Walter was very approachable, friendly and knowledgeable. I really appreciated his honest feedback and assistance throughout the process of purchasing a preowned car. I appreciated having a record for the car I purchased as they use Carfax and I was able to understand what work had been done to it prior. Everything ran very smoothly and the dealership detailed and fix some small rust stains on the paint job in the front of the car without being asked. I would definitely recommend this dealership and return here to purchase another vehicle when the time comes.

The staff are always very friendly and helpful. Also they have a courtesy ride service that can drop you off and pick you up wherever you need to go during the time that your car is in for service. Usually there is coffee as well if you go into the waiting room area in the main dealership building next to the service bay. Another nice thing is the fact that you literally drive your car right inside their service building when you are checking it in for a service appointment. This can be really nice when it's very cold outside or if there is inclement weather. Also the last time I brought my car in, Patrick, the service specialist who helped me was excellent. He called me to update me on the progress of the repairs and he texted me when he couldn't get through on a call. Furthermore, when I realized I wouldn't be able to get to the service center to pick up my car until a few minutes after they closed for the day, I called Patrick and he stayed behind until a little bit after the service center normally closed so that I would be able to pick my car up that night instead of having to wait until the next day. Of all the times I have been here to service my car, I've always had similarly good experiences. I've never felt any desire to bring my car anywhere else. I purchased it from that dealership and I have been impressed with the service they provide for me as well. They always manage to make me feel like I'm a president or CEO or some other very important person whenever I deal with them. 5/5 stars

I had a very good experience in the showroom. I approached them because i had a water leakage in my driver seat under the steering wheel of the Elantra 2020. This happened immediately after doing the service at Attrell Hyundai in Brampton. The service centre at Brampton is really bad. I am extremely happy with the service done by Blaine Barber who was the service manager at Burlington Hyundai who was really helpful in the situation. Immediately after taking the car their, they examined it properly and fixed in around 30 minutes.They also water tested it and ensured that its fixed thanks to the Justin and the service team.Blaine kept me updated with all the works they had done on that. I am extremely happy with the service provided by him, and Shannon Jefferson. Both of them knew how to deal with customers and that i would in the future only take my car to this centre and would recommend for others. Once you leave the car with them , you dont have to worry about anything. They have a good deal of skilled and talented technicians . I would really appreciate them.

Edit: I did receive a call from the dealership regarding this issue. They had an alternative where they could send the wheel out and get repaired. (This would have been nice to know at some-point along the conversations I had had with the dealership, rather than a reaction to a bad review) The cost was around $200 plus tax. This not only took a bad review to get some sort of alternative course of action, but I had already gone and bought a cheaper set of rims (for not much more than the price to fix the one) because I needed my car. Sadly a too little too late narrative. Very Disappointing. My car is under 30,000 km's and I've already had to warranty the brakes. And in the service following that, needed to do brake work. Additionally, it would be hard to prove, but, I'm fairly certain that they had bent my rim whilst working on my car. I ended up with a flat after the car sat around, and I can't recall personally hitting anything that would bend a rim! I said, oh well these things happen, only to find that for ONE replacement rim it was over $500 plus tax, and likely plus installation! I bought a set of 4 rims for less money elsewhere, and while they don't look as nice, I can live with it, rather than forking out more money to the dealership. Sadly I was really excited to buy a Hyundai, but this will be our families last Hyundai, like I said, I've probably spent close to $2000.00 in additional work (Not including oil changes, etc.) on a car that is not even 30,000 kms old... This brand is certainly not what I'd hope for when buying.

Had a bad sales experience here 5 years ago (didn't realise until after the fact). Have been bringing my car in for service during the warranty period but now that that is almost up I'll be going elsewhere. Service is over priced, service managers are dismissive of problems and I have several problems they insist do not exist (leaky doors, loud rattles in the cabin etc...). Location is relatively convineint, hours are good but otherwise, I'd look elsewhere.

I had problems with squeaking noises from my trunk area. I mentioned it to Burlington Hyundai and they promptly refused to help because I have aftermarket seat covers and accessories in my vehicle. Everyone has some kind of aftermarket accessory in their vehicle. I brought my vehicle to another Hyundai dealership and and they immediately fixed the problem free of charge. It was simply plastic caught between seat and frame. I now service my vehicle at the other dealership and never return to Burlington Hyundai.

Bought a used Santa Fe from this location and was pleased with the service, once I actually received it. They say things like "Oh man, our cars are selling like crazy, we're so busy". Ok, then hire more staff to cope, don't make me stand around for 20 minutes waiting to buy a car. Besides that, the service people are very friendly and fair, there's free coffee, non-pushy salesmen which is always nice and the location allows for great test drives.

*If you read nothing else, they WILL try to sell you something you don't need. if it's not 100 per cent for your safety, please DO NOT agree to anything more so than what you brought your car in for.* Firstly I booked an appoint for 1:45 pm on Saturday April 1st. An appointment is exactly that, a designated time to go in to somewhere and leave within a REASONABLE time. I spent nearly two hours for my service check at 20,000km on my NEW Elantra GT. I was excited when the lady came out and called my name...only to be informed the mechanic recommended a switch to a new air filter...I should have said no, since air filters last roughly 30,000 MILES...If you're having a hard time following along, MILES are longer than Kilometres and I only had 20,000km on my car... Everyone in the waiting room had an iPad with them, this was a sign that clearly people know this dealership takes a long time and disregards appointments. I will not be going back to their less than moderately professional dealership and in fact it's left a bad taste in my mouth to even buy another Hyundai in the future.

I visited Burlington Hyundai today and I agree with the review of Gail Fulsom who submitted a negative review that mirrors my own experience. I visited this dealership today to inquire about the warranty extension for the Theta 2 Hyundai engines that have been known to catch fire and the result was a class action settlement to protect and reimburse Hyundai car owners with this engine. I came into the dealership today to get more information about this and was directed to their warranty person who was very helpful. Thank you! However, there was a service advisor who intervened in our discussion with aggression and I was very taken aback at his derisive and insulting behaviour. I complained to the dealership manager that I was very upset about this service advisors behaviour. He did apologize on behalf of this service person but I felt threatened and upset over the experience and won’t be booking any service appointments at this location.

Terrible experience dealing with the service department. Apparently I was a huge inconvenience by calling to book an appointment for tires. The woman I spoke to was extremely rude, went out of her way to tell me as little as possible when I asked what winter tires they recommended from their shop, and had little to no knowledge on the whole process. Never again, gladly booked at a competitor in just a few minutes. Burlington Hyundai, in case you havent noticed, there are literally dozens of other places to get service, and I will gladly use ANY of them before calling you again.

Reggie Duque was my salesman. He was pretty accommodating towards my needs. I actually saw a car I wanted on the website and went down personally. When I first entered the building, Reggie was already standing at the entrance, waiting for me. After the test drive, he gave me time to think through and he was also very helpful in walking me through the process as I was kind of a first-timer in getting a used car. What makes him a great salesman is how he is super patient, yet has the rare skill of being able to convince customers. I would recommend looking for Reggie at this location whenever you need a car!

My partner used to do oil changes at a dealership and had them in and out in under half an hour. Might have to go back to my old dealership as they took 30 mins tops. Okay experience overall, but the wait time was far too long.

Service department here is a joke. If you want to be treated like you bought a brand new vehicle from a shady used dealership, shop here! The Bluetooth system might as well have come from the dollar store. I'll never buy another Hyundai again and you can thank the horrible staff at this location for that. Once you are done with the honeymoon during the initial purchase, you are no different than a piece of trash in their parking lot.

I've been taking in my 2013 Accent for a few years now. I have recently seen a huge (positive) change in the customer service. Every time I go for a service I am greeted with respect and enthusiasm. I usually take my break from work to bring my car to the dealership, the shuttle takes me back to work, and picks me up again. This is such an appreciated convenience, and the shuttle drivers are always friendly! I recently went in for an oil change and really enjoyed the new renovations. We purchased a used Toyota Venza from Dan Koz at Burlington Hyundai and the sales experience was accommodating, pleasant and easy-going. Dan actually delivered the vehicle to Stoney Creek, so we didn't have to transfer car seats at the dealership. After the vehicle was delivered, there were some concerns regarding the brakes, alignment and a noise from the steering column. The brakes and alignment were looked after promptly by the service department at no charge to us, but the steering column noise could not be duplicated by their service department. After numerous trips to the service department and being advised to have a Toyota Dealership investigate, we were told that the vehicle needed to have the steering column replaced ($1400 repair). At first we were told that this would not be covered by Burlington Hyundai and that we should have purchased an extended warranty, but after getting in contact with the Dealer Principal and General Sales Manager, they acted quickly to resolve the situation. The Dealer Principal assigned the General Sales Manager Wendy to correct the situation and she did just that. She made us an appointment at a Toyota Dealership and arranged to have the column replaced at no charge to us. This is some of the best customer service I have experienced and it goes to show that when a legitimate concern is brought to the attention of the staff after the sale, they will make sure you are completely satisfied. Thank you for providing our family with a quality vehicle at a good price, while standing by your product.

I leased a SantaFe in 2016 through Mary Lynn McLean. She was professional, attentive, and made the deal work. Knowing that we may be relocating to the US during the lease term, I asked if we could take the vehicle to the US. The financial services manager, Karen Fernandes said, "no problem, we're all under Hyundai and they can transfer the lease". Fast forward 2 years, Hyundai corporate indicated that this is not possible and that the dealership had lied to us. Our options were to terminate early, buy out the vehicle or find someone to take over the lease. I decided to have a conversation with the dealership and give them a chance to make it right since they put us in this position. The dealership had no interest in helping at all. I dealt with Richard Sookoor, and he was the most stiff, arrogant, and rude person I have ever dealt with in customer service. He literally told me "let's not waste each others time “. In the end I had to find someone to take over the lease and pay additional transfer fees (approximately $900). On top of that, he purposefully made the entire transfer process painful by delaying meetings, being unaccommodating, rude, and unprofessional. I emailed Jeremy Wickman, the general manager to explain my situation. Although he was courteous, he did not care to resolve the matter, nor did he offer to cover any of the expense, despite his dealership being at fault.

I just purchased my 3rd Hyundai. I did shop around just to be sure, but I am most comfortable in Hyundai's vehicles. It's hard for me to find a car that fits me as I'm only 4'10" and that also has enough head room for my 6' husband but Hyundai always delivers. Service was very friendly as well.

Frustrating experience. Was told that the car was ready from being serviced. Even asked to confirm that the work had been tested to make sure it was working and was told that it was. I went to pick up the keys (Friday mid snow storm with a 4 month old baby) so that my husband and I could pick up the car later that evening (after they closed). After arriving at the dealership I was told that the car was not ready. It haven’t even been worked on. The job had been quoted to be done in 1 hour and I had given them plenty of time (dropped it off at 7am and was told it was done at 2pm) I then asked if they could do the new Carplay update for free for us for the inconvenience (we were told originally that we’d have to pay). The advisor had to “ask his manager” who was conveniently busy and could not be spoken too. If you read the other reviews this seems to be normal practice by the service manager to be conveniently unavailable to speak to service customers. I was then told that because the update was new and I was the first person coming in for it, that the techs did not know how to do it (which is absolutely ridiculous as there is a step by step guide on how to do it). Needless to say at that point I had lost my faith in the servicing department and took the SD card home to do the update myself while I waited for my car to be done. It’s absurd to think that Hyundai does not train their employees to do a simple update (which leads me to believe we were just being lied to again). Before leaving I made sure to say that I’d like for our advisor to ask the manager about what can be done to rectify the situation. The solution was that they offered to drop the keys off for us the next day (which again is absurd - why not offer to drop the car off). The most frustrating part about this experience is the fact that we were lied too. Had we been told the car was not done yet we would have left it at that. Would not have been a big deal. But the fact that we specifically asked if the work had been tested and were told it was tested and worked is what puts a bad taste in our mouth. All in all just an overall unpleasant experience from what’s supposed to be a 5 star dealership.

Bought a demo vehicle from this dealership back in December 2009 with my dad. I took my friend's word who used to work with the internet sales manager at the time. I initially saw the vehicle in Autotrader and it was advertised with a free vacation included in the deal. Long story short, we paid the vehicle in full rather than financing. The day I picked up the vehicle, the salesperson at the time tacked a few other fees when we already had the bank draft made based on the number that was signed on days ago. Anyways, as unsuspecting I was and looking back, it was a really shady move to this day 5 years later. I still remember every detail of it. Never got that vacation either. Anyways lesson learned that you can't trust any of their word. I waited until I saw this dealership's social media page just so I can leave this review. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

Editing my review. Since purchasing this car i have had to get 2 tires replaced and a NEW transmission when my car was at 38,000kms. I tried to get help at this location but the service aide and service manager were unbelievably rude and made me feel like it was my fault and my warranty wouldn't cover. I then took my car to another location. My mom also bought her car here and has had nothing but issues, and was treated terribly by the service dept and was without her car for 21 days. Her review response basically said " well everyone else loves us so you must be the issue" i will never ever go back to this Hyundai even though I live in Burlington. this is not how you treat unhappy customers. she didn't even mention how after the sales person got paid for the sale he wouldn't return her calls or emails. she needed help with her bluelink and never got it. She didn't get an intro to her vehicle when she bought it either. that's what you get for spending 50k on a car huh? ALSO there are plenty of one star reviews about your terrible service dept.

A 5 Star Dining Experience

Buyer beware! I purchased a '09 Accent with 26km for 9k cash. Even before my first oil change the car started to make all sorts or noises. A knocking from the back suspension , a clicking / hissing noise from the clutch and now needs a complete break job. I sent an Email to the service department to have these problems looked at and have not had a reply in about five days. I am very disappointed with the quality of workmanship and follow up service that this dealership provides.

Service makes or breaks a dealership. When booking my vehicle in for warranty work, I specifically said I would need a ride home and confirmed my address. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told that my address was out of their shuttle service range. You'd think they would have mentioned that when I booked the appointment. The best (worst?) part was that nobody cared. It's a 10 minute drive. Burlington Mazda doesn't seem to have a problem driving 10 minutes away. Sad. Very low class service department. It's the little things that customers remember.

If I could put no stars I would. My 77 year old mother took her Sonata for a spring tune up and was taken to the cleaners by this location. She had an appointment for 1:00 did not leave the dealership until after 5:00pm after being told it would take 1.5 hours. Not once was she offered a ride back home to wait it out. Not once was she told it would take longer than what she was initially told. Then she was told it would be over $600.00 for a two year-old car. I have never heard of a simple car tune-up costing over $600.00 and then they present a bill for over $300.00. What could possibly cost over $300.00? I will get a copy and let everyone know because fluids and air filters should not cost that much even with labour for 1.5 hours. But then again, charges for a women who is 77 years old could ..... especially one who has a cane. You should be ashamed of yourselves!

Worse experience ever in terms of customer service. The front line staff does not know how to greet and welcome a customer . The customer is left for his own devices !! My husband and I went to purchase a vehicle we knew exactly what we wanted . However the Sales Mabager just to push the sale before the month end was asking us whether we would change the colour and offered us a gift card !!! Just to push the sale !! But we insisted on the colour we wanted . The agreement was done and our credit was checked too . After one week they contact us and tell us that they don’t have the colour. Now they are trying get us agree to a colour which they have in stock but not sure if that as well . What kind of customer service s this ? They check our credit and now we can’t even go to another dealership as getting your credit checked often is not great !! This is like Tied selling . The worse is the staff including the sales manger is not even empathising the client of what they are putting us through .. the most unprofessional service we have ever come across . Basically they are selling vehicle what they don’t have in stock . They are trappping customers by getting the agreement signed and credit check done , as there is no way out for the client ... Fair Trading of Canada should be made aware of this scams !! Mr Wickam - your answer is a load of rubbish. glad we did not go ahead with your dealership. Your easiest and most convenient answer being get your deposit back !!! your dealership sell vehicles that are not in stock !!! we had great experience at a different place !!! YOU and your team who dealt with us are the worst customer service representatives we have ever come across. .. BAD NEWS TRAVEL FAST !!!

I went for my regular oil change service, and my after 1 month and 16 days my check engine light was on. So me along wih my friend checked the oil and found out that there was no oil in my car. (All oil was either drained from oil filter or from drain plug) I do have a friend of mine who works as Mechanic who told me that over their place the license technician makes sure that work done by appreciate is perfect before handing over cars to customers. Such and awful service offered by franchise like hyundai. I never had any kind of issue when I used to service my car at Parkdale Hyundai in Hamilton. in order to move car, I Bought new oil from Canadian tire and there was no leakage so far. I brought thier(hyundai) attention towards the situation and they offered me oil consumption test for which I'll have to pay. Would definitel avoid going to this place again.

Look no further and come to this dealership! I made an appointment with Lori based on the reviews on Google and I'm so happy I did. She was super helpful, answered all of my questions, gave me honest advice when I was considering car options, was super responsive via text afterwards when I had questions, and when the time came to make the purchase she explained all the steps for me regarding what is needed and what to expect. Once the car arrived, she updated some settings on the car for me and even flagged sections of the manual. Lori goes out of her way to make the purchasing AND post-purchasing experience smooth. We also met Lori's manager who walked us through the background on our trade-in value as well as the financing team who walked us through all of the financing details. Overall, an amazing experience!

If I could give Burlington Hyundai zero stars I would. Originally I rated 5 stars because my initial visit was great, until I came home with my car and a couple days later the unorganized staff at this Hyundai came hunting me down for more money due to a mistake made on their end. The sales manager in particular is a joke. There are 2 lovely people there though I can't remember their names, one of them being the female finance manager. Anyway. These people will make mistakes due to poor communication and being highly unorganized and then they will harass you for more money and use threat techniques and scare tactics to get their way. They are horrible when it comes to customer service as they only care about how much commission they will make off you and it's very evident during conversation. They will not listen to you regardless and will treat you as just another dollar in their pocket. They're extremely pushy when it comes selling their product and will guilt trip you, even when you have already said no. Also, just reading the hyundais feedback on other people's reviews and I'm finding a common theme. They love to deflect their own issues upon the customer with an attitude of "thats not our problem" much like how they treated me during my poorly handled sales deal. I especially love the comment Hyundai has made about being disappointed in a customer for saying they felt like they were being ripped off, and for another customers back up cam "coincidentally" breaking after having their car in the care of the service team. To anyone reading this, this is a complete reflection of how terrible the staff is here. Please re think your choice if you're thinking about making your next car purchase here. Love the Hyundai product, I'm happy with my car, but the people at this location are absolutely awful.

Have been bring my Elantra into Butlington Hyundai since I purchased it in 2015. Their service team have always been extremely knowledgeable and willing to go that above and beyond. Over the years they have always been willing to look at service and warranty work for the car and have always met or exceeded my expectation. This visit was no different. Service was just an Oil change l, but I was notified it was completed at least an hour before I expected it and the car was not only ready for Pick up, but they also did an exterior wash to the car as well.

I bought used Ford there last year. The sales practice is pushy and although advertisement stated no additional hidden costs or charges... they added charges. My Financing was done by Richard Sookoor and he made false statements - during initial meeting.and when I came in to pick up the car i pointed out the things we did not agree on... This was borderline fraudulent. He first played tough because my car has been towed from the dealership already. I said or you change this to what we agreed on or I sign it as is and see you in court. He changed it. But overall it was an awful experience. And they promised me re-financing in a year (I had higher interest rate due to credit issue) and now year later they claim they cannot do it because I have to trade the car in - according to new sales manager and new person in financing (another sign of poorly run business constant change of staff). Richard is not there anymore does not reply to my e-mails I sent to his other dealership in Mississauga. Stay away. Trust reviews here is dishonest practices in all spectrum.

5 years ago, I bought a 2013 Hyundai Elantra. I booked every single service with this dealership. They used to be friendly and honest. They used to make me feel valued and welcomed. Recently, I got into a car accident and my car was totalled. I figured I would go back, get another Hyundai and expected the same qualify treatment and attention...but I was very wrong. Apparently, they couldn't bother to help me as one would expect. The first sales person never returned any of my calls. So I walked in and spoke to another sales person. This second one did the same thing...apparently the commission they make on a sale for an Elantra is so low that they couldn't even bother to take the time to call me back because neither did this second sales person. When I call him to follow up on the car I wanted to buy, he told me that I had to call the various dealerships around the GTA to ask if the car I wanted was there. It seems the sales staff are pressured into only selling the public cars where they will make the highest commission. They disregard loyal clients. Since this experience, I did the research and found out that Toyota Corolla's have a much lower servicing costs, engines last longer and I was given the appropriate qualify of customer service one would expect. I will never be going back to this Burlington Hyundai dealership nor will I ever be buying any Hyundai vehicles or their associated brands.

A new issue was discovered while getting my muffler flex fixed on my 2009 Tucson Fri. She managed to get a part, sensor for the muffler, that day my car was in instead having to wait until the next day Sat, which was the original timeline. Every time I have had to deal with this service center has been a nightmare. Here is why 2stars- May, 18- I asked the service guys to perform break service and fix the thudding problem. It was not fixed even after visiting 2 times. December, 18- Service 3 was to be done. Person did not see any history of vehicle etc, changed the engine oil normal, when every time it was Synthetic. Serviced the break again which was not needed. Tried to oversell Alignment, which is not needed, because I had winter tires installed and alignment done 3 days before. I was called in for an interview on two separate occasions, months apart by the same service manager Chuck poelmann (probably forgot he contacted me in the past). First time "he called me" and never bothered returning my call. Just a week ago he called me to come in for an interview again (Aug 16, 2018), I agreed and scheduled it for 10am as he requested by email. I got there and checked in with reception at 9:50am...I sat in the customer lounge until 10:30am waiting for this unprofessional " service manager". I could see him from where I was waiting, just sitting in his office, texting on his phone and playing on his PC. Clearly someone that could care less of anyone else's time but his own. I couldn't wait any longer and told reception I had to leave. I never recieved a follow up call and or email from what is clearly a very lazy manager. I sent an email about the missed appointment to chuck and still didn't get a response. Clearly a characteristic of someone with narsastic qualities who thinks they are above other people. I came to this interview highly qualified. I've worked as a service advisor for over a decade with companies like Lamborghini and Ferrari, and have never been treated with such disrespect for my time than with Chuck. I think this gives a pretty good indication of the type of service you can expect when you walk into this dealership. Actually, as I was waiting I heard a sales person as they were walking by make a comment to the receptionist saying "how long you think this one is gonna last" in reference to me being there for the position. Unreal the level of un-professionalism. Was likely a blessing in disguise. This is kind of shocking to see since two of my cousins bought bran new cars from this dealer. Save yourself the headache of dealing with this dealership, the service manager is probably just as usless if you were a customer.

I always thought it would be more pressure but I actually felt like she cared more about helping me and making sure I was happy than about making a sale. I know that is a weird comment, but you know when you deal with anyone in the money world, they more often than not seem more like a drone? Not Sid. I bought my Hyundai Genesis (now the G80) from Burlington Hyundai. It was a brand new vehicle. Fast forward and I find out they sold me a car with a Carproof incident. I didn't think they were trying to hide it or had bad intentions when they sold me the vehicle. It could have been that the salespeople missed it or it was just overlooked. It happens. If they did know, as a general courtesy, I think if they had disclosed it to me, that would have been acceptable. After I found out, I wrote to the dealership's general manager to try and solve the issue. He did end up corresponding with me but never ended up finishing the conversation nor seemed intent on helping out my situation or being apologetic about it. This is not what I expect in terms of service when buying a vehicle, brand new, from a seemingly reputable dealership. At the end of the day, my car's hood clear coat is now peeling, probably as a result of the aftermarket repair. They have not reached out to me and so I just wanted to make sure to warn others to ask for a carproof. They even told me that they had many other vehicles on that same claim. So you might own one as well. The sales buying process was good but the handling of this issue has me bringing my business elsewhere.

I had been shopping for a vehicle for a week and a half or so when I dropped into this location. I had a chance to look around a bit before meeting with a sales person, and wasn't sure they had any options I liked. The sales person took the time to listen to and record my requirements, and suggested some options, including new inventory that was scheduled to be available within the next week or so. I left my contact information, and was told they'd get back to me when the new arrivals became available so we could explore their suitability for me further. I never received any followup - I was not impressed by this lack of engagement, so never returned. I made my deal at Hyundai of Oakville after a much better experience there.

I recently had a bad experience with the Sales Area of this Dealership when I approached it with the intention of trading in my car and buying a brand new one. The General Sales Manager Mr. Jeremy Wickman, through the Sales Person, produced for me a questionable quote for the new car, since the selling price was significantly above the Authorized Price of Hyundai Canada for that particular vehicle and the explanation that I received didn’t look legitimate. About the trade-in deal, the Sales Manager without even taking a look at my car, offered me an unreasonable and let us say insulting price for the car. I complained in writing to the Owner of the Dealership and both, him and the Sales Manager in different emails recognized and apologized to me for the wrong business practices implicit, expressing the intention of learning from the mistakes.

10 years ago I was ready to purchase a Sonata here, in the last minute a rude staff member steered me away. I purchased the same car elsewhere. In a similar experience today, I wanted to test the Elantra and Santa Fe. I was told that it was not their job to let me test drive cars but to narrow down my selection. I explained that with a Hyundai brand I have and will buy cars that I find comfortable to drive regardless of the already low price range. Once again, I will be test driving the 2018 Elantra elsewhere to ensure the ride is as comfortable as is the interior in the show room model. Then Elantra will replace my 2004 Vibe. I will also test the Santa Fe as a possible future replacement to my 2010 Mercedes C250.

I purchased a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport Limited from another dealership. Recently, my driver and passenger front door-locking mechanisms decided to retire leaving me unable to unlock, or lock the front doors with the key fob. Not a huge issue but a bit of a pain. I contacted Burlington Hyundai service dept and within 40 minutes was in the shop having my vehicle looked at by Steve. Crazy! Within the hour, I received a call informing me that they'd discovered the issue and the parts had been ordered and would be in within a couple of days. Fast forward 2 days... We had quite a heavy downpour the night before and when I got into the vehicle I noticed there was a damp spot with a stain on the headliner. When I took the vehicle in to have the locks replaced, I showed them this and they informed me that it would be taken care of. I picked up the car a few hours later and both lock mechanisms had been replaced, my headliner had been removed, leak found and sealed and stain cleaned! All for a total of $0.00 and was treated like an absolute priority the entire time! I have owned several much more premium vehicles (Audi, VW, Mercedes) and have always felt like a second-class citizen when an issue had been brought up. I chose Hyundai due to their recent reliability records, quality and long list of features and so far have yet to be disappointed!

I own a 2012 Hyundai Veloster that I gave to my son to drive to get to school and back. Approximately a month ago he called me in distress at the side of a busy multi-lane highway to say that his check engine light came on, and that the vehicle stalled and could not restart. We arranged to get the Veloster towed to Burlington Hyundai where we met Todd Delmore, Service Specialist for the first time. Todd was able to start the Veloster, so he brought it into the service bay to be checked front to back. A Burlington Hyundai Technician subsequently test-drove the vehicle, but could not recreate the defect even though the check engine light stayed on. Tood advised us that besides missing a litre and a half of oil, they could not diagnose what had gone wrong was the Veloster. It was at this time that Tood advised us that Veloster models have had a history of engine problems, but that the recall was launched only for 2013 and earlier models. Nevertheless Todd advised me that he would document what took place, and asked my son to drive the vehicle for another 1,200 km to see if anything changed. We brought the vehicle back into the Burlington Hyundai dealership for a second mechanical inspection as it was still running very sluggishly. We also brought all of our maintenance records, to confirm that we were taking care of the vehicle according to the manufacturer's specifications. Todd advised me that the vehicle had once again lost another liter and a half of oil in the engine. The final diagnosis was that the engine, sensors and the catalytic converter were out of service and needed to be replaced. The total repair bill would be somewhere in the area of $12,000, which meant that the vehicle would be salvaged for parts only. Todd advised me that he would request that Hyundai Canada provide a new engine, sensors and catalytic converter free of charge, despite the fact that it was out of warranty and older than the 2013 Veloster recall. Todd subsequently called me back to say that Hyundai Canada had honored this request,. The work has now been complete, my vehicle is back in service intact, and my son has a reliable vehicle that he can use for the next several years. I am convinced that Todd's exemplary customer service and supreme dedication was the difference maker in helping me to come to a satisfactory resolution. He is a tremendous asset to Burlington Hyundai and all Hyundai owners in the Burlington area, and I will not hesitate to continue to bring my vehicle to Burlington Hyundai going forward!

My experiences at Burlington Hyundai have been extremely disappointing. I have returned my car there for warranty work twice. Both times I found the service very poor. Each visit the individual who served us implied that the work may very well not be covered by the warranty which is intimidating. The service aide was The first visit was for a tire repair, the second time was after a serious engine problem that occurred at 38 thousand KM. The service aides name was Justin V. He was condescending and patronising. I was without my Santa Fe for 21 days. I was eventually given an Elantra as a loaner. I would NOT recommend anyone deal with Burlington Hyundai. Each interaction from the purchase to service has been negative. And based on conversations I’ve had with other customers this is not an isolated experience.

Honestly, I am pretty sceptical of service centres at the dealership after too many poor experiences at another Hyundai in Halton region. My car was coming up to the end of its warranty and was experiencing a couple other problems so I brought it in. I saw Garrett Leotchko and from the moment we started talking, it felt like he was taking ownership of my problems, that it was not for me to worry about but for them and that they would take care of them. Garrett was really responsive to my calls throughout the day when I was getting curious as to what the progress was. Today, I went back in quickly, and as I approached Garrett, he was discussing another vehicle with a technician. As I approached, they stopped talking so Garrett could help me. I was prepared to wait, but they just stopped mid conversation, looked at me and asked how he could help. This is a tiny little detail, but this detail alone tells you the level of service you get when you go in. This is not like going to a garage, it's like going to a restaurant with a host and attentive wait staff. I was sitting in the waiting room here and when other staff were arriving to work, they stopped and smiled and said good morning. I don't know who manages this dealership, but they should be strongly commended for leading and inspiring that level of customer service. It's unlike anything I have experienced at a dealership, maybe even in any shopping location overall. Lastly, the time Zoran took to explain what he tried to do to diagnose my car's problem, and things I should look out for, and listen for was also incredibly valuable. He was so thorough, at one point I was nervous that I was going to be taking too much of his time asking questions, but he never made me feel like that. After going to the other dealership with bad service I swore I would never buy a Hyundai again. I just messaged my wife to say this service centre was so good, it makes me think to buy another Hyundai. I think that says a lot. Thanks everyone for all your help and great service.

I would like to say, a big thank you to Todd, Vanessa and Brandon, for taking care of my vehicle in such a professional and stress free manner. I was having problem with my vehicle, for a few months. I felt unsafe driving it, as it fails to excelerate whenever I come to a stop and ready to move. Which makes me very nervous, especially whenever I am in the middle of an intersection, and waiting to make a left turn. I took it to Pine West Hyundai in Brampton. They did a diagnostic test on it which cost me over a $160.00. After the test they told me that the vehicle need dual clutch replacement, but it was safe to drive and my extended warranty company said, that it would have to get worst for it to be replaced. Inspite of my concern for my safety, which basically, they are telling me that I would have to get killed before they replaced it. In my frustration, I called Burlington Hyundai, which was where I had purchased the vehicle back in 2017 brand new. I spoke with Vanessa, who was very polite. She forwarded me to Brandon who was one of the Managers. He was very understanding, he requested that, I bring the vehicle in and he assured me, he would take care of it. Todd the service specialist, really puts the icing on the cake. After he did the diagnostic. He told me that, the vehicle was unsafe to drive, and he is going to put me into a rental, and look after the vehicle, Which he did. By the following day my vehicle was fixed and covered my extended warranty. Now my vehicle is driving like new again. The service I received, was outstanding and exceeded my expectations. I cannot thank these guys enough.

Bad service, had two 2013 Elantra's that had brakes/callipers sieze up completely, at 20500km's. They would do nothing from a customer service point of view and said that it was too late for the 20000km service. Charged a diagnostic to figure this out and no compromise on new brakes, except sorry that you didn't do your service on time. I've never once done a brake service on any of my previous cars (mazda) but apparently the geniuses at Hyundai in Korea design the e-brake cable to go through the brakes or something and it causes issues. Took both Elantra's to my mechanic for $700 brake jobs (full pads and rotors) and sold both cars and went with Subaru. Will never buy a Hyundai ever again, cheap cheap cheap, brakes last 20000 km's on both elantra's which is pretty sad and a friend had the same issue with his Santa Fe. The suspension on these cars is absolutely a joke, back end flies around on every bump and pothole. Seats kills your back. I've never been happier with Subaru, the quality is simply worth the slightly extra cost. Burlington Hyundai are rude and not the best to deal with.

Bought a used car from a different location. After a couple weeks the car started bucking while trying to accelerate. I asked how much time before the warranty was done and I was told I had another month before it expired. Mentioned to the service department a possibility the coils might be the problem. The service staff disregarded my thoughts and told me nothing was wrong with the car. Took the car back and the same problem was occurring so I brought it in again, still same response from the service department. Took the car back, again, still bucking. Third time I brought the car in I tried mentioning the coils again, mechanic didn't think it was that. Instead replaced the spark plugs and "cleaned the coils". Reset the system and said they couldn't do more. Less than a year later I had a problem with my starter. Went to Mountain Hyundai to have it fixed, mechanics there also mentioned my coils were bad. By this time my warranty was over so it was going to cost to fix this problem. I find it funny that another location was able to come to me with this problem whereas I had repeatedly told Burlington hyundai (while I was under warranty) that my coils could be the problem and I felt like they didn't want to do a "free" job so I was brushed aside. If they had shown some kind of consideration maybe I'd still bring my business to them.

Pissed the hell off about a recent service experience. 1hr30min for an 'oil change' which I had an appointment for. "Express service" indeed having to wait on an appointment which I came early to, and they advertise Express Oil Change service even on their Facebook page. Service advisor never came to get me about the vehicle being ready, I had to go ask. When the work order was signed I was told "complementary car wash" and when the bill was paid "Your car has been washed" .... No it hasn't, it's dirtier than it was when I left it for service. Trying to call the service manager to complain? Good luck. Steve never picks up. Call reception - "he's in his office, maybe he is busy" ... Really. I'm busy too, but if someone calls you, even on your direct line, it's usually important. Piss poor customer service and this very well could be the last time I come here for service.

I had a good experience. People were kind and friendly, the place was clean and had some awesome precautions as far as sanitization for Covid protocols. Came in randomly one night and had a test drive asap which was great. I was a bit surprised at the lack of deals and incentives during this time. I asked about student deals, first time buyer deals, maybe throwing in a set of winter tires or rubber mats and the guy looked at me like I was speaking a different language. I guess I just had a different vision of car sales people in my head and how they push to get you to buy. This might be a testament to the car shortage at this time, they have a such a high demand of cars that they really don't care if you walk out the door without one. After actually deciding to purchase the car everything was smooth. My trade-in was fairly priced, communication was great and the delivery was easy. I did however spend 3 hours there one day working through paperwork and not once did anyone offer me a coffee or water. Overall, some really nice people, very clean and easy going. Maybe it's just a sign of the times, no more sleezy car sales people.

Preowned Certified Vehicle Purchase - Very Satisfied We have been shopping for a replacement vehicle for a fairly long while with high expectations regarding the quality and condition of any preowned vehicles that we would consider. I have performed an extensive review of value vs price for a replacement vehicle brand, with Hyundai and Kia seeming to offer the best choices for us in the class that we were looking for, mid sized SUV extended to provide for 6 or 7 passenger seating and with more cargo space. Burlington Hyundai always seemed to have good quality preowned inventory so we monitored it regularly (along with a few other dealers and resellers) until the right vehicle came along for an acceptable price. Reggie Duque was assigned to be our Sales Rep. Reggie was friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle and its features/ capabilities. Three visits later and two test drives, we purchase a certified preowned Santa Fe XL Limited, equipped the way we wanted it and for a price we were willing to pay (reasonable). I got my very first car last wednesday from Hyundai Burlington. So the whole sales experience was so frustrating. The Sales Rep that I had was very sarcastic and I felt that I was so dumb when he was explaining things to me. Then, when i asked something about how much was the tinting. He exactly told me that he's gonna cover it for me as soon as I call him back. So I called him back and the deal was done. And then I kinda reminded him of what he promised me. And he said that they don't offer free tinting anymore. So I was like okay, maybe I can speak to the Manager. And I did, they gave me free tinting which was so good! But then again when I got the car, the Financial Manager asked me to sign papers, I've seen that my biweekly payment went up from $150 to $174 and when I asked him why is it $174, he said it's the extended warranty for 8 years. But I don't remember agreeing in to that. I didn't complain or anything because I just want to get the car and it's written on one of the documents that I signed that the extended warranty is removeable. So maybe after few days, I called the Financial manager and asked if I can cancel my extended warranty because I can't afford $350 monthly since my insurance is high too. And what I understood was I'm only gonna pay $300 a month. His response to me was, there's a lot of documentation for me to sign blah blah blah and what really concerned me more was when he said that if I cancel the warranty instead of me financing the car for 8 years, 0% interest, what they said they can only do is I still need to pay $350, but the excess 50 will go towards my loan. This is so unfair!! Why does the term needs to be affected by taking off the warranty that I never agreed on. This is so frustrating. I don't have a knowledge in buying cars and maybe that's why they're taking advantage of me. This is so stressful and very annoying on my part. I really don't know where to turn to right now because I already spoke to the Manager. I really wish you guys can help me on my situation. What I need is just to cancel the extended warranty and pay what I agreed on the very beginning which is $300 monthly. Thanks!

Burlington Hyundai was absolutely the worst car dealership that I have ever dealt with. They miss quoted the payout amount of my vehicle which had an impact on the car deal that I was in process of arranging. When I contacted them to point out their error and question the amount they had quoted I didn't even get an apology. Instead of providing good customer service by owning their error and offering to help, they told me they were only willing to help my situation if I bought a car from them. Classy!!! They screw up and suddenly it is entirely my problem without so much as an apology. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with this dealership. I'd post a negative star if I could! DON'T TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP!! I've had several Santa Fe's over the years and always went to Oakville for service. Never had an issue with the cars. Decided to try Burlington because it was closer and all of a sudden, between a month for an oil change that turned into hundreds of dollars and a certification that turned into over $700 on a car not even 3 years old is outrageous! The certification alone was $180, THREE TIMES THE NORMAL PRICE of $60!!! Don't you find it odd that the reviews go from horrid to excellent and nothing in between? I suspect the excellent reviews are friends. Regardless, I would take to heart the negative reviews since they mirror my experience exactly! I'm taking my complaint to head office.

Being that we're in the middle of a pandemic, and this was while under lockdown, I anticipated more communication from the dealership based on their process (and/) or precautions they are taking in advance of just showing up for my appointment. Once there, everything seemed fine and safe enough in the service department.. however, you are asked to wait inside and while doing so I noticed many employees without masks, one in particular walking to and from the service department several times. It made me extremely uncomfortable. I can't understand how her other coworkers didn't say anything. The cost for my service also seemed excessive (and I have previously owned two Jeeps) so I'm not sure I will be back to this location in the future.

Cannot recommend the service department unless you like fighting, being treated as if you are a liar and just overall being frustrated. I bought a car there last year and the breaks have been noisy ever since. I have documented several emails from second day of ownership, 5 months, 7 months and one year. I was told to wait until the weather is drier for them to assess and here we are. Charles (service manager) is just insisting it’s due service again which it is, but the point is it wasn’t done properly in the first place. I can’t recommend a place that has a mother feeling unsafe about brakes in a new car for over a year. I also have had another dealership finding fault with the brakes. To this day they still aren’t fixed and if I’ve been damaging the pads this year thinking they were serviced I will escalate this. To be a primary dealership in a family oriented city - you just need to do better than this

Recently had an extremely frustrating and upsetting experience taking my car in for service at this Hyundai. I decided to bring in my 2015 Elantra after a few weeks of hearing a constant "ticking/buzzing" noise. I booked the appointment and brought the car in to find out that the mechanic/technician could not hear the noise I was hearing even after he offered to take me out in the car to listen together. Once we came back after an almost 2 hour wait, he said the noises were "normal" and there was nothing he could do for me. I left paying the diagnostic fee as he couldn't determine the problem with my car. I called the service manager, Trish, to explain to her that I was still hearing the "ticking/buzzing" noise from my car and that the mechanic didn't seem to care to help me any further. She explained to me that this is not how Hyundai is supposed to treat their customers and I should bring my car back in. A week later after taking my car in for service, the noise began to become more loud and quite annoying and constant. For the record, I drive to Toronto almost everyday and this noise was driving me insane so I decided to book another service appointment to have a different mechanic/technician look at my car. Upon bringing the car in, I had 4+ mechanics/technicians look at my car and they all heard the noise I was talking about EXCEPT the mechanic I had previously. They told me to book another appointment to drop my car off and service it. Coming back for the 3rd time I dropped my car off and by 3pm a service representative called me back to let me know the car needed a new alternator which was covered under warranty and the diagnostic fee would be waived ... Why was I charged the first time for a diagnostic fee because the first mechanic couldn't hear the noise but now since another mechanic did hear the noise I wasn't charged the diagnostic fee because it was under warranty .. I believe I should of been recompensed for the first diagnostic fee if the part was covered under warranty the second time I brought the car in. 4th time coming was to drop off the car to have the part (alternator) replaced. Upon picking up the car I thought this was the end to my car problems, boy was I wrong. Also to add to this, I dropped my car off ith 300k of range in fuel and came back with 122k of range in fuel .. Almost 2-3 days after having the alternator replaced, the noise started to come back and sounded even worse than the first time (before fixing the alternator). I called and explained to the service representative that I could still hear the noise and I wanted to bring my car back in for another service appointment. His response was almost as rude as the first mechanics response and said to me that the noises coming from my car were normal and there isn't anything else Hyundai could help me with. As I stated above my car is a 2015 Elantra, less than 80,000km on the car and in immaculate condition. My car should not be making any type of noise other than the engine running. I have now decided to take my car to Hyundai of Oakville and contact upper management regarding my upsetting experience and waste of time I spent here. Our family were proud Hyundai owners and after this experience, this will be my last Hyundai I will ever buy. You wasted my time, my money and lost a long-term customer, your customer service team should be ashamed of themselves.

If you are buying a Hyundai, you MUST visit this store. I couldn't believe how down to earth/professional the Management team was. I found out afterward that this store is not owned by a big auto group which then made sense. I visited a couple other Hyundai stores but this place just felt good....even starting off with their friendly engaged receptionist. People and price are more important then facilities to me but this store was much nicer then the other two stores we visited. They also have a Starbucks automated coffee machine @!?. Does Lebron James even have one of these??. I haven't serviced a Hyundai here yet but the reviews seem good so I'll check em out at 6,000 kilometers. Keep up the good work Burlington Hyundai!.

Let me just start off by saying that when it comes to service I had an amazing experience at this dealer. It is literally the reason that I came back in search of my next vehicle. Unfortunately in that search the sales rep that I had to deal with really tarnished my experience. I absolutely hate that I can't remember her name, because she was atrocious. She was maybe mid-forties and had a heavy accent but was absolutely disrespectful and just completely uneducated when assessing my truck. She tried to tell me that the bumper had been painted, even though it's Chrome and I am the original owner of the vehicle. And Then followed up by saying that there were three recalls on it despite the fact that I showed her a confirmed email from Dodge that that was not the case. I'm used to dealing with sales staff so I don't get easily offended when they lowball me a trade-in offer, but she had the audacity try and offer me less than 50% of two other recent trade in quotes I had just gotten that week. When I told her this she just laughed and said they must not have done as thorough and inspection as she did, as though she actually knew what she was looking at. She then proceeded to give me the price for my new vehicle, and when we begin discussing details, she laughed and ridiculed me, insinuating that I couldn't afford the vehicle and was to poor if I needed to haggle at all. While I still love Hyundai oh, unfortunately she has completely ruined my experience with this dealer and I won't be back. This is a rare circumstance where I truly believe that she needs to be fired before scaring away more potential clients.

Had a bad experience with one of their sales reps. I came in to look at some SUVs and hopefully taste drive one,I didn't have an appointment so we had to wait for about 30 minutes before anyone came up to talk to us and they seemed very short staffed. Someone finally came up to us and got us on a test drive and it went great, the sales rep wasn't very knowledgeable but he was friendly and genuine so I can forgive it. After the test drive we started talking numbers and trades etc etc. I didn't have all the paper work for my car so I didn't feel comfortable signing an offer and I didn't really want to sign one anyway ... I mean I didn't even make an appointment. I was nervous and my first time buying a new car so I think the sales rep mis understood me or I mis spoke and he was under the impression I was going to sign the contract. Even though I didn't even have my title or insurance for my trade in, the sales rep urged me to just sign tonight and bring the title the next day. I wasn't comfortable with that plus I still had to get new insurance and wanted to continue to look else where. The sales rep immediately got very hostile, saying what I was doing was dirty and I didn't keep my word and was very shady. I asked if he would hold the offer for 24 hours so I can come back tomorrow but he wouldn't even give me his card and told me to "do whatever you want, I don't care" I am sorry if I was nervous and gave the false hope that I would sign that same day but I don't think anyone should be treated like I was and pressured to get into such a big commitment right there and then. I hope you train your reps better next time and please don't resort to high pressure tactics, it made me very uncomfortable to say the least and I will not be returning unfortunately due to this experience. No one buying their first new car should go through this.

On our first visit to the dealership to view and test drive one of their used vehicles , we were met by Lori who immediately made us feel welcome and at ease . Called service. They put us through to parts. Parts said maybe call Hyundai Canada. Hyundai Canada says call your dealer. I now have a trailer with brake assist wired for seven pin we can’t accommodate. Wish I could return the vehicle Spent so much money and didn’t get what it thought we were getting. AND had a remote start added and after 10 minutes it’s shuts off and lets out the loudest, longest honk you’ve ever heard. Scared the SH$T out of anyone walking by. Feel bad even using it in the morning before work as it’s completely awful and annoying and don’t want to bother our neighbors. So bummed about this purchase

I would love to post a positive response. However, I went there for a recall problem. I asked them to look it over and change the oil and basic lube. Was charged $583.61 ok expensive but acceptable as I asked them to do it. They then provided me with a detailed list of "problems"for my 2015 truck with 52,000 km saying it required wheel balance $96.00 cabin filter $53.00, brake flush $154, front brake pads/rotors $646.00 + taxes. I declined and took to my certified mechanic. I gave him the written list and estimate and he inspected and said the only thing that was required was a cabin air filter. I was charged a total of $74.00 for the inspection and the replacement. I saved myself almost $1000 and they have totally lost my respect. When a woman walks into that dealership alone BEWARE!

Thanks to our local dealer and Hyundai Canada an unusual problem with an out of warranty issue with the engine of our Elantra is being resolved with no expense to us. We were also provided with a nice vehicle to use free except for the gas. When we were told of the problem and realized it was going to be very expensive our heats sank. Our dealer said they were going to make a request to head office to see if it could be covered. Since the vehicle was out of warranty we didn't hold much hope. Then to our surprise we received a call telling us the repair had been approved . Both my wife and i couldn't believe it ! With Covid financial issues being felt by all, Hyundai came to our rescue. Just can't say how good this felt. Thanks to all who helped. Satisfied beyond beyond belief.

This dealership RUINED my first car experience and keeps disappointing. I’m confused and surprised to see so many good reviews, I haven’t had one positive experience since I signed my papers. I honestly think I’m being taken advantage due to being a young female. Every encounter I’ve had there’s been miscommunication on their end with each other, causing inconveniences and disappointment on my end. The day I picked up my car, they tinted the wrong car and I was delivered the car without tint. I was told by John, the sales rep, that I’d be receiving their darker tint, when I spoke to the service department, Carly told me i was wrong and they only have one tint and to go elsewhere if I wanted a darker tint than they provide. I was told by Carina, the financial service manager that I would be receiving a loaner vehicle for when they do the tint; when I called the service department, Carly told me they don’t give out loaner vehicles for a tint and I’d have to either take their shuttle (after my work starts) or I’d have to find my own transportation. I was so put off by their lack of customer service, empathy and organization that I decided I no longer wanted the tint. I was told by Carina that the dealership paid the contractor and I was obligated to have the tinting completed. I consulted with another Hyundai employee from another dealership and my lawyer, both told me I did not have to complete the tint if I choose not to. I picked up my car beginning of September. Almost 2 months later, I was supposed to finally pick up the cheque for the tinting amount after they repaired an inside scratch that came with my “brand new car” (I was delivered the car with the scratch- their response to that was “they do travel from far, we’ll check your warranty”). However, yet another miscommunication on their part, they failed to let me know that I will not be receiving my car until either 4-5 days; Even though when I spoke to the service department 2 days before they assured me I could pick up latest 5 pm same day. No surprise, I was delivered the car past what they said, it took them almost a week. They did provide me with a loaner car, which Carly made it sound like I should be really grateful about that. When I received the car, on the bill it showed a complementary car wash- my car was as dirty as when I dropped it off. My concerns and questions have still been left unanswered. I contacted Brandon with all my concerns, instead of acknowledging them, he offered me a cheque for the tinting price and told me my car would look great with tinted windows and to think about it. I contacted him with my disappointments once again almost 2 weeks ago and haven’t heard back from him, and I’m honestly not expecting to. Unfortunately, I have 4 more years of disappointment, so I won’t be expecting much from this dealership. I’d strongly recommend going elsewhere. UPDATE Once again another disappointment, I’m not sure if no one works there or it’s just that no one cares. Looks like they replied to make themselves look caring but none has contacted me since they said they would a week ago.

Luckily the mississauga hyundai actually understands customer service and did it for me while changing my oil. Never had a dealership refuse so hard to be helpful for all of 30 seconds. My initial car purchase was great of course. When I received my car there were Derp scratches and the salesman said he'd give me a paint pen free of charge to fix it myself. He then got fired and they refused to honor it charging my $15.99 for one. Every time I have come in for service I have been talked down to and treated like an idiot. They tried several times to convince me I needed new tires after 1.5 years and less than 25,000km. I finally made them measure again in front of me and lo and behold, the tread was fine... Their service staff (desk staff) is rude and tries to pinch every dime out of you. Their service staff that actually work on your vehicle are super nice and knowledgeable though. Service manager is useless and we'll deny all warranty or protection guarantees until you give up and leave to the point of being rude. I no longer have Hyundai service my vehicle and never will again. It's sad because I actually really love my car and was considering trading up but I have no desire to be further associated with Hyundai.

I wouldn’t even give a star...If you are looking to buy vehicle from this dealer forget it. The worst customer service experience ever. The agents know how to sell but doesn’t have any good manner. Me and my wife visited this place to to finance a car and the agents who served us was Jordan from preowned dept and Richard finance manager. They were both mean and impolite and had offensive behaviour with me and my wife. They took a deposit on damage vehicle that worth $14900 online posting, as advertised and the dealer marked price was $16000 more or less. No one has that amount of money setting in their pocket everyone ends up financing. After a 45 mins financial breakdown it went up to $21000. The car had a damage of $1200. The car worth a price of a used 2010 Mercedes. The agents ended up selling their promotional stuff to rip me off with another 4 grand on 3 years coverage and blah blah blah...They were pushing me to buy the vehicle. Thank God I didn’t end up dealing with such illiterate people who doesn’t care about customers just trying to snitch you with tons of options for a damage vehicle. After I changed my mind of not buying all of a sudden their true colour showed up. They pointed us the door directions and said that may be we should not buy a car. Both agents did not have any customer service skills to satisfy a customer. I work in customer service industry and in my opinion I suggest LEARN for your agents to Listen Actively, Empathize, Apologize, React and Notify. The next day my wife waited for an hour to get the deposit back, some agents were telling her that she may or may not get her deposit back. She missed her appointment and she got very late picking our kids from daycare. I will never visit this store even if this was the last dealership on earth.

Long story short, I purchased a certified pre-owed vehicle 2 years ago from this dealership, and a few weeks ago the engine blew with only 140,000kms on it. Went in to see what my options were as I still have an outstanding balance on the loan of this vehicle. I was given options of vehicles that were all outside of the budget I gave the sales woman. They put the heat on when I left. Went to Ford, and purchased a brand new vehicle plus the negative equity of the old piece of garbage for a price I could afford. I called Hyundai back a few days later to speak with a manager, and left a message with the receptionist (Debbie- who, to no surprise was very rude), and low and behold here we are 2 weeks later and no one has returned my call. Go anywhere but here.

I just purchased my first brand new vehicle, a Kona, from Burlington Hyundai - on my own!!! I've been on the fence for years struggling with who can I trust? It can be hard, particularly for women, who don't know much about cars. Well, I found my answer when I contacted Burlington Hyundai and their knowledgeable, trustworthy staff. I was guided through the entire process, educated - where I wanted to be (I really don't want to know everything about cars - but if I did they could/would tell me!) - and not only do I love my new Kona, the experience has left me with a little more trust and faith that there are people and businesses out there that have a deep set of morals and a desire to do things right. The entire process was so personalized with every individual assisting me like I was their only customer. And we did it all remote with the exception of the test drive and pickup - which of course followed all the COVID protocols and felt safe. Run as fast as you can. Worst customer service ever and sketchy repairs charges. Our new Elantra had less than 30,000 km on it and there were problems with the clutch. Took it in and was told we needed to a new clutch as well as a couple of other items that would cost approx $2000 with tax. We went to our local Mr. Transmission for a 2nd opinion. What a difference. Apparently the clutch was sitting too high. They adjusted it in 15 minutes and didn't charge us a cent. We tried to speak to customer service management at Burlington Hyundai about what happened. Despite repeated calls about this, no one ever got in touch with us. We now by our cars elsewhere and make sure everyone knows why!

Shout out to Sam & everyone at Burlington Hyundai! My partner and I recently bought a pre-owned Kia Soul from this dealership. Despite the fact that our purchase cost far less than the average cost of a new car, we were treated respectfully and professionally, and our individual needs were met from the get-go. Sam helped us every step of the way. Munaham, the store manager, even met us and said hello. When we inquired about a sound our car was making, they had their mechanics check it right away and fix it for us. Other dealerships would have looked at me and my partner and written us off because we weren't a big sale. Not the case at Burlington Hyundai. We highly recommend!

You guys should try this Hyundai location. I went to three Hyundai locations in Hamilton and Milton, for an engine factory issue. All of them they refused to understand and cooperate with my issue. Made appointment for broken spring estimated (apparently can't do it without looking - weird). After waiting an hour still no estimate. No common decency to let me know how long to wait. Drove down the street to a local garage and guy looked at it in 2 minutes. Appointment meant nothing.

Once took the car in for service with a grinding noise and shuddering on left turns. I gave instruction on how to get the car to make the noise. I paid $60 on top of my regular service to have the tech say they couldn't hear the noise or find anything wrong. Every single person who I drive tells me about the noise without me telling them first. Obviously they took my money without doing anything. Secondly, they waited until my warranty was expired to tell me I had a terrible oil leak that needed immediate attention and costing roughly $200-300 to reseal the oil pan. No evidence or specifics were given when I asked. I did not let them do the "fix" and all my fluid levels remained unchanged between services. No puddles under the car. Other than the shady stuff, I like the service packages they offer and overall felt comfortable that my car was well looked after. It still makes the noise on left turns.

Oddly enough I did not purchase my car from Burlington Hyundai because upon moving to Ontario last year I already had a car (although i'm sure in a year or two i'll be back as a buyer). I do however, get all my servicing done here thanks to a recommendation from a friend who has been frequenting the dealership for years. In all my visits to the service desk they are always friendly, helpful and knowledgable. It's nice to feel confident that you trust the people in charge of keeping your car healthy. Both Danielle and Mo have been fantastic and make sure I fully understand and agree to what needs to be serviced and what is still perfectly healthy! I will forever be recommending Burlington Hyundai to friends and family.

I purchased a pre-owned Santa Fe and love it. Took it in to have the wheels balanced after the first couple of weeks. Keys were handed back to me within an hour. Should be 0 stars! My daughter purchased her first car here..pre owned. She bought a 4 year old Accent for $10 thousand . She has had the car for 2 yrs. put a battery brakes and tires on the car. The car started knocking on her way to work so she took it right to her mechanic. The engine is shot..she still owes $5000 on the loan and the car is scrap. She went back to Burlington Hyundai and the games began they told her she had to bring the car for them to see. Her mechanic advised she not drive the car..it was in Cambridge she had to drive it to Burlington. Long story short..after a lot of back and forth games they couldn't get her into a vehicle she could afford. When she said she had to think about the offer because it was over her budget she was told..if she left they might not be able to give her the same deal the next day. We went to a Ford dealership on a friends recommdation. She was treated with so much respect! They gave her more for her car sight unseen..got her in a brand new well equipped car within her budget. Even though she had to carry the existing loan from the scrap car Hyundai sold her!! When the offer was all written up ..it was even suggested that she take it home make sure she was comfortable with everything and let them know when she had made a decision. THAT'S customer service! She's in a new car and had a very positive experience.
