I need to share a most wonderful experience I had at the Brockville Hyundai dealership back in November of 2021... It all started with my 2013 Santa Fe requiring an engine replacement after it had a complete failure. Thankfully, this fell under the knock sensor/engine replacement campaign. After experiencing some challenges getting the engine replacement done locally in under 2 to 4 months, I decided to reach out to a neighbouring Hyundai dealership about 1.2 hrs. from where I live. I spoke with Jason C. the Service/Fixed Operations Manager, explained my predicament, and must say that he was extremely sympathetic to my situation, vowing to provide me a much speedier solution. Jason went completely above and beyond any of my expectations by having the engine replacement done a week and half after first contacting him. Knowing the importance of having my vehicle back, Jason even took it a step further buy opening the dealership up on a Sunday so that my family could get back to normal a little sooner! A huge thank you to Jason and team at the Brockville Hyundai for your caring and resolve to really help out our family. You all have represented your company very well and have most definitely made Hyundai proud!

When we moved to Brockville I was nervous about finding a garage for car maintenance. I usually don't go to the dealership garage because I am very cost-conscious but Brockville Hyundai was very close to home. I hae been extremely happy with their service and the prices for service have been very reasonable. They even included a complimentary car wash with a diagnostic that was half the price I would have paid in Ottawa! Just had to take the time to recognize our salesman Mark Grudzien for his professionalism and his outstanding personality & Customer Service. From our first appointment when we went for our test drive in September, he was friendly, kind and never once pushed us into making our decision. He did an excellent job explaining the car in great detail. We did our test drive and went home to think about whether we would buy the 2019 Santa Fe. One thing Mark said to us after our meeting was, " how did I do?". Wow! We were both very impressed with this and to be honest have never been asked by any sales person how they did with their sales pitch. For myself, this just shows how much he cares. My husband worked for Chrysler for 25 years and did have an option to buy a Jeep at a much lesser price. We set up an appointment with Mark to discuss the cost of the vehicle. The cost of the Santa Fe was definietely more, but We knew right away that we were at a dealership that really cares about their customers. That in itself is pretty impressive. We were even offered to have a hamburger or a hotdog while we were there. ???? The whole experience was delightful and we signed for our new vehicle and recently picked up our car and we are absolutely thrilled. I even shed a tear????. I would definitely recommend Brockville Hyundai. There employees make you feel right at home. The dealership is just beautiful, and the Staff is very friendly, everyone said hello???? While on vacation with my family (we live in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania), our 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe broke down on the 401 on the Sunday afternoon before the Canada Day Holiday (the next day). We had the vehicle towed into Brockville Hyundai and Dane Fellows and his team immediately jumped into action. We were again on our way in a courtesy vehicle within minutes. Dane then worked very successfully on getting the "cross border" warranty issues figured out with Hyundai and went to bat on our behalf to get a complete new engine installed under warranty. Not only got that done without any cost to me whatsoever, but Brockville Hyundai delivered the vehicle to my home in Pittsburgh, again at no additional cost. Great service and very nice folks! Recommend them highly!

These people go above a beyond to make things easy and clear. We were told from another dealership that it would not be possible to buy a white Palisade due to stock issues, Brockville Hyundai ordered the exact car we wanted and we drove it off the lot 6 days later. Looking forward to a long relationship with everyone at Brockville Hyundai, and cannot recommend them enough!**** Best car dealership experience I have ever had, hands down! Warm, friendly, straightforward and seriously committed to their customers' satisfaction - I would recommend Brockville Hyundai to anyone. My wife and I started shopping for a new car, as our current 2009 Santa Fe is coming up on 200,000 kms and we wanted to look at something new. I emailed asking for some info and was lucky enough to have Mark respond and invite us to come up and chat about what we're looking for. I went in on a Saturday and met with Mark, who is just fantastic - friendly, helpful, and very sincere in wanting to help us make an informed decision. I test drove both the regular Santa Fe and the XL and was very impressed with both. As we were wrapping up our chat, Dane, one of the owners, came over and asked if I wanted to keep the XL for the weekend to have a chance to really test it out. Not every dealership is willing to do that, but Dane made it clear that he wanted me to be sure the vehicle was right for us. In chatting, it became very apparent that Dane is interested in building a customer relationship for the long haul, and not just a quick sale, so I gladly took him up on his offer. After a few days with the XL, I was very impressed, but my wife and I got talking and realized that the regular Santa Fe would do the job, so back to the dealership we went to take it out for another drive and talk pricing. Once again, both Mark and Dane were fantastic, willing to take the time and work with us and make sure we were clear on what our vehicle would be worth on a trade (they gave a more than fair trade-in value), as well as laying out the pricing and payment options for the new vehicle. At the same time, we mentioned that we needed to get a used car for our son who is just finishing his first year of university. Dane said he would be more than happy to help us find a used vehicle at a great price. Fast forward a week or two, when I reached out to Mark about the used car for our son. Well, once again the customer service was just incredible - Mark asked a few questions about what we were looking for and our budget, then went through their inventory and came up with a list of about 7 or 8 potential vehicles. Our son and I met with him, whittled that list down to a short list of 3 potential cars, and Mark got us out for a test drive in each of them, before we eventually decided on a 2013 Chrysler 200, at a great price. During the test drive, we realized that the seat height adjustment for the driver's seat wasn't working, but Mark assured us that would be taken care of before we picked the vehicle up. He had some other customers in to pick up their new vehicle, so he asked Ciara, the Sales Manager, to help us writing up the deal. Once again, the experience was nothing short of terrific - Ciara is just as focused on customer satisfaction as the rest of the team and was a true pleasure to deal with as we wrapped things up and arranged to pick up the car the following week. From the moment I got the first email reply from Mark, the whole experience has been nothing but fantastic - as I said at the top, this is easily the best dealership experience I have ever had. Huge thanks to Mark, Dane, Ciara and the whole team for making this such a great car-buying experience - you'll definitely be seeing us again in the very near future! If anyone out there is in the market for a car, new or used, I absolutely recommend a visit to Brockville Hyundai!

Booked an appointment for service for my 2016 Sonata. Arrived 5 minutes early and drove into the quick service bay. There were 3 cars there before me but no service attendants. Went into the dealership and was told that all the techs were in a meeting. Waited 15 minutes but still nobody available. Noting the cars in front of me and figuring that it would be a while before they even started on my car, I retrieved my keys and left. Won’t be returning

This review is directly related to their exquisite customer service and our pleasant experience. We experienced a mechanical issue with our Santa Fe whilst on our way to a cottage in the 1000 islands. Luckily, we managed to limp our vehicle and trailer into their yard. We were shocked and feared our vacation to be ruined. They offered to drive us home, but we explained we weren’t locals and just driving through. Alas, their service manager seeing the chaos (god bless this wonderful man) managed to find a comparable Santa Fe with a hitch on his lot. He offered one of his employees drive our family, tow our trailer and luggage all the way to the cottage, fix our car and come pick us up once the car would be ready. I mean… whoa… mind blown. All in all a great customer service story and one not soon forgotten by our family.

I took my car in because I heard a ticking/knocking noise, without questions they told me I needed a new motor, they replaced the motor under warranty, hassle free. As the mechanic dug deeper more parts needed to be replaced, I was not expecting to replace anything, out of my pocket other than the wear and tear parts such a breaks, rotors etc. Riley (mechanic) was great to explain and advise which parts needed to be replaced and which ones could wait. They where great to explain to me exactly why these parts needed to be replaced and what could possibly happen if they didn't get replaced.

Although only two years in business, Brockville Hyundai knows you need to try harder to compete when you’re physically located in a smaller market, faced large multi-franchise chain competitors, and recently are dealing with a public hesitant about the economy’s future. They combine very personal responsive service and very competitive pricing that makes them the dealership to watch for all of Eastern Ontario, Ottawa, and even the GTA and Western Quebec. They’ve especially figured out that personally dealing with clients at a distance is the car buying and servicing way of the future. I’ve applied the same philosophy to my own law firm’s business development, where we’re based in a town of 4000 people, but will have people drive an hour from Ottawa or Montreal and even 4.5 hours from Toronto just to see us because we are responsive, or even never see us in person but be happy with seamless quick electronic communications by video, phone, email or online collaboration. Dane, Ciara, and Tracey at Brockville Hyundai offered me great trade value at a distance, great pricing, and great knowledge of the product I bought: a Palisade in Ultimate trim. I’d actually settled in my mind on a Genesis GV80 before I realized that the Palisade can offer more features than the base model GV80, is larger, at likely a far more attractive price, and is available now in Canada instead of at some unspecified future date. Even Telluride production (another product I looked at) is now shut down, but it seems South Korea’s superb handling of the pandemic crisis has permitted them to continue producing Palisades there, as there was no trouble for Brockville Hyundai locating the exact trim and colour I requested for delivery within a few days. They drove the new vehicle to me over 100km, had kept in touch with me about the delivery process before it happened, offered to do a remote video walk through of vehicle features in advance for a true touchless delivery, and picked up my trade without me ever having visited the dealership. There was never any pressure, since I could sit back during the purchase negotiation process to think about what I was being told, do a bit more research, and then get back to them with extra questions, which they always had the answers to. If home working is the way of the future, but where people still need real considerate human connections to survive, then car buying at a distance from real caring knowledgeable people who still operate physical dealerships is becoming a parallel trend (because hey, cars are very large, complex, expensive physical things, not easily ordered via an Amazon box, are far more likely to need future service than a Beanie Baby). I found Brockville Hyundai easy to get hold of, and easy to deal with at a distance. So no matter where you are in Southern Ontario or Western Quebec, you should reach out to Brockville Hyundai to see what they can do for you on your next purchase. They tell me they’re also willing to offer pickup and drop off service appointments (where they’ll pickup your car at your home or office and leave you a loaner, then later delivering your freshly serviced care back to you without any waiting around or even travel to a dealership) at a considerable distance from them. I’m very pleased I made the most minimal of initial online efforts in dropping them an email, even though I’m located far from their dealership.

I cannot fault the personability of the sales staff themselves. We were all set to buy a brand new vehicle which they advertised at less than $30,000 + tax & licensing. It had everything we were looking for amongst all the competition it had all the pluses and no sles pressure techniques. However I take major issue with the fact that the prices they present and advertise are not inclusive as required under the law. Was quite shocked when presented with a list of extra fees that were not the taxes and licensing fees ( these were disclosed as seperate in the ads) but fees that should have been included as part of the vehicle price. I also find it very interesting that delivery fees are passed on to the purchaser when they were determined an allowable tax deduction several years ago. (Urquhart R. v. The Queen). If the dealership had not presented me with thousands of dollars in extra fees seperate from the MSVP advertised I would not have walked out of the dealership with an awful taint of bait and switch.

I drive a 2013 Sonata, it's is both my personal and company car. So I put on a lot of Km to say the least. A few weeks ago I was driving from London Ontario to Ottawa to pick up my kids from school. All of a sudden, my engine light came on and an awful noise came about just as I was approching Brockville. I knew right away that my engine was done so I called the dealership in Brockville and I was expecting the worse kind of news. I spoke with Jason Cook and instead of dwelling on my misfortunes, he instantly put my mind at ease. I towed it to the dealership and he had a loaner car already to go for me. To top it off, since it was a recall issue, the fixed the engine at no charge to me. All I can say is that the whole time, Jason wanted to make sure I was looked after.
