Drove a good distance with my teenage daughter to check out a vehicle here. We'd already visited other dealerships in our quest to find the right vehicle, and were both extremely impressed with the tone of the service. Delighted would not be an overstatement. If you're looking for a break from the typical car shopping psych game or an example of what a service first approach looks like, I recommend taking the time to check this place out. It's refreshing to get the feeling you're dealing with people who want you to win ... it might even remind you, there's usually a longer and better game to be played.

Really really great service i have no words for them, once i was going to Montreal for important meeting with immigration officers,when i was crossing Brockville then my pickup starting to give me signs and suddenly slowed down on 10 then I pulled down went to the mechanic , guy said he have no time so I should go to dealership then i got panic but when we got BEATTIE DODGE then we met Guy,I think his name is Brian,i told him the situation and he calmed us down after that he did all arrangements like our vehicle was taking time and he rent us car, that time we just picked key and car was parked front of the workshop where we parked our vehicle, we rolled up again and we joined the meeting on time, and those guys were updating us time by time when we were leaving Montreal then i got Brian call that they fixed everything and whenever We come back just give him call and he’ll be nearby to give us our vehicle cuz we supposed to get there around 9pm,when we got there Brian was waiting outside for us we didn’t wait even 1 minutes , also repair bill was just 500 there was some electrical problem that was really hard to find for them , i was thinking that our repair bill could be 3000 plus, but those people’s are really awesome, helpful i have no words to say thanks to them .????????????

We took our RAM 2500 diesel to Beattie's service department for a check engine light that directed our attention to the Turbocharger. We just bought this truck 5 days ago from a sibling who was in financial hardship due to the Covid 19 virus pandemic. We were concerned as these mechanical issues can be expensive to fix. We were told there was a bit of engine warranty remaining which put our minds to ease. The team fixed our truck beyond our satisfaction in one day! Thanks Maureen and your mechanics! Went for a test drive of a Jeep Cherokee. Jess was our rep, very professional and attentive to our requests. The test drive was surprising as some people told us the ride was hard. The Cherokee is a contender in our SUV search and hopefully our research and reviews online will give us further info on it's TRUE reliability. Beattie Dodge is an older dealership in the middle of Brockville with little free parking. I would suggest going off office ours and taking your time to look at their lineup of cars. Thank you Jess.

We were on long distance trip to Montreal when our diesel Ram failed and computer disabled the vehicle let it running in safe mode, advising to see dealer immediately...being stranded we had to take an exit and I prayed for luck to have Chrysler dealer near by, I was extremely pleased with great understanding and immediate attention to my condition, with no appoitment ... even as a dealer to dealer I’m not the client however I got treated very well and I the service level I experienced was 5+ by Service manager and Aaron , they let me out in 30 min , dealt with my diesel emission lock and restored the power on my diesel truck . I was back on highway 401 towards montreal so fast and if not those two great gentleman in Beattie store I would be miserable and stressed all weekend , thank you for looking after toronto stranger and paying attention to my problem! Definately best experience I had

I recently had the pleasure of buying a used Mazda3 from this dealership for a client in Toronto. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, honest about every issue on the car and help arrange delivery to Toronto. When it arrived with a noise coming from the rear tires, I gave them a call, and Joe Doyle apologized for the inconvenience, and told us to arrange for it to be looked at by the most convenient Mazda dealership to us. Joe reimbursed us for the repair. When I told Joe that it was rare to find such a reasonable and honest dealer, he said it is their policy to do things right. This is a good honest shop.

I came to Brockville Beattie to see a vehicle from Montreal. Unfortunate circumstance and issues with communications caused a problem. However Kevin Beattie, the sales manager, provided the absolute best customer service that I have ever received. After a problem the first time around, I was not interested in commuting from Montreal to Brockville however a conversation with Kevin gave me some optimism. Within a very limited time frame, Kevin was able to satisfy ALL of my concerns and managed to get me in the vehicle I wanted! The customer service I received from Kevin Beattie at Beattie dodge was absolutely wonderful, it made the commute from Montreal totally worth it and I will definitely become a returning customer regardless of the commute!

Great experience! Started looking for a vehicle last March and was taking my time. I was dealing with Jess who was great throughout the whole process. Was not pushy at all which is one of the many reasons I chose to give my business to Beattie. Took me 6 months to settle on the vehicle I wanted. Harrison and his team treated us like family. They listened to what we needed, and helped us get the vehicle we wanted quickly, with a minimum of hassle. There was no pressure to go out of our price range or get anything we didn't need, and they made the experience fun. We now have a used minivan that looks and drives like new, and we got it for a fair price. Will I be going back? It's a pretty good bet -- although I feel confident this vehicle will last us for a while.

Service staff member was rude and ignorant and after waiting almost 2 hours, I was told my vehicle was ready however the work was not completed. This is not the first time this has happened. When I mentioned that I was no longer going to have my service done there on my brand new vehicle I was told “good” ! For a part they were supposed to have ordered 3 months ago under warranty when I was there previously for my oil change. They used the excuse that they ordered the wrong part when in fact the tech had left for lunch so instead of owning the mistake that the tech left and didn’t realize I was waiting they lied to me.

My truck was going into DEF death mode, and from Alberta going to Indiana to pickup a trailer, this was the only service department on 401 that said come in, we’re busy but will put you in line, the tech had it figured in 2.5 hours, found broken wires that was the problem on my turbo. BEATIE saved me a lot of time and money, I will definitely be going back.
