They really are a great service department but whoever they have for car cleaning, needs to be fired or someone else for backup! Three times I’ve had my car booked. The first time I went there and was told the car cleaner wasn’t there. The second time I booked, they called and cancelled me because the car cleaner wasn’t there. They then rebooked me for the Friday but it was a wedding weekend and i couldn’t make it. I rebooked again a couple days ago, for today - and I just got a cancellation call again because the person called in sick! I passed up opportunities to get my car cleaned, in okotoks and Calgary, to keep my business local but I guess this is why people shouldn’t bother. I will not rebook again!

Made an appointment for a recall part to be replaced, came on time, sat for 20 minutes before being told a mechanic won't be available for another 30 minutes, waited 2 hours to be told they didn't order the part in and I would have to rebook. Also asked them to tell me when my seat doesn't work, was told it worked fine, showed then how it didn't work, was told a cable was stretched and it would be 700$+ to replace, charged me 50$ to tell me that and on top of it they sprayed some sort of chemical in my car that is super potent and still wreaks after 4 days. I need to drive with my kids.

I was Super interested in a $35k used truck in the lot. I live 1.5 + hours away and asked to meet half way but I was declined. I don’t know 45 min drive for each party and in the end Davis gets the $35,000.00...? Seemed like a good deal, especially after confirming the staff morning and afternoon was free. Won’t be shopping her or referring anybody ever.

Don’t bring your vehicles here for maintenance after warranty is up. They won’t do any simple maintenance like tire rotations or filter changes while you have warranty when you ask for it but they’ll sure jump on it and do it when you’re no longer covered without double checking with the owner. And to boot it costed almost $200 for an oil change, rotation only, and an air filter in a Cruze. When we took a f-150 to ford and had an oil change and multi point inspection for $79!! If you like spending too much money definitely take your vehicles here!

I first made contact with Carolea Renaud of Brooks Motor Products via email and then we began many days of email and telephone discussions regarding my buying a used vehicle from them. t the same time, I was discussing with three other dealers in different parts of Alberta, but it was obvious very early that I would end up buying from BMP, 200 kilometres away from my location in Calgary, Alberta. I was blown away by Carolea's professionalism, quick response and her speed of meeting agreed timelines. When I eventually went to Brooks to pick up the vehicle and in the process met Cindy Miller and Calvin from the Services Department, as well as two other ladies at the Service Department who attended to me when I went back for follow-up check-up, I then knew that customer service, prompt, efficient and courteous service is the culture at BMP. They are the reason I opted to go back to them for follow-up check-up, rather than doing it in any GM dealership in Calgary. I give all of them an A+!!! (7 Stars!!!) KEEP IT UP, GUYS!

Long story short: my wife, 5 month old, 5 year old, German Shepherd, and myself were on the way to Calgary from Regina for thanksgiving weekend and we got into car trouble. Alex and his service department got us back on the road in less than 30 minutes!! Jason the sales consultant there looked after us like family!! Served my daughter cake, helped calm down my dog Dana who has bad anxiety and even offered my wife his office to change our baby...as a former Sales Advisor for one of the highest respected dealerships in Regina I must say this dealership went above and beyond to accommodate us!! Had an amazing experience at this dealership when we purchased our GMV truck. We are from Calgary and tried all the dealerships here and had some awful experiences such as baiting trucks to lure you in, tell you the vechilcle sold so fast (without notifying you hours before going to see it) to then show you something more expensive. We were so frustrated after almost making a deal but having our mechanic inspect the vehicle and find a very significant issue with the 4x4 system that would have costed us thousands. Kyle is a straight up guy we had a price in mind and the truck, there was no games, straight up honest and eve understood from past experience we wanted it still to be inspected with our mechanic back in Calgary. He made it happen and our mechanic passed the inspection with flying colours. This dealership knows what they were doing when they check ther vehicles out and don't just make a sale to make a sale. They are honest and treat you right. We recommend coming here even if it's a 2 hour drive. Definitely worth it!
