I had previously been reluctant to visit dealerships for service as I thought they were overpriced. I received a notice in the mail from Toyota about some warranty work so I brought my Tacoma in for that. The service employee recommended that while there, I should have some scheduled maintenance done, which I knew I needed. The price was competitive, so I went ahead with it. I was given a loaner vehicle for the 2 days that they had my truck, and when I picked my truck up it was completely cleaned and detailed. Tom, in service made me feel like he personally cared about my vehicle. And the automotive technicians did a fantastic job with the maintenance and repairs. I will certainly be bringing my truck here for work in the future!

I brought in my 2016 Corolla for winter tires and service on Decemeber 6 (with a 4 month old infant in tow). Matt in parts and services was literally incredible and compassionate and always smiling. You can tell that he loves what he does and it reflects in his interaction with both staff and customers. When I come back I will specifically asking for Matt, so Matt don't leave anytime soon. I recently leased a rav4 hybrid from Burlington Toyota. I was treated to excellent customer service and a very pleasant experience. I had the pleasure of dealing with Hamed, he was patient and went out of his way to make sure I was happy. I will always refer my friends and family to Hamed at Burlington Toyota. His many years of experience really show in his professionalism. The rest of the staff was also kind and appreciated the business I was giving them.

I recently had a small emergency that needed immediate attention in order to keep my vehicle safe and driveable. I was able to drive right in and they helped me out on the spot. This was the first time I have needed quick help and was thrilled that they were able to help me out.
From start to finish my experience in purchasing a Toyota Corolla was excellent. Zee was great and so was Rita and anyone else I dealt with from the time I purchased the car to the time I went to pick it up. I hope this kind of service and treatment continues!
The customer service here is the best I have ever experienced. I just bought a 2014 Yaris my sales person was Joe Cabral this guy is amazing he is straight to the point and funny as well.. The sales manager was amazing too super nice easy to deal with and Chris in fianace was amazing too. The whole staff is great offering me coffee or just having a conversation with you while u are waiting. I will recommend this place to everyone buying a car the whole experience was fantastic I'll definitely be coming back here to buy another vehicle..

This is our second new Toyota from Burlington Toyota..last year We dropped in to test drive a pre-owned Camry as our previous Camry had 150,000 kilos on it..the used Camry was fine but We wanted to try a small SUV..so ended up buying a new 2015 Rav 4..its been great..This year We wanted to test drive a 2016 Highlander as we had owned a 2005 model for 5 years and loved it...So when we went in to the dealer we were greeted by Zee..and after mentioning the we had dealt with Jason on our prior visit, he was friendly and mentioned that Jason was on holidays and he would ,without obligation, get a new Highlander ready for us to drive. After a brief road test we decided to make the purchase..and with great assistance from Ed the Manager, we struck a deal and picked up the new unit a week later..the only hiccup was the remote starter accessory that was promised to be installed when available. I would highly recommend Burlington Toyota for their "no pressure" environment and sales staff especially Zee..(he has cookies hidden in his desk!)
BLOWN AWAY (NOT in a good way)- I was rear-ended last week, car total loss...walked in READY to make a deal...entered with my friend, and a stroller...proceeded to try and fit the stroller into the Rav...and played around, looked at other models and loudly said "man i just really need to get a car"... no one. this was 6pm on a Wednesday night. Finally we approached someone and asked for help....the response "I think someone in the office around the corner might be free, go check" - we left. We went to Halton Honda (check their reviews) and met Greg Berg....amazing...simply amazing... haven't decided yet, but what a huge difference.
Met with Zach Doxey as my wife and I planned to purchase a 2022 Corolla Hybrid with Premium package. I was expecting no inventory and was prepared to pay MSRP with cash. I got no information about the car itself. Some pictures or a brochure would have been nice to show my wife. I was offered MSRP. There were no incentives to buy from this dealership compared to other dealerships. I asked for my wife’s car to be appraised to see how much we would ultimately have to pay. Zach did not want to even look at my wife’s car. I suggested to Zach I was also interested in a 2021 Toyota Corolla SE that was on the lot. No response there. Do not waste your time here. There are other Toyota dealerships in the surrounding areas that offer better service.
If you are looking for exceptional service call for Nick Addison in the sales department. While he is young, enthusiastic and personable, he's not your typical pushy salesperson. It was a delight to work with him and I'm so enjoying my new car. As a senior woman I also appreciate that Burlington Toyota has an exceptional service department. In 8 years I've never been upsold. In fact recently another local tire company told me I needed new front rotors and when I went to Toyota to have the work done I was told my rotors were just fine. I know I'm in good hands here.
It's a beautiful building, but the staff are disorganized and even though I was a bit late they didn't have everything ready to go for me and I needed to wait and then pay separately for two different transactions. Also my pick up was delayed because they forget to get new license plates even though I told two different people. Maybe others had a better experience, but I will be going somewhere else next time.

I've been to Burlington Toyota twice (taking off my winter tires and an oil change). Both times, I was in and out in just over 30 minutes, which is unheard of in my experience! The service was fast, reliable, and they even saw me right away when I arrived early. All my servicing will be done at this location going forward.
Purchased used car from Burlington Toyota. I had purchased many vehicles from many dealerships and brands. So far I had the best experience from Burlington Toyota. Fast, respectful, professional service. No pressure at all. As a test drive, they allowed to take car I was planning to buy home to show to other family members before purchase, which was quite helpful and wonderful experience. On top of all that, they gave me a huge gift basket on a delivery day (completely unexpected). Highly recommend this dealership and Toyota brand.

My husband bought his first Toyota from this location and it was a pretty seamless experience, so when we were looking for a second car we decided to come back. I'm not sure if it was just because it was the Red Tag sale and everyone was busy, but the experience was super strange. First we waited 35 minutes before a sales rep actually came and spoke to us because they wanted us to speak to the same sales rep (although we would've been okay with anyone) from my husband's car purchase years ago. They shuffled us around before John was free to actually speak to us and he was super distracted, kind of gave us the keys to one of the 2 vehicles we wanted to check out and sent us on our test drive. When we returned he kind of just told us to wander around in the parking lot to check out the Hybrid Rav4 on our own. We left without really getting to see what we wanted and it was a super disappointing and disorganized experience.
They have been servicing and repairing my Rav4 for 4 years. Always friendly and honest. I have never felt like they offered a service that wasn't necessary. One time I had a repair and something wasn't done right, so I brought it back a day or two later with no appointment, they looked at it right away and corrected the problem with no charge. I recommend them for servicing your Toyota.

I had a great experience with the Sales staff at Burlington Toyota, after shopping around a few dealerships this is where we felt the most confident purchasing. However after landing on a vehicle and price, the experience I had with the Financing Team & Management was unbelievably unprofessional - I've been waiting 5 months for resolution on documentation that was submitted incorrectly with both TD & The MTO. Important pieces of our agreement were blatantly disregarded, even after giving feedback and asking for it to be changed in-person. At the end of the day it doesnt seem that there is a customer-centric culture, at this dealership, especially with those in management.

Three times came in to Toyota Burlington dealership to purchase a Highlander ... Standing there at the front desk for good 20 minutes facing massive signs 'stop' regarding covid procedures finally a young lady approached me. I was briefly told that they are very busy and asked what is my question ... I said I'm here regarding the Highlander and what is the interest rate . . . I didn't even have a chance to finish she told me that they're quite high even though they have the red tag day they only have cut down on 36 month interest. Since they're so *busy I came back two days later. Same procedure standing there for quite a while at the front desk nobody even bothered to approach me. I gave them one more chance and came back a day later. Same, standing there facing 'STOP do not pass this point' signs approximately 20 minutes later I decided to leave. "Thank you" Toyota Burlington for wasting my time ! There's so many other dealerships who will appreciate a client who walks in to buy a $55,000 vehicle, especially during this tremendous hard time .
No high pressure sales tactics and good selection and inventory.
Bought a used Toyota Tundra from this dealership and have been paying a solid note on it. I thought a Toyota dealership would be the most trustworthy place to buy a Toyota but I was proven wrong. This Toyota mechanic certified vehicle had $6-7k worth of wiring damage that they’re were not transparent about. It also had spray paint on sections not initially noticed to my untrained eye and not mentioned by the salesman. I came in as a young working class Vermonter with my 1 year old child and wife in tow. Now I’m paying a top rate note on a work truck that has lost value with a fresh damage history. If you buy from Toyota you MUST get an independent mechanic to look at it. Good luck ????

Seatbelt on my Corolla got jammed. I pulled into a service bay. And was done within minutes. The service was friendly, helpful and they had it fixed quickly. Very happy!
The first time I phoned I hung on for 10 minutes waiting for service till I finally hung up. When I called back an hour later, I had to gang on for 5 minutes before service answered. This is disgusting and no way to treat customers. However once I had my car in, the service by Gordon and Adam was excellent and always appreciate the way they treat me.

Their customer service is awful. It’s been a few times now. Worst Toyota service Center I’ve ever attended. Long story short, they were suppose to bring a part in and put the money towards (from a previous customer service issue) that repair. That was 6 months ago. No part was brought in. No follow up call from customer service. Just completely forgotten about. They lack care in their customer service.

I’ve come here a few times for service of my Toyota vehicle without issue. However my last experience left me feeling dissaponted and taking my business elsewhere. I tried to purchase tires from them by calling in. I was told I could come by that evening to put in the order. When I did, the service desk was closed and the time I was given on the phone to come in incorrect. I was told someone would call me the next day to go through my order. No one did. I then went back to the dealership the next day to order the tires and was made to feel my business was unwanted. I waited aimlessley for someone to help me and when they did, they seemed to come up with excuses not to help me. I told them the price quoted to me he day prior for tires, but the price had gone up $100. Despite their own quote and quotes I had from other tire shops, they never offered a price match. They have signs up everywhere to price match. The price did not matter at that point, it was more the unwillingness of the sales rep to actually put in my order. So I left and took my business elsewhere. I then wrote an email to the dealership detailing my experience, their response was to agree that was not good service and nothing more was said. They didn’t offer anything to make it better or ask whom the sales rep was that I spoke to. I truly value customer service and being treated with respect. I would rather drive out of my way to give my $ to another dealership than be treated with indifference. I can only wonder if toyota Burlington is doing so welll with their business, they simply don’t need mine.
Was hesitant to take my car here because of so many bad experiences at Erin Park Toyota, but it was such a difference! The staff were all super friendly and put the customers first, and the service was so much quicker despite being a smaller building. Shoutout to my service advisor Madeleine who made it a great experience all around. Will definitely return for future services.

I'm not sure if this just applies to pre-owned department or the store as a whole, but recently I've had an experience where I saw this pre-owned car that they were selling and when I contacted them, they told me to call them next day morning before I come visit the car to make sure the car is still available. So I called the person before starting my trip and he told me to come in and the car is available. I drove from East-Toronto all the way to Burlington believing his words. While I was 3 minutes away from the destination, he called me and said sorry the car has been sold just now. Someone just came in bought it. I end wasting the whole day because of this and I feel like they doesn't give any courtesy to the people who book an appointment to see the car.

I have been bringing my Toyota for service here for the past 3 years and I have never been left disappointed. Great waiting area with complimentary coffee, wifi and TV. Friendly staff. And quick service times. I also wanted to point out my positive experience from today (09/19/19). I had just got back from a road trip and my car was long overdue for an oil change. I pulled my car into the service garage today without an appointment. Adam, the service advisor, said it wasn't a problem. I then curiously asked about the service interval for my car's transmission fluid, and was told that it could be done same day. Well, a cup of coffee and 45 minutes later, my car's engine oil and transmission fluid had been changed. And my car was washed as well!

After being told at another dealer that we couldn't get the car we wanted we were pleasantly surprised that Nick (our salesman) told us he could get it even if they didn't have stock. I bought a used Yaris as my first car. I have been taking it to these guys since I bought it and they have done a great job. They explain to me what the problem is and usually find the most affordable option for me to fix it. My headlight went out and I brought in a bulb frantically late one winter evening and they changed my bulb for me for free. The shuttle driver offered to pick me up later than his usual shift. It was really nice of him and I appreciated the gesture. I've been a happy customer for two years!

I stopped by Burlington Toyota after a check engine light came on my car on Christmas Day. Their COVID procedures were excellent and the service advisor did a great job explaining the issue to me. The work was done quickly and they checked in on a regular basis. However, I was a bit disappointed that they charged me the diagnostic fee given I purchased the part and had the work done there.

I've never had such a hard time booking an appointment for an oil change. I've tried 4 times to contact Parts and Services to book an appointment as I was reaching the oil change point, no luck hearing back. I went into the toyota on Saturday evening (not realizing that Parts and Services closed an hour earlier) and the receptionist kindly let me know they had closed and she took down my information, and told me that she would leave it where it would not be missed and that I would be called Monday morning and get booked in. It's now Monday afternoon and I still haven't received a call. Good thing I went elsewhere.

Dealership has a big selection and friendly sales staff. Just watch out when buying a used vehicle, I've had nothing but problems. Tried to get them to look at a check engine light three weeks after purchase and ended up with a $700 plus estimate and no discount. Also many other issues since.

As a loyal Toyota customer for the past 12 years, I was ready to upgrade my current car with another Toyota, probably a Camry. My visit to the Burlington dealership was nothing but a huge disappointment. The salesman could not be more disengaged and did not bother to provide any details regarding their cars, the features, etc. I was pretty much only handed in the car key to take the car for a test drive. When I inquired about the price, interest rates and the current deals I was told everything is available online on their website! The salesman did not even go over their current deals! First time I came across such indifference. I was not even invited to sit down to go over the available options which was blamed on Covid. This was sufficient for me to leave right away and never look back! My loyalty to Toyota stays the same but this branch unfortunately, will not be getting my business.

They charge you extra! The first time I went there, I and my friends want to change engine oil, and after half an hour waiting, they told both me and my friend that we need to do transmission fluid flushes. My car also needs a wheel alignment while my friend's car needs coolant change and new windshield wiper. The bills grew quickly from $70 to $500+. Not only the claims are dubious, but I also find that they charge 15%-20% more than other decent auto shop. Will never visit this dealer again. They do give me a free car wash during the service. But it's not "free", I paid too much for that free service.

Unless you like to be humiliated and treated with extreme disdain by the exceptionally rude finance woman. I would advise you to go to either Heffner Toyota or Guelph Toyota. I have purchased vehicles from both dealers and been treated as a customer should be. Burlington Toyota I am quite honestly dumbfounded you would have someone so horrible representing your dealership.

Service hours are terrible. I like most people work full time hours (Mon-Fri from 8-4pm) and with the latest appointment time any day of the week being 4pm that means having to take time off work just to bring my vehicle in. This wouldn't be such a big issue if they had shuttle service (but understandably secondary to covid this is still not an option). I purchased a new Corolla last month and there is already an issue with the camera malfunctioning that I have had to take it in for (meaning taking time off work) and then being told the part isn't in and I'd have to come back again (great..using more of my vacation hours for car maintenance).

My wife ordered her first NEW car from Jason yesterday, he was polite, soft spoken and not one bit pushy, he had to run numbers on a couple of cars but we never once felt he was put out by it. When we were passed on to the Business manager “Hafiz” the experience was the same, yes he is obliged to offer you all the add ons but the choice is yours alone. Our Corolla is on order, let’s hope the delivery service is as pleasant, I expect it will be.
Had to get some maintenance done on the car. It did not take very long and the waiting area was very nice. They had free muffins, coffee and wi-fi, They even washed my car.
Quincy helped me get a RAV4. Ordered the XSE Hybrid in April, and got a Limited in August. Would have liked to get the original car I ordered instead of paying the extra $ for stuff I didn't really care that much about. They gave me a good price for my trade in which is why I still went ahead. Quincy is a nice guy. A lot more apologetic than the management.

This review is for their SERVICE CENTER, to my surprise they will fix other made cars !!! I went over there for my Dodge Caravan 2010 alignment. The mechanic which his name was JIAN fixed it very fast. Also, He found out I installed the winter tires in the wrong order which he rotates them. Go there and ask for JIAN to fix your car.

I drive all the way from Collingwood to get my service done or buy any vehicle. this is my third vehicle I am getting with them and they are the best. it usually happens to hand over my truck to the last guy at the row at the service lane and I really have forgotten his name sorry the last guy at the row heheh but you are the best of the best and thank you so much. Nothing but issues with Toyota since I leased one in 2014. This particular service department in Burlington is run by a bunch of cons and vultures. I brought my car to Toyota London to have a stupid leak looked at and they couldn't find anything. The solution was to bring it back to see a shop foreman. A week later I went to Toyota Burlington to have a FOREMAN look at it. I explained the tests they already ran and what I wanted done. This is the labour agreement I signed for. Not to run the exact same tests again and give me the same solution. Toyota London offered me 50% off the labour since they didnt find the issue and they went to the extent of ripping out the carpets and everything. I brought the car to Burlington a week later and spoke with Eric. It sounds to me like a foreman did absolutely nothing and Eric is the advisor who did the same tests they did in London. They did the same work, less work and want to charge me double the price. Its funny how one person here tells you one thing and the next tells you something different. Eric is never around each time Ive come in and I have to speak to him. He doesnt answer his cell phone nothing. Matt today decided to offer his useless and nonsensical opinion on the situation even though he was unable to make the call and proceeded to argue with me. Maybe he should get back to work and stop telling everyone about how he used to do lots of drugs. Totally unprofessional department and I will not be back. Hopefully a manager calls me back this time. I only paid the invoice because I got sucked into buying another Corolla and had to pick it up today in London so I needed my second set of keys. Toyota the brand sucks. No accountability whatsoever and talks down to loyal customers. Ive never disputed anything in the past but I just got completely ripped off and I will be reporting a detailed experience to the Better Business Bureau. Looks like Im going to Ancaster from now on. I heard this is a family owned location. Good to know!

The parts guys have always been good here, but they have gone out of their way lately to be super helpful and provide great service. It doesnt hurt that many consumables, like synthetic oil and wiper blade inserts, are very well priced.

Called 3 times for service for my Toyota truck- each time waited for 15 minutes on hold or phone wasn't even picked up at all. The one time the phone was picked up I was transferred to a Service Adviser, I waited 10 minutes for the transfer to go through. Then when the SA picked up and was very rushed and didn't have any knowledge of the repair which was I was looking to book. He then proceeded to explain that he had no availability and that I should just call Oakville Toyota. Brutal customer experience.

I recently purchased a used vehicle just over 1 month ago from this dealership (for over $21,000+ not including fees, taxes and warranty) and have had nothing but issues with it (transmission and rack & pinion so far). Since it wasn't a Toyota vehicle, I've had nothing but the runaround with them. I wanted to return it for another vehicle and they said they would give me basically HALF what I paid for it. If you're going to purchase ANY vehicle from this dealership, make sure it's a Toyota otherwise you'll get shafted. I truly wish I had passed on this lemon.

Amazing service amazing staff
I am writing this review after having dealt with Burlington Toyota for over a year and having multiple issues with their service team’s miscommunication on fixing my car. A part needed to be replaced in my car and I never head from service unless I asked at the dealership or phoned them directly. I directly called the service manager in June (6 months after not hearing about my car part), and received a call from the service advisor instead who tried to help with the issue. Additionally, a part was not put back in my car for an oil change beginning of 2020 and I had to come back. They offered a free oil change for the mishap but the last issue occurred last week. I visited Toyota to pick up my car with my father after the ‘free’ oil change and part exchanged (after 9 months) was completed. The power was down but they had my receipt that showed I had to pay for the oil change. NONE of the service team was there...only a sales manager and receptionist. The Sales Manager REFUSED to call anyone and stated I needed to pay in order to get the keys. To say to someone “just pay the bill and we will look into it tomorrow” should NOT be the only answer. I explained they needed to call someone (i.e. Service advisor, service manager) but they kept refusing. The heated discussion went on for 15 mins until I started to cry over how they managed my car issues as well as the sales manager’s lack of understanding or compassion over the issue. He refused to contact a service advisor/manager until I was in tears. After being at Burlington dealership for over an hour I received the keys to my car with tears in my eyes having felt not heard and misjudged when really it could have been easily rectified by calling a service advisor or manager at the beginning. I’m not sure if it was because I was a woman? or my father and I were from south Asian descent? The service manager called the next day and said it was neither and said I should never say I was racially profiled… but I have to wonder is this how you treat all your clients who get service at your facility? NO ONE should have to go through what we went through EVER. Ultimately, I think it is important to ensure teams provide excellent customer service; this was not shown at your dealership. I would never want anyone to go through what I went through. Apologies were given by service manager and team but I think acknowledgement about how I was treated and looking into changing practices NEEDS to be implemented.

We purchased a Corolla today. Hamed was very straightforward and helpful with no pressure. He really knows his car details and was able to provide clear and helpful explanations for our questions. We are repeat customers of Burlington Toyota and we have no hesitation in recommending Hamed and Burlington Toyota.
2+ hours for an oil change, no one came to tell me what was going on, had to track down another service rep. They might have forgot I was waiting... Not sure what happened.
Service is excellent on all fronts. I've been a repeat customer for 35 years and am very satisfied. They individually go above and beyond - I've called long distance back to them twice when I had an issue on a trip and both times they ensured both me and my vehicle were safe and well looked after. Past the events they touched base to check on my satisfaction. Salesman Hamed Topolovic (and also Joe Cabral in Hamed's absence) are top-notch and really care about getting it right and suiting their client's needs.
The work is good, done in a timely way and the staff a pleasure to work with. I really appreciate the car wash after a significant repair. I've gone there now for 7 years.
Before heading to the dealership on July 4th, we checked the website and there was nothing mentioned about having to wear a mask to be served, otherwise We would have not bothered to come. We knew exactly what we wanted and our budget. Everyone in the dealership was wearing a mask and there were plexiglass on every table and we declined disposable masks when offered. A salesperson said that they were not able to help us, since we were not wearing masks and that “COVID is more important”. We left with a very unpleasant feeling. Nobody even tried to accommodate us. 1. Wearing a Mask is dangerous for my health. 2. All people in the dealership were protected adequately. 2. Disposable mask does not protect from COVID or any other virus. So Why I am required to breathe My own carbon dioxide to be able to get a service?? Why my health is less important then Covid, as the salesperson said?? Before you guys decide to decline service to anyone, you should consult with a Human Rights lawyer. So disappointed with lack of effort and consideration from the side of the workers!!!! Getting my car tomorrow at Brantford Toyota!

Had a pretty bad experience at the Burlington Toyota store on Fairview where I went to buy a car. I felt insulted the way two of the so called managers Sion Matthew Lewis (Sales Manager) and Chris Lichach (Business Manager) conversed with me. It felt that they were doing a big favour on me by selling their car and they are the only people in the whole world who will be selling me a Toyota car or any other car. I guess they forgot that they are not the only dealers of Toyota or there are dealers of other cars who will be happy to take my business. All I was trying to do was to negotiate a deal which as a customer is my right but even if you guys are unable to give a deal still there is a way to do so. You don’t talk in an insulting tone. You guys are not giving the vehicle to me for free that you think it is right to talk in such a way with a customer. The Business Manager lady Chris was boasting about her 30 years of experience but it seemed that she might not have even 3 months of experience and the other guy the so called Sales Manager Sion was dealing in such a bid manner which no one who has done a single sale in his life will not behave. I have about 15 years of experience in Sales which is less than the 30 the business manager claims to have but never had seen anyone or even myself too had interacted with a customer like that. All I have to say is that anyone can sell a vehicle but the first rule of sales is to give excellent customer service but I guess nobody bothered to tell you guys about the same. Shame on you Burlington Toyota if this is the level of customer service you are providing and that kind of training is imparted to your managers. Also shame on Toyota Canada as well for not teaching people who are representing their brand proper how to properly deal with customers. You guys should tell them to start from the basics so atleast they know what is the meaning of customer service. If the top management is like that then what to say about the associates. They will definitely take to what the upper management does. Essentially all you care is about is more and more business with the concept of customer service unheard of. Shame on you and your managers too who are a big black spot on the name of customer service.

We had a great experience! Everyone was very friendly. Hafiz was very knowledgeable about the car and it's features, was quick to point out pros and cons and very upfront about all the costs. He even got us a discount we didn't know we qualified for!! Although it took a while to get the car in we were kept up to date and everything went smoothly!

Extremely Rude Behaviour From the manage ( Don’t know his name.) On the Day of Delivery i had to cancel the deal. I had Bought an insurance & after paying 4000 down i had to cancel the deal. Because Downpayment was increases by 500$ & There wasn’t Change in monthly payment so i had to pay 500$ extra & That was not a Deal at all. The way manager walk out from the Office was insulting. Owner can Check all the paperwork which was Done on Thursday. I have sign a deal that After putting 5000$ down my monthly payment would be 352$. But on Delivery day they change it to 5500$ down & there isn’t any chance on monthly Payment. Among This Mr. Quincy was so nice & so Professional . Thank you Mr. Quincy for all your support & Help.

I was calling various dealerships looking for a new Scion. My experience with other dealerships was poor until I got on the phone with Zee and Burlington Toyota. Unlike many other sales people, Zee was very honest with me and answered my questions regarding pricing in a clear and straightforward manner. My huge issue with this location is they scratched my paint on a previous service when washing my car (btw even if you spend $400 on a service you practically have to beg them to wash your car as they don’t do anything over and above the bare minimum at this location). Now I have over a thousand $ of paint damage to deal with. Also had a few warranty issues which again they did the absolute bare minimum in trying to resolve and didn’t resolve the issue. Even something as simple as finding out when the shuttle bus will be in seemed like a huge deal to the service person, overall crappy service. Will be going elsewhere from now on.

My visit with Hafiz wasn't really well. Consultant didn't even offered the test drive which is the very 1st step for selecting new car. I didn't see any initiative/interest/Courtesy from Hafiz like other Sales guys where they offer water/tea/test drive/sharing brochures/going through why Toyota is better than anyone else. Went to Oakville Toyota and Sales Guy(Spencer Bird) was really young but didn't missed even single opportunity to explain why Toyota Brand than others. Had a test drive also. I think there is lot to learn for Burlington Sales person, at-least to ask for test drive and showing an active interest what customer is asking instead just sitting behind the computer and print some numbers . Nevertheless, Burlington Branch is really good expect this odd experience.
While other Toyota dealers have joined the modern age this dealership is stuck in the stone age. When asked for best pricing, the old age tactic of you must come in and meet my manager appeared. Good to see that not all Ontario Toyota dealers still work this way. (I purchased a car from another Toyota dealer)

Came in for normal Maintenance. Oil change and minor recall update. Took two hours with not a word, text, phone call about progress. Had to call the dealership by phone to get a update. Kept in show room pend in by cars and tires no direct access to washrooms like a giant playpen with out the toys. When car was finished they did not deliver around to front area but had to run through pouring rain to get to the car. I am sure the mechanical work was good, but the service and experience wasn't

Obviously I contacted this dealer as I am in the market for a new vehicle and I let them know I was looking to purchase within the week. I received a initial email response from a sales rep saying he would be happy to help and letting me know of his hours. However after a couple more e-mails went unanswered and a text to his phone received no response. I decided to go in during his working hours at the same time I suggested in my emails and texts. I arrived and asked the front if he was in they said they would find him and send him to me. After waiting an hour and asking the front multiple times if he or anyone else could help me and being told they know I am here... I said thanks but no thanks if the service is that bad before you buy it cant get any better after I purchase.
I bought a 2015 Rav 4 from these guys and let me tell you , what a wonderful experience. I had a terrible one at another dealership ( ford Mississauga on Mavis ) so a client of mine said go see Natalie at Burlington Toyota. Not only did she get me the best possible price but she made us feel confident in what we were buying. If your looking to buy a Toyota I highly recommend going to Burlington Toyota and see Natalie. And if you do buy a Toyota go see Matt in service . Just a bunch of great people doing a fantastic job.

I recently purchased a used Toyota Rav 4 from Burlington Toyota, and had a very good buying experience with them. The Sales Rep, Hamed, was very courteous and patient as he showed us several different cars. Going back and forth retrieving keys, without being the least bit pushy. He was knowledgeable, and talked to us about options. I was however disappointed about the long wait after I had decided to actually purchase the car. And especially not impressed with how the Manager dealt with us during the payment process. It seemed that as soon as we told her that we were not interested in getting extended warranties, she forgot how to be courteous. And she did not return a phone call I made to her a few days later to confirm our pick up date and time. The service department did a fabulous job buffing out the scrap that had been on the back bumper. You couldn't even tell it had been there! Hats off to them! All around a good experience, except for the Manager's interaction with us. Otherwise, I would have given this dealership a 5 star rating.

I had to go in unexpectedly as my car wouldn't start. I met with Matt in service and he was absolutely fantastic. I explained the situation and they checked the vehicle out. It started first turn of the key for them, but he did a diagnostic to make sure there was nothing wrong. In addition, they updated the software that was recalled and sent me on my way. No charge, quick and professional. Can't say enough how great Matt was. **UPDATE - I recently bought a new truck from Burlington Toyota and was really happy with the service I received from Nick Addison. He was friendly, informative, easy to communicate with and kept me in the loop during the whole process. I would highly recommend going to see Nick if you are in the market for a car.

The worst new car buying experience i have ever had. The experience was very frustrating as all we were told is lies and more lies to keep us on the line. Waited for the car for 4 months and then was told they can't get the car come pick up the deposit. Very unprofessional treatment towards us and to find out later from another honest dealer they wanted me out because the profit for them was not enough. There is much much more i could write about how many lies, unprofessionalism that occurred but its not worth my energy and time. At the end I ended up going somewhere else where they treated me with respect and got the trim, color car i wanted in 3 weeks no hassle no bs. Don't be forced to spend your money on options and additional fees you don't need and don't like because they tell you they can't get it, witch is bs. Don't waste your hard earned money and time with dishonest, unprofessional people, there are other good honest dealers out there that care about you not about themselves.

This Toyota location may be 'nice' and 'attentive' however when it comes down to it, what really matters is how they service your car. Unfortunately, I came in a couple of times informing the technicians that there was a wheezing/whining sound coming from the alternator side of my car. They first replaced the serpentine belt but the sound did not go away. My second visit they said it was my coolant, which they replaced. The noise continued. On my third visit, they said I needed a water pump replacement. The sound never went away. I decided to go to another service provider and they informed me that the water pump was insufficiently installed and still leaking, and my coolant was not replaced but 'topped up' PSA- not all Toyota locations have credible automotive technicians. Make sure you do your research. It is terribly disappointing when you put your trust in these businesses only to be taken advantage of.

Right from the start I received excellent treatment from the sales side of the house. I was put in the capable hands of a sales rep (Zee) who accommodated me not only once, twice but three times over several weeks and multiple test drives. As a younger buyer on my third new vehicle, I hadn’t had such a good experience with other dealers. Eventually I purchased a 2020 Tacoma as well as an ECP. If I could separate this review into two, I would give the sales department; specifically the sales manager and Zee a 5 star. The same cannot be said about the service department. I brought my truck In for Issues I started to have. The service adviser Matt was great and I expressed my concerns which were felt mostly during highway driving. I received my truck back and told that it was road tested and my issues could not be duplicated. I quickly realized that my vehicle had only been road tested for a measly 1.7kms and was never taken on the highway as mentioned in the invoice. The route that the tech drove was tracked by my Toyota App and all they did was go around the block and never exceeded 60 km/h. I wanted to give benefit of the doubt so I contacted the service manager George via email as he had left for the day. His response was professional but very generic and floated around their shortcomings. I have yet to hear from him again since the reply to try and make things right. It’s very unfortunate when you spend nearly 50k on a vehicle and the dealer which initially went out of their way to help you, doesn’t take your issues seriously when you come back so soon after purchase. I recognize that for the most part, sales and service run pretty independently which is unfortunate. I doubt I’ll be bringing my vehicle back to Burlington Toyota.

Was Quoted about $33,000 for a 2019 Rav4 Hybrid XLE. Waiting a month for it to come in. Arrived to view the vichicle to find out the price is now 38k (45k out the door) and a few thousand above a 2021 MSRP. We are happy to have taken our business elsewhere and our new Vichicle arrives this Wednesday.

As part of the new Covid 19 public health protocols, Burlington Toyota has a very reasonable set up to deal with these restrictions while maintaining great customer service. A Service Advisor greets you at your vehicle, runs through a symptoms check list and then directs you to their waiting area with a bottle of hand sanitizer. It's a Toyota after all, and anything less than perfection is against the company's philosophy. There was no delay and the Airbag Recall was dealt with within the timeframe provided by my dedicated service technician. My fellow customers and I were directed clearly to the newly cordoned off waiting area with chairs well spaced from one another. This is not my home Toyota dealership but I'm pleased to report they do completely satisfactory work at this location. The standard drive-thru service bay is efficiently run and their staff always greet me at the car. Lots of activity happening in the customer waiting area as the friendly service and sales staff go about their daily routines. Customer shuttle always available if you're unable to wait for your vehicle. No shuttle service available during Covid 19 pandemic is understandable. Great job!

I have brought both my Toyota's to this dealership for over a decade. Although I usually do most of the work myself on my vehicles, any major part replacement I leave to the pros, I always check their work afterwards, never had any issues or concerns.
Fantastic no pressure service. My wife and I must have been in on three separate occasions over 6 months before finally purchasing our RAV4. Hafiz Bastan was incredibly helpful and clear in presenting all purchase options. We bought at year end and what we wanted wasn't in stock so he searched at other dealerships for a week until he landed our exact vehicle. He is a fantastic personality and conversationalist. Very disappointing. Awful service. Had my car for a small service and right after their work the car makes tribble noise when driving. When called them back to ask about it , they say they do not test the car after the service and cannot give me a time to look at it. They are just looking to get your money and if an issue arises further to their work it's on you. You are treated like nothing in their eyes. It's shame. Do not recommend them.

I went to around 10 Toyota dealerships in around the GTA and in small towns and came back here. Simply put, this is the best Toyota dealership you'll find and if they have the product on their lot they will work with you to sell it. Go see Moe Toossi as he's a friendly sales expert and sold me a wonderful Used vehicle (Rav 4) that met my family's needs. To whom it may concern; I just wanted to share my experience with the service on my 2014 Toyota Camry. My vehicle has been experiencing intermittent problems with its infotainment system, where i was getting a white screen when turning the engine ON. I visited the Toyota dealership more than 2 times, where i was told that there is nothing that can be done to fix it, since it was an intermittent issue; in fact, the mechanics didn't even bother to look at the issue seriously . Today, I visited the dealership again and was lucky to meet the Service Advisor Mr. Matt Jaroszewicz, who was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He helped me in a very polite and professional manner and took the time to investigate the issue and come up with a solution. Thanks Mr. Matt
I used to get service from the Upper James Toyota for the last 5 years but lately it is almost impossible to get an appointment there in a timely manner. Today I called Burlington Toyota to see when the earliest appointment would be for an oil change. I called at 1:15pm and they told me they have some time and can get me in for 1:30pm if I could make it. I was there within 10 minutes, got the oil change done and they even washed my car for me. Amazing job Burlington Toyota. I'll be getting my car serviced here from now on.
Not at all happy with service today. Left car overnight for snow tires to be on first thing. Did not receive a call to say car was done. Then when I did go and paid I looked at invoice and they had highlighted that there was a nail in one tire and I should replace it. No call to tell me this, no one said anything when I paid. If I hadn’t noticed the highlighting on invoice I would never have known. They said they couldn’t replace because they ran out of tires! What?!? Didn’t call to inform me etc etc. When I asked why they didn’t call they couldn’t give me an answer. Done dealing with the dealership after this experience. Now I have to run around looking for a new tire and someone to put it on before driving 200 kms north.????

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. After having to take my brand new RAV4 in for numerous issues and getting put off by both the service manager and absolute rude receptionist I had to go out of town to have my vehicle looked at which was still under warranty. Do to the poor quality of this pos RAV4 and the terrible customer service at Burlington Toyota I am getting rid of this vehicle and going with a better brand. Shame on you Burlington Toyota

I had a very difficult time purchasing a car at this dealership. The salesman, Hamed, was unorganized and a poor communicator. He asked me if I had plates to put on the car and I said I did, but they needed a registration sticker. He kept me waiting an hour the day I was picking up the car. He allowed me to leave the lot with the car I paid for in cash without providing me with the ownership or registering the car. When I went to Service Ontario to register the car I was told it was still registered to Burlington Toyota and if I was pulled over I would get a ticket. Hamed told me the bill of sale could be used as an ownership document in the meantime, but the clerk at Service Ontario disagreed, so we did not drive the car for 3 days. My wife came back to the dealership 3 days later to pick up the ownership. The staff at the front desk gave her the ownership but did not give her the registration sticker. My wife went to Service Ontario to register the vehicle, but was told the car was already registered so my wife paid $7 to replace the sticker. Hamed texted me the next day stating that my wife forget to pick up the sticker. I replied that the sticker should have been with the ownership. He immediately called me and became very defensive about his role in this oversight. I stated to him that I did not care who at the dealership was at fault, but this reflects poorly upon the entire entity. Hamed texted me the following Friday stating that I owe the dealership $120 for registering the vehicle. I did not reply to him that weekend and he went ahead and charged my credit card without speaking to me first. After spending $22k cash on a car I am more than offended about how I was treated. I am a loyal Toyota driver but this experience questions whether I would buy a car at this location again and certainly not from this sales person.

Stopped in to gave someone diagnosis a sound coming from.the front end of the engine on our 2009 RAV4. Was told it was probably the alternator. No charge. Changed out the alternator myself in the afternoon and sound was gone.

I visited the dealership 3 times trying to get my car appraised and to look at a pre-owned Corolla. Here's a summary of my latest, and it appears, last, experience at Burlington Toyota: a) called ahead to ask about Corolla being advertised on Auto Trader, could I come in and test drive? b) had to deal with a new rep, Joe, as my old rep Salny had been too busy to respond to my requests from previous days c) when I visited, the car I had called about was not available (let's call it Corolla A) because they had listed it before they did the clean-up, safety, etc. d) when we were trying to do a deal on another Corolla (Corolla B) they had in stock, I thought the price might be wrong since the price list had a higher-than-advertised price for Corolla A e) When I pointed out that I could get a 2016 Corolla for the pricing they had on Corolla B, Joe basically showed me the door f) when I pointed out that he gave up too easily, that's when the childish and unprofessional behaviour ensued and I had to leave Some suggestions: 1) if someone calls asking about coming in to view a vehicle, please make sure that vehicle is available to view and drive please, especially if it's a customer that has already visited a number of times? 2) when a customer gives you another chance to build a deal, perhaps focusing on building the deal and not unleashing a continuous stream of snide comments would be helpful and more professional I thought Oakville Toyota was bad, but this was a new level of unprofessionalism. In general, I have had poor experiences at Toyota dealerships, which may suggest we are already seeing the "too big to fail" mentality. With each visit, I noticed that they know how easily the Corollas sell, so they don't really need to work to sell them. If you try to make them work, the experience goes south in a hurry, but that was no more apparent than at Burlington Toyota. If you have 3-6 months to buy a vehicle, perhaps take a chance here. If you are looking to move on a car in a faster timeframe and expect professional treatment, hopefully another Toyota dealer will give you better treatment! Erin Park and Georgetown were the best in my experience so far, but don't expect a great trade-in value at these places...

I have been dealing with Burlington Toyota for many years and just signed my 4th Lease and received a 2017 Corolla for an amazing price. I went to several Toyota dealers looking to replace my old Toyota RAV4, none of them seems to be able to help me. Then I decide to give Burlington Toyota a try as the last hope before I start looking outside the Toyota's world. The first day I meet John and he was very helpful however I was missing some important numbers, then he told me to follow up with Jamie as soon as I got them. As I did the next day, Jamie was very helpful and professional and the most important part he found a decent deal who will work for both. I purchased a used car early in June. I found it on autotrader and called the dealership and was connected to Hafiz in the sales department. I live 4 hours from the dealership and was promptly provided with a carproof and complete service records for the car when I asked for these. I scheduled a test drive and made the trip up. The car was as advertised and Hafiz was great to work with. I purchased the car and returned home and took the train up two days later to pick up the car. Hafiz picked me up at the GO Train station and had me out of the dealership in short order. Now two months later the car is great with no problems. I would recommend this dealership and Hafiz if you are looking for a good used car or new car.

This place is terrible, I have been to other Toyota dealerships and this one is the worse. They push you with lies to get extra services done while you are there for a simple oil change. They try to scare people and make it sound like their car will be destroyed if recommended services are not performed. They use the same old air filter to show every customer waiting in the waiting area. Oil change takes freakin 3 hours from your day. Just terrible

I visited Burlington Toyota for an oil change a few days ago and the whole experience was amazing from start to finish. The booking of the appointment over the phone was easy and they got me in that same day. When I arrived I was greeted promptly by Maddie who ushered me into the drive through area and was very friendly and efficient at getting my vehicle registered in their system as it was my first time there for service. Maddie was bubbly and you could also tell she knew her stuff :) The whole appointment did not take very long and the waiting room was nice and cool to wait in with wifi. Once I got my car returned to me I was blown away by the attention to detail that my service guy, James D, showed my vehicle. Not only was the oil and filter changed as expected but my tires/rims were cleaned, my front mats had been cleaned as well, he also mentioned that there was a heat try loose on the underside of my car that he fixed! Overall it was a fantastic experience and I would recommend Burlington Toyota to all my friends and family, thank you Maddie & James!
I came into this Toyota looking for a newest model of the Rav4. I was given Natalie to talk to, and she said they didnt have pricing on the new ones and tried to sell me the previous years model. I asked her to keep me up to date on when the newer pricing and models come out. A few weeks later I asked and she said that the pricing hasnt come out yet. The same day I called a different dealership and they said they had pricing that day. I didnt like being misinformed. I ended up buying from a different dealership.
Think twice before bringing your infant or toddler to the dealership while waiting for service on your vehicle. The building does not have a baby changing station in any of the washrooms.
Recently bought a Corolla from Doug Neale, very easy experience. Was straight forward and honest and would recommend Doug to anyone buying a Toyota. No games played which I appreciated.

I felt like my salesperson Doug Neale had my best interest at heart and genuinely cared about helping me find a car that was right for me. Service Centre is good and on par this others. Dealership is nice but found that there price is higher than other local dealerships. We ended up going to Upper James in Hamilton.
