I recently purchased a late model vehicle from Jackson Motors & Marine. This was my first purchase from Barry and, I suspect, it will not be my last. Frankly, the price of the vehicle was a draw for me but when I saw its condition (i.e. low kilometers, etc.) it was a "no brainer" to proceed with the purchase. I can truly say this is the first time I have purchased a car, truck, or motorcycle when I did not have to pay any dealer fees. This is the way it should be. (Can you imagine having to pay a fee every time you bought groceries?) And Barry and Wendy were excellent to deal with. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience... and we are REALLY happy with our purchase.

It has been two months since we purchased our 2014 Mercedes-Benz C350 Coupe from Jackson Motors & Marine and we couldn't be happier. We love the car, and drove away from the lot with a very positive impression of the buying experience. We came from out-of-town, driving down to Brockville once for the purchase and once for the pickup, and Wendy made the entire process seamless, taking care of all the paperwork and keeping us well-informed. For the last 3 weeks I've been too busy driving my fantastic new 2019 Subaru WRX around to write this review. I may also have been neglecting a few other things as well! This is the second car that I've purchased from Wendy and Barry. The first was a 2007 Toyota Camry bought in 2012 which peacefully died after a long (nearly 400,000 kms) and repair free life. This prompted me to immediately reach out to Jackson Motors for assistance. Sitting on the side of the road next to my broken down Toyota, I perused their inventory online and noticed what is now my new car. Long story short, Wendy had an approval to me by 9 am the next morning (a Friday), paperwork done on Saturday and I was driving away with my new car on Monday. I highly recommend visiting Wendy and Barry at Jackson Motors for your next vehicle purchase if you want it to be your best experience ever. It was mine...twice!

We purchased a 2017 Ram Laramie 4x4 Quad-Cab Truck - beautiful black with chrome, exactly 3 weeks ago from Jackson Motors. We love our truck. It was purchased mainly for my hubby – but I get the privilege to drive it a bit too! We have been friends with Barry & Wendy for a few years now. We already knew what amazing people they were. We were just toying with the idea of buying a newer truck – but nothing serious. I went on the Jackson Motor’s website and saw this beauty. I love the pictures they provide – of every angle so you know exactly what you are getting. I showed the hubby and we made an appointment to test-drive the truck the next day. The pictures didn’t lie – the 2017 Ram was in exceptional shape and when we test drove it – it sealed the deal. Barry explained everything about the truck to my husband and Wendy and I talked finance. I went to my bank but wasn’t satisfied with the terms they were offering so I went back to Wendy and she went to work and found us a very nice rate, and explained every little detail to us. We signed the paperwork and the deal was done. Barry had the truck all safetied and ready to go for us 2 days later. I love the fact that Barry is a mechanic and that he knows his stuff. He went over everything with the hubby and said to stop by if we had any questions at all. His Slogan “Buy from a Mechanic, not a guy in a tie” sure fits him well. Wendy was so knowledgeable, patient, and just so easy to talk with – she made the whole process feel like we just had to push the “Easy” button. This couple, they certainly are the ones you want to see first when buying a vehicle – I can’t praise them enough.
