I had an absolutely horrible experience here while shopping for a first vehicle with my parents. I was very excited to look for my first vehicle but after dealing with the product advisor Brad Hunt-my parents and I were very frustrated and upset with the poor customer service we received. Brad Hunt had a very sarcastic and arrogant attitude while dealing with us and we felt on edge during this whole experience. Near the end-he actually made a rude comment towards my mother who simply just asked a question. Anytime we asked questions he made us feel dumb and/or annoying for even asking them. We went home and never came back (and we never will).
Excellent service. My Toyota is over a year old but a salesman sat with me in my car after routine servicing for 20 minutes as I asked questions about the navigation system.
Been servicing my cars here for 6 years (bought a used vehicle here as well) and have always experienced friendly and fast service. They're honest about what services are recommended vs required too and aren't pushy. I am constantly checking the used car section of their website for deals because the prices are excellent. 15+ appointments in now and still happy :)

Their customer service is superb compared to another dealership I had an unpleasant experience with. My experience with Josh Amell was exceptionally amazing and I am glad to have had him as my rep all through the deal. Josh went above and beyond to ensure that I got the vehicle I wanted. His customer service is beyond expectations and I am overly satisfied with the outcome of my transaction with them. He is definitely someone you should have as a rep if you want to make a purchase. The most relaxed dealership I have ever shopped at. No feeling pressure to purchase, give you the best deal they can without having to haggle for it. They treat you with respect every time. Chris from financing is a no bull guy and does what's best for you. If your looking for a sales rep who is willing to go above and beyond, Mike McDonald is your guy. Available for what ever your looking for. I don't think I could every shop anywhere else again to purchase a vehicle. He has your vehicle available for the delivery date you agree upon and it the condition you expect! An hour and a half to change tires that were already on rims on a day that didn't seem that busy and even though I had an appointment. They also didn't put my other tires in new tire bags they left them in the bags that I brought. Finally, there is no indication that they balanced the tires since the receipt doesn't say anything about it and I would think that should be included with every tire change.

Had an upsetting time dealing with the parts department. Called to ask if they could cut me a new key, and after a long silence on the phone, to the point where I almost said, "you still there?" they said they could. When I got there the guy asked for the VIN, and when he found out it was American, he said he couldn't help. Totally threw up his hands and gave up. He said he couldn't do anything because he can't find American cars in the system. I asked, "Well can't you use a micrometer and a bitting chart and cut the key yourself?" He said he didn't have either, he said I need to give him the code or the actual bitting numbers. Ok, fine, Toyota doesn't give you a bitting chart, just the code book. But hey, bud, why do I have to do your job for you? Why can't you call a dealership that has access to the American codes and get the bitting numbers? Instead of trying to go above and beyond, and get the problem fixed, he just threw in the towel and told us to try our luck at the Home Hardware. Real disappointment.
Mixed experiences here. Out of three visits, one time they didn’t even look at my car until 90 minutes after my scheduled appointment time! Meanwhile I sat in the waiting room and when I asked what was going on they kept telling me “just 10 more minutes”. Other times have been fine. The manager is really personable.
1000 Islands Toyota is how a Toyota dealership should be run. Extremely friendly, great knowledge and willing to go the extra mile to help you with warranty issues. I drive the near 1 hour to have my vehicle serviced at 1000 Islands Toyota instead of my local Toyota dealership.

This dealership is very helpful when i bought my first car and i'm very pleased with their services there. I bought a 2015 chevy camaro from them and josh amell delivered it to me, even though i was 4 hours away from there dealership. i would like to once again thank josh amell for being so informative and helpful with the purchase of my car. i would highly recommend to any one looking for a vehicle, to buy from them
I purchased a pre-owned vehicle at 1000 Islands Toyota. The customer service I received was terrible. My phone calls are ignored, and my emails are left unanswered. In addition, they have conveniently "forgot" the promises they made to me prior to signing the bill of sale. But it gets better. The vehicle I purchased came safetied. The day after I purchased the vehicle, it rumbled violently on the highway while accelerating. Of course, they missed an entirely faulty transmission in their safety inspection, probably to make some extra $. I am very disappointed, and surely they will not own up to their failures as a dealer. Rest-assured this review will also be sent to corporate as a complaint. If you are reading this, be very careful with this dealership. Don't make the same mistake I did, go somewhere else.

His guidance, in addition to great interactions with all other staff members, left me feeling positive about my purchase. After buying my vehicle, I drove it approximately 4000 km to Calgary, Alberta, and had a perfect drive! I highly recommend 1000 Islands Toyota.
Got a great deal on my truck, but when I went to pick it up it was missing the lug nut key. I was promised that I would be sent one right away. I contacted them a few weeks later and they said that they had some in stock and I could buy one...

The staff, service and product here are incredible. I tip my hat to the staff, especially as this winter my mother had to go to work and her vehicle would not start in the -30 Celsius weather a few days ago. A salesman with a booster came to her front door and helped get the car going. If that doesn't scream customer service than I don't know what does.
I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. I had a wonderful sales experience with Josh Amell. He was courteous, very thorough and did not try to up sell as many sales people do. He took the time to walk me through all of my options and was exceptionally helpful. He was informative and engaged. This is our third car purchase through 1000 Islands Toyota and my family cannot imaging going anywhere else to buy a car. I am so happy with my new Corolla!
Nice service, impressed that they didn't offered a loaner vehicle while ours was being worked on. Not impressed that the front tires of the loaner not only needed air, but need to be replaced, the tires had very little tread left on them. When my husband informed them of this, they didn't seem to be that interested.
Drove here from kingston to avoid local dealer. What a change leaving happy instead of frustrated and angry. Friendly ppl, dog friendly and on time. Glad I made the switch. Recommend

Went there around 6pm. One sales person and three people shopping. Mike the sales guy was friendly and helpful and seemed very honest. Felt like there wasn't enough one on one to make a deal without disrupting other potential buyers. Manager didn't come out to say hello after appraising our vehicle. Maybe that's their style. Overall a fine experience but could be improved a lot. Would go back again.

Poor service! I have been driving Toyotas all my life and have dealt with numerous dealers. These guys are totally unprofessional. My bumper clips we're broken upon purchase and I told them to fix it. They said they did but the didn't replace the broken clips and now it's popping out again. When I asked why it hasn't fixed they said now it has been too long and we cant do anything to help you. And the whole bumper needs to be replaced when they should've replaced it originally. Overall very poor customer service for someone spending 25 Grand
Where has customer care gone? 20+ yr loyal customer who has seen a steady decline in customer care. With all the newer local options to buy sadly my last from the Walker's. While waiting for service I wander the showroom looking at new models with interest but never approached by anyone. In the distance the sales reps stand talking to each other, no interest. But worse is service. Recent experience standing in front of service desk with the employee staring down at paperwork ignoring me until i had to say something. I took my car elsewhere and was surprised at work not done as charged. Check your filters people. Seems to be something ignored. Anyway... today I am off to other lots to make a change. My financing expires and no interest to keep me. Sad a 20+ customer. @Rick, what the heck happened to your business ????
Horrible experience looking for a used vehicle. Staff didn't make me feel like they wanted to make a sale or cared about my business. The car's mileage which was listed on the site was higher than posted, yet they wouldn't negotiate on the price or even discuss other options. The salesman was arrogant and kept saying “make me an offer”. When I made him one and he laughed and said he wouldn’t even bring that to his manager. It’s a shame because I was willing to buy a car even at a higher price than I was originally comfortable with but I’ll be looking elsewhere going forward. Edit: I received a call from the sales manager who apologized for the experience I had and was interested in the feedback I had to offer. He seemed like he was taking this very seriously and wanted to ensure his customers had the best experience going forward. Will consider dealing with him and his staff in the future.

A year or more my 2004 Matrix had a recall for a front passenger defective airbag inflators, I had it fix so I thought. I Reseved yet an other letter saying, you replaced the airbag with the same defected airbag, but just newer, and didn't tell me or give me the choice to going with out a possible killing airbag. How can I trust you will keep me safe in my car, or put a safe and working airbag???? I'm very disappointed in your garage. ????
I would definitely recommend Brad Hunt and this dealership over others! I live in the Belleville and Kingston area, but after being disappointed and frustrated with the lack of professionalism and transparency of the sales reps at both, I was truly impressed with Brad and his approach. If integrity is important to you then it is worth making the trip.
If you want to deal with sleazy gross sexiest salesmen, come here! Terrible customer service and whoever does the detailing on pre-owned vehicles should be fired. Went to see a car with a friend and the inside was disgusting, despite it smelling like it was "cleaned". Worst of all, when it was mentioned that the interior wasn't clean enough my friend was told by the salesman "Why would you care what the inside looks like, you're a woman and you will just spill makeup in it".... we left after that comment.
Warrentee enhancement program bright white paint recall Many thanks to 1000 island Toyota for honoring the Warranty Enhancement Program Bright White Paint. After attempting to deal with Kingston Toyota where the vehicle was purchased, they informed me they would not honor this issue. The only recourse Kingston Toyota could provide me was to suggest I take my vehicle and try another Toyota dealer in the area who may be willing to complete the Warranty work. I then called Brockville and spoke with the Service Department; Amy and then Matt. Arrangements were made and the work was completed competently, and with a commitment that should have been available and offered in Kingston. Grateful to have found a dealership willing to provide service to customers....all Toyota customers. Thank you 1000 Island Toyota Brockville!!!

We were travelling along 401 east for our long maritime trip when brake sign popped up on our dashboard. No one seems interested in providing me a price for a new RAV4. Sent an online request for pricing, did not hear back. I emailed Chris directly and said he would get back to me... I even followed up asking for pricing... did not hear back. Bought from Cornwall instead.
I went in to window shop for a used car and had a fantastic experience! All of the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Neal was patient with all our questions (and all my BS lol) and helped us pick the right car for us. No pressure sales, felt friendly and welcoming the entire time! Just bought a new Toyota Tundra from another dealer. Brockville has very poor customer service. The salesman Josh A. was great but I waited over an hour for the sales manager Chris' signature which he never did get to and then another 45 min. to see the finance guy. I was there for over 4 hours and I finally just left and gave up. They need to put the comfort and needs of their customers first . I would never go back.

Just bought a used Prius from 1000 Islands Toyota and while the overall experience was good (as usual!) I want to give a huge shout out to Joshua Amell, the best sales rep I've ever met. He was down to earth, friendly and very thorough in answering all my questions about the car and the process. He's like this good friend who wants the best for you.
I recently bought my 3rd Toyota and by far this is my worst experience buying a vehicle. The salesman Josh A was great but the Sales Manager Chris dropped the ball time after time. He never responded to me with my concerns and questions. Also, Austin the guy that looks after the additional services to your vehicle (undercoating, paint protection) never called me to go over the services even though I emailed and called numerous times. They should want to make customers happy. The customer shouldn't be the one continuously calling so they do their job. They should take pride in helping/satisfying customers and not completely ignoring them and treating them like they don't care about your business. I understand some things fall through the cracks but not like this. Worst customer service ever.
I bought my matrix in 2013 and had a fantastic experience. As my family grew we then needed a van so we came back to where we received such great treatment and bought our van and also a Camry. Our second experience was just as good as the first experience! Highly recommend!!

I would leave 0 stars if I could. The service department will take advantage of your time and load your bill with unnecessary costs. They made up stories that didn’t match the bill or the service requested. The stories and lies continued to cover up other lies they had been caught on. After all of this, they are not willing to compensate for their lies and poor treatment. I would never return to this place, not recommend to anyone.
I had a recall on my vehicle. Within days of notification they had my vehicle in and repaired. The Service Team of Carly and Joe have never let me down yet. Very professional and efficient. . Techs do a great job for you too! I highly recommend 1000 Islands Toyota for service!
