Benson has been servicing our Motor Homes for years and it has always been a good experience. We always buy our tires from their tire center as well. They have now joined the ranks of service centers refusing to service Motor Homes. Truly disappointed.

Went there 2 day ago to get an engine coolant leak fixed. They didnt change the hose, they just " patched" it (took over 1 hour). A few hours later... engine coolant leaking again...

After the service I received this morning I would highly recommend Benson Tire to anyone looking for help with tires. I walked in expecting to at the very least make an appointment. We discussed my issues and they took me right in...looked/fixed all four tires under an hour. Randy and Kevin were fantastic! If I could attach a couple of pictures here I would! Thank you Benson Tire. 5 stars for sure.

Very bad customer service, i went there just for a wheel retorque and the guy had a very bad attitude with me. I dont think he realizes that the shop runs because of the existance of customers.

Would not go there again,had my vehicle for 6 days never informed me of anything,I had to call them twice and eventually was told vehicle was ready.Find out when paying bill,we couldnt do this,we couldnt do that etc.WHY didnt you call me & tell me during SIX days you had it?They charged $115 for an E-TEST guess what...it failed.Took it to another garage a week later and guess what....it PASSED..I watched the process and they charged $55:>)
