Saved me twice with next day repairs when my car broke down on the road and had to be towed. They always walk you through what their train of thought is and explain to you thoroughly what needs to be done or could be done and the pros and cons of fixing/not fixing things. Very educational, friendly, extremely honest. I get everything from inspections to new tires from this place. HIGHEST QUALITY SHOP. PERIOD. If you're considering any garage, I'd recommend this place. They stand behind their work and their skill and machinery is truly exceptional and the waiting room & music is quite pleasant aswell!

To be honest I am having a baby very soon and I cannot afford a lot or to have my car sitting at a garage for 2 weeks so anyway to finish my story. my gas line went on my car and I was quoted at $1,500 from the transcending unit and line and all from OTHER auto places in Brockville when I brought it to Billings they did it that day when I was being quoted atleast two weeks and then two weeks to hold the car and do the repairs and they did it for about five times less after all my bill came up to $362 instead of $1,500 plus plus a few days later there was a very small leak coming from the catheter and what I brought it to them and they fixed it for free the minute that I emailed them and let them know about it leaking so I would recommend this place to everyone I would recommend Billings Auto from every other auto place in even the province as I've been all over.... Please this is not me just trying to me trying to make them sound good they have great service you'll have to take my word for it . When everyone else acted like it's Cobalt it's not a supercar they're not going to make $1,000 off of it these people (Billings) took the car from me walking right in and they did it right there amazing service great owner I actually would say this would be an auto place that I will be traveling back to when I leave provinces just because I know I will not be ripped off or told that my vehicle needs something that it does not need I just want to say thank you again to ALL of you at the shop!!

They tried to squeeze every penny from me, plus they started work I didn't want them to. Long story short I wanted required work done and they ended up fixing my ac, the work they do is good but just make sure you VERY CLEAR what you want them to do before saying yes I'll buy your services.

Had a breakdown on my way back to Cornwall. Luckily I was able to pull into this auto shop (Billings). Even though they were busy, they looked at my car and fixed me up right away.
