I am a #NissanWoman I love the staff and everybody is great here. If I could only come to the Burlington location, I would. Shout out to Mr. Martin :)
The staff was professional, polite and willing to make the process of a new car purchase a simple one.
Great dealership, bought a few cars here and serviced them here also with minimal issues. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The service appointment process is very efficient and the experience is overall positive. I would definitely recommend them as an option for purchasing a new vehicle.
Great efficient service.
Have been bringing our leased Altima here for 5 years. Consistently slow service. Wait times for oil changes or recall parts were upwards of 3 hours, even when arriving before 8am opening. Just had a small issue with a sensor that was replaced elsewhere with warranty. They charged us $141 just for checking...but since we weren't getting the work done at Nissan...we had to pay for 5 min of computer work. These service managers are trash. Rude, slow, and treat us like we are dumb cause we look young. Don't see these guys. Go elsewhere.
I've purchased 3 cars from Phil and have never been let down! I keep going back because I trust that he will help me find what I'm looking for. I like to know as much as possible about a car before buying it and Phil is always honest and patient with me. I would definitely recommend Burlington Nissan to anyone looking for a car.
Booked a full service everything was explained not rushed at all. Even squeezed me in for a wash and interior shampoo.
Very bad constomer care ..i went to buy nissan murano 2012 the weels were old and cracked and they hide the manf. Date and when i asked about it the staf named mike how was very un profisional at all he said that he did not saw any manf.date on any tyre in his life which is not true.and he was acting un friendly as if i was getting the car for free ..very bad experiance.
David and his team run a tight ship there, I always get amazing and personable service at his dealership. I would highly recommend going to this dealership. You will always be treated right, and will always be treated with respect. If you don't, then go speak to David as he is always accessible.
Recommend that you never go back
$130 to just check transmission fluid and does not include a top up if needed. Service advisor was not very pleasant. Don't even deserve a single star but had to select it to make post.
The service department gets an "I liked it" or 4 stars and sales gets a "disliked it" or 2 star. Service - I always had a good experience with the service department, easy to book appointments, services were well explained, shuttle was courteous and timely and the people were always polite and looked after my well being. The only downside, at times the services were pricey, products were a lot more expensive then competitors would be. Sales - I was looking at the Versa Note, had my Nissan looked at by the dealer / driven by the Dealer etc. and last minute the dealer had another, more important customer to look after. If this happened once it wouldn't have been an issue, but I got stood up in the process of purchasing the car 3 times. I walked out, had enough. I now drive a Toyota because the Dealer sat down and was patient enough to close the deal.
Terrible service our car sat in the line for hours without moving appt was supposed to be a hour and it took almost 3 hours
Service team is solid...very informative
On Nov 22, 2016 I went to Burlington Nissan for repair. My exhaust sound was different and I could tell that there was a small leak in my exhaust. I was told that my front exhaust pipe had a leak above the Catalytic Converter and that the repair would cost me 1800 CDN, they said that the entire front exhaust manifold including the catalytic converter would have to be replaced. This made little sense cause if the catalytic converter is fine why would i want to replace it? Secondly 1800 CDN for Nissan Altima 2003 would be too much for two reasons, the entire car is worth 1500 CDN according to Nissan and the front manifold including the catalytic converter in any case is at 250 USD at Ebay or Amazon. I asked to see the leak, but they refused, saying the vehicle had already been taken down and that I was not allowed in the area. Confronted with either to pay 1800 CDN for a repair that i wasn't convinced of and could not verify or walk away, I decided to walk away. I have never taken my Nissan to any one other than Burlington Nissan and for the first time I was standing at Plains Road before a mechanic called Ali. There was a leak in a small flexible pipe in the exhaust under the car and the replacement cost was 130 CDN. I could not believe that Ali within minutes had a diagnosis that was different than Burlington Nissan so i asked to see the leak. After being given a hard hat and disclaimer about being in the work area Ali showed me the flexible pipe which was leaking and I could plainly see the leak. I fail to understand how Burlington Nissan after lifting the car, (that's what i was told) just like Ali could not see the leak? How could they tell me that the leak was before the Catalytic Converter while in fact it was a simple flexi pipe right under the vehicle and well after the Catalytic Converter. Twenty minutes later my flexi pipe had been replaced, the car sound perfect and I have spent 30 minutes and 130 CDN instead of hours and 1800 CDN. I would be much less confident going to Nissan in future.
Excellent customer service,. Thumbs up
Great location, good knowledgeable staff. Would go back
Alright let me share my experience with you. This dealership does not adhere to their word. I signed a bill of sale for a specific price and they called me trying to tell me that they can't match the price. I'm very disappointed as I negotiated with them for a long time and now they're telling me they can't meet my need AFTER I signed the bill of sale. Don't ever go to this dealership to get your car or even a nissan in general. Disgusting....
Great service centre. Dealt with Matthew a few times and has been very clear, and helpful with any service issue. Have also bought a used car from here, and I and worked with Zee. Great experience. Go here instead of Oakville Nissan if you have the choice.
Great welcome and service experience!
Sales department was very helpful.
Service is excellent and ppl are great. I gave it 4 stars only because the emails they send is a little much at times!
great staff here great service
For me,It was the easiest and worry free car buying experience to date.
INCOMPETENT MECHANICS - BEWARE What a mess these people are. Brought the car to them because a wheel bearing issue is developing but the mechanic insists there isn't a problem, and can't hear/feel the issue on a road test... although I find it obvious. After returning the car to me, upon leaving the lot, the anti-lock starts sporadically braking! I go back to the shop. After four of them stand under the car with a flashlight for a minute, doing the 'deer in the headlights' thing, I'm told the transmission is acting up and that is causing the anti-lock to kick in. I'm not making this up folks... this is the dealership! No transmission issues or anti-lock issues before I arrived. Only theory I have is that the new generation mechanics can't think and can only respond to what the computer tells them. Not even intelligent enough to realize that some debris probably got on the A.L. sensor when they had the wheels off.
Went here for the first time to get my oil changed. Everybody from start to finish was so friendly, and nothing beyond what I asked for was pushed on me. Service was very fast - great experience overall. I would take my car back 10/10
Excellent service Good people I got my murano platinum from them Beast Nissan dealer in Canada
Did not over charge and were incredibly honest!
They tried to scam me out of roughly $300 for a simple fix. The staff I spoke with were very nice but I am very disappointed in the way they tried to take advantage of me. This was my first time dealing with the service center and never going back. My car is a 2017 Nissan Sentra and had a “key system error” warning but was driving fine. First of all, I spoke with two-three different employees who assured me that because I was under warranty it wouldn’t cost anything to figure out what the problem is. I asked multiple times and that’s what they assured. Then I find out afterwards they wanted to charge over $120 in diagnostics for an hour of work because the problem didn’t fall under the warranty, it was a “snapped trunk antenna”. I told them I wouldn’t pay that because if they had told me before I got it serviced, I would’ve had my regular mechanic look at it because they are half the price for finding the problem. So they tell me the trunk antenna is snapped and that it’s about $120 for the part and they need to ship it from Montreal, I said I needed my car for the weekend so I took it back to think about it because the car drove fine so I wasn’t even sure I needed to fix it, the warning symbol would just be there. I told my partner what happened and he was curious and wanted to see it (he isn’t a mechanic whatsoever). He simply just pushed it back into place and it works perfectly fine. Go to your own mechanics to figure out the problem first before taking advantage of your warranty at this location!
we buy our first car here and nice sales person still calls to say hello and to see if we happy
Shout out to Nissan Burlington, specifically Matt, Shavaun, and Saz. For the first time in my life I purchased a brand new car. I got a 2020 Nissan Rogue SV in black. I would like to thank the team for their understanding. In addition, I would like to mention that I was not pressured at all unlike some other dealerships and their teams. Saz specifically (sales representative) was awesome. When I first contacted him he was super helpful. Provided me with all the information I needed. Something came up and I told Saz that I could not move forward. There were no questions asked, no hassles, no rudeness, and no pressure. I came back and asked for Saz to be my sales rep. Once again, super friendly, knowledgeable, no pressure, answered all my questions , and it was I who was made to feel important and not a sale of a car! And that goes as well for the other team members as well. Great buying experience and I hope that such great service continues as I take my new Rogue for maintenance.
Very nice service and waiting area!
This place is just a rip-off for servicing your vehicle
Friendly and knowledgeable service advisors. I've always been satisfied with the service provided.
Dan, Shavaun and Dwayne at the dealership are amazing! I just leased my second Nissan in less than 6 months and all three of them did their part in making the process seamless and stress free. If I could, I’d give Nissan Burlington and the team 7 stars!
It was great experience all together. I got my Pathfinder from the. All personnel involved were very professional.
Last year we got a sentra 2018. Very nice staff
Surprised by 4.5 rating I found the sales person very rude - telling us to go to website and price it ourselves?
Great service and professional, friendly staff!
Great service...nice waiting room
I was needing snow tires for my brand new Nissan Micra and the Nexen brand of tire is perfect. Thankyou to all my Burlington Nissan Team members...Salesman Gary/Dean in the Service area and Denise for helping me to get my Financing..You're the Best!..Keep up the great work that you all do..Two thumbs up for all that you do and beyond
Excellent purchase and service experience. Everyone went the extra mile to ensure my decision on a new vehicle was positive in every way. Never rushed, no pressure sales and great follow up care that is very reasonably priced. It's for these reasons, that we always go back to Burlington Nissan.
Very good service!
We found our experience at Burlington Nissan to be stress free. The sales staff is very helpful and informative. We worked with Gordon and found him to be knowledgeable about the products and a real people person. Would recommend the dealership and Gordon although he is really busy so you may need to wait for his availability.
Great dealership! Go see Melanie Lowes.
Gary and Dwayne are awesome
Good service. On our fourth Nissan.
I've been using Burlington Nissan for about 10 years, first with my Xterra and more recently my 350Z. Always friendly service, parts, cashier and sales staff. I haven't purchased a car from them but in all my service experience I've been fully satisfied.
A nice dealership, they provide good vehicle maintenance.
Was great being able to make the appointment on line. The service advisors are friendly and thorough and they take time seriously which is a good thing. Not sure if they offer complimentary washes or a quick vacuum or any of those but wasn't offered so I didn't receive one. But at the same time I didn't ask, didn't think I would have to! But I will be back!
Great experience!
Prices went up
John T was 10/10!
got my first car from here and they are beyond amazing. gary lucas was very, very helpful. 10/10 would reccomend to anyone looking for a first car or any car for that matter. had an issue, brought it back and they didnt charge me anything, best service ever!
Always promptly greeted with a friendly smile. Honest service Dept and great coffee.
My husband and I purchased a 2012 Versa in June 2012. Although the initial experience was very good...friendly salesman etc..the moment we paid for the vehicle and took it home it was as if we no longer existed. We questioned the mileage..this vehicle does not get anything close to what they advertise...and got nowhere. Now, 6 months later my hood is covered in stone chips which are starting to rust. After talking to them my husband was told to perhaps have the hood re-painted at our own cost. Really? after 6 months? Do not buy from Nissan
Only experience here was taking my car in for a recall. Staff were all very friendly and service centre was probably the cleanest of any I've ever seen
This whole service department and mechanics here are nothing but a joke. On july 22 when I went for my pre booked service for altima, Tracie, with whom my service was booked online, just walked away as if she were so busy. Then Frank came into his throne and I went into him since there was no sign of Tracie for about 10 minutes after she vanishes. First of all these people dont even greet you when you come here for service, only exception I found was in Patrice. Once you leave the service centre they won't even say thanks or appreciate for our coming into this dealership. It feels like they don't want us here at all. Now talking about service one specific thing mentioned to Frank is for rotation and upon receiving invoice I realised that they havenot done that or didnot even care to explaining to me why they havenot done even though I paid $263 for oil change and brake fluid change. 2 Two days after service I realised that mechanics didnt even bothered to reset the maintenance alert back to zero after service. As these people didnot even care what do they doing. And this is not the first time I am experiencing this. Its my third time and these repeting behaviours from service advisors and mechanics here tells me one thing clear that nobody cares here and as a customers the feed back we had been giving to this dealership feels like going into the trash. Keep up the work burlington Nissan
I bought a car from here definitely a good location very friendly staff not a problem with my car I brought it back they gave me a loaner without hesitation very thankful for that it's a Nissan
I've had both good and bad experiences with this particular dealership. I originally purchased my vehicle at Oakville Infiniti. The used sales were sketchy but expected, I think I came ahead in the deal. They worked until the last 100 dollars were separating us. They indicated a failed deal if I did not accept, I did not, I have the vehicle. As for Burlington Nissan, nice dealership, clean etc however the service is really hit and miss. A lot and I mean a lot of up-selling when arriving for basic service. Read your manual and understand what really needs to be done. As an example it was recommended to have the transmission and rear axle service which equates to about 800.00 all in, it was 25K since I last had it done, I never tow, manual clearly states if towing do it very 25k otherwise only check it and do it at 50K intervals. Ironically when I purchased my vehicle (knowing the kms) I went to the service desk prior to sitting with sales. I was given a laundry list of items that were required. Almost 1500 in fact. After the deal was struck I provided an "oh by the way" this is what your service dept recommends. Please have it done. This is when the well sir it may not need the service we will "validate" the integrity of the fluid blah blah blah, was even told changing them early could harm the vehicle....just chuckled and said I expect it done when I come to pick it up. Know your vehicle know what is required and if you can do some of the basic stuff yourself, like wipers, air filters, in cabin filters, etc, you can save a bundle. If you are realistic in your expectations argue your point and take it right to Nissan HQ if need be, I had to on one occasion. Buy the extended warranty, not that the cars are of poor quality but it pays for itself quick especially on higher end vehicles. I cannot tell you how many TPMS, u joints, seized calipers, window washer pump and bottle, hatch shocks, drive pulley, front a/c system, paid for itself 3 times over.
Sale department review only: At the end I am very happy that we didn't buy our next car here but when we entered, we were 100% certain to make the deal. They had the interior colour we wanted (5 different dealer had it too but were ~1hr drive) and we had prices from other dealers. Fortunately, the sale rep was so unprofessional, 2min after we sat with, we decided not to move forward. You are not only buying a vehicle, you are buying the experience attached to it as well. I have seen "sales rep going to their manager" game many times but have never seen them coming back giving us their "best prices" on vehicle we just told them are not interested in. Nor I have seen them coming back with no answer and more questions. Do you want to experience someone bragging about their personal vehicles (other than their companies) just before signing deal your car? Total waste of time but still positive as we dealt with Lexus at the end ???? The two stars are only for the location, space and coffee!
Great place. Wonderful people. Very helpful and friendly
Friendly service department and sales people. Starbucks coffee, courtesy shuttle, no shenanigans
Wife dropped off the car for routine oil change and tire rotation, and took advantage of the shuttle service. Someone from Nissan called my wife and said the car was ready at 9am. There was no indication of a pickup from her office. She arranged a co-worker to bring her to the Nissan Location after work. At 3:30 the shuttle driver called my wife and said her car was ready all day and he was just told and apologised for the experience. If it were not for the shuttle driver, there would have been a lower grading on this review
Worst vehicle buying experience I've ever had! Was mislead to believe my vehicle had features on it that it actually didn't. Then salesperson told their manager that we didn't discuss those options being on my vehicle. Flat out lied to cover himself.
Unprofessional service personnel desk. Rude and arrogant. Very pushy.
I've been with Burlington Nissan since 2006. They are my Nissan family :-) great service and super team. The service team always very helpful and explain any repairs that are easy to understand. Have recommended several people and they are all very happy with Burlington Nissan. If you're looking for a great team, definitely recommend them for your vehicle.
I got my new 2019 sentra sv from this location..on the day of purchase salesperson Mr john was able to convince me to trade in my old 2017 car with this new one on lease..there not much difference on this two model except if i wouldn't get informed a false info by him which was HID led headlights..it was my key point to get this new car. So he convinced me with a wrong info. On the day of delivery when everything was done including insurance from end that time he brought me outside and telling me bro i made a mistake .this car doesn't have HID headlights. Which right away made me upset but had no choice without taking the car because i didn't know that i could deny to take the car in that point.and thats it i made my mistake and now nobody's addressing my disappointment except offering me 500 dollar compensation as im a begger and looking for some bucks. That how they deal with customers relationship and after sales service. For them and for Mr John its a minor issue and i was too late which is 12 days( i had to go to work everyday since i got a chance to take the car physically to the dealership) make complaints about my disappointment and dissatisfaction of this purchase. I put written complaints about this purchase after 4 days but nobody called me back. They denied to revoking this purchase. So i ended up being a bound customer to stay 5 years with them but not as a satisfied customer who was going to come back for any future purchase. I wouldn't recommend this location for customer service and proper professionalism with the sales team. They know only how to make a sale but not to make a satisfied happy customer
Always have a deal on the table for you and customer service is awesome...
Been going here for 7 yrs for service. Great! Wouldn't buy a car there though, one sales man is a big con. Maybe others r ok but because of what he TRIED to do to me ???? for sure
The salesperson showed no interest in selling the car... Moreover he try to make his competition worthless compared to them.. We were offended by his comments and guess what, we are buying from his competitor.
Great selection fair prices.
Wow! Awesome customer service. Real pleasant sales team. Blown away, received an amazing present following the purchase of a beautiful SUV.
I was told by the salesman (Eric) before I signed the papers that the Nissan Titan truck I was interested in was "awesome". The story changed after I signed the papers for the truck and I was told by the same salesman that I needed to have deep pockets to upkeep the truck. They did not fix the rust on the back of the truck and when I took it back for it to be fixed I was told they couldn't do it. Had to take it to another Nissan dealership who agreed to fix it. It took two days for repairs and I was not given any loaner vehicle. My antenna broke after a few weeks with the truck and they refused to cover it under the warranty. I was very, very disappointed in their service and it all seemed like big talk without any real action. I would not recommend a Nissan to anyone or buy one again myself.
Great service!
I purchased my first Nissan from Philip in 2014. The entire experience was smooth from start to finish. Philip was a pleasure to work with and was completely upfront about every cost. I'm glad I chose Burlington Nissan!
This is our third vehicle purchase from Matt DeDominicis at Burlington Nissan. Matt is extremely knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Can't imagine buying a vehicle elsewhere. Would highly recommend him and this dealership!!!
Professional, and transparent. I especially enjoyed speaking with Gordon
This is a family type of place and the service is outstanding and friendly!
Rating 4/5 stars only because yesterday's experience wasn't typical. My oil change took 2 hours. Shouldn't take that long. Normally I'm in and out in 30-45 minutes! Someone texted me saying I could text this number at any point throughout my visit. I asked how much longer would it be for my car as I was approaching the 2h mark. They never responded.
Nice dealership, clean, helpful
this morning I spoke to John at the part service. I had to order a part that cost over 200 dollars. I was ready to pay it over the phone by credit card, but was told I had to go in person to pay for it as they have a limit of 200$ for orders over the phone. This does not make sense to me at all. I asked to speak to the manager, but John told me that he was the manager and rudely said I won't change the company policy, you have to come in to pay for it, otherwise, no part. Nice.
Great staff, great service. Highly recommended.
You know those business who make you feel like you should be privileged to bring your business to them? This is one of those dealerships. COVID-19 aside, this is the same sentiment I've had every time I have been there to service my Nissan - and it seems always by the same person (he). Only time I go now when there is free work due to recalls. Understanding more restrictive measures are in place due to COVID, I showed up for my scheduled appt. No special signage outside except sticker on bay door that has ALWAYS been there telling me to wait in my car and service bay doors will open. After a few mins door didn't open, nobody came out to advise what was going on. Service=0. I tried to go speak to them, but door was locked and I could not get in. I knocked and 2 service advisors stood there blankly staring at me. Instead they ignored me. All they had to do is pop out and tell me that cars were being sanitized in the bay (for which I could not see due to tinted bay windows!). I had to go into the main building to ask what was going on. If I was coming for anything other than a recall, I would have gotten i my car and left this place. I was also wearing a mask and noted that out of 5 staff there, only 1 was wearing one. Doing my part to respect their safety. Clearly the service managers here have a chip on their shoulder and should not be in customer service. I was only looking for acknowledgement. I will also add that once I got the car in, the 2 young staff were friendly professional. It's a shame that they have these role models to look up to.
Friendly sales staff.
Got it all fixed.
Very easy to get to and convenient access to service. Patrice was excellent and very welcoming. All good.
They posted a car with "No Accident" title based on Carfax report. When I check the car as a regular guy understands easily it had an accident from the front and the back. The sales person still insists there is no accident. I was so disappointed.
Very friendly staff, helpful and considerate. Always putting the customer first.
Very nice place to do business.
Has a good customer service
Best Nissan dealer in Canada
I purchased a used Acadia from Michael P and the experience could not have been better. From the moment I walked in until the day I picked up the vehicle we were treated very fairly. It's quite evident that they take their customer service very seriously and I really appreciate it. I'm definitely coming back when it's time for my next vehicle and will recommend Burlington Nissan to all my family and friends.
Five stars for their service facility. 2 cars 7 years and their service always meets my expectations.
My daughter, Laura, just purchased her second vehicle from Gordon. The entire experience from purchasing to delivery was first class all the way. The entire staff are exceptionally friendly and very helpful. As my daughter lives out of town, my husband and I had to do some of the leg work and when we called to clarify any details, they were on top of all of them. A special thanks to Gordon (saleman)Dwayne (finances), Brian ( general manager), Shelley ( who always answered and directed my calls) and Frank who went above and beyond to take care of switching over the winter tires It was a great experience and my next purchase will be at Burlington Nissan!
Great fast and friendly service! That is Patrice
Test driving a leaf and had the worst possible service would never ever consider this location. They had two in stock and knew nothing and where so rude!
The best customer service I have ever received for a car dealer. Ask for Gordon! No sales pressure, goes above and beyond to meet your needs.
Steve Burlington helped us out- he was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and just overall a pleasure to deal with. We literally bought the car within 1 visit. He definitely made the process very smooth & hassle free. If we're ever in need of another car, we're coming back to Steve!
A little slow on the servicing of my vehicle but altogether a positive experience. Obviously busy. No complaint on the costs today.
Great purchasing experience. A+
Working with Matt (sales) & Chris (finance) was very enjoyable. Thanks again for making my experience a good one.
Great service. Gordon was my star there. He was very helpful and knows his vehicles inside and out.
Worst car service I have ever seen! I recently just bought a 350z and all that needed to be done was have the cpu reset. I called in advance and they said I could come bring it by sometime the following day to take a quick look. I showed up early the following mourning and I couldn't believe how poorly everything was run. They told me that now I needed to make an appointment in advance, as well as it would cost me $160. I explained to them that I only needed them to pull out the reader and clear the codes, but they told me to back out of the garage and leave. I used to go to Mazda in Burlington for my Rx8 and believe me when I say they were much more understanding and down to earth. At least at Mazda they would be extremely helpful, treat you like a human being, and say hello and goodbye as you leave. Don't bother saying sorry with the automated apology letters you send out to everyone Nissan. It only further demonstrates the lack of care.
First time using service department for 6 month check up and oil change. Attentive, courteous, and professional staff. Service was done quickly and even though I anticipated a tire rotation they said it was unnecessary. Saved a little money. All good. Will continue to use them and will recommend them to anyone else.
Brought a 2007 Nissan Versa for a front springs recall. After some time I noticed a rattling sound which got worse in time. My wife brought the car back to dealership, but they could not figure out the problem (got charged $45 to replace a $3 light bulb though). After taking the car to the usual mechanic it turned out that the bolts holding the springs in place were all missing the nuts (we have a photo), and the car was basically unsafe to drive. Definitely not recommending.
I didn't get the service I was looking for. Long wait to book an appointment and I didn't menage to get the appointment.
Got my 2019 Qashkai last week. Overall experience was very pleasant. Not over the top marketing for extra stuff. Special thanks to Saz & Shavaun.
Just looking at colours for our new Rogue.
Complete joke... Waited for over 45 mins for an appointment I called & booked earlier on in the week to check out a car i was VERY interested in.. My appointment with Melanie was terrible, Right away i was told i wasnt able to test drive the vehicle i called to check out. She did not offer anything to help with the price when the car is clearly overvalued & diddnt even bother to show me the car... I felt as if i was being judged for my age and that she thought i wasnt serious, or as if i couldnt afford the car... Short story, if you dont want to waste your time you have to wave cash in their face or you cant test drive the car your willing to BUY from them... Update: Found a newer model, same trim level with less kilometers and better condition for almost 5 thousand less from a trade in at a chrysler dealership a week later. Couldnt have been happier i decided to walk out of nissan. Even better, the other dealership diddnt waste my time and they treated me like a valued customer.
I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. The staff was very friendly and helpful and service was very fast (45 min). I'll certainly be coming back!
Very highly recommend Burlington Nissan and our sales guy Jeff. We picked this dealership due to liking the people there as at others they don't seem interested in helping and have no personality. Jeff was awesome, went over everything in detail and then some. Very professional, now if only they have a 50% off Sale I'll give extra kudos! Thanks for the great service Burlington Nissan.
I have been going to Burlington Nissan for now 3 years - each time I bring my Rogue to the service department I receive nothing but THE very best service! Dean Martyn hands down makes that service department remarkable - his dedication to the customers and genuine well being will ALWAYS bring me back! It is because of Dean - that I will stay with the Nissan brand. Thank you Dean Martyn for your loyalty and generosity!
Dan M was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us decide on a car.
Bought my car here 7 years ago and received a great service. I've been coming back for oil change and other service of the car. The car service is great and I can't think of a reason to go somewhere else.
From Sales to Finance and Service. The staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable at Burlington Nissan. I have purchased 5 Vehicles from them over the years and referred both my parents and in laws to them and the quality of service has never faulted. I would recommend them to anyone.
Great service from here, they even found a nail in my tire and fixed it at no charge.... Update few weeks later But my next time back was the opposite, very poor service,is he not fixed and not even looked at ..:(
Love the experience from walking on the lot to buying a used Truck. The sales process was uncomplicated and fair. The sales team handled themselves with class and restraint!
Professional service department, staff are always pleasant.
I haven't bought anything yet but the customer service is excellent. Definitely I will try to get my next car from them
Don't plug in a non-NIssan car here. They will unplug you or turn off the power.
Great service! Thank you
This review might be a little outdated, but I'd like to mention it, I went there for a regular oil change for my Nissan Murano, I was waiting in the seating area, reception lady came with a dirty air filter telling me it's mine and it has to be changed, but it's their bad luck that I have changed the air filter just a day before! I was extremely disappointed by the fact they were lying to a customer to increase their sale and for what? 25$ air filter?!!! Thank goodness I've moved from Burlington.
I wanted to share with you an experience that I had a Burlington Nissan. My wife drives an Armada and managed to scrape the front wheel well recently. I called the dealership closest to my house to see what they suggested. When I called, they made it clear that they do not touch body work and gave me the number to a body shop in town that they recommended. I called that body shop and was not excited about what they had to say and felt that I might be getting sold a bill of goods. At that point, I decided to call Burlington Nissan to get a “second opinion”. Dean Martyn answered the phone and could not have been any more helpful. Dean started off by downplaying the situation and not making seem like the sky was falling. Dean then proceeded to explain to me how easy the fix was and really put me at ease that my beautiful truck was not going to be permanently scared. I asked him if I could schedule a time for this to be repaired and he told me to come before 8:00 pm and he would personally take care of it. I showed up and Dean over delivered. Not only did he take me in immediately, he was able to “buff” out the scrape and he did not charge me a penny. I was very taken back by this level of service, and very grateful.
I purchased my first brand new vehicle at this Nissan and my experiences so far have been nothing but wonderful. I've taken my car in for maintenance a couple of times and I can always count on Frank when it comes to making sure everything …
UPDATE: Was contacted by Nissan who rectified my service installation with 2 free hubcaps. Thank you Nissan, Nyian.
Great Service and shuttle was quick to pick up and drop off.
My disappointments whit Burlington Nissan I bout new 2018 Nissan lief and it worked fine only for tree days . Service EV system warning shows on the dashboard and vehicle was not derivable . I get it tole to Nissan Burlington dealership. Do not forget you have to ask for loaner car they will not offer one if you do not ask . I was given Nissan sentra key that was no wear to be found on the lot and after 15 min . it became obvious this car was given to somebody else and i had the spare key, final one seals man gave me his company car with fuel light on . Luckily there was a gas station on way home . For the next 7 days i made numerous calls to update for the status of my car They never cal back . Things start moving faster when i told them .I am moving to Ottawa to work as a contractor and if they did not fix my car i will go whit the loaner car and i will come back for Christmas . On day 7 finally they call and sad car is READY, They replaced the most expensive part Battery ( they took battery from another vehicle { wire Nissan lief That most likely will be sold later as bend new , we only can hope they tel the future Bayer his car is already gone true maintenance.} Asking for car value depreciation was pointless They sad NO. for them this is still brand new car ( ho cares that the most expensive and most important part in electric car BATTERY has been relapsed on a 3 days old car only 173 km) I will never bay from Nissan Burlington ageing .
Just wanted to let your company know that I am very pleased with the service at 4111NService Rd in Burlington On . Especially with Aiden the Technician, who was very thorough on his inspection . Thank you Aiden. It is a very Professional, Friendly, and a very clean Happy atmosphere to come to . Garages are not my favourite place to go. But it was very relaxing and the price and the service was really good. I even got a great car wash. What a great service. Very much appreciated. Thank you ,
Great service, great people. Philip was especially good to us. Friendly, pleasant, honest.
Very helpful from the beginning to the end! Especially valuable in green car Ontario story
Just received a great (friendly, professional, and efficient) service from Burlington Nissan (Frank from Service was great). Will definitely be back!
Have been calling them over two weeks to get an appointment to get my Nissan serviced. Left a bunch of voicemails, haven't heard back from them, would love a call back. May be they are understaffed. Who knows. …
My new car purchase was a pleasant experience here. All staff were very friendly. They worked with me to get me the car I wanted at a payment I could afford. My trade value was also more than fair. John was my salesperson. Thank you.
Great service and sales experiences, satisfied customer!!
Very professional and helpful. They put customers needs in front of making a profit. Highly recommended
Made a same day appointment for my annual free oil change. Asked to check out a small rattle which they did at no diagnostic cost. Everything done on the hour they said and the car was even washed when they were done. Well done and thanks!
It was very good experience.
Tracey, Patrice and Frank are great! Wow experience always
This is the worst dealership of nissan. My car lease is scheduled to expire this month and I've been waiting for more than 2 hours in the dealership for someone to talk to. The front desk told me that there is only 1 guy who deals with lease and he's very busy. Like just one person??? I've been here for more than 2 hours and she's said that they'll call me when he's available. This place is a joke. Meanwhile I've given my car for servicing and even after 2 hours they haven't yet started working on it. Pathetic.
Burlington Nissan is the epitome of a modern service department. Drive in, drink coffee and surf the web with free wifi, car's ready to go.
As always best service. And always very kind and interactive with the kids. Any concerns with the vehicle they are the place to go they never dismiss the issues.
Great purchasing experience. Friendly staff. Service staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I wouldn't go anywhere else to have my Frontier serviced.
Poor
Great no pressure service from the sales team here at any time.
My husband and I had the pleasure of getting our new Nissan Qashqai from Matt De Dominics beginning if March and we could not be more thrilled with the service we were given! From the moment we walked in the staff was friendly and helped us feel accommodated while we looked for our new family vehicle. Matt was knowledgeable about all the products and made sure we knew all the details of the vehicles we were interested in before making our decision. I would recommend him to anyone I knew buying a Nissan!
Great experience buying my Murano. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
I go there every 4 months for oil service..Expensive place.
Great service always!
Best thing about this place is they don’t ask to do lot of un necessary replacements/ changes etc...
good dealings
Very good experience !
Really friendly and helpful no one tried to pressure me into buying a vehicle. Phill answered all my inquiries. By far one of the best dealers i have visited. I recommend them.
So far great service and friendly staff would recommend Burlington Nissan
I wonder why there's only 5 stars? It surely is EXCELLENT customer service each time I come here!!! (note the exclamation marks:). They are not only experts in troubleshooting problems of my car and in giving advice, but very detailed in making customers feel welcome while waiting for service in the comfy lounge areas (cookies & hot/cold beverages won't hurt either). They will accommodate you if you come an hour earlier or late, or you are out of town coming in for service. Not only that, as a complimentary, they made minor touch-ups on the car paints and interior car cleaning because they are just about the _details_ (note the underscore!). The Burlington Nissan branch employees definitely loves helping people and I would drive long to come here for major services managed either by Dean or Frank XXXOOO!!!
good service, good sales.
Bought a car there. Service was good. Also, one of few dealerships that have Leaf for test drive.
I took my Nissan Pathfinder in to Burlington Nissan for a vehicle safety check. After paying $179 (plus tax) for the safety I was told I needed four new tires in order to receive my safety. Since my tires were relatively new I decided to take my car to another Nissan dealer to get a second opinion. First thing I did find was that the Burlington Nissan was 50% more for the safety then for one at this dealership. They did look at my tires and informed me my front tires were marginal but the rear tires were in great shape. The Burlington dealer quoted me $1,250 plus tax for tires and the second dealer did say if I chose to replace them it would be a total of $975 including tax and installation. I will never use Burlington Nissan again as this is the second time I was screwed by this dealer.
We had an amazing experience with Saz at Burlington Nissan. From start to finish, he helped us with the purchase of our first electric car. He was friendly, personable, diligent and informative; needless to say his customer service skills were impeccable! We would not hesitate to recommend Saz and his team at Burlington Nissan. Thank you so much! We love our Leaf!
Use to be my goto place for my cars and their servicing. I got my 3rd pathfinder from them and faced mistake after mistake from sales to finance to repairs. I'm stuck with a lemon and all sorts of disappointment. Could never trust them again.
Recently purchased a new vehicle with Melany at Burlington Nissan. I had never been there before but they had what I was looking for so I made the drive out from Toronto. Very seamless, transparent and honest transaction. Melany was very …
Great service
To anyone looking to buy a nissan car :Do Not do it. Their cars are a scam. Their transmissions will break down on you shortly after your warranty gives out so they can make an extra couple thousand off you. This happened to me and they won't even help cover the cost of the repair even though my car only has 94k on it. However since its over 5 years old they won't help in any way shape or form. So Do Not buy nissans
Thank you to Michael who made the experience of purchasing our new Nissan Rogue both simple and easy for us. We went in knowing exactly what we wanted and walked out quickly with everything sorted, ready for pickup a week later. Excellent experience!
From start to finish it was a pleasure dealing with the staff at Burlington Nissan. Melanie Lowes was wonderful, informative, very professional without applying any unnecessary pressure but she did follow up letting me know of additional promotions. Great vehicle purchase experience!!!
Sales staff were lovely, but I have had far too many issues with the service department to trust them with the maintenance of my Rogue. Love Nissan, but will not be returning to this dealership.
The actual car buying experience was good. The problem starts after you buy the car. You will be contunually harassed with calls and text messages "on behalf of Burlington Nissan" trying to sell you services. You will asked to be removed from the list. They wont. Youll ask them to delete your contact information. They wont. Salesmen will call you at dinnertime trying to tell you "oh we need your model for trade in" and other sales BS. They really ruined what was a good car buying experience.
Periodically uses your information to send messages to your cell phone , you say unsubscribe and then they send you promotional messages from another phone number later on rinse and repeat. As this is literally illegal, hopefully anyone …
Quick service. Very friendly staff. Even fixed one of my warranty issues while car was in for basic oil change.
It's always a pleasure bringing my car to Burlington Nissan. I know when I bring my car there, I am always treated warmly and that my car will be taken care properly. J Martyn
Excellent service
Great people and good service!
If I could put 0 stars I would... first they set up an appointment to see a vehicle and sold it an hour before we was supposed to be there for our appointment. Keep in mind we live 2 hrs away. We then attempted to purchase another truck and they wouldn’t even give us a price. We are pre-approved and have a trade and still can’t get any service. Seems that they don’t take their customers serious or value there customers.
Dealt with Phil when purchasing our new car. Very pleasant, easy going, no pressure kinda guy. Accommodated all our needs during the process and got us an amazing deal as well! Will send friends/family to Phil in future!
Philip Mitchell and his team have always taken good care of me on the sales side of the dealership, and Frank, Dean and the service team are excellent. Always happy to recommend Burlington Nissan to friends and family.
Amazing service. Very chill atmosphere. They will do anything to make you happy. Great place to buy a good quality car.
Bought a 2017 nissan rogue from Burlington nissan .After a week nissan call me to tell me they forgot to safety the vehicle . i have to drive back on day off to have them safety suv. im promised they would courier ownership to me.. week later no owner ship.. SERIOUSLY not impressed that i have to go chasing after them. if i could id give -3 score..... its been more than 10 days ... is the suv in my name? what a joke
Friendly. Good service
Easy oil change, and affordable price for a dealer. No complaints here. My 2015 Nissan runs like a champ.
I recently bought a used car with Saz at Burlington Nissan! My experience was amazing from start to finish. He was very helpful, friendly and made the whole process very smooth. I highly recommend you ask for Saz at Burlington Nissan. Thank you, I am very happy with my car :)
Where do I even start, first off thank you saz for making this experience so easy and providing the best customer service experience possible. He went above and beyond making sure that all my request were met. Being a first time car buyer he went through step by step and took his time to explain everything. Not once was he pushy or aggressive. Would 1000% recommend him as your next sales person.
I have purchased my last 2 vehicles here. Michael Principe went out of his way both times to get me the car I wanted within my budget. I was very impressed with his integrity and his outstanding service skills. I must say this …
Worst customer service ever!! I went there first to just know more about the Nissan Leaf. They didn't give me proper information or a test drive (Even though there was a test drive vehicle available there) One month later, I went there again, asking for the details about the 2016 clearout offers. Now they want to know which person had treated me the last time i went there. I said I haven't even received a business card from that person, and how can I remember the name of him. Now they say only the previous person can serve you! when I asked why, they started to explain their commission sales system! I said I came here not to learn about sales commission, but to learn about a car, and I walked out. THEY ARE CONCERNED ONLY ABOUT THEIR COMMISSION! Anyways, now I have a brand new Honda Fit, and finally realized that it is far better than Nissan Versa (and obviously, the Micra!) And Nissan Leaf's battery won't last long as their batteries are just air cooled and not liquid cooled. They didn't treat me well for a good reason :)
Best dealership. Always so helpful and understanding
Excellent service
It was excellent! From our sales rep Michael and finance rep, Chevon, their combined product knowledge and customer service were top notch! The Nissan Murano sells itself and the skill of the staff sealed the deal!
Amazing dealership. Both Gordon and Chris made buying my Rogue both seamless and thoroughly enjoyable.
I brought my car for service here pretty much every time i needed one for the past 4 years, recently their service has become a bit out of touch and i think I could say a bit rude. hope they can fix it. I did take my car to a different shop for brake change simply because service advisor behavior was not professional.
Great Customer Service from start to Finish. Didn't matter who I spoke with - everyone was helpful, knowledgeable and nice to speak to. Big thanks to Shavaun Browne - she invested a lot of time and effort to provide a multitude of options and presented these options in a professional manner.
We have been dealing with Burlington Nissan since 2013. Matt De Dominicis was our original sales advisor, who is now a sales manager, and Melanie Lowes has advised us on our last few vehicles. Both Matt and Melanie are great at what they do. We trust both of them to get us the most reasonable and fair deal on our vehicles. They are just really good people. We will not deal with anyone else for our car needs. I would highly recommend that you go and see Melanie for your next vehicle.
My husband and I had an amazing experience with the sales rep to even the finance individual. They weren’t pushy, tried their best to help you especially if you have a budget you need to stick to. They were communicative and just went above and beyond. We came from Oakville and so happy we had a great experiende.
Our sales person Dan was wonderful, up to date info to us! We are very happy to have new LEAF from him!!
Very nice dealership helpful staff
Great
Phone service so bad Prices high Non friendly staff
Horrible service and wait times. Went to local shop and they took care of me immediately
Recently moved to Halton and needed a new dealership to maintain my Nissan Frontier. Absolutely no issues visiting their Service and Sales departments. Would definitely recommend. …
Great salesperson Gary Lucas not pushy ,very knowledgeable about his product. Excellent experience.
After a few trips that I wasn't completely satisfied with I finally felt like I had a great visit at the dealer. They diagnosed and fixed the problem same day and even advised me on what to do about my breaks since I do them myself. I don't mind paying the extra a dealer charges so long the service was as good as it was on my last visit.
Great service. Great people. Pretty pricey as per most dealership locations. Best coffee machine you'll find at a dealer.
Excellent customer service! From Dan in sales to Shavaun in Finance, I would highly recommend the Nissan Burlington location. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
I had an incredible experience with Nissan Burlington. The team was extremely professional and truly made the process as smooth as possible. The inventory available is impressive and they had the exact car model and color that I wanted. I would like to personally acknowledge Michael Lewczuk (Sales Advisor) for the amazing service delivered. I left the dealership today more than happy with my brand new Nissan Kicks.
John, who sold me the car was personable and made everything as clear and transparent as possible. Everything on the deal was carried out as promised and more. Shavaun in finance was friendly and efficient and made all the fine easy to see. Great place to buy a car
Staff were organized and efficient. Took over an hour for an oil change despite our Kia Soul being serviced with similar protocols in 35 minutes.
They take care of the upkeep on my car for a reasonable price, and in a timely manner.
We had a great experience purchasing a pre-owned Nissan Rogue from Burlington Nissan. Our sales person Saz was great to work with and the perfect blend of informative without being too overwhelming or pushy. We went to a lot of dealerships and while price was the ultimate decider the service at Burlington Nissan was also the best. As a side note their parking lot isn't too tight and it's very easy to go for test drives in the area unlike some of the other places we visited. We'll definitely be back when it's time for service and/or a new vehicle.
Great service
We went to see Dan for a new ,2018 micra Dan was very nice and professional, provided us an ex c ellent set vice and booked us a car for a week later as nothing was available right away. We thank him for a courteous service, and a promise to give my daughter Sarah a good frgerral gifts.
Jeff MacKay, once again it has been a pleasure doing business with you . You are patient ,knowledgable ,very professional and compasionate about your work. This is our first time buying a Nissan,so we hope our experiance with Burlington Nissan will be the same as working with you. Denise Browne, you sealed the deal we will do business again, you were very nice and helpful .
Outstanding team!
I just was looking for vehicles no one came out and asked If I had any questions. pretty bad service sales wise. not sure about repair service.
Good service
I am a happy owner of a Versa which I purchased from Burlington Nissan. I have always received EXCELLENT service from the sales people, business and finance managers as well as the service department. The other day I made a stupid mistake in a rush and ended up putting windshield washer fluid in the wrong place of my engine. The first thing I did was call Burlington Nissan. From the first person on the phone, the reassurance when I arrived, to the goodbyes once my car was fixed, I can not express how relieved and happy I was to have turned to them. They helped me even though service was already closed. They calmed my worries that I have damaged my car, provided company while I waited and provided the service for free. I, nor my family, can believe the AMAZING customer service that I received from this location. I will happily continue to go to Burlington Nissan and will continue to recommend them to others. There is a reason this location is known for excellent customer service and their service department, they have proven that reason to me! Thank-you Burlington Nissan!!
Service personnel are very professional, courteous and efficient. Both Dean and Frank are exceptional and very knowledgeable of their Nissan vehicles.
Amazing
Worst service department I have ever been to. First time I went in for oil change, after the service the car was all dirty with footprints and oil marks everywhere inside. Second time I went for oil and filter change --> even worse service than before. First, no bookings for 2 weeks. Second, I was booked in for 8am, dropped my car off at around 8:10am. At 10:15am, I go in the service shop to see how long it would take and the guy on the service desk says half an hour more. This is already after 2 hours have gone by. For your information, oil changes don't take more than 30-45mins. All the people that came in after me with even more complicated services were done before. At 11:00am (about 3hrs since the car was dropped), I request to talk with the service manager (nice guy). After I show some frustration, he says it should not have taken longer than an hour. He goes in to check what's going on. 2 mins after I have the keys. However, he compensated that by not charging me anything.
I really appreciate the no-pressure approach, and this is what I got when I first walked in to check out the Qashqai. I was even shocked when they let me test drive the vehicle overnight so that I can get a real feel for it. I'm happy to say that I purchased the Qashqai (and I love everything about it). Steven and Chris were amazing to deal with. When my family members are in need of a new car, I will recommend Burlington Nissan to them.
What a great place to service your vehicle! The staff are professional, polite, ask for permission for any work to be done, just a delight. The customer lounge includes complimentary premium coffee and cookies, comfortable chairs and a kids section plus shuttle service anywhere in Burlington. Love coming here, fantastic job!
Quite disappointed by the service I received today. I was given 4 free oil changes with the purchase of a new Rogue, but today Burlington Nissan refused to honour that (even though it was clearly in my file). Very dishonest. Won't be returning. For the price of one oil change they have lost a customer.
I am a non-Nissan driver, but my car broke down very close to the dealership so I spoke with them. The service department were very helpful in advising me of the best place to send my car, and they did me a favour by taking me the rest of the way to work. Thank you for the top notch customer service, even under unusual circumstances.
Excellent experience, very professional Sales team and amazing customer service! My Grandmother loves her new 2018 Nissan Micra in Caspian Blue.
Very happy with my car the people are very. Polite and also very helpful and a big thanks to dan who was the guy that sold me the car he was awesome very nice guy he guided me through everything very patient thanks to you all
I purchased my first Nissan from Phil 3 years ago. Since then I have had the very best in customer service for my car, everything from having help in purchasing winter tires to replacing a lost FOB. The service department is a pleasure to deal with and always service with a smile.
Had an amazing experience with Burlington Nissan and with Melanie L. We purchased our first vehicle in over 8 years and the expertise, professionalism, courtesy and advice was unparalleled. No pressure, lots of great information, and a real sense of family. Best car-buying experience in almost a decade!
Bought my Nissan Murano here 6 months ago. I have only been in a couple of times for an oil change. I have dealt with Patrice and Dean in service. Everyone should be like them, friendly and courteous. Great service!
Service is getting better everyday. Team is really nice and is always willing to help.
I would like to commend Jeff on his professionalism and making the purchase of my Maxima a totally pleasant and stress free experience. All details and options were very well presented and in a very understandable fashion. A truly exciting experience.
An actually enjoyable experience but didn't like the product.
Great place, very friendly personal especially Mark Austin! He is the best sale person I've ever seen. Not pushy and very polite. Thank you for making it great experience Mark!
when we first came to the dealership we were impressed how clean and tidy the whole place was.all of the staff were friendly and accommodating.our salesman Mike Principe was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the vehicles he was selling all in all it was avery comfortable purchasing experience and we love our new Nissan Rogue
Best experience buying a (used) car. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! They were also very efficient, and once we made the decision to purchase the vehicle the process was very smooth and quick (unlike our experience at other dealerships)!
The car service was good, the accounting desk was slow for one person at a busy time, they also said that car was ready and I waited 15 minutes
After having a disastrous dealings with the Nissan dealer a less than 8 kms away I was forced to find a new dealership to buy the car we had chosen and stopped into Burlington Nissan and met Graydon, Dwayne and the team. They made buying a car painless with their open, honest and fair negotiating technique. This was so much easier than our previous experience that it restored my faith that there are honest car dealers out there! If you are looking for a new car I would recommend checking out Burlington Nissan as they are honest, fair and so easy to deal with.
Great team. Thank you Dave White for being a great QB.
All the staff who were involved with my new purchase were outstanding and had exceeded all my expectations. Again thanks very much!
First rate experience. Melanie was courteous and most helpful. Made the purchase a true pleasure!
Poor service when it comes to maintenance.
We had a great experience in making our used car purchase. Graydon provided great service and prompt, professional follow up to some post purchase questions. Would recommend Burlington Nissan to others.
They are great, very accommodating and helpful, making sure that you are treated fairly. Highly recommend them.
My old 2000 Focus had been condemned and I needed to get a replacement before my trip to Ottawa at Christmas. Salesman Gordon had the perfect car for me and much to my surprise , everything was settled that first day and I'm now the proud owner of a 2014 Sentra with less than 15,000 kms on the clock - PERFECT !!
Excellent customer service. Well done!!
Very friendly Easy to deal with.
Too busy noone would help me.
Purchased a 2013 Nissan Altima from Burlington Nissan. The CVT transmission has failed at 120,000 kms. The non-dealer cost to replace the transmission is $4500 plus hst. Please be cautious when purchasing a Nissan with a CVT transmission, this is a common issue. Update: No response or follow-up from Nissan Burlington.
Excellent service.
The Service department and the used car Manager at Burlington Nissan are excellent at their jobs. 5 stars.
Got a great deal on a 2017 Nissan pathfinder . Service and professionalism was amazing from sales person Melanie Lowes. Love our new car!
Sales man I dealt with was absolutely great if you're going there I would ask for Gary
First time here in my 6 years of servicing my car at Nissan. I work in Burlington, less than 5mins away from this dealership, thought it would be convenient but got the worst car service experience ever!! Ended up with a punctured tire (Brand new tire). I brought my car in on May 28th for an ‘OIL CHANGE’ at 9am. The guy I met said it will take 2-3hrs max. Around 2.30pm, I called them to enquire why they haven’t called me for pick up, they said due to covid it’s taking more time. Someone called me at 4pm that they would be done soon. By 4.45pm, I had to call them again to check on the car as I know they close at 5pm.They said they were just about to call me. Picked up my car around 5pm. Got home and started hearing front tire deflating. My new front tire had deflated. We removed the tire and took it to the nearest Mr Lube where they told us it was punctured outside and can’t be repaired. Burlington Nissan actually punctured my tire and they covered it all, that explains why they didn’t call me to pick up on time they waited till closing time to call me for pick up to cover their tracks!!! That explained the 9am till 5pm? Called them first thing next morning, first person I talked to dropped the phone on me that they don’t puncture tires. Called back to speak with their manager, he said he knows his guys and it wasn’t them. I didn’t expect them to accept, as it’s my loss but at least I can share my experience. If you love your car and time, don’t ever go to this dealership. I just got my 4 new tires from Costco and they ruined one of them. Horrible staff, so sad I ever went to this dealership!!
I just did my service here. Service advisor was exceptionally well and knowledgible and treats customers with due respect and courtesy. Finished the work on time and I was totally happy with the whole service team.
Great Service! Scheduling is always easy, repairs are always done promptly and efficiently. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable.
Great sales staff but Frank in service desk is always miserable and rude with me.
Friendly, quick, good quality, indoor drop off,,,,
Great
Jeff was great to deal with and super professional. He took the time to find us the right model even convinced the misses we should get leather woohoo! Awesome experience went through all the options after the sale and set up our phones contact list etc. If you in the market for a Nissan your in great hands with Jeff thanks for your great assistance.
Not bringing my Z back for any service. I keep my car cleaner then any show room car you could find. Mechanic kicked door panels and left greasy hand prints all over the window and paint. Scuff marks on the door paint. It’s crazy that …
Poor customer service especially amongst the finance people - very unprofessional and rude on the phone - worst car buying experience I have ever had! Love my Qashqai but hate what I had to go through to get it.
I enjoy taking my vehicle to Burlington Nissan for regular service. Everyone is very pleasant - Wendy, Patrice & Frank + there's a comfortable waiting area or a courtesy vehicle available.
Had some minor service and they didn't charge me....I highly recommended them for any service you may need....Randy S.
Overall great experience. Gary Lucas is great and easy to deal with. Only 2 issues, neither of which would be on Gary. First, as my family has combined to purchase more than 10 vehicles from Burlington Nissan over the years, I would think that that type of loyalty would deserve more than the standard $500 loyalty bonus. Second, for some reason they scheduled the window tinting for the morning of the day I was picking up the vehicle at 11am even though my vehicle was on site for a week prior. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the outside contractor for tinting was unable to make it that morning and I am now driving my vehicle without tints and will have to drive in from out of town to get it done later at a later date. Seems like poor planning to me. Otherwise, very nice experience.
Went to test drive a pre-owned Rogue. The salesman spent most of the time talking about how great Nissan is, brushing off valid concerns about the vehicle such as brake wear and a low tire pressure light (was told "it's a sensor". You don't say!). Could not answer simple questions about the car and refused to negotiate on price despite the fact its been sitting on the lot for 3 months and had been in 2 accidents. Condescending and patronising, at one point he suggested I look at autotrader. Facilities were clean and other staff seemed helpful. Would not return.
Keep an eye on the finance staff... tried to "clever math" us out of 80 bucks. Not a huge deal, but it's the principle of the thing, makes you watch everything else twice. Sales staff are lovely (thanks Melanie).
Amazing experience great people would recommend anyone to deal here if you need a car. They don't pressure you and you feel comfortable with everyone
Once again, timely, efficient, professional service (oil change and tire rotation) with a smile...thx Nissan Team????
My dad passed away and he was leasing a car with Nissan. When we went to return the car they insisted my mom pay $3000 so they could sell it. He had done business for years with Nissan ... I was so disappointed they couldn't have waived the charge as he died suddenly. Didn't leave me with a good feeling.
Fantastic people and equally great service!
Amazing service, made us feel appreciated and had all paperwork done and the car ready on time. Was really knowledgeable about the car they were selling to us and found the best price for us. As a bonus they gave us a gift basket which was a cute surprise. Would definitely come back.
horrible service, i would never visit this dealership ever again. So rude and arrogant.
Love everything about Nissan including the dealership where I bought my Altima.Phil found a great used car for me, and Chris made the finance painless for me. Service dept is awesome because they take care of me for oil changes and up keep. Will be going back for next car.
Best customer service experience! They do not try to sell you unnecessary parts or services. Very honest. All of the details of the service were amazing including the shuttle service. I will always schedule to service my vehicle at this location.
I had a great experience with Burlington Nissan! Tristan, the sales representative I worked with, was great in helping me find a car that fit all of my needs and more importantly, my budget. He was thoughtful and informative. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
Service recall completed. A spring broke causing me to take the car in early. Beforehand, i went to an independent mechanic who diagnosed this problem. He noticed that the broken spring damaged two other parts. I notified Nissan of his observations. They claim that no other damage was caused and that "different technicians see different things". No other solutions were given. Terrible service, in my opinion. This is why dealerships have a bad name.
They do service without car wash. Book appointment in advance but dont even care to do basic car wash. Disappointed!
I bought my second Nissan from this dealer and that was excellent experience...and today I'm even more happier...because I needed part for my other Nissan and I checked the price at Oakville Nissan it was much more and it was no recall for that part ....but Burlington Nissan they gave me much better price and on top the part was on recall . Thank you guys I'm getting my next car from you and you are the bet Thanks and regards Galia Le carré
Service Advisor Patrice Clarke was awesome and went above and beyond in accommodating our service needs. Friendly, cheerful, and truly made us feel welcome. Super Fast .... and we didn't even have a prior appointment! Auto dealerships need more people like Patrice Clarke! Thank you.
Very professional and felt comfortable discussing the options, were not pushy and very impressed with how I was dealt with.
Good people
Bought my first car
Loved it
Excellent service, knowledgeable, friendly & considerate sales staff, outstanding service department, overall a pleasure to deal with. Satisfied clients since our first purchase in 2002.
Starting by Shirley who was my first contact, all crew from the dealer was amazing. 10/10.
Every time I visit I appreciate the knowledgeable and friendly staff.
Did regular maintenance here 4 times in one year for my Infiniti Q50 and they didn’t replace the air filters once. They didn’t even bother to check if the filters needed to be replaced or if they were fitted properly. When confronted, the service representative stated that they “occasionally” check the air filters. No solution was offered to fix or help compensate for the damage that they caused.
Dealt with Melanie, and it was a great experience. She's friendly, professional and we got everything done quickly.
Impolite service staff. Lack of commitment and reliability. Advisors working there for too long and developed poor attitude. Dealt with Frank Pagliaro, Bill Cooistra, Tracey Rombout, Brian Lichach. Racial profiling and unstable pricing. Everytime I call them for service, I end up going to Oakville Nissan. Oakville has much courteous and reliable service staff.
Friendly service but overpriced.
Excellent service, no guff analysis of the problem I was experiencing. Good cookies and coffee. Frank knows his stuff and carries out his duties in a friendly and professional way. Burt Hamilton
Bought fluid for a transmission flush and asked to purchase a replacement drain plug/oring for the drain. Got the drain plug for the oil pan instead, despite specifically asking for the plug for the CVT transmission.
Very good service and felt very supported. Bought a 2018 Nissan Leaf and they were very good at explaining everything
Always has super friendly and quick service. They are very transparent in all they do and provide a summary sheet of inspections done on your car. Also, free car wash and tire adjustment on the fly? I've never heard of that before! The snacks and drinks are great too, and seating is very comfortable in a spacious setting. I enjoy every visit!
Painless, pleasant, and professional. Was worth the drive from Caledon. Thanks again for turning a potentially trying experience into a very rewarding one. And the 2017 Rogue Platinum is nice, too.
The service manager is pleasant to deal with! Thanks, Bill!
Great service. I feel taken care of
The Nissan team is friendly, cheerful and very professional. I had scheduled an appointment to switch over to my winter tires. They stuck to the schedule and had me in and out while I waited. My Nissan dealership is the only place I have my current car serviced and had my previous Nissan Stanza for 17 years and 400,000+ kilometers serviced.
Great experience purchasing our used vehicle. They had a good price listed for the vehicle, excellent service, and they ensured the used vehicle was in good condition before it was listed. If I lived closer I would take it there for service as well.
Just purchased a vehicle and Saz has been absolutely professional and courteous. We have dealt with many car dealers in the past, but Saz and Burlington Nissan have been exceptional! Saz responded to our call even after hours and gave us peace of mind. Just ask for Saz!!!
Great customer service would highly recommend
The service and the staff are always fantastic. Super friendly and very professional...every time!
Fast & Excellent work!
I was interested in a pre owned vehicle at Burlington Nissan. I called Thursday and asked if it was available. The salesperson called back letting me know it was. He immediately asked if I wanted to put a credit card deposit down on this vehicle to hold it. I declined and mentioned that I would go in person on the Saturday (if the car was still available), as I live in York Region and this dealership is quite far from my home. On Saturday morning the salesperson called at 10:30 a.m., leaving a voicemail letting me know that the car had not sold and was still in fact for sale. We decided to head down to Burlington which is over 70 kilometres away from my home to see the car. As soon as I got there, the salesperson told me that the car was sold. This is so unacceptable! What a joke! Thanks Mike! You wasted time and gas for nothing!
Great customer service, great people, great cars!
Bought my last car from this store- late January. Sales person was Tristan- guided me through the transaction without wasting my time, straight forward type of guy. Car is great, most importantly, they delivered everything like they promised. Thanks also to Matt and Phil for their follow through. Overall I had a great experience with Burlington Nissan and I'm very happy with my purchase of a C350 couple of months ago. Strongly recommend considering them. Thanks gentlemen.
Easiest car buying experience I've ever had, thanks Gary!
very nice place and workers, I love it
Serviced my car at the dealership 2014-2017. Excellent service every time.
Disappointing, I was charged for 2.5 hours of labor but my appointment only lasted 1 hour and 40 minutes. Wendy quoted a service procedure of $220, but provided a bill of $430. You lost a customer today.
Having work done on your vehicle at Burlington Nissan is a great experience.
I recently had an issue with my 2012 Juke. The after market sunroof had leaked really badly after a rain storm and I was devastated to find my roof and back seat flooded in the morning. I brought it down to my dealership and as always Dean and Frank took such good care of me without me having to worry. They had my sunroof repaired quickly and touched up a couple of rust spots, as well as having my car really nicely detailed inside and out. I was most impressed.Top notch customer service as always. Thank you guys!!
Not happy with them
Matt DeDominicis and Chris Rose did an amazing job getting me into my new Altima. I had been to 2 other dealerships before the Burlington Nissan dealership and the experience hadn't been very positive up until then. Matt was excellent and Chris was awesome, they both new what they were talking about and made the process quick and enjoyable. Chris has amazing knowledge of the finacing process. I was so throughly pleased that I brought my daughter 2 weeks later to get her into her new( to her) vehicle, in which they did an amazing job again. The whole staff has been amazing from the front desk to the service department. My daughter even got a nail in her tire the 2nd day she owned her Rogue and they fixed the problem quickly and for free, with a smile on their face! Definitely worth heading to the Burlington Nissan if you are looking for a new( or used) vehicle
All of the staff I spoke to were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Probably my best experience in buying a car ever!!! Highly recommended. ☺
We had a really nice sales rep approach us, we were about to head out when he simply asked if there was anything we could help with, to which ended up in 2 test drives. Tall blonde guy out of school 10/10 friendly.
I usually come here to have my infinity serviced. I usually wait around until the service is complete and off I go. However, i’ve been noticing that although the staff are friendly the customer service they provide has been deteriorating. I walked into service today and people looked me right in the eye without any kind of acknowledgment. They didn’t even nod their heads or give a smile. One service attendant was shuffling papers, looked at me, and went inside without a courteous hello or “someone will be with you shortly”. A smile goes a long way and makes everyone feel welcome. Today they made me feel like I was a burden to them especially when I kept asking them specifics on when their shuttle will be here for me to get home. They kept saying soon and when pressed for a more specific time, they would respond with 10 minutes. Finally after 35 minutes I was able to catch the shuttle home. Although no one was outright rude to me they made me feel like I was an inconvenience to them. All one needs to do sometimes is smile and it makes everything OK.
Burlington Nissan has George H. the best Nissan technician in Ontario
Great experience at Burlington Nissan They are friendly and efficient. Always look after my truck and make things right.
Good service. Friendly staff.
Awful Sales Manager, absolute liar
If you're looking for an honest, experienced, very fair sales representative, just ask for Michael Principe. My wife and I traded in our vehicle just last week and we purchased a well cared for, pristine 2013 Altima. The whole experience was fantastic, with Michael making the process very easy to complete. Please do yourself a favour, if you're in the market for a used or new car, we strongly recommend you contact Burlington Nissan and Michael Principe, before going any further.
Bought a new car from here. They were clear about pricing, and financing which was a breathe of fresh air. I would highly recommend going here.
Service was excellent this time!
