Coming back to a washed car and rinsed-off winter mats was an added bonus! Great job MB Burlington.

The building is fairly new and is impressive. Scheduled maintenance was easy to set up and Nevash in a professional yet friendly manner oversaw the sevice, was easy to communicate with by phone and text and kept me informed throughout. On March 6/19 I took my 2009 GLK 350 into the Mercedes Benz dealership in Burlington because there was a distinct rattling noise. Upon arrival, I went to the service desk to check in. I approached Nevash’s desk and asked him if I could check in. Right from the beginning of the conversation, I got the impression that he did not want to help, but was obligated to because he was at work. He searched for my file, looked through it, and almost laughed when he clarified that all I heard was a noise. I clarified that I was hearing a noise, and was unsure if something was stuck or if there was a serious problem, and brought it in for a check. He took my keys from me, to bring my car into the service station. When he came back inside, he very rudely announced that what I had been hearing was much more than a rattling noise. Please understand, I am not an auto mechanic. I do not know the distinct sounds my car makes. All I did was describe it to the best of my ability. Nevash made it seem like I have not been taking care of my car, but as I said earlier, this car is from 2009! Of course it’s been taken care of well, otherwise it would no longer be running. I found Nevash to be very rude and condescending. I highly recommend that he reevaluates his choice to be a customer service rep. As it turns out one of the springs has come loose, and they have to order the part from Germany. To make matters worse, Mercedes Benz Burlington will not provide a loner car even though my car was estimated to be at the dealership for 4 weeks. I will not be going to Mercedes Benz Burlington any longer.

If I could give a negative star review I would. (1) My experience here was absolutely horrible. After sending in a vehicle for a service, we were told we needed a new battery. This is where the problems began, now if the battery needed to be changed that wasn’t an issue. The kicker was that the $650 battery lasted for only 75KM. (2) Problem number two came in when the car was brought back for another diagnostic test. Mercedes Burlington then sent a truck to tow the car. Now you see, this wouldn’t have been a problem either but they decided that we NEEDED to hire a towing company from MISSISSAUGA when I’m already located over an hour away from there. This towing company is apparently one of the very few they deal with for towing their vehicles. The best part is that we were also charged a $460 bill. (3) Problem number three came into play here when the insolent staff were refusing to help, as well as being incredibly rude. During a phone call they were refusing to answer any questions, saying, “I’ll answer that for you when you decide to come into the store to say it” ... There was absolutely no intention of showing any sort of customer service skills or professionalism. All of this being said, I have no intention of continuing any sort of business with the Mercedes brand, considering this is how their workers represent their company. **** oh! And for the cherry on top, Andjelo sent us an email specifically asking for a good review!!

Working with Mike Canci and Rosalea Lobzun was easy, fast and they are both very professional. this is a direct reflection of their managers providing them the tools necessary to make our experience the most valuable. Rosalea asked the questions which made deciding on the right sized vehicle for our family. from reception on entering to delivery every step was always met with a smile and pleasure. I picked up my new C300 just a few days ago and I am loving it. From the time I made the call to book an appointment right up to the last minute I drove out of the dealership, I cannot explain the true professionalism of the staff. My first interaction was with Alex who booked my appointment and promised to have me taken good care of when I came in. And she did keep to her word by assigning Rosalea as my Sales Consultant. Rosalea is an extremely professional, polite and friendly person who worked tirelessly to get me the numbers I wanted. This lady is a breath of fresh air and an outstanding individual. She is knowledgeable, humble and caring and tailor made the deal to suite my requirements. She spent a lot of time with me on the day of delivery and even walked me through some finer tips on the vehicle. The truly amazing Nicole from the Financial Services Office is the nicest, friendliest, understanding and one of the most accommodating Financial Services Manager’s I have worked with. Nicole was not pushy, listened to what I had to say and as promised had my purchase secured through Mercedes Financial Services. We did interact a few times between day one and delivery and every-time I spoke with Nicole she made everything sound so effortlessly simple. She even came up to me and spent a few minutes chatting the day I picked up my vehicle. Last but not least the delivery specialist Steve. Steve is truly unique. He has a true sense of humor and is a great people person. He made the entire delivery process fun, efficient and super smooth. I myself work in the Automotive Sales industry and Alex, Rosalea, Nicole and Steve are truly the nicest personalities I have ever dealt with. I was privileged to cross paths with these four exemplary individuals and I sincerely hope they will still be there at Burlington Mercedes when I decide to purchase my next Mercedes a few years from now. The parts department is a joke no one ever answers the phone never return calls I guess they don’t really need our business. We are an independent car dealership that specializes in imports. Too bad that was a dealer account that you lost for life you people won’t be seeing a $ from my company from now on we are only going to be ordering parts from Oakville and I’ll make sure to spred the word to all fellow dealers and Clients not to step a foot into this shame for the brand dealership.

If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. Go to Mercedes Benz in Oakville or Performance Mercedes in St. Catharines. I’ve had a very unpleasant experience with Mercedes Benz Burlington and will likely not come back or recommend to my friends and colleagues. My service appointments were extremely unorganized and I feel like I was being tossed around from person to person with no one accepting blame. Terrible customer service. My first appointment was to replace a windshield. The service was not done in a timely manner and there was no shuttle to pick me up when it was ready, I had to find my own accommodation for a ride late around 8 pm when they were closing. They forgot to put the Daimler sticker on as well. During this appointment they told me that the trunk was broken (the latch connecting the button to open the trunk) but that they had fixed it. So I let the lack of shuttle/missing sticker go and booked again on May 30th, and the customer service agent told me that I would get a complimentary b-service on my next visit. The trunk button still wasn’t working. I called back and asked that it be fixed, and they said that they had to order a part from Germany which would take 4-6 weeks delivery. So I booked the appointment 4 weeks after my initial appointment and booked another day off of work to be shuttled to/from home. An advisor told me that unfortunately my b-service would not be covered which I was surprised about on arrival. I went to pick up my car after 7 hours, and the trunk is still broken and does not work. I was furious. I asked the service advisor why is wasn’t fixed and they said they need to order the part from Germany and it would take 4-6 weeks (AGAIN!) Needless to say, I was confused as I went through this process 4 weeks prior. I am very disappointed with their lack of professionalism and service.

Wow. I cannot even begin to express the disappointment interacting with this dealership. I actually think 1-star is too many. I was so disappointed I called head office only to realize they are privately owned and not a "corporate" dealership. I had a flat tire, and towed my own car from Hamilton to Toronto to avoid roadside assistance taking it to this location.

I recently purchased a 2014 ML350 from Blair Diamond. I am extremely happy with my vehicle and impressed with the sales team attention from beginning to end. From the second we entered the building my husband and I along with our 2 young children experienced great service. Owen the GM came by and congratulated us on our purchase, as did Mark the manager of pre-owned sales. Marco the Manager of Finance handled our paper work quickly and he was not aggressive with trying to get us to purchase warranty or additional items. When we picked up our vehicle Nikki the delivery specialist was awesome at showing us the bells and whistles on the vehicle. This is our 3rd Mercedes, (1st pre-owned), I don't recall getting a thank you gift for purchasing the first 2 new ones from a corporate store. At delivery Johnathan took the time to come over to say thank you for our business and provide us with a thank you gift...that was completely unexpected. The dealership is beautiful. It was a great customer experience. Go see Blair if you are in market for a new Benz he is the guy with the bow tie.

We took my GLE in because were were having issues with the keyless entry system. Burlington Mercedes was able to get us in more than a week sooner than the alternatives. Our advisor Carlo did a fantastic job in keeping me up to date on progress and letting me know what they were looking into. When the service was complete and I was picking it up, Carlo spent time explaining what they had found through diagnostics, and what they had done to address the problem. Highly recommended!

The worst experience in my live. I visited this dealership June 2019. The Chinese sales lady (Last name: Wang) was the worst one I have never seen in my life. She lied to us many times. First time she lied us was June 24th 2019. She asked us to come in sign agreement. But she told us waiting time was over half when I walked in. We visited her Friday 21st, why not just told us that day? We walked away, went to Porsche then, she called us back, told us her supervisor found one GLE for us, just need to wait 3 months. We believed her again. We came back after 3 month, we were told she’s on maternity leave. They never ordered or kept anything for us. And it is impossible to have a car within 3 month. I bought a used E300 from Toronto Mercedes retail group. They told us the Chinese sales lady lied to us from day one. Mercedes had new policy long time ago, they will not sell some models to new customers only. I have to trade in with a luxury car or buy a used car to become their loyalty customer first. We can buy anything next time. That lady knew it, she just want the business, hope Mercedes could change their policy, then we can buy cars from her. Will not go to this dealership again!

We had the pleasure of dealing with Gary for sales, he was an absolute pleasure to deal with, informative and responsive. Majority of our communication was through emails which was perfect for me since I work in the online business and it’s our method of communication. The process was very quick. I would definitely purchase from him again! We also dealt with Stephen on delivery date, he was amazing, funny, efficient. My husband and I have been part of Mercedes-Benz Burlington for over a year now. Every time we have had service done, we are always left feeling sad and extremely disappointed. If it wasn't experiencing blatant homophobia from a group of office staff several months back, and recently as of this afternoon with our attendant abruptly cutting us off and interrupting our concerns; full out not listening to what we had to say. The attendant even told us that we could do this ourselves and save a bit of money after giving us the cost. It's not about the cost.. We would have paid this as we did not feel like doing it ourselves. We were in for our B service, and we were both shocked that the attendant actually turned away more money that would have been in their bank. We both decided this will be the very last time we take our vehicle to Mercedes-Benz, and will gladly use a shop close by who only specializes in German imports and is certified to work with our Benz. It was never about the money, it was hoping that we would be part of a community that would look after our car. A car that we are proud of, even though this location does not want to live up to the Benz name. We were still willing to come here even after the full out snickers and laughter from that group of staff that seem to have more time to laugh at our orientation then do any actual work. They know who they are, as they looked really ashamed that they had been caught by us, and scurried on their merry way, again to do nothing but stare. If you keep your security video up to a year I'm sure you would see this playing out as my husband and I were looking at cars 20 feet away from the desk in the indoor showroom waiting for the A service to be complete. One of them even distanced herself and offered us a magazine when we sat closer. Frankly, this is something that we tend to shrug off as over a lifetime you develop a thick skin to this sort of thing. When the B service notice came up, we were still willing to bring our car in for the service, but making a deal never to hang around and wait just to avoid this happening again. Thankfully with the B service they have your car for a much longer period. So there was no way you would be stuck there. With a series of multiple let-downs over the past year, it really did make it easy today to make a decision of never to return to Mercedes-Benz Burlington. Full out respect to the service crew who work on the vehicles, as you always do a wonderful job with our car. I can only imagine how you guys are feeling as there is a class system that heavily shows throughout this building. You service workers are the backbone to Benz, and it's a real shame to see the way that this place is run. We are two paying customers, and we are being treated without satisfaction. A guarantee that says we will receive on our service papers. We have yet to experience that sort of deal to be honest. We were disappointed that a request of ours had gone on deaf ears for over a year now, a request that is so extremely easy to fix. As we paid our bill of close to a thousand dollars, we had asked the woman at the desk very politely if we could speak to a manager. Any manager would have helped. We got the run around, and at first it was said that they are busy, then she says: "in fact they are probably not even here". No worries there. We understand the business ethic of this place now. As we looked at our receipt of about $900, we both came to the conclusion that Mercedes-Benz Burlington is only about the buck, and our satisfaction does not really count at all.. Our money does. That's fine Mercedes-Benz Burlington!! You will not get any more of ours. I will not be waiting for your survey either. I will be contacting in writing head office as well as your head department as well. To be even more honest here, my husband and I receive better customer service from our local No Frills then we do with your service desk workers.

My initial experience with this dealership was terrible. The following depicts the incidents I had at this dealership: - Came in Feb 2017 knowing I wanted the C300 and was assigned to sales man Paul Petit. I asked to test drive the C300 2017 and he took me to test drive his own vehicle - same model but a year older because according to him not a lot had changed on the vehicle between those two years. Was provided with a quote and told him I would come back the following day in the afternoon at 2. Showed up the following day and was told Paul had gone home. Was then assigned to Graham Buchan. He was very helpful and helped me get all documents signed for my lease. - Arrived at dealership a few days later to pick up vehicle but noted it didn't have the specifications of the vehicle I had signed lease documents for ie. Keyless entry etc. Turns out Mr.Petit had changed specifications of the existing vehicle the dealership had at their location in order to provide me an accurate quote but didn't communicate this to Mr.Buchan. Essentially vehicle I signed lease documents for didn't actually exist at the location. Was told I could drive this vehicle until dealership was able to find me the vehicle with the add ons I had signed documents for. - Arrived again at dealership to pick up vehicle ordered and noted that window tints I had paid extra for were not in line with what I had ordered. Had to make appointment to bring car back to dealership to correct window tints - A year later changed banking info and sent email to Susanna Niceforo (no longer at dealership) to notify of change along with void cheque. A month later I noted no payment had been withdrawn from account and got a letter from Mercedes Benz financing notifying me that monthly payment didn't go through. Had to once again follow up with Susanna. - Had service appointment at 10:45am April 2019 which was estimated to take 3 hours. I had a tire leaking air so I asked them to take a look at this and figured this may take an extra hour at most. Car was not ready to be picked up until 5pm. Despite my terrible initial experience with this dealership it did end up fairly pleasant with Krina from the finance department which assisted me in transferring over my lease in a week's time. Graham was also very helpful throughout the term of my lease answering any questions that came about. Was glad my relationship with this dealership ended smoothly upon my lease transfer. Overall review - wouldn't return to this dealership.

Brought in my 2015 E250 in for a transmission issue. I was experiencing very hard shifts, and kicks when coming to a stop. I’ve owned a G63, two S63’s in the past. A little kick after coming to a stop is nothing unusual for a Mercedes. However the way my vehicle was driving was abnormal, before bringing the vehicle I even drove two other 2015 E250’s that my friends had sitting on their lots to make sure it’s nothing unusual. After the vehicle was these the service desk calls me to tell me that my vehicle is fine and nothing unusual is happening. Ok no problem, I come pick up my vehicle and the service desk shows me a conversation on an online forum telling me this is normal.... are you serious? Mercedes dealership uses google to fix cars... Anyways took matters into my own hands, went to MB Maple, bought transmission fluid and filter. When I drained my transmission, my fluid was pitch black. For those that don’t know, MB transmission fluid is suppose to be blue. Spoke to multiple Mercedes techs that work at Corporate stores and they agree that something is wrong with my vehicle. In addition they damaged my driver seat and were of no help. Wouldn’t recommend dealing with this dealership. Kind of sad how qualified MB techs were not capable of resolving an issue as simple as this.

UPDATE. Well after giving MB Burlington a great review when buying my 2017 C63S AMG i'm sadly having to change to a one star review after my first services. Starting with the first lie, When buying my car i was advised i would be provided a loner car equal in value (C or E class) after dropping my car off i was provide a base B class. This was the start of the issues but a minor gripe compared to what happened next. Now for the big issue, I advised my service rep that no one was to drive my car out of the dealership for multiple reasons- one being that the weather was extremely bad and raining and the C63 is RWD on performance tires, my service rep advised that it wasn't an issue and I walked way happy (until getting that B class). Keep in mind the car was only in for it's first oil change and had just hit 11k kms with zero issues, after picking up my car i noticed someone had driven my car just over 30kms. This is extremely unacceptable. When i advised my service rep (Nevash) he shrugged it off as if it was nothing. The only shinning light here was my conversation with the Operation manager that was understanding with my situation. 100% will never buy from this dealership again. First Review. After my first visit to this dealership i didn't think i would be leaving a 5 star review. Lets start with that- On my first visit i was treat like a teenager that was window shopping for a car he couldn't afford, I'm happy this didn't sway my decision to buy from Mercedes Burlington. After some emails, i returned to the dealer and everything changed, the true nature on the friendly staff came though and they were able to find me a 2017 C63s Coupe (no easy task) to drive home last week May 5, 2017. Friendly service (first visit excluded ) Amazing showroom and facilities. Comprehensive delivery service . I'm still yet to experience the service department but i'm sure they will be at the same high standards. Currently looking to purchase a GLA and will be buying from Mercedes Burlington. Fantastic experience here, David Richter (sales rep) thank you for all your help. UPDATE after having my 2018 SL63 for about 2 months now, I am very happy. Great car, but driving a car of this caliber can be somewhat un nerving, I am constantly nervous about stone chips, and other drivers carelessness, but this has nothing to do with the dealership ! I had my differential service at 3000 km and was pleased to see how they took care of my car. I think this is a great dealership, and comparing to Victoria star in Waterloo (where I live) the way you can just drive your car in and sit in the lounge is great, Victoria star seems so out of date by comparison... I like the atmosphere, and customer service so far has been spot on.. They even spent about 40 minutes with me to try and find the best AMG cap for me to wear with the top down. I was watching them and seeing if I was getting any eyes rolling at me and I am happy to say service and parts department are TOP NOTCH... And I ended up with a great cap !! Thanks guys !

Fantastic experience from beginning to end! I recently bought an A-250 hatchback and I could not be more please with the staff and this dealership. I had previously hesitated to buy a MB due to what I assumed would be a snobby attitude associated with the brand but I could not be more wrong! There is a huge difference between luxury and elitism and this MB was all about the luxury without any of the snobby attitude that I wanted to avoid. Every staff I interacted with here was extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, polite and enthusiastic. They all seemed to really enjoy working at this dealership and I can see why. Dropped of our ML500 last Tuesday, break light was on and the car would not stop beeping, break pedal was too the floor (sounds like the break cable?), barely made it safely. I had called every day to see how it is, every day got the same message, we are busy and will try and get it in later today. After almost 7 days, we finally had to go and pick up the car today and take it to another garage. Very disappointing.

I bought in July 2018 new Sprinter. After a month I went back and told service that there is a problem with my van. They check it out and said that is the computer from transmission. They put a used computer and here you go. After I took my van, on the way home I noticed the van is still with the same problems. I called back,....... appointments to bring it back. After I spoke with a customer service rep, he tried to convince me that is my fault and I have to buy a different one with double wheels on the back. I have to make the long story shorter because is too much details. Anyhow, they put used transmission, used converter, drive shafts, etc. Is still not fixed. Finally in December 2018 they mentioned that they ordered brand new transmission from Germany. In January 23 a phone call from customer service that the transmission arrived. I booked an appointment to bring it in. So from August 2018 to end of January I still paid for my van every months. For many months they give me a loner which I couldn’t do my job, lost customers and so on. I am still worrying if they will fix it because other problems beside the transmission exists. I am really very disappointed and I wondering if they will give any incentives or anything for so many months, besides that the vehicle was unsafe to drive.

We went to Car Nation today to buy a car. The sales person didn’t tell us anything about the car we were looking at. The Manager was very pushy and kept telling us that the car had been called up. When we asked for a copy of the sales info we waited 10 mins and still didn’t get the copy, all they cared about was selling the car that day. The seats needed to be repaired, they were worn, the brakes needed replacing, the rims were scratched and very dirty. The had 21, 000 km on it. So, we left and came to Merecedes Burlington. What a difference. We walked in and they were so nice and friendly. John our Sales Rep was very informative, helpful, calm, and not pushy at all. He took us for a test drive and understood exactly what we needed and wanted. Danielle was wonderful when helping me with the financing. She was as excited as I was when she told me the car was mine. And I got a 2017 with only 1000 Kim’s for only 6000.00 more than Car Nation was asking. I would recommend Mercedes any time. Would buy there again 100%.

I'm very disappointed to provide a poor rating. I've been going to this dealership for many years now. Paid for a major service which included brakes but the brakes squeal (and although this has been previously pointed out, it's never been addressed). The dealership followed up with me twice by text after the service asking that I complete the survey and give them a perfect 10. When I responded back that I couldn't do that because the brakes were still squealing, they went completely silent and never even contacted me about the problem. The perfect 10 was clearly more important than the actual customer satisfaction or quality of the work performed.

Took our C350 here for some warranty work last week, and this was by far the best experience we’ve ever had at a Mercedes store. We had been to other dealers previously (closer to home), but the experience there wasn’t the greatest. The advisors at the Oakville store were more concerned with repeating their diagnostic door rate over and over, rather than listening to our concerns, and understanding that the vehicle was under warranty still. Decided to drive out a little further to the Burlington location and it was the best decision we could have made. The service manager, Jason Genier, actually took time out of his busy schedule to verify our concerns with the car, and thoroughly explain how the repair was going to be completed and how long the process would take. The car was picked up a day later, and everything was better than perfect. They even cleaned the car and made it look showroom quality. Definitely recommend Mercedes Benz Burlington if you’re in the area...and a special thanks to Jason for being all kinds of awesome!

Car was dropped off at 10 am for a 10:20 appointment. It was received by a greeter who acknowledged the driver, who was my wife. She was dropped off by their shuttle to the mall. At 2pm she called to inquire about the car. Their answer was "we are too busy today, but some one from service centre will contact you soon". ( never got a call back) At 4pm I called to find out about the car, and there answer was "the service centre customer care person is with another client, he will call you soon to update".(never got a call back) At 5:50 pm, I called them to pick up my wife from the mall as her phone is dead now. Their answer, "oh! Is she still at the mall. Our shuttle closes at 6 pm". Guess what they didn't tell my wife about this. It was just luck that I asked them to pick her up. So they sent some one. The best part! She gets to the showroom and the car hasn't been dealt with at all. Their answer "we couldn't locate the owner". A car bought from them and registered with their showroom, has been received by their employee, has been there 3 times because of engine light every year over the years on a 3 year lease on a brand new car and they couldn't find me! They didn't even call once. When ever they have no answer in their defense, their best answer is "unfortunately" and with a delightful condescending way "Is this your first time with mercedes?" No one communicated to any one about the owner, their car parked in the service bay, including the operators taking the call. A complete system failure. My wife spent the gas, lost 8 hours of time, traveled 1 hour to get to the showroom and is on her way back in the rush hour at 10km an hour. Way to go, Mercedes Burlington. Thank God, my lease ends in October 2018. Feedback. The service manager Ryan was exceptional and took care of us to mitigate our bad experience. They took our car from our house to fix its problems. They expressed there apologies and out did our experience, changing it from bad to good. Thanks Ryan!

Came in today inquiring about getting a Mercedes SUV. Instantly, one of the managers (Mark) there told us that none of the SUV they have were for sale. And that he was only doing leases. They should call themselves Mercedes Rental ONLY. Never have I heard a sales location decline a cash purchase. Got my friend(old customer) to call in the day after to inquire about their SUVs. They then procedded to talk about the options of purchasing the car including CASH. He then asked why they wouldn't sell the car to me. They said they were afraid I would export the car like other Chinese visa students and he was just protecting the car. First time I would say that I was profiled.

Bought a car from here as soon as we left the breaks were squeeking so we called was told thats what high end breaks do that the breaks were checked and were perfect so we continued to drive and the squeeking continued to get worse we brought it in and they said it was fine . again we drove it not even a month later the service breaks light comes on so we called and were told its just a programed light to remind u to get your breaks looked at but since they looked at them not to worry . Finally we decided to take it somewhere today because something didn't sit right not only do we need all new breaks we need new tires and the mechanic said judging by the looks of the tires and breaks we have needed them for a while . Its very frustrating that we have been getting ignored about this issue and now have to pay out of our own pocket and possibly putting our kids lives in danger. If I could give zero stars I would have ,unbelievable

Right from when I only had one hour to come out from Toronto to test drive a car. Jack made sure I was in and out and they appraised my vehicle. We agreed on a price and there was no pressure on the sale. Picking up my car...brought my two kids and there was a huge bow on the car in the showroom. I bought an A Class and they treated me like I bought a G-Wagon. Lucas took me through the whole car and made sure all of my questions were answered. The manager came out and meet me and congratulated me on the purchase. It could not have been better. Living in Toronto I'll probably make the trek out to Burlington once a year for service. As I live in downtown Toronto and for more than fifteen years I used M-B on Dundas street to purchase vehicles and go for service there. Few months ago I went there again to trade my vehicle for new one, unfortunately I was very unhappy with the way I was treated and I left quite upset. Close friend of mine who purchased car from MB Burlington told me that she was very much satisfied with this branch, that MB Burlington got recommended to her by someone else. And that she can recommend them very highly. So, despite the fact that there are few other M-B branches closer to me in downtown Toronto I decided to take the chance and purchase my SUV from Mercedes Burlington, now I can honestly tell everyone that this was the right choice. A quick look at their Staff section on their website will demonstrate how little they value their service employees. All of the managers get their fair share of praise and public recognition, however, unlike most other dealerships (not even just Mercedes) they don't have any representation for the mechanics who actually work on your cars, or the kids who get down on their hands and knees to keep them clean. We get it, the Cafe and Spa bring a homey feeling to the dealership, but why are they worth more than the others? I know of employees that worked there for several years and never had the simple satisfaction of having their picture online. But the new beautiful receptionists all get on there within a week of their hire... They don't make any mention of the guys who do a stellar job of tint and stone guarding vehicles, the same people who bend over backwards getting vehicles ready for sales deliveries, test drives and events at the last minute. Sure, the sales people do their due diligence in selling the vehicle, reception helps get the customer sorted out in the massive building, the service and parts advisors help make sure the cars can actually be fixed, and so on and so forth. I know everyone there does their job, but the people who make sure the vehicles are road ready and safe to drive barely get any recognition; let alone the apprentice technicians. It's a business, and profit is the goal, I understand that, but here profit is at the expense of genuinely good, motivated, hard-working individuals. Many have left this dealership as they were offered more money for similar positions. Mercedes is about the best or nothing, so why do they let the people who know what they're doing walk out for a dollar or two more? Why waste time training new people over and over again? It seems to me that it would be more beneficial to reward someone who already knows what they're doing, especially if they do it well and keep your customers happy and coming back. But no, they don't reward anyone, unless you're a favourite of the GM or HR manager; which again, I understand if you impress management, that's one thing, but if they just pick favourites, that's plain wrong. To work here is to be made empty promises. Their community involvement is nice, but that's the only time I've seen upper management out shaking hands and thanking anyone. They're busy, I get it, but don't act like you appreciate every single individual when you can barely remember their name, or that they left your company when you see them out in public. I guess what I'm getting at is that this company is... okay. But it can be hell to work for them. Years of experience within the company is worth less than a new hire who is new to the role here. If you're an employee here (not in a management or supervisor position) the best thing to do to further your career is quit and get a job somewhere else. I left this company with a bitter taste in my mouth, seeing multiple colleagues leave for the same reasons, as well as managements inability to actually see what areas need improvement. If there's someone running a department for the sake of keeping everything on time and organized and it ISN'T the manager, maybe you have an issue. Maybe you should look into the complaints numerous employees have made. Maybe you thank that employee for keeping that department afloat, especially when it's common knowledge the "manager" is just simply lost in his position. But hey, that's none of my business. One final disclaimer, there are a lot of great individuals that work here, and as a customer I'm sure you can be treated just fine. But as an employee, I would stay away from this dealership. Just ask any of the ~200 employees who have come and gone within the last 4 years; yes, some of it is growth, and some are students coming and leaving for school, but that is a small percentage in a large sum of people who have quit or been fired for varying reasons.

I would highly recommend Mercedes Burlington -- I had a great experience start to finish! I leased a 2018 CLA 250 3 months ago from Sales Associate, Nikki Plant. This was my final stop after going to several other dealerships (BMW, Audi and two other Mercedes). This was by far the nicest dealership of any of the others I had been in but more importantly the customer service was of the highest caliber. Nikki was the first Sales person to take the time to walk me through all the features of the car and make sure I clearly new all options available to me. Nikki's tremendous product knowledge, honest consultative sales approach and friendly demeanour made leasing from Burlington Mercedes a "no brainer". We were easily able to work out a fair price that was inline with my expectations. Leasing paperwork was done by Danielle...it was a fast and seamless process. They were able to turn the car around to me quickly and when I went to pick it up they walked me through all the features again and made sure I was happy before I left the lot. Since then, follow up and been great and three months later I am still very happy with my decision.

I own an HVAC business and we were lucky enough to get busy really quickly. Well, we needed a new van asap. We went to all the other dealerships....every single one of them was a 90 day wait. So I went online to "build & price" a Sprinter. That night, about 2 hours after I submitted it, I got a call from Chase. He told me they had what I was looking for and we went over my options. Didn't try to upsell me on anything. We did the deal over the phone. When it came time to pickup the van, our expectation were met, and then some. The van was exactly what we needed. Chase gave me contacts on where to install shelving in the back, and a great company to wrap it for us. I HIGHLY recommend Mercedes Burlington and especially Chase. Not your "typical" car salesman. He's very honest, always answers calls, texts and emails and delivers what he promises.

Whole family been with Mercedes since the 1980s. I normally service my vehicle at Mercedes Oakville, how ever this time I decided to go with Mercedes Burlington. Closer to my house especially when they didn't give me a loaner vehicle due to COVID. First, I walked in with shorts and flip flops, no one ever asked me if I needed any help or even acknowledge why I'm standing there. As a business owner, I never look down upon any one and I believe you need to stop chasing after people with suits. Simply shame on you as this is Mercedes reputation even in Dubai. Took one of my vehicles for service + software update + steering wheel recall. Vehicle received with issues, first the touch pad inside the vehicle glitches a lot and doesn't respond properly. The front driver and passenger door light handle not working any more. Contacted the service advisor more than 3 times, left voice mails and never received a call back. Called the service desk receptionist and advised some one will get back to me and never received any call back. I barely drive this vehicle because my E63 is my main daily vehicle and I noticed the vehicle it's not the same as when I brought it in. Receptionist said it's possibly that the software update may have glitched or didn't install properly, which I personally don't care as long some one calls back from this dealer to tell me what to do. Any how, go to Oakville branch, so much better service or perhaps they know my history and treat me with respect there.

I recently picked up my new car wanted to share my feedback on the experience provided by both Jay and Mike. In every possible way these 2 exceeded my wife and my expectations. Their personal, human-centric approach made our journey purchasing and delivery simply wonderful. Did you think because they are at such a young age you could just brush them off? When they only left their car there for 3 hours and you assumed it's over 2 days for the reason to tell them don't waste your time did you think they are just looking to take advantage of the dealership? Great Sprinter Service. I have always been able to get my van in quickly for urgent service rather than being told that the next available opening is in a week or more, like I have experienced at other dealers. If I'm not mistaken they have dedicated Sprinter technicians and service bays which means that your van will be fixed quickly by people who work on Sprinters all of the time. They also have a dedicated Sprinter Service Advisor who is very knowledgeable about Sprinters. He can give real answers rather than assuming its the same answer it is for other MB vehicles and is great with taking care of warranty issues. Its great to know that they understand that Spinter owners rely on their vans and can't just simply pick up a rental to do the job the van was purchased for. I found it disheartening that the other dealer put priority over cars who's main job is to commute to work and take kids to soccer practice. I happily drive 45 minutes to have my van serviced in Burlington rather than take it to the dealer in my city 10min from home.

My service advisor Andjelo is really impressed me, whenever I have any issues with my vehicle he is always willing to help me and explained the reason caused the issues to me into very details. I experienced a bit of rattling issues with my inside front side passenger door trim, I explained to Andjelo and Andjelo immediately brought this attention to the technician and founded the door trim has a defect. Although it tooks Benz 5 months to manufactured the parts , but Andjelo always keep me posted the process details. And got my defect door trim replaced immediately after they received the parts. I highly recommending Andjeo to your service advisor, he is professional, ethical, friendly, and good listener.

Took my car here because there was a problem with it and they didnt fix it. Also got it cleaned here and the cleaning job was sloppy on the inside and out. They didnt do a good job. The staff was very friendly though - much friendlier than the Oakville location. I also noticed that in the waiting area the Oakville Mercedes Benz has complimentary snacks (a very wide variety and delicious selection too) and complimentary refreshments like juices and David's Tea, water bottles and coffee. Burlington you need to pay for all of this in the waiting area!!! I'll definitely be returning to the Oakville location rather than Burlington.

I went to the Burlington Mercedes dealership when deciding whether to purchase a Mercedes or a comparable car of another brand - it was at that time I met Nikki. Nikki was very knowledgeable about the various Mercedes options. She was probably the most pleasant, down to earth, friendly and personable sales person I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. While looking for cars I visited other dealerships and was being aggressively followed up on - to the point of asking me for a down payment when I hadn’t even seen the car! It was supposed to be a service and a safety recall. They kept the car for 8h, the actual work was 2.5h, they forgot to do the safety recall but they did not forget to change the batteries for the car keys! and double charged another item. Informed them about a bad odour from the AC (known issue with MB cars) they wouldn’t fix under warranty (the car is only 1y old). I called them, every agent send me to another. Service manager don’t reply calls. Simply they don’t care. STAY AWAY.

This was by far the worst customer service and customer experience in my life. The lack of professionalism, customer service and accuracy is unbelievable. I custom ordered a 2019 C43 coupe in May 2018 and when it did arrive in December they had ordered the car wrong... Once this was discovered they did NOTHING to fix this problem. I emailed the Sales Consultant and the President of the dealership with no reply back. I visited the MB Oakville dealership last week where I ended up purchasing a 2018 C43 and my experience was better in every aspect. They sales staff are more knowledgeable, provide better customer service and an amazing customer experience. I would avoid this dealership at all costs and take the extra 5-10 minutes to drive to MB Oakville.

WHAT A JOKE!!!! Worst customer experience I have ever had. I brought my sprinter work van in for exhaust repairs. They fixed the initial issue ($2500.00) upsold me on an addition preventative maintenance ($2500.00) When I came to pick up my truck they had wrecked my suspension putting the truck on the hoist. They admitted it was their fault but said it would have happened at any shop therefor they will not pay or help with the 1000.00 repair. The damage took my truck off the road for two days...not making money. 1 day to get it diagnosed at the spring shop and another day to do the repair. That cost me $7,000 in lost revenue. $7,000 plus a $1,000 repair and the initial bill of $5,000. I also drove around for 2 weeks on the bump stops and wore out my tires waiting for parts! $ 500.00 bucks more! They cost me 11,000 over and above the initial $2,500 repair. All I wanted was for them to at least split the repair cost. Their remedy was to offer my a $250.00 credit for next time. Really NEXT TIME!!!! Might have been the funniest thing I ever heard.

Nobody called me and didn't find out until I called them that it won't be ready. Now I have no way to get back home to Guelph! Had planned to buy a second Mercedes from here ( the station wagon) but not any more. (previously had gotten good service from here) UPDATE: I received a call from the service rep responsible for the body shop work. After my experience as written above, they called to apologize. In addition, they were professional, courtesy and most importantly, rectified the situation. The repair on my GLEd 350 2016 was great and they delivered to my door. Everyone makes a mistake, but its how you correct the mistake that matters and Mercedes Benz Burlington did a great job.

I took my GLE in because were were having issues with the keyless entry system. Burlington Mercedes was able to get us in more than a week sooner than the alternatives. Our advisor Carlo did a fantastic job in keeping me up to date on progress and letting me know what they were looking into. When the service was complete and I was picking it up, Carlo spent time explaining what they had found through diagnostics, and what they had done to address the problem. Highly recommended!

I am very disappointed in the service at this location. I had taken a day off of work to get my oil changed and my engine light looked at. I had called the week before asking them to quote me on the spark plugs in case I needed them done. They gave me a price of no more than $275.00 and let them know that other dealerships charge $325.00 plus HST for the Service A. When I got to the dealership I handed my keys over to the lady at the service desk. She told me my Service A was going to be $450.00 plus HST and to do the spark plugs was another $450.00 and to look at my engine light was $258.00 When I had told her about previously speaking to someone on the phone the week before about the spark plugs being no more than $275.00, she responded rudely telling me it was impossible considering the part was $250.00. I had let her know the gentleman I spoke to who told her the part was only $75+HST and the labour was an hour -hour and half max. She still tried to tell me it was going to be $350.00 for spark plugs. I had declined the service to do my spark plugs and was going to actually give them my car to do the oil change since I had already taken the day off. Now after having a weird feeling about how this woman spoke to me as if I was stupid and how I felt scammed I called Mercedes Benz Oakville who got me an appointment that Saturday. I asked for my keys back and the woman didn't even hesitate. Did not ask me why, or what was wrong. I am completely upset about how I was treated and spoke to. I do not write reviews but I felt people should know not to use this dealership. They are rude and way over priced. Go to Oakville or Mississauga .. Save yourself some money and deal with good people and ones that care about customer service.

A (previously) loyal customer. "Work" carried out on a vehicle in July. Obvious to anyone, not done. I called the dealership for an explanation & was told the job was signed off as complete. I asked how this could happen, who was accountable. Told it was "an internal matter" & I must speak with the supervisor. The supervisor would not call me. I had an SBC pump replaced under warranty and he was able to have Mercedes also warranty my rear brake lines as they were in poor condition. Poor customer service. My husband and were looking for a 7 seater SUV and after doing our research narrowed our search to the Mercedes GLB or the Audi Q7. Walked into the Mercedes dealership today at 3:30 and we were not greeted by one employee. After we walked around for almost 15 minutes with only one other couple in the entire show room and several staff members standing around chit chatting we were still not approached by anyone. When I finally approached 4 men on our way out to ask if this is how they typically act when potential clients walk in the showroom, the answer I received was simply "oh sorry". Thank you for making our choice on which vehicle to purchase very easy. The Audi Q7 it is which is also a superior vehicle and we were greeted as soon as we walked in the showroom and treated with respect. I will never set foot in a Mercedes dealership again, beyond disgusted.

He showed me a beautiful demo that had only a few thousand kilometres on it. Within a few minutes of explaining everything to me, I was very happy to purchase the van. This place is the main reason why I ended up switching from Mercedes to LEXUS. After almost 30 years driving only Mercedes. Day and night difference between the two dealerships At LEXUS you receive royal treatment at Mercedes you will be treated like homeless asking for money! BTW Mercedes is no longer what it used to be! You will spend most of the time at the shop to repair the major defects they come with now a days aside from how cheap the materials used in the interior to the point you won’t feel much of a difference between 100k Mercedes and 40k Hyundai!

I had a recall on my MB (airbag too, so it's not just something that can wait) and called this dealership to ask if I could drop off my car here since it's closer to the hospital I work to. The only catch was I needed a loaner to get to work, you know, since Healthcare work is essential and all. I called on Tuesday, January 19th at 4:51pm, whoever picked up the phone that evening (a male) was so rude and dismissive to me about coordinating a loaner vehicle so I can be there for my patients. Even after I explained my work situation to him he said they had no way of disinfecting vehicles and if I want the service I need to wait around until the service is complete. So how is it MB Burlington has no idea how to disinfect their loaners while the other MB I purchased my vehicle at knows how to? Clearly MB Burlington has no respect for their customers time, and has not grasped how to provide service to customers during a pandemic, which puts them way behind other car dealerships, let alone MB dealerships. Not okay.

Then, they do absolutely nothing except tell me how bad their internal communication is. I left and there was no follow up call and coincidentally no request for a review. Mercedes Benz Burlington services both of my 2008 C350 and 1985 300D Turbo Diesel and always provides TOP notch service and advice.
