If it were possible I would have left 0 stars. We rented a car for 15 days, and to drive around 3,500 kilometers, almost double the normal cost of a rental, but okay, I'm not here to argue about the price since I knew it in advance. We were given a "NISSAN ROGUE BLACK", with smooth tires, but okay I postponed even though of course I was aware of it. We start, after only 300 kilometers the rear brake of the right wheel is broken, discs and pads completely gone, we are stuck in any town in Quebeq, luckily for us and for the rental car we have not suffered accidents. They are unable to give us a new car, absurd! We finally find a mechanic available to repair the car the next day, but the rental wants us to go to Nissan, after several emails I manage to convince them that I will not move the car and that the mechanic I found will repair it. In addition to the brake discs and pads, the front tires were also replaced, both so smooth that the mechanic had to call the rent a car to warn them that using the car in those conditions was very dangerous and he didn't feel like giving it to us like this. The gentlemen would have liked me to advance the money for the repair, obviously I told them they would have to pay them and they did. Upon delivery of the car, I asked that they come to meet me in some way for all the inconvenience they created, but above all to thank me for not having gone to the police to open a complaint. I was told by a hateful, rude and annoying blonde that they wouldn't do anything for us, that their cars are always checked and delivered in perfect condition. At this point it was almost a shame not to have suffered a serious accident, so as to ruin this car rental forever, because people like that deserve to end up on the street.
