I've bought my first self owned veichle from this dealership and the exprience I've had was not that great. The service done to my veichle was super slow as it took them a month to give me my car. However when Umair gives you his word that he'll get things done to your car "it well get done". Umair kept his word and made sure my car was 100% ready with no problems when I pulled it off the lot. When buying a veichle from here you can by it with confident that it's going to perform well but you might have to wait weeks to get it. Thank you Umair and the team for the work that they have done on my car as I am really happy with the overall job done on My BMW 3 series. Also Special thanks to the mechanic Arcadio for working on it.

I would absolutely NOT recommend you buy your car here. I recently purchased a car and there was nothing but the worst service. When we picked up the car and drove it less then a day there was a problem that made the car undriveable. At the time of sale we were promised a second key. The dealer said they would call the seller of the car (which they did not), and get back to us within a week. Fast forward 2 months and we still do not have a second key. I recommend going somewhere with better service.

Very poor service. A customer bought a vehicle, a couple days after it was purchased they noticed there was an issue, we looked at it, told them what the problem was and sent to the dealership so they could resolve it because it was still under warranty. The dealership refused to fix it, they took advantage of a young person and acted like it wasn't their problem.

THE WORST SERVICE EVER!. Umair is a great sales person, however he has horrible follow through. He is very difficult to get a hold of and the only way I get a response is if I text, I'm fairly certain that he screens calls and doesnt answer files that are closed and have already purchased a vehicle. I purchased a vehicle last year and I' still have not received my warranty paperwork that I was told would be get right away. Life got busy and I only realized that I didnt have it when I was asked by the mechanic. I have tried many times to get a hold of the office and Umair. All I'm looking for is a copy of my warranty

Went in on a Saturday to pick up a uhaul truck... no one was there to open help me with my order from uhaul, they place trucks on his lot, but he was helpful friendly and waited to help me get the truck out, i had a look inside and he had a clean and well equipped detail area and alot of nice vehicles looking fresh, i would definitely recommend the services here

Was recommended "Elite Fine Cars" by a friend (who LOVES their car that they purchased at this dealership- and, they have a refer-a-friend program!) and was very happy with my transactions with Shahar and Zain. Felt confident throughout the process (they allowed me to have the vehicle inspected by a 3rd party) and they were both quick to respond. The shop offers impressive warranties for a fair price. Just bought a car from them. Great energy friendly brothers and salesman. I've read somewhere that they hand pick their cars and must say that they do just that when you look at their inventory. Their name Elite Fine Cars says it all! They do live up to the name from beginning to end with great detailing. Your used car will sound new and look new, that is how much they seem to care. When looking for a GREAT used car, you must put these guys into your list. No BS...No pressure selling....and try to go, with reason, above and beyond your request. In my understanding,they usually take 2 days to deliver a car due to licensing, safety/etest, financing and the cherry, the detailing of your car. Due to personal circumstances I needed the car the next day, although they didn't promise me that they will have it ready, they said they will try their best (haven't we all heard that before ;))....And their best they did! They went above and beyond my expectations and delivered the car the next day with all the certification/financing/detailing. I must say that I understand that it isn't in their policies to do that due to the coordination of all the required steps needed to deliver the car. This said, the stars aligned themselves and must say that I am a very happy customer. The car runs great, and Elite Fine Cars is officially a place that I will recommend to friends and family and officially my first stop if I choose to buy another vehicule. With this I say Happy Car Hunting!

Very poor service. Very rude, judgemental owner. I went with my parents and my sister to buy a car for my sister. Place was closed during the hours that suppose to be open. Called the phone number and we were told to wait for 20. He showed up 35 minutes later just as we were about to leave. Once he arrived he would not let us test drive the car. We were only allowed to look. Horrible service. We will never return to this place and I strongly recommend against buying anything from these guys. I'm very suspicious of their cars and kilometres on them. Very shady people. Don't waste your time.

Brought my car in for basic maintenance on my Honda Civic after a friend recommended them to me. The team here went above and beyond in taking care of my car and treated it as if it was one of their own. They even repaired a break in my bumper as a bonus! Everyone was very nice while I waited in the office for my car work to be completed. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend.

I have had the worse experience from there, the sale person name Umair who have absolutely no manners how to deal with customers, I went to see the BMW I8 its $100,000 car and I was not even asked to test drive forget test drive I was not even asked to sit and talk about numbers, I welcome my self that I would like to sit down and talk about numbers. I have had such a bad experience that I rather buy a car straight from the BMW dealership and pay them extra $20,000 cuz its totally worth it. At least they know how to treat and deal with customers. The worse place I have ever been I will not recommend it anyone.

Finally finding time to write this review and relate my experience in dealing with Elite Fine Cars (EFC) and its owner, Umair. I recently purchased a beautiful, mint!, older luxury sports car, at a fantastic price from EFC. I dealt directly with Umair, who really went out of his way to ensure small details pertaining to the mechanical functionality, as well as the cosmetic appearance of my car, were carefully dealt with, to my satisfaction, prior to delivery of the vehicle. Lou, Mo, and the entire crew in the shop (on site) were great! Umair is very willing and proud to cater to FIRST Responders!! Consider checking him and EFC out if you are in the market for a great used car. Stay Safe on the roads.

THE WORST! DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM HERE. We bought a car from Elite in January. We returned it the day after because it was vibrating on the Hwy over 100 km/hour. They took the car to fix it and gave it back a week later unfixed. This went on a few times. After two months of going back and forth and the issue with the car not resolved, we gave the car back and asked for our money back. They gave lame excuses as to why they would not give us the full amount back... We signed a return document and they finally promised us a cheque. We went to pick it up a few times and each time they would say "come on such and such a night and I will give you the cheque. We would arrive and the dealership would be closed.They are shady shady. Save yourself the trouble. We are now in the process of going to court to get our $17k back. Reading some of the other reviews it looks like they have done this before...

I bought 2009 Mercedes E350 from Elite fine Cars last week and picked it up on Dec 01 in almost like a New Car in Mint. The Owner brothers Umair and Zane were very professional, polite, pleasant and very knowledgeable salesmen who knew about all matters about the vehicle , which you don't find too often in other dealerships. They have done a few extras without asking them such as a perfect detailing of the vehicle, touch ups and all the necessary things which you need to see in a clean car. Rust proof Undercoating, Perma shine etc are extra but are at a very nominal cost. Amazing customer service given by Umair throughout the entire transaction. The team made sure my car was in tip top shape before I was allowed to leave and I am extremely happy with it. With the amazing detailing job done by Markus my car looks brand new, and it's even fully loaded! Bob made it possible for me to purchase this beauty by giving some wiggle room in regards to pricing and for the car that I got and the car that I paid, I got an amazing deal! Umair went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% happy with my car, down to running out to get my a dome light bulb upon discovering that it was burnt out while I was about to drive away! 100% would recommend.

Bought a car 6 months ago. Soon after I purchased a car from them it had few issues. Did not receive my warranty documents and car had minor issues. I found it hard to get hold on to the sales person I dealt with but I understand when you are running a busy place and get caught up with stuff. it took me few voicemail and text messages before I got hold on to the guy and I must say they are honest people, do what they say and stand by their word. I was entertained beyond my expectation. I did have issues which needed to be addressed and lady went out her way to help me resolve the issue and not only that she stayed intouch after a while to made sure that the issues were resolved. Stay away from these scam artists. I got my car last year with an airbag light and a passenger seat occupancy sensor. My engine seal is leaking and my warranty papers I never received. The mechanic was suppose to fix my airbag light. I went to get it done. Let’s just say I waited for 3 hours before my car even got worked on and all they did was reset my lights. Waste of a whole day. Now they don’t answer they’re phones, answer they’re emails. Don’t waste your time with these lousy people they’re here to take ur buck and run.

Website claims they are open at 10 on Sat. They are NOT. The time on the door says 1pm. Came from Brantford to get one of their vehicles to find out they are not open. When staff arrived and we asked about it, they said they were not open because of a wedding. That does not make sense as a reason not to be open at 10 cause the door said 1 anyhow. We were told to call another man regarding the car we came to buy but he didnt even answer the phone. Terrible business practice I would say. Anyone who posted a postive review may have been a relative? Went to Car Nation on North Service Rd and spent our 20k there instead. They had great service!!!!
