Purchased my second vehicle here even though I live in Kingston Ontario. Drive a little to save a lot. Friendly and helpful. It was a bitter cold day and tons of snow when I went to look at a particular vehicle. It was dug out and ready for my test drive. Vehicle was ready for pick-up at appointed time. My wife and I took a day trip out to Athens, ON in order to view a vehicle through a private sale opportunity. When that didn't work out we happened to drive by Riverside Ford and thought we'd go and check out their used vehicle inventory. It was close to closing time but we were approached by Bill McAllister and he took the time to get to know what we were looking for and what our needs were. He provided excellent client service and there was a zero-pressure environment when discussing options. We ended up picking up our used vehicle, a warranty package and winter tires on rims from him and the process was so seamless, enjoyable, informative and wonderful. First time ever bringing my car into them was to have recall work done on my car that I waited almost a full year for Ford Canada to find a solution for. When I picked it up all they had done was an oil change and charged me for it. Then they told me I needed a wheel bearing so I asked for a quote on it and have since been given 3 different prices for the same part. Seems very unorganized and will be taking my car elsewhere from now on.

Stopped by Riverside Ford to get new windshield wipers. Bought the wipers at a reasonable, fair price and had a young lad named....Joel...I think he said his name was...help me install them free of charge. Felt sorry for the guy cause he looked cold and suffered a minor injury switching out the wipers but the customer service was excellent. Would definitely recommend to my family and friends!

Terrible place....Told me i needed a new motor for my 2016 Ford Fusion 155000km all highway driven after my car showed a warning of engine coolant over temperature. They could not explain why it happened....then persuaded me to not fix the car and would offer $1000 as is or $6500 fixed with a motor costing with labour $4500. Took car somewhere else...NOTHING wrong with the motor...my car needed new shutters as mine where close shut causing the engine to overheat....cost me 700$ . Could have lost a perfectly good car. Will never go back to Riverside Ford again

I have a 2017 Ford Escape. My dealership in Harrow, Ont replaced both deflector sheilds Oct 2020. We were just traveling to East coast and one side fell down. Riverside Ford put new screw in for free. Big thank you to them!!!

Brought my girlfriends car to Riverside Ford because her power windows and mirrors on the driver side were not working. They diagnosed the issue and told me it needed a new master switch so we made an appointment for the following Saturday as it would take 2 days to get the part. So I show up the following the Saturday for my appointment and they did not have the part. They didn't even order it. No call or anything in the preceding days to notify me of the mistake. I drove around Brockville that day to the different parts stores to see if anyone had the part as we leaving for a trip. Beautiful waste of a Saturday by the way. Riverside Ford did call 3 days later when they finally had the part. I asked that they install for free and they declined. The best part of this story is that the only reason I brought the car to Riverside Ford instead of my regular mechanic is that once fixed I was going to discuss trading it in. Looks like I actually avoided what would have been a huge mistake.
