I helped my parents with purchasing a new Sohl through a friend that worked with same owner of the company. You would think that due to this, they would receive good customer service, but actually it was the complete opposite. The communication was terrible, the delivery was delayed without advising them and even with the extra time to prepare for that date, the sales manager was not prepared and was rushing the process, prompting my dad to tell him to calm down. Once they received the vehicle, they were only given 1 key and the car is brand new!!! So now its been over 3 weeks and still no key. Again no communication to even apologize for the error and while the manager was prompt to respond when things were first going wrong, now that they have the car, the effort in making things right is fast faded away. A huge disappoint with ruining what was supposed to be a very exciting experience with purchasing a new vehicle!

Amazing experience! Ruth and Syed were a pleasure to deal with. Ruth was friendly, never pushy and i felt she was always looking after my best interests. Communication was very efficient and fast! When it came to the financing part Syed was on top of his game! Very seasoned professional. He too was very efficient! Despite a computer program glitch he sent me along my way with my new lease and assured me that he would take care of the papers on his end so i wouldn't need to come back. Excellent!!!

A two hour oil change? Yes please! I needed an oil change, but like most people I'm tired of the convenience offered by many 10 minute oil change specialists. I wanted somewhere that will take their time with my mid-size sedan, and be annoyed with me when - at the two hour mark - I ask how much longer it will take. This is why I prefer Leggat Kia. I recommend them to anyone who has 2+ hours on a beautiful Friday morning they're not wanting to enjoy. They also made me aware an oil change takes at least 45 minutes, which is the kind of expertise I need when asking why it takes 2+ hours for an oil change. It's not just oil changes they're experts on, explaining a large gap in a timeline is where they truly excel.

It’s my first time buying a car! Very exciting purchase and experience for those of us who have had our first. I walked into Kia Burlington to a happy receptionist who I was conversing with! She was so sweet and accommodating to get my mom sister and I in to see a sales rep. A kind sales rep was waiting patiently for us to finish talking before he offered his services. We appreciated that! Mid conversation another sales rep came blaring out of the back room with no mask coming close to us interrupting and saying to come to his desk (without even a basic intro). Awkward, we followed. We sat down and I really didn’t want to sit down. Was pressed for time. I told him that repeatedly and he kept speaking over me until I said I really just want to show them the car first and then look at financials however I already have an idea for them... he even talked over my mom and sister. he threw his hands up in the air and said “fine, you’ve already seen the financials? Fine. I’ll find one for you”. Passive and awkward... he led us to the car and we couldn’t even follow he wanted us off of his hands so badly. He opens the car and says “there? Is that it.” I said ya! And he said ok I’ll be inside if you need anything. He left... no intro of the car...when we finished looking he came out and said, are you done? We said yep! He locked it and went inside. No experience given...no info... no patience or kindness... just a negative experience. We showed ourselves back around the building...I much prefer visiting another dealer rather than having the chance of giving him my business. Having been to other dealerships, this did not reach any standards that Kia has set.
Between my husband and I we are on our 5th lease. Our last Kia was leased elsewhere and we are not even returning the other current Kia lease to Leggat. I won't even bother to comment on the sales personnel. The customer service in the service department is just unreal. If I make an appointment for a service for my car, I expect that time to be honoured and not have a 'mechanic' take off for lunch while I sit there for 3 hours wondering what the problem is with my car. This review does not deserve the one star I have to give it in order to post.

This was my first experience dealing with this Kia Dealership, I was hesitant at first as I was sold a used lemon from Kia in the Toronto area many many yrs back. However after driving several models of SUV's at several dealers I found a 2018 Sorento that met my needs, price. etc... I worked with Peter who was exceptional to work with, upon my first visit to test drive he never tried any sales pitches on me and let me make my own descision if this was the SUV for me. I waited a few days and on my return to discuss the offer I dealt with Muhammad and like Peter was a pleasure to deal with and we sealed the deal. Warranties and undercoating was all discussed but without any pressure on me to buy. We had one hiccup that I wont discuss as it was rectified and I am very pleased with the purchase made with Leggat Kia Burlington, I would highly recommend them. Thank you again!!

Good experience but watch out if they give you a free rental via Enterprise rentals. Leggat Kia don't pay their Enterprise bills very quickly and after 90 days you as the consumer get the bill on your credit card. Although Leggat Kia gets top marks for providing a rental when your car is not available, they lose consumer goodwill when I end up paying the rental some 4 months later, and go through the angst of trying to figure out what is going on.

I bought a Kia Sorento EX+ V6 from Leggat. They offered a good deal on the pricing and also gave free snow tyres with the car. Atif Quershi explained the features and options in great detail. I liked the way he dealt with me , there was no pressure .They have a very good customer service
We purchased a Kia Sportage and picked it up yesterday. Our experience from beginning to end of this purchase was just excellent. Brett did an great job in sales. Syed, the business manager, assisted us through the paperwork and made certain that we understood each paper we signed. He bent over backwards to be helpful in every way. He even came in on his day off so we could pick up our car on the day we wanted it. What more could one ask? I hope he is still there when we return in 4 years.
I purchased a used car from these folks in January. A Buick Enclave with approximately 130,000KM. At the time of purchase I noticed a roof rack bracket missing and they immediately replaced that. I did purchase extended warranty for the first time in my auto purchasing life. I am enjoying the vehicle like no other before. I love it. Early in June a problem arose with Luxury Lucy (my pet name) that was very odd in nature. I contacted the dealer and spoke with Colleen the General Manager. I'll cut to the chase. It was a case where both Burlington KIA and myself were victims. In the end I can say that Colleen and her entire staff that I was associated with during the 'fix' provided great customer service. From the service desk staff, to the shop mechanic, and pick up and delivery staff, to Colleen, all were very hospitable and cliche to say "they went the whole nine yards" for me. I am a happy used car purchaser and owner from Burlington KIA. Best wishes for continued success.

Terrible experience dealing them . Sales person was very aggressive. Took credit card and driver's license and wouldn't give them back. We started the conversation with we have some questions and it turned into can you sign off this random scrap piece of paper to agree to pay $170 BIWEEKLY. Now they are calling with multiple numbers trying to harass over the phone. Even though the last words the salesperson said is sorry we don't call clients when deals come up its take it now or leave it as he followed us out the door. Save yourself some time and go to lockwood Kia of Oakville.

Purchase a used vehicle during the Covid lockdown. Negotiation was satisfactory via email. A complete video all around inside and outside was available. Salesperson was most helpful and delivered the car to our driveway. There were a couple of issues identified over the next 30 days. These were fixed promptly and I cannot hesitate dealing with Burlington Kia.
Syed is hands down the BEST person I’ve ever dealt with in ALL my years of buying cars. I know where I am going to buy my next car. (Even though I just bought a new one.) He told me he would take care of everything and I never stressed or worried through the entire buying process. I bought a 2007 Kia Sportage 6 months ago now. When I bought it I heard a noise in the engine and inquired as to the sound. The service Tech and the the Sales Person assured me that it was just the normal wear on the car and that they all get noisier as they age. I took their word for it. 5 Months later I needed to replace the transmission (Source of the noise). When I called Leggat Kia and talked to the salesperson, they told me there was nothing they could do because I did not buy an extended warranty. I told them they sold me an unsafe vehicle and again they said there was nothing they could do. When I talked to the manager he also said there was nothing they could do and gave numbers of Transmission places. NEVER buy a used car from these dishonest people. BTW, a new transmission costs 9-10k. Cost of car 7k. Thankfully the good people at Grimsby Kia found me a used Transmission and installed for me. Leggat didn't even offer to do that!!!!

I went to trade in a Kia Forte for a 2020 Kia Soul. I dealt with Simon and Syed. Simon was very friendly and helpful in answering my questions and helping me decide on the model and colour. Syed was great. He was very patient, thorough, very knowledgeable, super friendly and answered all of my many questions. The service I was provided was above and beyond. All financial options were explained thoroughly and I didn't feel pressured or obligated to commit to services that I did not want. All in all, a fantastic experience. Very bad experience. I went last year, for a Mitsubishi Lancer but they leave the car in such a HORRIBLE state that I have to decline. They take the opportunity to offer their trademark which I fell for it. Things got worst in the " GREEDY MISER MANAGER OFFICE CALLED Ashfaq. " When he sensed I was reluctant he became like a bulldozer, steamroller, not letting you talk, literally forcing a sale down your throat. I couldn't bear looking at that car... Fortunately I went to a Mitsubishi dealership where I got the car I wanted - they were honest, comprehensive and never used coercion tactics.

Bought a Kia Forte CPO from leggat kia Burlington in June 2021. Was promised a 2nd set of keys in 90 days. I have been patiently emailing and calling the dealership with no response. Spoke to the General manager 3 weeks back and haven't heard back since. Really poor after sales. Leggat kia, I hope you can provide the 2nd set of keys soon.

Positives: Miguel was fantastic to deal with, he worked with me on a great price to trade in my old car, which I appreciated. The process was seamless & I appreciated his flexibility. This resulted in me sitting in my new car for 30 minutes, no tour whatsoever or explanation of the features and waiting to have my license plates swapped so I could even leave. I was confused and disappointed by this, as it really wasn’t the level of service I had hoped for or was expecting. Miguel was apologetic but it was clear he didn’t have a choice. I felt that since I’d purchased a used car rather than new, this may have impacted the service provided. I asked for the colleagues business card as I was leaving, with the intent of writing a review, and was shocked when I learned that she was the General Manager, Colleen Glazier. Customer service is paramount in a time and industry where consumers have a wealth of options and purchasing power. While my experience with Syed & Miguel was stellar, I’m not convinced I would recommend Leggat Kia to my friends or family as a result of my experience with the General Manager (or lack thereof).

I've had my Kia Forte for over a year and it was the best decision I have made. The service from Aaron Wayne was exceptional, a true professional who handled all my concerns and helped me through the process. I recommend Aaron and the staff at Leggat Kia to all my friends and family.
We purchased a used 2012 Subaru Impreza in June 2020. The car was sold to us under the condition the bumper had to be fixed to pass safety. We left with an appointment for the Friday to pick up our car with the bumper all fixed. Upon emailing them on the Thursday night (luckily we did), they never knew what we were talking about. We called them, we were given a finance representative, Jay, to talk to who knew nothing about us, our car, or what we even calling about. He then gives us another appointment date and time a week later. Just to be called again, that it wasn't ready. Fast forward to another date. On the way to the location, half an hour before our scheduled meeting (the company location is an hour and a half away, and they knew this) they call us to say "the bumper isn't ready, you cant pick up today". Whenever I would call, nobody would know anything about the car, and would have to "call me back in x amount of time" which NEVER happened. Finally, I spoke to the manager and told her about everything, we agreed to have the car dropped off and compensated for all our gas and lost wages. Upon receiving lost wages Jay says "here's the cheque Amber somehow managed to get" saucy, as he hands it to my spouse. VERY lucky it wasn't me. Now just over ONE month after this bumper was "fully replaced and fixed" (might I add was part of the cost of buying this car) it begins falling off. The fog light covers fall out, the bottom pan is basically off and the bumper is seperating from the car itself. We call, they tell us it sounds like our fault, send pics. We send pics that day, they reply that now the person we were dealing with is on vacation. We wait. They say they can't tell anything from the pics and to come in. We go to THEIR mechanics and they say "no sign of impact" and the fixings will be ~$1000.00. The company agrees to cover the costs, saying that last time the bumper was put on by a technician, not by a body expert. This time it will be. A week later we pick up our car. Now, not even ONE MONTH later we have to go to a garage because our car is making a noise. We get it put up, and he tells us that our bumper is falling off....AGAIN. He says there are two different types of generic clips on throughout that aren't holding. He offers to order us Subaru parts and fix it himself. I'm currently trying to contact this company AGAIN about this bumper. And every time I'm told I will get a call back, I don't. Surprised? Not really. Every time I call I get "oh they didn't call you back???". No. How does a bumper fall off not once, but two times in the span of three months?
I should have known better. I picked up my 2020 sportage in september and was assured my trailer hitch would be installed in a week. Why would i doubt them, we have bought 5 cars from Leggat with no problems. Today the service department says back ordered to bad. The parts department has nor returned my phone call. I have waited 8 month for something I have paid for and nobody seems to care. Very sad to ending.
The service department used to be amazing, but within the last year or so, they’re missing things on my car, not doing work properly, and generally just a pain to deal with. Disappointing since they’ve had all of my business for several years now. Will be going with a new mechanic. Honestly, wouldn’t suggest people go here. Typical rip-off dealership BS now. Shame.

I had a great experience buying a new vehicle here. I expressed interest on the site and Atif called me shortly to book a test drive. He made sure the appointment fit my schedule. Everyone at this dealership was eager to help us, and Atif was especially pleasant to deal with. Purchased a new car here a couple years ago. The sales rep seemed very new: I knew more about the car than she did, but fine, she was friendly and polite. The dealership offered me more for my trade in than I expected, which cut down the purchase price of the new car. Since then, I've brought my car back to their service department. Service dept has beena positive experience. They're professional and friendly, on time and never any surprise charges. Service prices do seem more expensive than bringing it to non dealer service centre.

Took advantage of my non-native English speaker partner. No written estimate given except for some numbers and items hand written on a piece of paper. The called back the next day to add even more to the work order. When asked for a written estimate they said it wasn't required and that they don't do printed estimates/work orders, and that my partner's signature was not required because she orally agreed to the repairs. Avoid at all costs. *** update *** Manager called to tell me that the repair advisor is also "oriental" so there was no communication problem (The advisor is Chinese, my partner Japanese). *** update #2 *** Finally got a copy of the "service quote": handwritten, confusing, unclear about what was covered by warranty, with items missing (wheel balancing, alignment on a tire change), all kinds of numbers all over the place, AND, a footnote saying my partner authorized up to $1000, written in a different colour pen, to which my partner did not agree to.
Who likes buying a new car? In spite of my preconceptions I must say that Legatt (in particular Brett) made the process easy and almost painless. I'd return to this place in a heartbeat.

I will not set foot into this location ever again. I've had enough. I managed to get over the screw ups I had to deal with when initially purchasing the car. I love the car so I got over it. Since then I've had my winter tires swapped out and stored there for the last three years. Each exchange has been infuriating. I don't have the patience to elaborate here. My wife will be needing a new car shortly. Needless to say, I'm absolutely not buying it from this location.

I came in to have my stereo assessed as it was not working. I paid $90 and was told the stereo was 100% fried and I need a new 1. Was quoted approx $300 to replace it. Being on a VERY fixed income the $90 fee was already more than I could afford let alone $300. WELL I got someone else to look at it and there was NOTHING WRONG WITH IT AT ALL!!!!! There was 1 wire that needed to be adjusted and it all works JUST LIKE NEW!!!! Took him 30 seconds and did it for free. Completely disgusted with Leggat's service. I am VERY glad I did not waste a penny more at your dealership!!!
My husband and I just got our first car and Charles and Syed were absolutely fantastic. Finished negotiating a trade-in and purchase of a new Seltos on Saturday. We were there for three and a half hours, doing a test drive, negotiating and finishing paper work in the business office. I have to say it was a very pleasant experience and many thanks to Will and to Nate for making it so. Ended our day with Nate buying us dinner as we left. Our amazing salesperson William Gair took care of absolutely everything. Definitely look for him. Will recently helped the in-laws purchase a new vehicle during a full lockdown. He helped narrow down the selection and was extremely knowledgeable about the class of vehicle and also the competitors vehicles. He arranged to view two models at their house and arranged for a 24 hour drop off test drive. The only negative takeaway was with the financial services manager - but he followed up after our initial review and apologized for the confusion. Back in November when I purchased the car from JP Motors, they did quick and quality work on my car to replace my backup camera, and they also replaced my windshield cowl. After owning the car for half a year, I had quite a few questions to ask about the car, so I reached out and spoke to **Aaron** in service. **Aaron** was a pleasure to speak to, he was happy to answer any questions I had, he was patient, and he even had a functional conversation with me, which can be hard to come by in service departments. If my Forte ever needs any service that I can't do myself, I will be sure to bring it here, as they've won me as a customer and consumer.

The reason why car sales people drive me to distraction. I called Burlington Kia to ask if there was such a thing as a Sportage V6 made in 2019 or 2018 and if not what year Kia last made the Sportage V6. The salesman tried to tell me that there was no such thing and that I didn't know that I was actually driving a 4 cylinder car. All he has to do is Google 2009 Kia Sportage V6 and all kinds of articles come up. When will car sales people realize that just because a woman asks a question it does not mean she is an idiot who doesn't know what vehicle she has been driving for 9 years!

Purchased a car over 2 years ago from this dealer, the sales rep I had was willing to work with me on getting a great price but the finance person dropped in a small ‘down payment’ amount which they passed off as their ‘rough copy’ sales agreement and mentioned the amount will be taken off in the final copy. Regardless, I still got a great deal as compared to other nearby Kia dealers. Once the sale was finalized, I did not get a hold of the car for over 2 weeks as the agreement had some discrepancies which still have yet to be corrected. Dealership is spacious and clean.

Just finished purchasing our second car from Leggat KIA this weekend. It's been a pretty positive experience overall. My Wife and I were huge fans of the salesman Peter McGrath. He's not the salesman type which was great. He's pretty straight forward and doesn't try to give you any double talk about what you need to buy or should buy. He'll listen to what you want and if he thinks he can offer up a better option he'll tell you. For me this was great because I've never been a fan of the salesman type. They've recently brought on a new Financial Manager Seyed. He's a no nonsense type of guy with numbers. He'll make sure you know what you're paying and more importantly why you're paying it. Seyed worked hard to get us the best deal possible. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.
Charles and Syed were a formidable sales team for me as I bought my second electric vehicle this week. Charles is knowledgeable and thorough about the great options my SUV came with, which are a step up from the Nissan Leaf I have enjoyed this past five years. I’m a different type of customer as I come from the training end of the Automotive Industry. Of course, I’m always listening and watching the interaction of salespeople, customers, service dept and finance office as this is my career. I’ve taught sales teams, finance mgrs and support staff across North America so I’m super critical when it comes time for ME to buy a car. I’m always on the lookout for a “pushy” finance dept, overbearing salesperson and uninterested support staff. A new vehicle is the 2nd largest purchase of your life so it can be quite stressful. I felt none of this at Kia Legatt during my buying process. That being said, today I picked up our 2nd new vehicle in one year from Legatt Kia and I had the pleasure of dealing with Syed in the Finance dept this time. He’s aware of my training background, but still went over everything thoroughly with me, making sure I understood everything. Not once did I feel rushed or pressured and he kept in touch with me till I picked up the car today! Women are always leery going into a dealership..especially alone! In fact, we’d rather go to the dentist than go into a car dealership. This gentleman gets a gold star and is truly the cream of the crop. Syed is open, honest, cares about the customers and truly is the real deal! Doug Legatt is lucky to have such a superstar on his team and without doubt, I will recommend that any woman looking to purchase a vehicle , will have the best experience hands down at this Kia dealership. Went to Kia and spoke with Syed personally who went Over the warranty with me. The wear and tear warranty / Interior Protection is a great warranty but you must read all the specs and make sure what the sales representative says is verified because in my situation, the salesman, whom is no longer at KIA, I wonder why, but after coming into KIA Leggat Burlington speaking with Syed the financial manager, Dan the sales manager and Daryl the Service Manager. It was terrible. They called me a liar when I got a flat tire and didn't have a spare tire or the kit. Tried to charge me for the kit saying I misplaced it. Also took 4 years for them to fix a door and the best part is..it's the wrong finish on the part. I asked for the brakes to be looked at never were..off to another location for now on

I brought my 2013 rio to the service department last month for a squeak in the rear right wheel. First time in I was told the backing plates were causing pressure and it was nothing to worry about. I returned the following week after the squeaking got worse. I was then told it was my choice in aftermarket brakes and again I had nothing to worry about. Lasnight the squeaking was louder than ever before. I pulled over to inspect my tire and saw that it was red hot. I returned to Leggat Kia this morning to find out I need a new calipher. So, only after the damage was done to my vehicle did Leggat Kia offer me an expensive solution. Take your vehicle to someone you trust. Or risk being shilled into damaging your vehicle just for them to roll you over the coals. Unprofessional! Sad! Phonies!

Worst KIA dealership EVER... Had us waiting all day in the office to only sell us a car and not even complete the financial piece! Had the car over a month and wasn't billed.. called Kia head office turns out KIA Burlington Financial Advisor Syed didn't collect all the data and didn't even bother check to review the contract... Best part yet he tried telling us we owed more money after the fact and he could do some under the table deal to offset this and not to mention the car was completely dirty on delivery! AVOID!!!!!!

If anyone had ever told me that buying my first car would be as easy as it was here, I would have done it a long time ago. Buying a car, let alone financing one, can be scary and also risky, depending where you go. However, this was NOT my experience. I know people say that every salesman is in it for the money, but I can promise you that if you buy/lease/finance a vehicle through this dealership, you will not only feel appreciated but you will also feel like family. Will, the cheesiest and most humble salesman has been chasing me for 4 YEARS to buy a car and every time, I've turned him down; reluctant to make a commitment to a vehicle. I finally realized that he wasn't doing it as a job, but more as a friend, and I can confidently say that I wouldn't go to anyone else for another car again. Syed, the funniest and most thorough finance manager made it SO easy for me and helped me through every step of the process like knife through butter. Not for ONE second did I feel like I was being "sold" on anything. He is informative and confident in what he does, which in turn made me more confident in my decisions. He answered every question with ease and instantly made me feel at home. Honestly and truly, the best dealership experience I have ever had (and no, it's not the first one). Terrible Service! I recently had an issue with my car and had to tow it to this Kia location. My car was not going higher than 30Km. Apparently, the issue was fixed as it only needed an ECU Update. They told me it was ready to go back on the road. When I went to pick it up and got on the highway the car started slowing down and went from 110km to 30km. The car had to be towed to my usual KIA dealership where they found out that the transmission must fully be replaced. It was extremely unprofessional that they were unable to find this out at the Leggat Kia, they put my life at risk and when I told them about what they did. They were very rude and did not bother to apologize. I am sharing my experience so nobody else has to go through it. I was very lucky that nothing happened to me in the highway but it could have been a really bad experience and all due to their negligence.
I called Leggat Kia in Burlington to inquire about having a part replaced on my vehicle. No issues at this point, the part was a reasonable price. Then of course, there is always a problem when it comes to pricing labour. I was told the labour guide says 0.6 and that they would quote 1.0 just in case there were any unforeseeable circumstances. Again, I am perfectly okay with this. I asked the service staff to put this note on the work order just so that the information wouldn't be forgotten and I was told that they are not able to do that and that I would have to speak to the manager - Okay fine. The manager was in a meeting at the time and called me back. I spoke to Tyler and indicated that I understand a quote accounts for any unforeseeable circumstances, but that I just wanted a note on the work order that says the job is 0.6 if there are no issues. He told me flat out that "That's not how I run my service department and how I choose to write my work orders is between me and my service staff" and that "I would just have to trust their staff to do the right thing." Forgive me if I am unable to trust a dealership that is unable to put a harmless little reminder note on the work order to make me feel better about signing the work order. If I were to bring the vehicle in a week from now, how is the service writer supposed to know the discussion we had? They are going to see the job quoted at 1.0 and charge 1.0. He very clearly said "I will only write the quote on the work order and nothing more." For someone who says he runs a trustworthy dealership, why would there be any harm in writing a little reminder note on the work order to avoid any misunderstanding at the time of the appointment? I won't be doing any business with this dealership. Not a good way to handle a new customer. I found another Kia dealer that quoted the correct labour time and went above and beyond to make my first experience servicing my first Kia easy and trustworthy. @Joe - I went to Waterloo Kia who has amazing service. The problem was already diagnosed by a mechanic so there was no vague area of what was wrong.

Just what to say thank you. My 2015 Rondo suddenly started to loose power at higher rpm’s . Normal street driving ok but getting on the hwy was crazy slow and dangerous.no power. Of course happens on a weekend. Called Leggat Monday afternoon had me in an hour. I limp the car in and waited for the results. The catalytic converter was plugging up. Needs a new one. Definitely relieved , thought it might have been an issue with the engine.$$$$ My experience with service department was excellent. Again thank you.

If you are like me and like to deal with knowledgeable and down to earth sales people when buying a car then Will at Kia is who you should ask for. I was shopping with my father-in-law to get him a used car because his current car was written off. Being a senior my father-in-law had a strict budget. Our original plan was to test drive a Soul but that car ended being sold earlier that day. We explained to Will what we were looking for. He listened very well and was very transparent about the cars and process. He did his homework and suggested a car we did not even consider. He took us around to several Leggett lots while we were test driving the car that we eventually bought. The whole time we never felt rushed or felt like there was a question we couldn’t ask. He had a blast. In the words of my Scottish father in-law, when introduced to Will’s manager, and asked how we would rate Will. “He’s a 10. Look me in the eye, he’s a 10”. Sorry Will Google only allows us to give 5 stars not 10.

Mike the manger in the dealership was very rude! I was put my car in a garage for repair, and got no better thing to do and walked in to this Kia dealership. I had my empty coffecup with me, try to throw it in the garbage bin and wondering into a wrong room. Then Mike showed up ... He didn't stop me going into the showroom, but when I tried to ask him a few questions(I do plan to buy a car for my daughter before September), he was like if you don't by a car now and don't even know what kind of car to buy, he doesn't have time to waste on me. He refused to give me a quote, and eventually showed me the door … I am sure he won't treat a white guy like this. I will never buy a Kia.
What absolutely exceptional service we have received at Leggat Kia. My older model Sportage unexpectedly needed thousands of dollars of work. As it was an old vehicle, myself and my husband decided to purchase new. We had our hearts set on the Telluride and Joe made it happen. Time was of the essence as we need two vehicles for daily life. We drove our new 2022 Kia Telluride off the lot only two days later! We were able to purchase their demo model, saving us up to a 6 month wait. Syed streamlined the whole financing process with finesse and expertise. Everything happened quickly and without difficulty. We love our Telluride!! 10/10 would highly recommend.

Will update this review once we've dealt with the Service Department but we've every confidence, it'll be all we've enjoyed from a Leggat dealer family experience. The Service technicians always cluster around the EV and it gets showcased when it's parked beside the Service drive-thru entrance! Service department should introduce complimentary car washes for their customers as we've not experienced this since taking delivery of the EV in September. Bought a used car from them. Salesman told me there would be warranty for 90 days. Check engine light came on. Started calling him. Left messages. No answer to Voice mail. Turns out he was fired. Six weeks of calls to get someone to tell me that. Manager says the warranty would not be honoured. Refuses to even run diagnostic to see why light was coming on. Turns out was nothing. My own mechanic tested it. Didn’t even need a new part. Refused to run diagnostic. Sales manager was rude and eventually started swearing on the phone with me.

Dishonest. Not only did they use my phone number to solicit sales. Twice. After I told them not to. They told me my timing chain needed to be replaced (as per manufacturer standards) , without even checking that my car had a timing CHAIN. Big difference. Great money grab for those people who know nothing about cars.
We were window shopping for brand new cars not expecting to buy one for a long time but Joe and Syed were really really good! We walked in and didn't feel as stressed or pressured as we did when we bought our old car from a used car dealership. Joe was able to explain everything clearly and eased our minds. We didn't expect to get a new car but we walked away only a couple days later in a brand new 2021 Kia Forte EX for only a tiny bit more than we were paying for our old 2012 Hyundai from a used car dealership. Syed did a really great job getting us approved for a low interest rate and explaining everything he was showing us, he was straightforward with everything and didn't pressure us into getting anything we didn't need. Atif @ Leggat was awesome in getting us into a Kia Soul for an amazing price. Then on top of that we where having some issues with getting the best deal at another dealership. We where getting issue with getting the best interest rate with the bank and we walked away, from that dealer. Had a completely defective non-boosting Kia battery and unfortunately no opportunity to make it back to my dealer as I was 100+ km away stuck at the airport on a Saturday evening. NO choice to get home but have it replaced by CAA. Kia Canada Head office wouldn't step up and replace 50% of the cost (12-24 mth failure) as per their warranty but service manager at dealer showed compassion and put a service credit in place! They were very helpful, and took their time answering my questions and they made me feel like a valued customer- not just another sale. (Kia of Hamilton sales would do well to take note of what real customer service looks like). When it comes time for my next Kia purchase I will be back to Leggat Kia!
I have been very happy with my 2013 Kia Sorento. The remote key started to work only on and off to the point that I couldn’t even open the door. When I used the key to open the door the car wouldn’t start. I called the Burlington dealership and talked to Richard in the parts department. He said come down with your remote. He met me and replaced the batteries in both my remotes in 5 minutes. I realized that my second remote was also not working as well. They both now work wonderfully. Excellent service. Thank you Richard. Ps...This may not seem like a big deal. However it is a very big deal when you get in your car with a push button start and it doesn’t work. Now it works well.

I really like the service they provided. The service technician who did my car was very good. Didn’t leave any oil marks inside or outside my car. Everything was as I had left it. The only issue I had was the wait time. I had waited about 2 hours and no one had come to get me that the oil change was done. It appears that I fell through the cracks and they forgot about me. They did apologize to me twice, once at the shop and once on the follow up call. 4 stars for service and 1 star off for not keeping tabs on their customers they have waiting.
DO NOT BUY FROM LEGGAT KIA!!! Don't make the same mistake I did. I was talked into a vehicle buy their sales person and the car has been nothing but problems. I have already had to bring it in twice for issues and the issues continue to persist. Their customer service post transaction has been terrible. I have had better customer support on a $12.00 meat thermometer. Trying to book a third service appointment to fix this junker and and they're are not accommodating at all. You would think when they did not fix the issue the first two service visits they would accommodate you on the third visit and give you a courtesy vehicle, but nope terrible customer service. Please do not waste your money.

On June 24/17 I went to the Leggat Kia dealership with the intention to "look only". However, I decided to purchase a 2017 Kia Forte that day. Aaron Park was extremely helpful and willing to spend all the time needed to answer my many questions and work towards obtaining me a price that I would be fully satisfied with. Although it was frustrating to have to return my 5 day old vehicle for servicing, I can’t blame the dealership. The service department staff were incredibly kind and ensured I had a temporary vehicle of my choice since I had to do some traveling. They kept me updated on my repairs and so far my new vehicle is running well. It’s my first time dealing with Kia and so far, the service has been excellent!

I like my car but the whole process of purchasing through here has left a horrible taste in my mouth and I will never return to this dealership, and probably KIA as a brand, ever again.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! Buyer Beware -- Spent 5+ hours over 2 days negotiating a deal. We couldn't come to terms. Bought a car from another dealer within 25 minutes. During that process we discovered that Leggat was going to over charge us for extended warranty and GAP Ins. by thousands of dollars. In addition they bait and switched the financing rate, which ultimately lead us to walk away.

Don't bother purchasing any additional warranty on tires or car from finance manager sayed. This is not a review of Kia as a car, this is a review of credibility of the Leggat Kia burlington finance and service team. I came in to address my punctured tire that was covered under extended warranty that was purchased with my car. I got no recognition of this from the service team and the finance team. I had to find the agreement to prove it to them. To which they said they will need to call the 3rd party company to address. Convinently they couldn't reach them and refused to reimburse me for the invoice from another kia dealership who helped me with putting my temporary tires back on. After hours of back and forth they patched up my punctured tire and asked me to pay for installation. When I purchased my car, sayed told me that the extended warranty is very important and he wouldn't let his daughter walk out of the room without purchasing it. I feel bad for the poor girl if she even is real. I urge the Leggat team to provide proper coaching to sayed as he is clueless and lacks integrity. I don't think it is ethical of him to scam young folks who are purchasing their first car. I would recommend buying a Kia but not from sayed or from this dealership. I have a $150 invoice with me that I would like them to cover as per my extended tire warranty coverage.

I’m very dissatisfied with my recent experience at Leggat Kia. My husband and I were in on a Saturday and test drove a vehicle. During our test drive we noticed the brakes needed work done to them-we’re not mechanics we did not know what specifically was wrong but as experienced drivers we did know something wasn’t quite right. We decided to trade in our existing vehicle and purchase the one we test drove. Our salesman assured us the brakes would be serviced before we came to pick it up. My husband picked up our new vehicle 4 days later, a mutually agreed upon day between both Leggat Kia and ourselves (more than enough time to service the vehicle). As my husband arrived to pick up the car he noticed a dent on the passenger side door that was not there when we test drove it. My husband went in and notified our salesman who admitted and agreed the dent was not there 4 days prior. We were again assured the dent would be fixed 2 days later. My husband drives the car off the lot only to realize, the brakes had never been serviced. After 4 days of waiting for the car, Leggat Kia neglected to hold up their end of a sales agreement by not performing the required maintenance AND they were going to let us leave with a fresh dent in the car had we not complained. As someone who has worked in customer service for 14 years, this was far from good service. I feel like we were unappreciated and on the brink of being taken advantage of had we not inspected the car. Leggat Kia’s slogan is, “Passion and care for our clients” but they only care about the sale not about its customers. It is safe to say we will not do business with them again.
Joe Cerino was excellent in his Customer Service. He kept us up to date regarding our purchase. Once it arrived at the dealership, he went through with the explanation of how things work on our new vehicle. Both Judy and I would highly recommend Joe to anyone looking a new or used vehicle.
Sales team is really great at this place. I met one of the sales person name Atif and he helped me a lot with buying a car within my budget. Good customer service and really good staff especially sales team.
Dealt with Mike on our purchase of a 2012 Hyundai Accent. He was great to deal with throughout the process and reached out to see if we were enjoying it. Also helped quickly resolve an issue we had with a feature on the car beyond expectations. Would definitely return to buy another car from him personally.

Purchased a Kia Sportage from Peter and Syed. Awesome experience and so quick. I have purchased several cars, never had a new car in under 24 hours. They went above and beyond, from great pricing to getting the documents together so I can drive off the lot. Vehicle was nicely detailed and driving smoothly.

Worst vehicle purchase ever! Bought a vehicle. No-one disclosed that it was a former rental. We only know because we found the former owners documents in the vehicle. Vehicle was never serviced or cleaned before handing it over to us. i will never again buy a vehicle from any Leggat Group dealer.

Bought a used MDX off the lot, sales professional Jay Dacosta personally picked me up when the vehicle was ready. Turn around time was 2 days from signing to delivery. Syed was a trusted friend with the warranty addition. Very happy with the service I got. I will never buy private again. LEGGAT is part of the family now
Tell you one thing then outright lie to you the next. When i said i was not interested the sales person wouldn't give me back my drivers license (that inwqs stupid enough to hand over to try and get a test drive). One word. RUN! Far and fast away from these shiesters
I got a good deal on a used Mdx from the dealer. Got excellent service, Atif was very helpful. After a week there was issue with brakes Atif booked an appointment right away got it check out and all rotors were replaced, no questions asked. I recommend them strongly.
Great Service. Bought a new car off Mike there - he was thorough and made sure to follow up and check in to see how I was loving it. He addressed any concerns and was just a text away if I had any questions. Service was speedy when I went back for a remote start installation. I'd recommend or buy from again!

I purchased my 2017 Kia Sorento just over 2 weeks ago. My experience at Leggat Kia of Burlington was outstanding. They are very welcoming at the dealership and they know they have a great product but are not pushy or high pressure. My initial contact was Wayne in the Sales Department. He was very good at listening to my needs/wants and was able to find exactly what I was looking for. I had very thorough demonstration of the vehicles capabilities and felt very confident with my decision. Once the vehicle was located I was referred to Syed in Finance who did an exceptional job. He was very detailed in his explanation of the extra warranty and coverages that were available. I was also very impressed with his understanding of how the financing process with the banks worked. He had the deal approved in short order. A few days later I was driving my brand new Kia Sorento. I was thrilled with the service I received at Leggat Kia and am in the process of referring a colleague of mine. Well Done!4

Leggat Kia Burlington is an awesome place to buy your vehicle. My husband and I recently purchased a used older vehicle from this dealership and we were so impressed with how they treat their customers. Let me start by saying, my husband and I are seasoned automotive customers. We have spent A LOT more on brand new vehicles over the past decade and have received terrible to mediocre customer service from most dealerships. From the moment I called to inquire about this particular vehicle, Joe Cerino, answered all our questions and was so helpful. When we arrived to see the car in person, every one at this dealership was so pleasant. They opened the door for us, offered us beverages, sat us down and never made us wait (since we were in a rush that day). Even when we looked around, not one person made us feel pressured and hungry for the sale. We ended up deciding to purchase the vehicle that day. A few days later, we picked up the vehicle and they took care of every concern we had (for eg. they cleaned and buffed the car, took care of a few chip marks and rust spots). For even a used vehicle, they treated us no different. We highly recommend this dealership.

I have bought 3 cars from Leggat kia,two Saturns and one 2012 Forte 5.The sales staff were great at the time but what lets this dealership down is the lousy service department.I only use them for an oil change which they take an hour plus never on time and it seems that the personnel in sales and service are always changing.
My husband and I had amazing service while purchasing our brand new suv. Simon was very helpful, he made sure our purchase was on point with what we were looking for! I would definitely return to this location to purchase another vehicle in the future and I would also use Simon as my sales consultant again! Great customer service! We bought a Kia Forte in late August and picked it up in early September. Mike J, the salesman, was very helpful and clarified any doubts, still giving tips. Syed did the entire financing process and also provided an excellent service. It was a very good deal and we are very pleased with the acquisition. Would recommend to Leggat Kia many times.
We just bought our second car from Mohammed at Leggat and again we had and awesome experience. Very friendly and service oriented and the car was spotless with a full gas tank! I would highly recommend Mohammed for his knowledge and high service skills as well as his willingness to negotiate, which is becoming rare these days. Will hopefully be back for the K900 someday!
