I’ve visited this dealership twice. Extremely poor service. They are hyper focused on getting the deal done. I set up time for a test drive and when I arrived was told I could only go for 10 minutes (not enough time to get to my house to show my wife - 9 minutes away) unless I did the deal with conditional approvals (approval from wife). Strongly suggest just going to another dealership, they are all the same vehicles and clearly these guys are just super amateur. Edit: In response to the selective and false response from the owner. 1. I made it clear I was coming to test drive the truck with the intention to drive to my home and show my wife. It is a 9 minute drive to my home (in Burlington not Hamilton). You should have told me before I got there and scheduled my day around it. The real problem though is that your team was totally fine with letting me take it if I did the deal and signed conditional upon my wife seeing it. 2. The Ford dealership, which has been a pleasure to deal with, was completely within the OMVIC guidelines (NOT LAW or BY-LAW), as like your dealership, I live very close to it. Your response clearly demonstrates that not only is it high pressure / amateur over there, but you’re also willing to lie. SMH.

I have dealt with this dealership for service issues related to my Ram P/U, so when it came time to replace it I felt comfortable enough to go in and deal with them. Unfortunately I left, after what seemed like forever, very frustrated and even angry. They used numerous high pressure sales tactics, like taking my D/L and Visa and holding them elsewhere, trying to get me to put my signature to a scrap of loose-leaf paper the salesman had been writing on etc. etc. I finally had enough when they upped the amount they were offering for my trade by $3,000 as I wanted, but at the same time upped my 3 year lease payment by about $110 per month. So I would basically be paying $4,000 more, and they would give me $3,000. I left and went to Unique Motors on Walkers Line, and immediately felt like I was treated with respect, and with no sales double talk. I got a MUCH better deal on a vehicle with far more options.

Bought a 2019 yellow Dodge Ram brand new now has less than 20 thousand on it already starting to rust damage on the front noticed a little later after we bought it the lower front right light is somehow pushed in although light has no damage has paint pen all around it and somehow even when we got it fixed it STILL shows a abs sensor light wow nice one dodge

Let's face it car shopping can be grueling. After you research, test drive, narrow down your top choice(s), you come to the dreaded negotiations. Everyone wants to feel like they got the best deal, service, and a vehicle that is going to be everything promised. Well I can confidently report buying my new Jeep Grand Cherokee was the easiest vehicle purchase I have done. I was treated with patience (I like to ask questions), and taken on two test drives. Vehicle features were clearly demonstrated, and the different model lines explained. When it came time to discuss the the bottom line I left the table feeling completely satisfied. Mario was my salesman and I can't reccomend him more. 5 stars!

After a very tiring Saturday, driving the whole family around the GTA trying to find the right SUV for us, we finally return home and around 4.30pm I found a used Nissan Pathfinder that was listed on Fairview Chrysler Dodge's website. I used the chat option on the website to get in touch with a sales representative: Ryan Culver replied back and he said that he could show us the vehicle that afternoon. It was close to the closing hours, so we drove to the dealership, and Ryan was there waiting for us and he let us do a drive test of the car to see if it was the vehicle that we were looking for... and it was! While my wife and I were closing the sale with Ryan, the rest of the team helped us keeping our kids entertained. During the whole process, the team was very nice and polite with us, and Ryan was very good at listening to what we wanted to say, and answer all our questions. He never made us felt pressured to buy at any time, and that is something that we value in a good salesperson. We made them stay late that Saturday afternoon, but they were happy to assist us. If you are interested in buying a vehicle, and have a great customer service experience, I highly recommend Fairview Chrysler Dodge as the point to go. I would give it a zero but i can't. If you are goimg to invest your hard earned money go somewhere else. Set up appointment with Janelle coming 90 min away for a test drive on a 2017 Pacific 10 k almost new. Test drive goes good and then during negotiation they tell me the carfax wasnt updated and it has $9,000 worth of damage after hitting a deer. Dont walk away run.

I just took today my car to a check up and to address one of the recall issues on the Jeep Patriot. After 3 weeks they don't have the part they need, and they don't know when they will have it. Dont bother coming to this location. Here at least "the customer service ladies" are just repeating the same sentences over and over again... like broken machines "we understand your frustration but we can't do anything"... useless but watch out... check your bill too! They are good in milking money out of your pocket! Never again..

Just bought my first RAM truck from here and couldn't be more pleased. Sonia took very good care of us and didn't have any of the usual sales runaround tactics. She was very forward and direct in what she had to offer us and was very helpful in making sure we got everything we wanted in our truck. The sales manager John also came out, congratulated us on our new purchase and chatted for a while with us. Ray helped button things up and sign all the paperwork and again, wasn't pushy with any of the extra items like extended warranty or protection plans. Visited, waited for promised feedback on a vehicle search and it never came. The place is obviously a professionally run establishment and does a "good" job, but could do better to close the loop on customer interactions and some work with respect to "bedside manner" of the repair desk staff. Little things like reminders of repair appointments could go a long way toward improving this rating. You will not be disappointed here necessarily, but may not be "WOWED" either.

This review will cover 2 aspects - 1) Customer Experience 2) Technical Ability. 1) This is the Premium Jeep Ownership experience I was looking for. No fuss service intake process, pick up and drop off included. This is my 4th different Jeep dealership i've gone to around the GTA, and this one is miles ahead of the rest. 2) Came in for an issue with my Start/Stop, it hasn't been working for a 6+ months, and I had taken the car already to a different dealership (Unique) to take a look, Unique changed a sensor and sent me on my way, needless to say, this didn't solve the issue. in comes Fairview, again, no fuss intake, no questioning period, no need to give them a historical report of the issue, just gave them the keys to figure out the issue. 3 hours later they found the faulty part (not a sensor) - replaced it - and tested - and picked me up. 10/10

Service center is brutal. Got my truck back after an oil change once and the oil was low. Got it back another time and my carpet was ripped. Also went to pick it up one time and it smelled like one of the mechanics ripped a huge fart in the cab and then closed the doors real quick to trap it in there for me.... children. Not professional. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Would rate 0 Went to look at a truck that I had previously emailed and phoned about (with full intentions on purchasing with pre approval in hand) Staff wouldn’t even help, total inconvenience after driving 3 hours to look. Staff stood around in a circle, completely ignoring when entering door. Wasn’t until I blew up and left they even walked outside (pretending to argue inside door until I was clear of the parking lot) Rating on bbb as well, felt beyond discriminated against, singled out and left feeling like dirt under someone’s fingernails. Staff must realize they are only car salesmen. Management needs to deal with these idiots discriminating customers.

I was looking for a used truck with a limited budget, I saw an ad for the used F-150 I ended up purchasing from Fairview. I live over an hour away but it was worth the drive. The truck was a fair deal in the beginning but after they sent it for touch ups and detailing it was even better. They exceeded my expectations in preparing the vehicle and were genuinely concerned with making the vehicle as nice as possible for me prior to delivery. Everybody I spoke with was friendly and helpful and I never felt like I was unimportant even though I was buying a cheaper used vehicle. To show how helpful they are Sonia voluntarily came in on her day off to finish the delivery of the truck to me since my availability was limited to one day a week. John the sales manager worked with Sonia and third party vendors to ensure that my truck was brought up to a standard that would ensure Fairview looked good, which in turn gave me a good looking truck for a good price .Who wouldn't be happy with that sort of extra effort? :-)

We came here to buy my first car. We were welcomed by a woman named Judy Raine. Unlike the other dealers who tried pushing the newest, biggest and most expensive models immediately, Judy took the time to understand our needs and find what best suited for us. She also was quick about informing us of any discounts, including that we could benefit from Employee Pricing due to my dad's job (my dad's company being partnered with Chrysler), which is something that other places conveniently left out. She was also very knowledgeable about the cars we wanted to purchase and followed up without hesitation. Unlike with other dealers, I never felt pressured into buying anything I didn't want or had to, and never felt like I was left in the dark (one dealer at another location so grossly misinformed me about the employee pricing that I suspect he didn't even apply it, probably hoping to pocket the money as an extra bonus for himself). If you come here, I highly recommend asking for Judy, especially if you're planning to get a Jeep of any kind!

The worst service experience of my LIFE. Took my 2009 wrangler in for service. I have been a loyal customer of this dealership for years. I was told told that my rear brakes were SHOT and I needed a couple tire sensors and a egr valve. The cost would be $1200.00 all in. I agreed to the service as I had never had an issue. I came in to pick up my jeep and was told the cost was now $1580.00. Was told that the service guy ADDED wrong (how is that my issue) Anyway, I paid the bill. It was only after I got home I decided to go through my service records. WELL, I had realized that I had my rear breaks done 21000 km's ago. I returned to the dealership the next day and showed the service manager ( Willie) He looked shocked and then tried to give me a line of BULLSHIT that he would "look into it" I finally received a refund for the total cost including labour for the brakes. THESE PEOPLE SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED. THEY WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU. At least I was lucky and was able to get a refund. I will NEVER trust this dealership again.

Rip off...wanted to buy a 2018 Hydro blue Ram from them..they had it on line priced 2k cheaper..when i got there the price was higher..they said they would give me the cheaper on line price...so i was trading in my 2018 RT Challenger with 3k on it...they told me they had no idea what my trade in was worth..they needed 3 to 4 day to find out what my trade in was worth..Never heard back from them..so i went back in 5 days later they still had the Ram..but know the they would not give my the Ram for the price we talked about...then they offered me 28k for my loaded 2018 Shaker Challenger RT..with 3,500km...so i went to Unquie Chrysler they got me the same Ram and gave me 42k for my Challenger 14,000 more....WOW..and the Ram i got even cheaper as well

I came in and had a look at the lot on Labor Day when the dealership was closed as I don't like to be pressured. Narrowed my search down to a few vehicles. Came in the next day during regular business hours. Was greeted almost instantly by Lorne Driscoll with a big smile and warm welcomes. He was exceptional at explaining all the features of the vehicle and made sure I test drove all the base lines of the Dodge Journey just to make sure I was happy with my choice. He crunched numbers with us and even tried to help us find lower insurance quotes. He at no point pressured us to buy. Most dealerships won't let you walk away to make phone calls. He allowed us to leave with no hassle. And kept us up to date on the status of the car. We knew we had to have the car knowing that if the sales team is as great as he was that we wouldn't have a problem with service in the future. Have to thank Michael Prymak and Jaksa Stankiewicz for all their help putting my wife in the car of her dreams....even during a pandemic! Over the top service! Five stars barely covers it. ;) My wife found the listing for an unusual wrapped 2019 Mustang GT online and sent me a link to look it over. Went through all the specs and pricing and thought “yeah, this is it”. A perfect upgrade from her current mustang. The thing was, it’s the middle of a pandemic and I’m off work. Undaunted I reached out to the dealership anyways. I was put in touch with Jaksa Stankiewicz the financial services manager. He assured me they deal with 16 lenders and as long as our credit was good he’d get us financed. :D Armed with good news we contacted the sales department and were put in touch with Michael Prymak. Explained we were interested in the car but were coming in from Windsor, three hours away. Michael said no problem he could arrange things prior to our arrival so we could see and pick up the car on my wife’s next day off. Over the next couple days Michael negotiated hard on our behalf with the used car manager to get us a reasonable trade in value for our 2018 so we could purchase the 2019. Finally he was able to convince the used car manager to give us a somewhat reasonable trade in value so we could complete the deal, then as promised had everything prepared so all we had to do was come in, fall in love with the new ride and drive it back home. Overall we couldn’t be happier with the service we received or the car we purchased. In fact this was the one and only time I’ve ever dealt with a car dealer that I can honestly say, Jaksa, the finance manager was AWESOME to deal with!! Couldn’t possibly praise him enough for all his help and patience throughout our transaction. I defy you to find another dealer with a finance manager you can say that about... Maybe not normally the first thing you would think about when selecting a dealership to deal with, but getting to deal with Jaksa makes Fairview Chrysler worth the drive! I had the pleasure of using Ryan Culver for the purchase of my new truck. I usually don't look forward to the process of buying a new car and having to deal with a "sales guy". But dealing with Ryan was a breeze from the start. He is extremely knowledgeable about their vehicle line and if he didn't know the answer he would be honest and say he didn't know, but then find it. I didn't feel for one moment that he was trying to sell me something and he was never pushy. He has a quiet confidence which I could appreciate, I'm sure that's why he's so successful. Went for a simple radio issue which they couldn't fix on my 2018 Ram. What they did do through was put 2 scratches on my drivers door, which was caused by someone rubbing against it. They never denied it when I brought it up. What they did do was offer to "buff it out", which they only got it 50% out. They told me to bring it back another day when they have more time. Great thanks, inconvenience my again on another day. Oh and by the way they never fixed my radio (warranty) they told me I had to take it back to he dealer I bought it from because they "must have changed something to sell me that truck". In 2016 I went to another car dealer to finance a vehicle and was treated poorly. Thankfully from that I found Fairview Chrysler. I was given awesome Customer Service and financed a van at a time of need, at a challenging time of my life. Therefore it was an easy decision for me to go back there for a trade in, despite moving out of the Halton region. The sales associate that I dealt with prior had since retired. So instead I dealt with Michael who was just as great. He listened to my needs and was able to assist accordingly. He promptly found me what I wanted and needed for my family! Jaksa was also very amazing at helping me out ... He made me feel like he knew me for a long time and was honest with my financial options. That being said UNEQUIVOCALLY THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE was illustrated by the team! However, it doesn’t end there. When I was going back for the delivery of the vehicle, I had been delayed arriving beyond my expectations. These guys WAITED till I got there at 9:25pm ... may I remind you they close at 9pm! And I didn’t feel rushed by them and I still had the same respect when we first began our business transaction. I appreciated the fact that they were willing to even do another demo of the vehicle, and switch over car seats etc leading up past 10pm. All in all they really are a great team of Family Oriented, Caring, Honest, Respectable individuals. It’s quite refreshing in today’s society as things aren’t the way they use to be. In my opinion they aren’t just a business establishment of money hungry, lemon selling, car sales men. They demonstrated to my family and I, the quintessential values of FIRST CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE! Terrible experiences here - extremely rude staff who ridiculed myself and family members when trying to find information and resolution to issues pertaining to oil consumption of my Jeep. After numerous visits and tests at this dealer they refuse to acknowledge any problems. Now again, my vehicle is running out of oil after 5k km. Visited to see a Grand Cherokee and test drive it. From the moment we turned into the parking lot, I knew it was going to be a lousy experience. The parking lot was crowded with inventory strewn all over with no particular organization. The showroom was tiny and cluttered, making it difficult to navigate our child in a stroller. I had called ahead to see a specific trim level of vehicle. When we arrived, the rep I was supposed to see had left and another approached us, who had been informed about our interest. Knowing in advance what we were there to see, no effort had been made to make the vehicle available. After waiting to bring one around, it had not been prepped to show, meaning it was still lined with plastic and the materials were slick to touch, having been right off the factory assembly line. Come on!!! Not only is the Grand Cherokee a top seller, I had called the day before to see one!!! It didn't even have gas in it! Everything about their sales team was sub par. Here's an idea, have at least one rep that knows Jeeps well... I was told the "quattro" was different when I asked about quadratrac 1 vs quadratrac 2... Did I happen to test an Audi and not realize it?? Then the biggest sales mistake, riding along during a test... I am testing a behemoth SUV with my wife, infant and stroller... Any good salesperson would throw you the keys and say take your time. Also, I try not to judge people on this, but the staff were noticeably poorly dressed, to the point that the salesperson greeting us creeped out my wife... Really?! The Jeep is a great vehicle but this dealer put a thorn in its side. I knew that seeing a Jeep would mean tolerating a cheesy dealer, but I didn't think it would be this bad. This team needs to take a field trip to a dealer that has a clue and seriously update their practices.

Called to make an appointment to get recall work done. They tell me they don't have any of the parts and they're on back order, try again in a week. I call back in a week, still on back order, try again next week. Try again the week after that, still on back order. Then I called Taylor Chrysler in Hamilton, they tell me "I'll order the part which will be here tomorrow. When do you want to come in to have the work done?" Work was completed that week to complete satisfaction. Well Fairview Chrysler, if you don't want to perform recall work for me then you lost all of my business completely. I now go to Taylor Chrysler for everything and they have been fantastic.

We really feel like she had our best interests at heart, too and wasn't just trying to close a deal. We have high expectations for customer service and usually are let down but not in this case - they surpassed our expectations and have really taken exceptional care of us in this whole process. Went in interested in purchasing a van based on a promo we were sent in the mail. The sales rep Ryan was nice but once we got to the point of making a deal the manager and special promotions rep were disappointing. They tried to put us in a vehicle that didn't meet our needs and their "best price" with promotions and further discounts were not even competitive. We had pre shopped another dealership in Toronto who by email right away had given us a $7000 better quoted price on a model 4 levels up from what Fairview was trying to sell us at thier "best price". Once I presented that offer to see if they would match they challenged the email as false and fake pricing that couldn't be done or that it was a demo van and used. Over the next couple days they kept following up and reducing the price. Then the promotions rep goes on to say the manager from the other night wasn't even the right guy to get the best discount and now he has a different manager that can give better deals. Seriously you were ok trying to sell me an over priced vehicle at the time if we didn't know market value? In the end they tried to get us back in by giving the same model we had priced elsewhere for their best price that they had to get approvals and make phone calls for and it was still more than what we ended up buying the Van for elsewhere. If you are going to purchase there do your homework on pricing as their price integrity is definitely questionable. If your willing to drive to Toronto you can find 3-4 other Chrysler dealerships that will destroy these guys prices.

The dealership where I bought my truck said they probably didn't even do the work as it was not needed but they still charged me an extra $100. Lost $5,500 in 3-4 months after (8 Months) purchase of vehicle because of bad transmission. I traded my Toyota Sienna for Dodge Caravan by putting trust on Chrysler. After purchase of my Dodge Caravan I found, Speed was not picking up and Sales person I dealt with before 4 months quit job, and I was dealing with her (All 3 employees from sales and service lied about she quit and sick and not present 2 days etc..etc..) , Now Service department want to Charge me $ 5200 for transmission replace. Not even negotiating (possible they could do 50 %) and on top of that they charge me $95.00 for 0.7 inspection of transmission. What a level of courtesy, I had to tow my vehicle twice to get out of this dealership. On top of that they kept my vehicle for 1 week to let me know about problem and maintenance, no phone calls received after 3-4 days . Ultimately I found that this dealership sold me Dodge Caravan with faulty transmission which can completely brake down after 8-9 months of purchase. What is meaning of buying from Chrysler Dealers....!!!

Most definitely not coming back. Everyone was nice BUT unfortunately the service is what matters. I came for an oil change for my brand new factory ordered challenger. They recommended synthetic oil (which i was planning on getting anyway), so i agreed. It was not cheap because they said they needed to replace all the seals and whatnot. I also had coupons from mopar where i can get 2 jugs of anti freeze with the purchase of windshield wipers. Once it was all done, i got in my car to see the wipers but only one jug of antifreeze. I go back in and told the lady at the desk and she said no the coupon only said one. I had to check it again to see I'm not going crazy. It says 2. I let it slide. I wasn't going to start an issue over fluid. Fast forward a few months later, there's an oil leak. I brought it to oakville Chrysler and they found the source to be from the last oil change where the seals weren't tight enough or done properly-- i don't know. The guy said he'd recommend getting the oil changed now if i haven't done it yet so i told him i just had an oil change very recently and i dont drive much but i had switched to synthetic. He told me that THE VEHICLES COME WITH SYNTHETIC OIL FROM THE FACTORY. Fraud. Fraud. Fraud. Never coming back here nor do i recommend anyone to do so.

This is my second vehicle purchased from this dealership. I had the same salesman both times, Leah Armstrong. He is gracious, and very eager to deliver exactly what you are looking for. The fist was a used 2500 Ram diesel super cab and Long Box. he delivered a beauty, a 2012 with only 53000 on it. Perfect for my hauling needs for one year.. Next traded in the truck for a Grand Caravan "Black Top" edition and love it. He tried , and succeeded in bringing down our monthly payment by $250.00 we have now a new vehicle.

This dealership is in need of a facelift and some organization. The places looks like it's stuck in the 90s. Pretty sure the walls are still stained from cigarette smoke. Was trying to look at Jeep Cherokee. The 2 sales reps "helping" us hadn't a clue where the keys to the car were. So what's the solution? Take a bunch of keys out to the lot and push panic buttons until we find a winner! Just ridiculous.

I went in on Saturday to schedule a service appointment and was told monday after work would be a better day so I said okay no problem. I phone today (03-16-20) to see if they had a loaner I could use if they had to keep my truck overnight. I was first told that the appointment was for tuesday and not monday (not a huge deal). Then I was, very rudely, told by the women on the phone that there was no loaners available. So I asked when would one become available and she said she didnt know. I then asked if she could check and see when one would be coming available and her response was "no I cant" she then told me if I wanted a rental car I could rent one across the street for $25 a day. I'm not sure why this women was so rude on the phone but I can assure you I will be taking my buisness elsewhere.

Absolutely the worse experience I've ever had when buying a car or anything else. Now I know why they have one of the lowest review scores of any other dealership (my salesperson was Ryan ). We had come to an agreement and I even gave a deposit to secure the truck I was going to buy. The next day they responded back and told me they missed my requests for some options and then told they couldn't do the deal that was agreed apon. I'm not sure if this is even legal. But it sure is a slimy way of doing business. It's sad that Chrysler doesn't know that this dealership pulls these kinds of actions. Just a note to people who plan on buying a car. Please read the reviews they are very helpful.

My parents bought a 2012 Journey from Lorne. Let me start by saying, that Lorne has been a great advisor from the second we met him. He showed us a couple of cars very transparent and we decided to buy the one we liked but it had a noticable shake over a 100km/h. After a week of driving we brought the car back and John the sales manager and Lorne the advisor and Shean the service manager looked after us like a professional dealership should. I dealt with Leigh when I bought my Jeep Cherokee, when I test drove one they had there it had a panoramic moonroof and I told him I wanted the exact same one. When it was finally installed and I went to pick up my Jeep they put in a regular sunroof I looked at Leigh and said what the "heck" is that and he just shrugged, in other words too damn bad. As soon as he got his money he treated my like I was just a dumb woman every time I asked him a question he would roll his eyes. I called the Manager of the dealership and left a message and he had "John" call me back who also said he would get back to me and I never heard from him again. I have had nothing but excellent service from both the sales and service teams at Fairview Chrysler. I bought a 2015 Ram EcoDiesel in November 2014. The sales staff was excellent to deal with and I believe (after checking on CarCostCanada) that I paid a very fair price for my truck. I had an issue with the fuel regulator in January and dropped it off at the dealership on a Sunday without an appointment. I got a call first thing Monday advising me that they would look at it right away and get back to me. Later that afternoon, I received another call with a diagnosis and repairs were completed in a very timely manner. At about 10000km, I noticed a minor issue with my rear bumper. The service manager had a look at it and advised that they would replace it. I have recommended Fairview Chrysler to many of my friends and coworkers.

A lady in bad mood told me my name was not on her list and that I will wait for more than 2 hours. Hopefully I came to Dodge service store in Wyecroft road Oakville and they were immediately able to take care of my car. Such a totally different experience. I guess I am partially to blame for trusting the dealerships word. Had a 2017 Porsche Panamera brought over to BC without seeing the vehicle in person, and trusting their statements. Car arrived with surface scratches over the entire vehicle front to back, that sadly cost a pretty penny to buff out. Asked the dealership kindly to cover just the cost of attempting to buff them out via polish. For a $120,000 car arriving nothing like in the pictures. " Too bad so sad" was essentially the reply I got....and I waited a month before posting this review for them to "get back to me" although I did ask, and document confirmation multiple times to please send any photos of even the slightest impurities so there are no surprises. Car is currently at Porsche for other works, which thankfully the vehicle has warranty still. Undercariage literally had pieces of debris and mud all under it before they can even begin to diagnose the suspension issues not noted. Again can't blame them entirely, as I should have done my own due diligence before writing the cheque. Lesson learned, They may be a great dealership in person, but for anybody looking to do any online or virtual purchase, especially during this time. Please don't make the same mistake I did. Be safe all!

I purchased 2017 Dodge Ram about three months ago. I just came back from up North. On my way back my left front tire blew up. After replacing the tire, I have inspected the other three tires and noticed that the rear right tire also had a bubble in it. Today I have contacted your office and talked to the manager of sales, 'Ray' (spelling?) and Judith. Explained in detail what happened and after that I was transferred to the service department. The manager of sales told me to book a service to check all tires and that they will see what can be done. I spoke with the service department staff (female, don't remember the name) and I requested the earliest appointment possible due to the fact that I am driving the vehicle with two spare tires. I was offered Thursday as the earliest appointment. After that, the sales staff repeated multiple times that the tires are not covered under warranty. My understanding is that the tires are covered under manufacturer warranty for the first 60000 km. I have purchased the vehicle with 15000 km on it. I have put in 5000 km more. She also insisted that I probably had a nail in the tire causing the tire to rip. With regards to the appointment, I was then told that there is a big possibility I will have to leave my vehicle at the dealership; however, they have no available vehicles for me to rent that day. How is this possible? I was offered no options. So, I had two tires blow up and am driving on two spare tires now, risking the other two to blow up. This is a safety issue and must be addressed immediately. I am beyond upset and very disappointed in your dealership. I thought Fairview Chrysler Dodge Limited stands behind the products they sell.

rude, terrible service, liars and cheats. I bought a used Grand Caravan in January 2015. March 2015 noticed my A/C is not working correctly, brakes are making a noises, made a service appointment they informed me of a outstanding recall. dropped the van off for the appointment, they never looked at the brakes or did the recall, they called me after having the van for 8hrs to say it would cost $400.00 in parts plus the $87.00 they are charging me to diagnose the A/C problem non of which is covered by mfg warranty or the extended warranty they sucker you into. after several chats with the used car manager we agreed on a 50/50 split on the parts, made a new apt for the following week only to show up and be told they did not have the parts. this was very displeasing. turns out I was able to fix the A/C problem myself by recalibrating the HVAC controls for $0, works great now as for the brakes I will replace them myself and have another dealer repair the recall. Stay away from this dealer!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I made a mistake. I never should have purchased a high end vehicle from this dealership. I trusted that they would be professional and handle it properly. I was told it would get a full inspection from an authorized service shop and if service was required, it would be completed. Apparently, they do not understand that a vehicle needs service if it has not been done in over a year or two even if the kilometres are low. Nor did it get inspected by an authorized dealer. I would not trust this vehicle of their new high end division for these type of vehicles.

Would you buy an automobile from this dealership? Bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee 2020 new with black metallic paint for~58k cash in March. The dealership and salesperson "Nick" did not disclose that the vehicle was damaged or had an accident.There was a repaint and detailing of a section of the front bumper ~24 inches+ by 2.5 inches+ and around the left turn signal to hide the repair .The detailing wore off with the rain within a few weeks to reveal a very dull fine rough finish devoid of gloss or clear coat.It is extremely noticeable and eye catching. A professional collision and body shop recommended by Dodge/Jeep dealership in Ottawa stated that the repair was repainted with professional equipment and skill? but poorly done.This was examined at by two body shops.Estimate to correct or repair ~ $1000. The salesperson at Fairview said he is just in sales and that the consensus of his superiors was not to honour any solution to the damage. Photographs of the bumper were documented at a Chrysler dealership in April and after Chrysler Customer service advised to contact original dealer original dealer that just is unpredictable. From April to Sept ,Chrysler Customer Service Claims it was not a factory issue.Fairview had no comment about the issue and procrastinated . The salesperson did say they had paint issues in the past and damage to vehicles due to the close proximity of train tracks to car lots? and vandalism. Photographs were documented at a dealership in Ottawa place of residence in April , it was recommended after Chrysler Customer Service we go back to the original dealership for the repair. Well integrity and accountability is lacking at Fairfield. Unfortunately I bought from the wrong dealership. Any response concerning this particular case from Fairview is just PR and without merit.

No experience with the sales, but their service dept is a waste of time. Been their twice now to address two warranty issues, nether has been addressed yet. My remote start only works intermittently and they didn't even try to diagnose after not reproducing the issue right away. It's been 2 trips and counting already to replace a simple bad key fob! They took my bad one on the first visit and they can't/won't give it back, so I can't even go to another dealer for the replacement. If all you need is an oil change they may be OK, but it feels like I'm just wasting my time for anything more complicated than routine maintenance. Update: I did follow up with Warren in response to this review. The outcome of that is the Fairview team did a great job from that point on. They went out of their way to accommodate me and to try to fix my intermittent issue remote start issue. So far the results look promising. I have updated the review from the original 2 stars to 4.

I deeply regretted to make the purchase at Fairview Chrysler dealership because they did not keep their promises to provide the Pre-own vehicle 120 points inspection certificate and the clean car on the delivery day. When asking about this document on delivery day, the Sales man told me “services dept. closed and could not access it". He promised he would get it and mailed to me on next day. Later he informed me in his email "The car had low mileage and passed safety inspection. So, there no need to do anything”. I was really upset because I felt like I was cheated. Before making the offer, the Sales man promised to me "our dealership will do 120 points inspection to make sure the car is in good condition before delivery to customer and the clean car”. Then I expected those. That was the reason, I paid more to Chrysler dealership than other small used car to get this type of certification, in order to prevent any mechanical breakdown occurs so soon. Instead, I did not have not only the 120 points inspection certificate but also the filthy car condition with lot of dirt and fingerprints everywhere on the delivery day. I contacted this dealership regarding sales man’s broken promises. The sales manager contacted me and offered to fix all the issues: to do the 120 points inspection, detail interior car, install wheel locks, full gas tank and a loaner car”. I informed him I would bring the car in when Covid 19 die down. He agreed on my request. A couple days later, the Sales manager sent the email informed me “the 120 points inspection already done” and also attached “the vehicle checkup sheet’ without service technician name, the service date, vehicle info: (brand, model, VIN, year). When questioning the sales manager how he performed the car inspection while the car was in my garage? He still insisted “this is the 120 points inspection certificate”. I informed him: that was the checkup sheet for Oil services appointment (only had 50 points checkup). And all the tires and brakes measurements checkup boxes were entirely different from my safety inspection certificate measurements. I was wondering where he got those measurements from? I came to brand name dealership for the professional services and high standard of excellent customer services in order to have a good used car with a peace of mind. But not for the headache, hassle and fraud. This was my very big misstate and bad experience in dealing with this Fairview Chrysler dealership. I felt this dealership cheated on me and falsified the document to close the file asap instead of fulfilling their promises. As a customer, I just want to be treated fairly, honestly, respectful and with integrity. If anyone want to avoid all hassle, stress, frustration then they must stay away from this dealership. Frustrated customer P.s: I drove my car few days ago on the bumpy streets and found out there were the squeak and rattles noise in the passenger’s door. It was evidence that the Fairview Chrysler did not inspect the car before delivery it to customer.

Very unprofessional dealership. I booked an appointment with service for a warranty service which i was told would be covered. When i arrived I dropped my keys and sat outside. The mechanic i kindly asked if they can wash my car after service he rudely said, not my job ask the front desk. I then asked the girl at service and she responded with yes no problem. I then got a gentlemen approached me which seemed to have a manager ego, he said wont be covered under warranty . I then went to explain that i was told it was thats why i booked an appointment. He shrugged his shoulders, i then asked him can you kindly run car into wash.. he responded with no we do not wash cars here? Each dodge dealer i have been has had no issue with this request. Communication between staff and customers is very poor. Staff here all have a different story. I recommend sticking to 1 story. Myself and my husband wont be back.

I couldn't be more displeased. I bought my 2018 Chrysler 300s from Fairview back in January of this year. Since I bought the vehicle, things have just gone absolutely wrong. 2 weeks ago, I noticed my drivers side mirror had what looks to be pry marks in it - I questioned it for a bit, and of course, it bothered me as it is not a cheap vehicle. Shortly after, I was in the Appleby Auto Spa, my car was in the dryer portion and my drivers side mirror cover FLEW off. I was mortified. I pulled around - the employee retrieved the cover for me and told me it looks to be 3M TAPED on! Which means, it is from a JUNK YARD. The pry marks make sense - someone pried it off at a local junk yard - quickly painted it and 3M taped it on like it's good as new. Now guess who has to fork out expenses for a brand new mirror assembly? I do. Not only that - but today I noticed that all the tint on all my windows is bubbling. Which I know for a FACT, fairview tints the cars windows that come in. So again, guess who has to now fork out more money for tint? I do. Not only that - but when you look at the driver's side, you can tell it was all repainted as it is a slightly off colour and there is a TON of over spray - according to my documents, there was no damage to the car. I do not care if the car is "used." It is a 2018, not a 2012. And once a car comes into your dealership, it is your responsibility to maintain it and ensure it is worth full posting value. If you go here to buy a used vehicle, whether its a year old, or 5 years old, please ensure you check EVERY nook and cranny. They will avoid fixing any cars that come in and do extreme minor touch ups they think the buyer wont notice - trust me on this. PAY CLOSE ATTENTION. Otherwise you end up forking out way more money for repairs!

This place is horrible I purchased a used ram rebel only to find out come winter time that the 4 wheel drive didn't work ... Then they couldn't figure out what was wrong with , when they did they realized someone tried fixing the differentials and put the wrong gear ratio in it ! So after realizing that they had sold me truck that was broken they tried getting me to pay over 5 grand to have it fixed not to mention it was winter and I had not had my truck for a month ... So after some arguments they covered the cost - only to find out from another dealership that they had put a used part in my truck which didn't even last a year and was all rusted ... More time in the shop and add that this was during covid so my parts took longer than usual So after several calls to try n have something done about this , everyone was nice on the phone took all my info n just never called me back . This includes the general manager, head of sales and some random who left me a voicemail asking how my truck was or if I had any issue So I think it's safe to say I got ripped off n should prolly get a lawyer involved ... Needless to say I don't think I will ever purchase a Ram again n I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone How's that for customer service maybe it's a gender thing maybe it's a race thing all's I know is I was not treated fairly after signing on the dotted line

I'm setting this rating to a 2 for now, and may update it later. I had called to make an appointment for at least an alignment, after hitting a bad pothole. I was told that it takes an hour and an appointment would be needed. I was offered some times, and chose 1:30 PM, assuming it gives them a good 1.5 hours for a 2 hour job, and allowed me to still get my daughter from school. Instead after 1.5 hours my car still hasn't been touched! I sat in the lounge and no one had offered to update me on the situation. Customer service as i know it, would be to update the customer who is waiting, letting them know there has been a delay. After I decided to ask how my car was fairing, and was told it hadn't been pulled in garage yet, I was offered the option to reschedule?!?.. really? If it was communicated that they needed the car here all day and to make other arrangements I could accept the delay, but it was communicated to make an appointment. In reading reviews for this location, it does seem their service department is having challenges. Being told that making an appointment is required for an alignment, then seemingly the appointment isn't scheduled against other appointments using the same equipment, seems to me like booking meetings when the schedule shows the meeting room is already booked?!?!? Overall so far, a few challenges with service scheduling and customer service. Will update once there is an end to this appointment, if there is.

parts & service people....rude, grumpy and unbearable in person also on the phone. you can never ask them a SIMPLE question without a snoby answer. you go in thinking they cant be ignorant to you in person...wrong. they are either underpaid or over-worked they got a nasty tone to them. two of them got into a fight with each other over a car being done or not lol get it together people... no class...not professional....almost like the guys who work at scrap yards (probably hired on from tho places) stay away unless your just a nasty person yourself then you got a good % they will treat you better. sales department never dealt with...never will so i cant judge them.

Brought my car here for warrenty work twice first time was an oil leak for my 2018 jeep still under warrenty they found the leak and put black sealant over where it was leaking and called it a warrenty repair second time was for condensation in a headlight after I was blamed for the issue they replaced while at the same time breaking a clip for the wheel trim that now sticks out and the bumper under the headlight was pushed out I had to bang it back in place terrible customer service and repairs

I would not believe these top reviews most likely staff or friends. Bought a new 2018 jeep cherokee. Hood is a problem in 4 times still not fixed. the main computer resets and blue screens. In 4 times and taking cabs to work. This was brand new off the lot. Bought extra warranty for what. Told all the lies. We didnt see it happen. You need to come in when it does this. They dont listen. I sent an email no reply months ago. If you were emailing about a purchase to take your money I am sure I would get a reply. Avoid this place.

We found it reliable, easy handling, comfortable, spacious, useful for carting big items and for towing the trailer with ease. All these years later, entering into retirement, we decided to buy a van again. The Pacifica is like our Caravan on steroids! Its the perfect vehicle for carting our family in comfort and hauling the boat. The sunroofs make it bright and we were surprised to find the we appreciated the quality of the leather, the convenience of the large touch screen, the quality of the speaker system, the climate control from every seat, the ease of the push button sliding doors and the mid row windows that open. Shopping was not easy. We went to 5 Chrysler dealerships and talked to 7 Chrysler salesmen. We knew we wanted a Chrysler Pacifica Limited with specific features and these salesmen did not know the answers to our questions and they did not return our calls or follow up with us. Then we met Nick at Fairview Chrysler in Burlington and immediately we clicked. He was attentive, polite to each of us, eager to satisfy us and anticipated our questions. He was knowledgeable about the product and worked hard to negotiate a fair price for a Pacifica on the Fairview lot. He kept in close contact with me during the week it took to finalize paperwork and arrange payment. He went out of his way to make our purchase memorable. He delighted in our excitement when we went to pick it up. This was the biggest purchase we have ever made next to our home and Nick made the experience positive. My girlfriend and I bought a used Patriot from Fairview Chrysler. We liked the salesman Mike. He is no longer there so we may not go back after our 2nd purchase. Then this year we traded in our Patriot for a brand new 2019 Grand Cherokee limited edition with extra warranty. We got it there cause mike was friendly knowledgeable and not pushy. We have had many troubles with this car. The hood will rock up and down and on the skybridge to hamilton it looks like it will fly off. Also the main computer screen to control everything from heat to radio blue screens, freezes, resets, no sound and stays on if car turned off and door has opened. We took the cherokee into fairview twice for the repair. the hood still rocks and radio was never fixed. We bought this jeep cause my girlfriend has a relative that runs a dealership in another province and is connected to chrysler canada or north america. we got a good discount for family. I know he must know someone big because he gave us a code and the person doing the finance said where is this code from. he was new to chrysler but we got our relative on the phone on speaker he mention someones name and the rest of the staff new and said just put the code in. They never solved the computer problem or hood. They said they updated the software. We said we have video of the radio reset but they didnt care or want to see it. said nothing we can do. A fkin new 2019 jeep with extra warranty. wow. Just what you want to hear. so we took jeep to the chrysler dealer in hamitlon cause the problems were not fixed in 2 trips and my girlfriend had to cab on her dime to work. The hamilton dealer was close to her work. they also said they would shuttle her. she told them in advance she had to be on time to work they said no problem. They said 5 minutes for a drive. She sat for 25 minutes with no drive and waited longer and was late. She also said they fixed the hood but couldnt test it due to winter roads? Not sure if excuse or not. they said there was nothing they could do about the computer screen the software is updated. To try and make us feel good she says well you have lots of warranty left. well for a car that doesn't work and its 6 months old. great fix. The hood worked for 2 weeks and back to jumping up and down while driving. To go back to the Fairview place in Burlington. the first appointment they said we will call in a few hours for an update. My girlfriend called 2 times and they didn't know but will call back way before end of day as she didn't have a way home. they don't call so at the end of day she calls and they said we didn't know who told you they would call but the car has been ready for hours. Great service.

I called her on a Tuesday evening to inquire about a vehicle listed on the website and setup an appointment to come in and check it out. She held it for me and that evening (with my consent) she texted me more photos of the van. She was extremely easy going and not high pressure at all. Once purchased, the service didn't end there, we continued to communicate via text after I drove off the lot as I noticed little things that needed attention; I had only received 2 keys, one of which was a learning key, and she immediately resolved the issue by personally driving the 3rd key to me at my office. I also forgot my 407 transponder in my trade-in and she also hand delivered that to me. Truly felt like she cared about my experience. I had gone into Fairview a few months ago to do some preliminary Jeep number crunching with Ryan Culver as my lease from a competitor was coming up this August. Although Ryan knew I wasn't going to be purchasing at the time, he was extremely thorough and went over the different options of trade in's etc and pricing with me. There was no hard/pushy selling and I liked that. I went back into Fairview a week ago and Ryan remembered me and my trade! Within 4 hours I had a generous trade in value for my lease thanks to Ryan and the sales manager and was into a brand new 2017 Jeep Rubicon Unlimited with the speedy help of Rachel in F&I. (Part of that 4 hours was me taking the time to decide what I wanted). I had added some extras so I also dealt with the parts & service dept and found everyone very friendly, courteous and appreciative of my business. Its nice to see that both the front and back end of a dealership understands that Customer Service never stops once a sale is made. From the time I walked onto the lot to look, to walking off with my new vehicle there was never a feeling of being pushed into making the deal, or making sure I purchased the most expensive model. Michael was my sales consultant, he was very helpful, informative, and made the whole process very easy. Ray was the manager. He walked me through the paperwork process and made sure he explained all coverage and additional coverage options that were available. Extremely poor customer service and failed to simply address the issue I brought vehicle in for. When I got in truck after rude employee and service manager dismissed concern, I noticed a grand whole 2 km on my truck. Clearly, they didn't invest much time to determine whether or not my seat was loose. Avoid this service department and go elsewhere.

My experience with Fairview Chrysler was mostly a positive one. My Salesperson Ryan Culver made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions in a prompt and honest manner. He went out of his way to personally deliver my vehicle to me in a timely manner. Ryan is a down to earth guy who sincerely cares about the experience his customers have while purchasing a vehicle. Now, the Sales Manager who I only know as 'Jack' on the other hand, is a scary, rude and inhospitable individual who would be better suited working in the 'Collections' Department rather than as the Sales Manager. He should not have contact with customers purchasing vehicles. Even though I would never choose to have to deal with 'Jack' again in the future, I would intentionally seek out Ryan - even at a different dealer to assist me with my future vehicle purchases. Ryan know the meaning of 'Customer Service'

If I could return my newly purchased vehicle I would in a heart beat!! Never have I ever been treated so disrespectfully by a receptionist (June 23, 2020 called at 5:15pm) Was hung up on and put on hold and ignored. I would gladly pay a higher price for professionalism and respect!

I took my Dodge Ram for service. I asked them to check the alignment, balance rear tires, change oil, and fix the passenger mirror. When I picked up my car I had a $400 bill waiting for me. I asked them for details as to what they did and they were unable to provide me with any. I’ve never encountered this before. I can’t comment on the quality of the work, but they need to be prepared to answer customers questions. Not sure if I’ll return.

Went in seeking info on a challenger and the salesman took my info, driver's licence, etc and pulled the car out front. But didn't want to give me a test drive though citing some nonsense omvic suggestion. Not sure how one is supposed assess how a used vehicle drives without test driving it?? Are we just supposed to drop 50k cash on a car and trust the dealership. I think not!! My previous stint as a salesperson, we were told to encourage a test drive but I guess this dealership operates with a different philosophy. The salesman was dressed in dark cargo pants, runners and athletic shirt, so yeah maybe they do have a different philosophy because we were always told to look professional. Poor customer service and as much as I'd like to support the local dealership, not gonna happen when they treat walk in customers like this.

Poor service. I received a recall letter from FCA, called them them for an oil pump exchange for my brand new car, was told to wait a couple of more weeks. then I waited for a month, called again, when I call them again, I was told the car will stay there for 2 days and they cannot provide shuttle to Oakville although its just 15 minutes drive even though I took the shuttle before when I bought the car, and I was welcome to look for other Chrysler service providers.

My husband and I just purchased our Pacifica from the Fairview Chrysler dealership this past weekend. We had an incredible experience with their team who went above and beyond our expectations to get us the car we wanted. We dealt with Ray for the financing and Adrian the salesman who went out of his way for us- being I am 9 months pregnant and live out of town in Windsor, Adrian personally delivered the car to us over the weekend since I wasn’t able to drive for long periods this late in my pregnancy. He also drove my old car we traded in back to Scarborough for us! Very professional, courteous, & kind service we received from this dealership, would highly recommend!

If only I could leave a 0 star review. I purchased a brand new Jeep Patriot from here 7 years ago. Since day 1, we had nothing by problems with the transmission. It is a manual transmission, and I have had to bring it in 4 times to have the transmission fixed. One time I didn't even have my Jeep back for 24 hours before having it towed back to Fairview Chrysler to fix something they should have fixed the day before. Fast forward to today, 121,000 km later. More issues with my transmission. They are refusing to help since I'm out of the warranty period. The last time they fixed the transmission I was assured by Willie that he would take care of me. Willie has told me several times over the years that they have never seen a manual transmission needing this much work (guess I got a lemon). I am very disappointed that they won't cover this on good faith. I have lost all respect for this brand, and the staff at this location. I will never purchase another Jeep, Dodge or Chrysler.
