I am overly thrilled, and satisfied with the quality and care, that both Raj, Darcy, and Gerald, provided for me-at the Pioneer Motor Group-in purchasing my, very first, 2015 vehicle! It was at a fraction of the cost. I am a student, and Raj was able to help me get a 2015 vehicle with a very great interest rate! I could not have done it without Raj, Gerald, and Darcy's facilitation. I had it delivered to me on Vancouver Island, as I am going to University here. With that said, the whole process was done via. phone, email, and text. I didn't have to even to see the car in person because, Raj is so thorough and was able to send me secure-documentation online. Once, that was done in the duration of 1-2 business days Raj set up a delivery with me at my convenience. After, personally picking me up, I had the assistance of getting the car insured at the time of delivery with a first month insurance incentive. In other words, it was delivered, detailed, covered for the first months of insurance at my convenience. My barrier of not having reliable, transportation, has now been lifted. This is all thanks to the team mentioned at Pioneer Motor Group. I am very fortunate and will not forget this experience. I am very grateful, and will pay it forward.

Bought my 2015 Chrysler 300 from Darcy a few years ago, I have been super happy with my car. I had a notification my ABS system wasn't working, called the Service Department right away. Rich was awesome, got me in the next day. Gave me a loaner vehicle, and my vehicle was ready the next day. It was even washed and vacuumed when I picked it up! Really great service, I highly recommend this dealership ✌

Raj Gill was the car dealer that gave me an Awesome deal . I got a 2013 Dodge Avenger. I picked it up at the dealership and drove 1400 kilometers home. Comfortable to sleep in (yes I was at a rest stop). Lights are superior at night. Comfortable to drive. They were so good to me at the dealership, they flew me down at their expense and made sure I had gas, hotel for one night and meals to get home to Terrace BC. And on top of that they gave me cash back. Raj is amazing he gave me valuable information on how to improve my financial situation and improve my credit score. I will definitely continue working with him in the future. They are so friendly and personable I highly recommend them. If i could I would give them 10 stars.!!!!! Absolutely love them. Found out later I paid way too much for the car. Went to sell it back to them 1.5 years later. Car was in mint condition with super low miles, called 4 times, spoke to a different guy each time who all said they would call back but never did! When I finally got a hold of the guy I bought it from he just said not interested in buying it back. You decide if this is the kind of place you want to do business with.

Don't do Buisness here... They got me a car Not exactly what I wanted I paid 4k over what it would have been at the original dealership on this vehicle that was listed as a used car My paperwork was messed up I'm not listed on my own vehicle I tried trading it with their buy back guarantee to start brand new They were trying to sell me a truck that was listed on their website as 38k(used) for a price of 90k before fees and taxes... claiming it was brand new yet again
