I have dealt with Brian as both a supplier and a customer, and I can say I have never met a person in the auto industry with his level of integrity or care for his customers. At the time I met him I was selling advertising for a national used car weekly periodical sold regionally. My first choice when considering purchasing a used car was Good Cars Only...for good reason, Brian. Today my son is looking to buy his first vehicle and my first choice was to contact Brian at Good Cars. The vehicle Brian found for me knowing my tastes and desires was a 1999 Nissan Maxima, back in 2006. I put over 200,000 kms on that car, and then sold to my daughters best friend who lived next door. She drove it through her final 2 years of university and today her Father is still driving and enjoying the leather, stereo, sunroof etc with it pushing 400K with nothing other than the obvious maintenance requirements....not bad for an initial investment of $12,000. You cannot, in my opinion go wrong with Brian and Good Cars Only. Bet on it!

Brian is an honest gentleman to deal with. I went in with the preconceived notion of what I thought I wanted. He directed me towards a vehicle that I actually hadn't considered for my needs. With that idea he put in my head he didn't actually make a sale which he knew would happen. Brian deserves 10 stars. After two weeks of looking After 12 cities searching I found this incredible car lot. It was my last day with my car rental from an accident claim and I was feeling defeated. Cars were either over priced or had high kms. The sales people I met were either not very knowledgeable or just plain pushy. And then I met Brian. He treated me like a person and not just like a sale. He was kind and really listened to me. Brian had the exact car I was looking for. Low kms. Mint body. Just the perfect car. He accepted my offer. It was just all so easy and Brian made this my best experience buying a car. When he saw my old plates were rusted he took it upon himself to order me new ones. He said a new car deserves new plates. Picking up the car was quick and painless. He ended our conversation by saying if you need anything regarding the car call me. He stressed to me that his personality does not change after I purchase a vehicle. So when I got home I noticed a small chip in the front windshield. I called Brian whom without question offered to purchase a brand new windshield and gave me a number to call. I am so blessed to have found good cars only but he should change the name to best service ever

This dealership deserves a 10-Star rating! And I'll tell you why. Ran into some car trouble recently. Drove the car to not one but 4 repair shops. Got some astronomical blind-side quotes from them which made me feel they were out to scam me! In desperation, my wife and I drove down to see Brian hoping to trade in the car and make the most of a bad situation. Brian asked us what the problem was, checked the car, turns around and says he could "easily" get the car repaired. We couldn't believe what we just heard! He also mentioned he didn't want us buying any of his cars. That level of honesty is hard to come by these days. In just 2 days, I got my car repaired for a fraction of the cost the others were asking for. It runs like new! A job well done! Kudos to Brian and Good Cars Only. He's got a great collection of used cars and you know you won't get ripped off. This is the first time in my life that I am writing a review. I bought my first car a BMW and needed some work done. I chose good cars only and it was the best decision I ever made. This was a while back so I do not remember the numbers as clearly. I was quoted around 400 and something for the work and I agreed to pay. Upon arriving to pick up my car I was told the work took less time/effort than expected and I ended up paying close to 300 instead, they charged me around 150 dollars lesser when they could have easilyyy kept that money instead. I have never met as honest people as Brian and his team since. I am now realizing how lucky I was after moving out of Burlington to a couple other cities. I am quite young and I knew nothing about cars, they could have easily charged me more or swindled me for services and I would have paid for them, but they didn't. I had an icon on my dashboard another day which I took it in for and James (I hope I remember the name correctly, the big guy, very knowledgeable, hardworking, and friendly, genuinely cares about you and your car) He helped me with it for FREE, and Brian just smiled as well when I asked for the charge, he said to just bring some coffee another time when I pass by. They could have charged me 50 or even a 100 dollars for those little things they helped me with and I would have paid them. I did not buy my BMW from them, but from the extremely friendly and honest experience I have received from them when getting work done on my car, I am sure it transfers to their sales as well, I wish I bought the car from them, it surely would have been a better price and experience. A very warm welcoming feeling at this place, very clean and organized area as well (rare for auto repair shops as I've noticed). After living in two more cities and going through many other auto service places I have come to realize that Good Cars Only is a gem. Keep up the good work guys, miss you all, if I ever move back to Burlington or Hamilton, you guys would definitely play a part in that decision. Hope you get a lot of good business, you deserve it.
