Every dealership is like a family here, I don’t feel so much competition between the dealerships as I have many buddies in different car stores here. Feels tight and quick to drive through the whole Automall. However, there are all kinds of facilities around the mall, except for the food place!!! The hot dog truck is feeding half of the Automall, no matter if you believe or not haha.

We ordered a brand new vehicle one and half months ago, and then they told me we can get the vehicle around July or Aug! Today, the salesman(Paul) called me about they want us to used BRAND NEW VEHICLE PRICE to buy another DISPLAY CAR which had already 200KM or they are going to order the vehicle for us today. So the delivery would be delayed one more month! Plus, he was not trying to help for solving the problem, just keep pushing us to agree all the change! We already told them at the beginning about we have to use the vehicle at the end of Aug! They don’t even let us know the delay until we ask them again.

One stop shopping when comparing vehicles. Has most of the major brands. If you get hungry a hot dog/smokie food kart sets up (pre covid at least) The usual test drive route most dealers let you drive is quite small. Ask for more than a 5 minute drive. Cars cost a lot of money. A 5 minute test drive is not long enough.

I was looking for a truck. I drove this 2016 Ram and it felt like driving a big bulky plastic box. So then we talked numbers and i was blown away by the cost of that piece of junk. The sales man was a cocky and fake guy and made my time there not pleasant at all. He was so pushy and he ended up being so rude afterwards cause i did't wanna buy. I ran away from that place and i did not look back. I went to Coastal Ford in Burnaby the day after and i bought a beautiful Ford F150 2017 and i got the best service of my life. Shop around and think twice before making a big purchase.

A typical auto mall. Plenty of parking at each individual dealership. They have both high end and entry level brands. There is a shuttle service from various parts of Richmond to here and vice versa. Transit from Vancouver and Richmond is also available though the service is slower. They have limited good options here, but the area is being renovated to add more options. They have car services here as well, such as detailing, limited body work etc.

Lots of car dealers to choose from. Fords, Chevys, bmw's, Mercedes, Land Rovers can all be found here. As with any car purchase, it's wise to shop around. These are not the only car dealers in Richmond, plus there are. Other dealers outside of Richmond. I would advise to shop around.

I bought both my cars here. I would say for convenience it's nice to do the one stop shopping there. Each dealership will have its uniqueness. Some newer and older. The Toyota dealership where I bought a Sienna minivan is quite new. It's easy to go from one spot to another through their round about. There's also a free shuttle that takes people to landsdown mall and Richmond centre that comes with about an hours frequency. In terms of people taking cars out to test drive. The surrounding area isn't too bad. They tend to take you to some decent straight aways and lots that tend to have lots of space.

A one stop shop for automobile foreign and domestic. Why go elsewhere when you can do it in one place. Make a lists of the cars you want to test drive, check out the showroom, car prices and features, and test the knowledge of the salesperson with regards to the products they are selling. You know a good salesman when they can tell you the important features like gas usage and safety features up the top of their heads when it comes to the vehicle of your choice. Bad salesmen will sell you the superficial features of the vehicle: vanity mirrors, alloy wheels, wind spoilers. Really, these things doesn’t drive the vehicle. Some salesmen ( not all) treats women shoppers differently than men. Don’t do that. Most women do their research before going into the dealerships. Best advice when shopping for a vehicle at the auto mall, ask the important questions: fuel consumption hwy and city, safety features, resale value and what can you do for me with my current budget. Otherwise, what’s not to love about going for a stroll at the Richmond Auto Mall. Park your old clunker and get some exercise. Let your eyes ogle at those new shiny cars.

Rich asians have absolutely made it impossible to get a salesperson to be even remotely interested in making a sale. They won't even try to negotiate because they know within 5 minutes, someone else will walk in and pay full asking price without even negotiating. Salespeople couldnt even be bothered to get up and greet you. Do your research online, go to the Richmond auto mall to see the car physically, buy it in Maple Ridge or Surrey.

I tried haggling with the same salesman but he pretty much refused and showed zero amount of appreciation that we had just bought from them. I found the same year and model tacoma for 5k less than they had listed and it had less than half the mileage. I messaged the salesman and he stated that he would match their price. Why would I pay the same price for twice the mileage? Do yourself a favor and find a dealership that appreciates your business

Let me tell you about the experience my boyfriend and I had at the Chrysler Jeep dealership. We came in around 5:30 Friday night, took a 2011 Grand Cherokee for a good test drive, fell in love so my boyfriend bought it. In the process of buying it a man came in screaming with how horrible everyone is and how terrible the service is and I'm mad that we didn't take that man seriously. So we are driving the car home on the highway going about 100km and the whole car just starts to vibrate, I was literally shaking in the passenger chair. So we call our sales rep immediately and tell him what's going on and tells us to bring the car back Saturday morning. I bring the car in Saturday morning and they took it for a drive themselves and said the reason it shakes is because the tires are "mud tires" but the sales rep said they were going to take a closer look at the car and see if the tires needed to be balanced and check to make sure nothing else was going on. So I sat there for 2 hours and finally they said nothing was wrong, the tires were balanced, the car is 100% safe and the shaking is normal due to the "mud tires". So I take the car back home and do some research on the tires that are on the car and guess what! THEY ARE NOT MUD TIRES. I call around to a couple tire places and ask them about the tires I have on my car and if the tires would make the car shake, all of there answers were no. They also said by the sounds of it the tires needed to be balanced (which apparently was looked at while I sat there for 2 hours). So I call the sales rep back and let him know about the research I had done and he still continued to tell me that the car is perfectly fine. My boyfriend then takes the car to Kaltire where the tires were NOT BALANCED, they were off by 2oz on each tire. Thank you to Kaltire when we drive the car, it now doesn't shake and is now properly balanced. These sales men at Chrysler and Jeep are HUGE liars. So its now Sunday and the check engine light comes on! So of course we call them to let them know about this and luckily we still have 500kms left under warranty, BUT my boyfriend has to go up to work in Kelowna so by the time he would get up there, there would no longer be any warranty on the car. When we call them they told us to bring it in but they can't promise they are going to fix anything....This is absolutely disgusting that they think they can get away with this kind of service, this is why I am going to make sure everyone knows how they are going to get treated when they go to Chrysler Jeep dealership in the Richmond Auto Mall.

I went to look for a used Toyota Yaris just before Christmas and went to Toyota Dealership. We were immediately greeted by Jana Haynes at the door, who was extremely helpful and efficient. She looked on her computer and saw that a Toyota Yaris had just dropped down in price from $8000 to $5000 because it had been on the lot for a while because it was a manual transmission, which not many people know how to drive anymore. It hadn't been in an accident, and they had just put in a new clutch and brakes. She went to get the car ready for us and made sure there was a full tank of gas in it, I only mention this because when I was at the same dealership a couple of weeks earlier and went on a test drive I was told there wasn't much gas in the car so we couldn't drive very far. Once I got in the driver seat, Jana gave me the rundown on where all the switches and controls were and then we were off. The car ran perfectly and I bought it. The whole time Jana treated me as if I was buying a brand new car and not a used car. When I went to pick up the car the next day she had brought the car into the showroom and was wiping the moisture off of it eventhough it was going to go out into the rain. She even put a cute bow on the windshield, and then I noticed there was a bag with full size cleaners on the passenger seat and went to hand it back , but was told it was a gift for me. Then Jana told me that she was going to get me some new rubber car mats for me and to come back in a few days to pick them up. I told her I was OK without them and she said, because of the rain, I really need to have the rubber mats, and she was true to her word and got me 4 brand new mats. I never write reviews, but I really want to let people know that Jana is terrific at her job and really really cares, selling cars is more than a job for her. I was expecting buying a used car to be painful, but thanks to Jana the experience was anything but. Thank you Jana for your great service and I LOVE my Yaris!!

We went to many dealerships in the Richmond Auto mall to purchase a vehicle and found that most sales people were very rude. When we walked into the Nissan dealership, we were welcomed with open arms. We were greeted by Jason and Karen and they dealt with all ours needs in a professional manner. We ended up walking out with a Brand new 2016 Nissan Juke! We will be referring our family and friends to Nissan!
