This was my second visit to Burlington Mazda, I had previously went to a different Mazda dealership in Oakville, that I had a terrible experience with. I found Burlington Mazda to be well organised and knowledgeable. My appointment was easily made to have new snow tires put onto my hatchback and when arriving at Burlington Mazda the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with my decision on which tires to get.They helped me to pick out the prefect ones, service was timely and I was offered coffee and a ride if i needed to get anywhere. Over all I trust Burlington Mazda to provide me with the best service, and I am so happy to have found a place I can trust with my vehicle.

I liked their service during covid time. Well organized and communicated. They also accommodated me from Stoney creek Mazda. The only con is the wait was much longer than planned or expected, it becomes tough on a business day.

After going to dealerships all over Burlington we ended up at Leggat Mazda. From the second we walked in the staff was welcoming and helpful, we got to test drive a couple cars and compare all our options. Nic our salesman was fantastic, knowledgeable and helpful through the entire process of our purchase and seemed to take the time to get to know my wife and I which helped us to get the right vehicle. I needed to change my review after my last interaction. I brought my F150 in for service for the first time and from the moment I walked in the door and was greeted by Daniel, I felt like I was going to be treated with a great amount of honesty and respect. It ended up being my water pump. They actually sent me a video walk through description of the issue from the mechanic. Fantastic service feature. They did not up sell me as I always worry about this with Dealerships. Going forward, I will be moving all my automotive needs from the place across Walkers Line to Mazda Leggat. Highly recommend this place.

Omg, these guys took our car in after much hassle at other places which I won't name. Friendly, helpful staff. The shuttle service to/from the office while my car is being serviced is very convenient! My only hesitation at giving a 5-star rating is that the mechanics don't put anything over the mats to protect them from greasy marks when they move customer vehicles.

When you ask them a question, they give it to you straight, even if it involves doing the service to your vehicle yourself, for cheaper. I will certainly continue to get my Mazda Serviced here! Additionally she offered shuttle services to accommodate the extra time needed to service my vehicle. The technician who worked on my older car did a great job! He worked around the rust and seized components to ensure my car would have a longer life span. Overall, I'm very impressed with the service I received. I stopped by to pickup some break pads for my Mazda 3. A gentleman by the name of Kevin greeted me immediately with a huge smile and I knew right away he was going to be happy to assist me. Not only did he help get me the correct parts for my Mazda, he provided me answers to all my questions regarding warranty, in service date, installation of breaks, tips and what his experiences are with my make/model. During the time he was assisting me another customer came in, he provided a friendly acknowledgement but continued on with me and did not rush me at all. Let's be honest, in 2018 people are so rushed, customers are treated as a number/next please. Kevin went above and beyond in his role as a service advisor to make sure I got the proper parts, speedy attention and was able to tell me about my car and give me advice in a non-rushed experience. You can tell he is happy as an employee here and I hope that the dealership provides proper appreciation to their staff. Yes, I'm real, yes this is a real review. I will continue to do business with leggat Mazda as I feel they value me.

You might need to read this if you’re leasing for the 1st time. You need to be aware of something called appearance protection plan and the extended warranty if you are leasing for 4 years or more “before making any payment” those fees added about 25$ to our biweekly payment. The salesman hooked me up with the deal before giving me enough information about these extra costs and his attitude changed drastically after taking the down payment. He even didn’t let me fill the survey after signing the deal. He treated me as if I’m an idiot for not knowing these when I shared my feedback with him. And mentioned that he wasted his time talking to me.

Bought a used car, my experience is neutral. Delivery was delayed and minor scuffs in car that could have been fixed. Update - They reached out to help me fix the minor scuffs but that could not be completed even after following up for 3 months. This is not something i had expected.

Don Hill in sales did an excellent job selling used Mazda. Very helpful and patient. Not at all pushy. Highly recommend Don. However, Murray in finance was somewhat high pressure, otherwise this review would be 5 stars. Suggesting on one of his several sales offerings he presented that everyone takes this, and therefore the unsaid conclusion was you wouldn't be a very smart person if you also didn't take it. On used cars this is dealers opportunity to make money, so in some ways it was not that surprising. Murray did do an excellent job on fully answering our followup email questions and preparing financing requested.The dealership had everything prepared upon pickup day, all small issues were taken care of and car was in beautiful condition. Credit to Don, Murray and service staff. Don also thoroughly went through operational details of car and its screen just as if it was a new car! Well done Leggat!

The actual purchase of the car was fine. I liked my salesperson. After I got my car a couple of things happened that didn't impress me. They said they would order and replace weather stripping around a door. I was never called, and when I called a week and a half later they managed to track down the part but it was not connected to my name. So it was nice they did it for me but frustrating that I had to track it down myself . Also, when I picked up the car, there was only one key. When I asked about a spare key I was told that I should be getting one. I was never called about that either. I called the dealership on two separate occasions and told them the situation, but I was never called back. Which was disappointing. I've given up on that spare key. I would like to add one more thing that I forgotten about. The extra rust protection they try to sell you is, in my opinion, a total scam. It is an electronic device mounted to the car that's supposedly prevents rust. I researched these devices and I found no conclusive evidence that they prevent rust. It really makes me wonder about this dealership that they are willing to sell these devices.

I visited the dealership recently with my wife to view a pre-owned CX5. Jeff Brownlee looked after us and he was excellent. He was attentative to our needs/preferences vs a more pushy sales approach. We made the purchase. Jeff said that if there was anything we needed post sale to get in touch which was reassuring. We didn't need to as the car has had no issues. I would definitely recommend Mazda Burlington.

We were sold our car last year by Bruce B. He kept us in a hot room for 5 hours essentially playing games with us over pricing. He also didn't take us seriously because of our age although my husband and I are both professionals. I wish he didn't make commission off us but by the end of 5 hours we knew we didn't want to have to come back again. The reason why this review isn't 1 star is that we received exceptional service from the other employees at this dealership. Don't go to Bruce.

Date of service 30 July 2020. Mazda 3 The cable release for the hood snapped, I cannot open the hood. Instead of replacing the cable, the service department told me the latch assembly had to be replaced which costs more than $500; I had no choice but agreed to the replacement. To me, this is unnecessary replacement.

I phoned Mazda Burlington to obtain a price for the GPS to add to our new Mazda 3. We knew at purchase that we could buy the SD card to easily add in in later, and wanted to get the price. When I called I was put on hold for 20 minutes, waiting patiently while the hold message told me how excellent their customer service was. I finally hung up and called back and finally spoke with someone and expressed my complaint - as this was NOT the quality service they were advertising. The salesperson I was talking to said he couldn't get me the price, but would call me back in 20 minutes. He did call back in 20 minutes, but without a price, just to say that someone else would call back in the morning. The salesperson finally called me the following day (and it shouldn't have been this difficult for the price on one part that required no installation) to say that they WOULDN'T provide me the price because they needed to 100% confirm that I had the right make and model I claimed to have before they could let me know. They also said installation may be required. I ended up buying the chip from a different dealership - it didn't require installation for the record (which I knew). I couldn't believe how poorly they treated me and how unwilling they were to help. Obviously a dealership focused on selling cars, but not helping customers. The Mazda product is great, but this dealership is not. Shop somewhere else - don't give them your business.

First, I would like to mention that the people I dealt with were nothing short of professional. From the booking process to my many conversations with Daniel K throughout the service process. Over the past 1.5 years my A/C system in my Mazda CX-3 was not working. After receiving an extended warranty plan/ recall notice from Mazda Canada I decided to have the A/C finally fixed. To start this journey, Mazda wanted me to pay for a diagnostic ($145approx.) to determine what the cause of the malfunctioning A/C system was. I thought this was strange and unfair since the recall notice came from Mazda Canada regarding a faulty A/C compressor. I believe and still do that a diagnostic should be preformed free of charge to determine if the compressor OR another A/C component(s) were faulty. Regardless, after some back and forth (with Daniel) and from my understanding a diagnostic would be completed free of charge. Again, to clarify from my conversations with Daniel, I was under the impression that Mazda would perform a diagnostic to determine if undeniably the compressor was the issue with the A/C system. That said, I received a call from Daniel, indicating that the compressor was indeed the reason for the faulty A/C system and that repairs would begin shortly as per the extended warranty. Moving forward to picking up my vehicle, upon receiving the final work order I was shock to read the following – “inspection of the A/C condenser for leaks – Leak found in condenser tank recovered” – there is NO mention of a diagnostic ONLY that an inspection was done. This is odd, as I was under the impression that a diagnostic was performed. The work order further reads “system is very weak customer declined further inspection.” – This is simply NOT true as I was never made aware that the system was weak until I picked up the vehicle and not after the vehicle was tested when the condenser work was completed. Frustrating!! I now have a car with literally the same problem I had before I took it in – A/C not working correctly. It appears that Mazda did NOT perform a proper diagnostic which would have determined the full extent of the A/C problem(s) (to my understanding). After speaking with someone today Mar. 11th (albeit briefly) – I was told that a diagnostic would not have been completed without ME paying the approx.. $145. The gentleman, further mentioned that it might be the compressor- transferred me to parts, whereby I learned a compressor was over $900 – go figure. To point out two smaller frustrations- I was told I had to replace a plug-drain because it was stripped. I find this irritating as the car has only be serviced by Mazda. Mazda you stripped the plug drain – you should replace it. As they mentioned to me over the phone “its only 9.99” right Mazda?? Finally, I was charged $1.99 for PPE protective equipment? So, although, Mazda is encouraging everyone to come back and that they are practicing and implementing COVID safety procedures – It’s at our cost- the customers?? Not cool Mazda. The last two points are miniscule I know. Can I live with it? Yes, of course however, this was my first time/ trip to this dealership (Mazda Burlington) and I feel that Mazda fell well short of customer happiness and satisfaction. You can do better Mazda I know you can. Update- wanted to provide a quick update on the above review to close the loop on the situation. And so, about three weeks ago I took my vehicle to Tirecraft in Stoney Creek (FYI a great place you should check out) to have some service done. I mentioned to Dan, the situation regarding my AC as noted above. His comments - the car had no AC refrigerant in the system, basically the AC system was empty. So, he performed a vacuum and charged the system and voilà I have and have had a working AC system in the car for the past three weeks. Although, Mazda in their work order claims to have "run a vacuum and charged the system" I find this extremely hard to believe. If that latter was done, I would have a had a working AC system-. Thank you Dan, and Tirecraft great job. Shame on you Mazda!

I like the service team. My tires were loud and they could easily have given me service and made money. But the advisor didn't. He looked at the tires and said they were worn badly because of an alignment issue. He said I should either buy new tires, or turn up my radio louder. But there was nothing service could do. However, oil changes take over an hour. And when you're waiting for your oil change, you wait out in the sales area. It sounds like a frat house out there. How the owner could let them behave like that is beyond me. As a professional, I'd be embarrassed.

Do NOT bring your car here for service. I've had three Mazdas in a row. The last two were from this dealership. I had similar brakes issues with them both. Repeated visits to the dealership yielded zero results. They had told me that the squealing was normal. That it was my fault. That I "didn't brake hard enough and was causing the brakes to glaze. I took my most recent car, the third Mazda, to them easily 10 times complaining about the brakes. I took it to a different dealership ONCE and the problem disappeared. The new dealership also told me that it looked like my brakes had never been serviced. They had no lubricant on them. This Burlington dealership couldn't even top up my windshield washer fluid without ruining stuff (see my uploaded photo for this part). But basically, I'm never going to this dealership again. Mazda head office was also no help in resolving my complaint and I'm so soured by the whole experience that I'm probably never buying another Mazda again.

I went into this dealership looking for a new Mazda. I was happily greeted by one of their sales staff. He had the usual sales pitch but I already knew what I wanted. For me, negotiating wasn't great and it didn't feel like they were selling me the car. There was very little bargaining and the demeanor of the sale person completely changed during the negotiation process. But that's not why I rate this dealership poorly. While waiting for the sales person to get back to me I noticed another salesman either bragging about an experience they had with a customer, about excuses they used to get a better deal or get out of a deal. It made me feel like this gentlemen in the suit was just putting on a face for customers and talking negatively behind their backs. He was fairly loud about it and it reminded me of a frat house. It didn't seem very professional to me and made me feel very uncomfortable. All I'm looking for is open honesty and integrity but it felt more like I was dealing with two-faced sales staff... I can see why their rating is so low...

Couldn't have been easier to drop off my car for maintenance. You book a time to drop off your car, you park it, go in to hand in your keys and info, then they let you know when it is done. They cannot provide you a courtesy shuttle, due to COVID-19, so make sure you have a ride. They contact you with any updates/questions and when your vehicle is ready for pickup. Great service, nice and efficent and no problems. Always impressed with their work and customer service.

worst customer service ever. I had 120k service quoted for $233 by Jena Cann which I scheduled. I showed up as scheduled. They said jena Cann made a mistake on the quote even though it was crystal clear in the email what she quoted and at what price. Service rep Ashley tells me it should actually be 250. I agree since I already cancelled my appointment at budds and have no other options. Manager Kevin shows up and says everyone made a mistake and price should be 380 and wont honour any previous quotes and cant give me any discounts even though its their fault. wasted my Saturday and left me feeling terribly upset. terrible customer service. dont come here unless you want to be scammed. what a joke.

Service Team here is All-star quality. Jena, Kevin, and Steve are some of the finest folks in the automotive service industry which today can be a rather hard thing to come across. These fine folks have been kind, courteous, attentive, and genuinely enjoyable to be around for the over 4 years I have been visiting this service shop. On top of this, they are extremely trust-worthy. I say this because several times I have gone in thinking I need to get a certain job done to my car, and have authorized said work to be complete, and have received the keys back to my car and instead of a bill, I would get a date to come back because the work did not need to be complete for several more months and my safety was not compromised. They stated that they would do the work if I insisted, but would rather not take my money so I can save it for when the work really does need to be done. That is not something you come across everyday in the automotive service industry where some folks have been known to try and sell people "Headlight Fluid". These items in combination with how quickly they reply over email and get my appointments booked in at times that work best for me; I love getting the chance to go in and see the team.

If I could rate this dealership less than one star, I most definitely would. Murray Blizzard in finance is absolutely awful, disgustingly rude and a downright horrible person to work with. He made snide comments and verbally degraded me for no reason. He enjoys to boast himself up thinking hes the only one that will be able to get you a car. I left Mazda Burlington feeling gutted and upset. I pulled myself together and drove down to a different dealership and not even 24 hours later I was approved and signing paperwork for a Mazda 3. Very disappointed, visited this location on Saturday the front desk representative was very polite and friendly. The building was practically empty other than their staff The rep I spoke with was very rude and dismissive and when I asked to test drive a vehicle not only could he not find the keys to the demo at their front door. He gave me the keys to a very filthy uncleaned vehicle it literally looked like it was a lease return there was gum mud and dirt everywhere plus a horrible smell I opened the door and just had to turn back. Which really sucks because I was considering buying a Mazda before and especially the fact that he didn’t give a heads up just tells the type of customer service that their representatives hold. Had a service booked today for oil change and tire rotation only. Dropped my vehicle off and a minute after i left i received a phone call from the service advisor saying that i needed an annual review. I was put under the impression that this included tire rotation, brake maintenance, alignment ect. I declined the alignment but wanted everything else. I was informed this was 300+tax. I have reviewed my bill and it says declined service/maintenance. But i paid 345.37 for what? When i phoned to get clarification i was told that i do not infact need the brake fluid flush because it looks fine. So i asked then because i paid today if this is like a pre payment for my next service when they do this. The reply was no that will be another charge. How does this make sense. The reply was "i can see if i can get you a free oil change next time". But then went on to say that if you get 4 oil changes the 5th is free. I was never under any impression that, that is thing. And at time of purchase i never was informed of that. So is it a free oil change because something was charged when it shouldnt have been or because buy 4 get 5th oil change free is a thing? Sounds like i just paid 345 for the vehicle to get its brakes wiped off and physically looked at. I certainly dont feel like i got value for my money. The only good thing i have to say is that this was my first interaction with daniel and he was great! I do not intend to return to leggat mazda because i feel like i was told one thing and given well, not much lol.

I bought a preowned Toyota camry from this dealership. I bought it fully certified and safety , o I've been told that for the safety they need to change the roots , winshield and daylight module which they did expect the rotos. I noticed that the brake making very wisleing noise when I'm applying the brake like something going to breake. Also I found out that the blower motor making noise when the fan is running (which must be functional included in the safety certificate) After driving 2 weeks with that I've been trying to set up appt with the dealer which finnaly I got it today , my wife had to take day off from the work and drive 60 km one way to dealer. I explain to the services manager about the rotors and the blower motor . After waiting 3 hours in the dealer they gave back the car to my wife with no explanation and when I called them to figure out what's happed , Ive been told that the rotors aftermarket and they can't do nothing. In other words just keep driving with that very loud whistling noise (when I bought the car they told me that they must replace them for the safety). So either the dealer lied and didn't put new rotors , or they put very cheap aftermarket bad quality rotors. The brakes making very loud noise when they warm after few minutes driving , it's so bad. About the blower motor also he said it's normal and he can't hear any problem just the air coming from the motor. I visted different shop that told me the blower is not functioning properly and the rotors are very bad quality and it's not safe to drive with them and better replace them. So I guess I have to change them myself. So I do not recommend this dealer for people looking to buy a car or do service. Very dispointed in the dealership and their customer service.
