After making the mistake of giving pioneer permission to message me about more information about what they offer, i then decided its not the best place, due to other auto dealers with better services. After declining, i was harassed every week by them via text and call saying they have received an application for a loan. This is not true as i declined sereral months prior. After calling them and asking AGAIN not to be contacted they continue to text/call. I would give 0 stars if possible. When customers decline service respect the customers decision!

Bought a car almost 4 yrs ago at the Coquitlam location, that was an ok experience. Since then the calls and texts won't stop. I've asked and asked, then told them to stop and it won't end. 90% of my blocked callers list is their company. STOP!!!

This is my 2nd year dealing with Pioneer Auto. I am happy I got an actual bank to help me finance the vehicles I wanted. The bank limited me but with Brandon, Sarb, Nav, Chloe, Jordan & most importantly Bicky's help I get what I want. Pioneer paid out both my previous amounts owing of my trade ins, and it helped me increase my credit score to get my way to the vehicle I want. Thank you to everyone who helped!

After making a deal we ran into a few problems, the team went out of there way to get everything back in order for me and was always calling to follow up on the progress. That"s how to treat a client, great choice of cars, smart staff, you cannot ask for more. I am rolling again.

This has got to be the shittiest car sales place ever. Overpriced but most of all they looked into my credit on two SEPERATE occasions and was approved both times but they never completed the sale twice and never phoned back twice. I only recommend talking to these idiots if your looking to waste time. Total waste of mine

Do not give this dealership your phone number, you will be called and harassed every 2 weeks about financing for a car you do not want!! They won’t just call you but they will text you and when you tell them AGAIN you are not interested they get rude. When I do buy a new car I will definitely NOT be getting it from these people!!!

I have worked these guys for one day No pay from them. Their add says we are taking calls emails and chats But we were cold calling ppl without a proper script typed out The guy fired me cause I didn't make one sale on the first day. Be nice to see my days wage from this guy. But they are such liars I think I wasted my time. And if Al see this if I get a emt from him I would be shocked as hell. Dont get a car loan from random ppl that cold call you. Their call center is in a car garage and they don"t check the car out before selling it to you

A few weeks ago my father and I went to the Pioneer Auto Group dealership in Mission to see a 2017 Cadillac XTS which they had available. We ended buying the car and the staff there was outstanding. Even when there was a matter of a misunderstanding following the purchase, the management of the company was extremely professional and courteous. Just purchased a car from these ppl, to find out after got the car that the sales guy put fraudulent information on my employment, put i was working at a place where i worked 17yr ago , i get the car its still dirty inside found a beer cap in front door pocket still back seat was stained the car sounds like there a train in your back seat yet it was just inspected,and also wasnt told this was a rental vehicle and a outta province vehicle ,and i was charged for delivery for this car even though i went and pick the car up it was nvr delivered to me

I have had the amazing opportunity to work here, I am not working there at this point but I do have to really talk about the amazing culture at this company. When I sold my first car, the manager made a priority to celebrate it in the most amazing way. We had a tie cutting ceremony to celebrate my first sale. The whole team cheered my success and it really meant so much to me. This speaks a lot to their ethics. I can tell you that getting a vehicle with this dealership is a special experience because the amount of care and love that goes into helping you find your vehicle is unreal. Anyone working there is a pleasure to deal with. Jerome is the sales manager and if you possibly get the chance to cross paths with him, your very lucky! A solid person. Broke down out front, and the employees all stopped what they were doing and came out to help. Gave us a gallon or two of gas free of charge, and offered to let us park for as long as we needed to. All very polite, honest, and reasonable, would feel very comfortable buying a car from them.

I had the misfortune of applying for an auto loan from these guys but i finally bought my vehicle from somewhere else... these guys keep calling me and creating a nuisance inspite of telling them i am not interested. I have asked them numerous times to delete my contact number from their file but i still get phone calls from them.. this is very unprofessional.. u guys really need to take a class about respecting customers privacy.

Non stop harrassment via phone by a different salesman every second week for two years! I did ot buy a car from them. My son did. I entered my name in a draw for a TV. They call soliciting me asking me to purchase a car from them. They want to know if my son will trade up his car. I've asked dozens of times to ve removed from the call list without any success. Harrassment at its finest!

I gave them a good review originally but I didn't realize I got totally hustled till years after by seemingly being forced to buy insurance and told I needed to get secondary insurance through global warranty in order for my bank approval to be approved when I talk to the bank a couple years later I found out that was not the case
