They did my recall for my brake cylinder which was done. My main concern since 2 years ago was, when I do a hard brake, my steering wheel shakes. I have a plan from them and it covers my brakes until 2021 of July. At first they don't want to change my brakes since it was not due but since Judy Jobse stepped in, she realizes what a client needs and she addressed and resolved the problem. Now we were happy and have a piece of mind. Thanks Judy Jobse! Job well done and also the team. Also Kudos to Tony Bjerkness for being my shuttle service, he is so kind and respectful. a God fearing guy with lots of funny stories. Thanks Tony for giving me a safe back and forth trip!

This is not your average local car dealership. This place is a diamond in a rough, not only you get greeted with a smile and respect, you genuinely feel like the sales rep trying to help to find a vehicle that suits your needs and budget not just for a sake of "closing a deal" like other dealerships. Matt was great at providing me with time and space to decide what vehicle should I purchase and never rushed me into closing the deal. He was knowledgeable about the cars on the lot and was able to answer all my questions and guide me through my options. Upon the purchase, Matt followed up with me a couple of days later to reassure that the newly purchased vehicle is functioning as promised and I'm still satisfied with my new buy. I'm happy with my experience at Metro Ford and I am sure I will buy my next vehicle here again.

Update: Unfortunately I have been running over on my allocation for km for my lease. When I was purchasing the vehicle Michael mentioned that we can see where I am at the end of the 1st year and make an adjustment to allow for more km/year as needed. I followed up on this with him and was told I had to discuss with finance department. The financial manager told me that I would have to wait until the end of the lease period. This will cause me to pay a massive amount in overage once the lease is over. Good experience turned bad, disappointingly.

Great and honest service! I've taken my truck in for routine service several times always thinking that my brakes would need to be done. So far I have continuously had honest reports that my brakes are in good shape. Metro doesn't change parts that don't need to be done. I have never had this kind of honest service and won't take my truck anywhere else!

The Service Team of Ray, Tim and Chris is phenomenal. I’ve never been charged more than my estimate in fact it’s always been less - I’ve always been given through explanations and a variety of choices for the work to be done. They’ve always gone above and beyond. When my mom was in the hospital Tim waited an extra 15 minutes after close knowing I was coming from VGH so I could pay for and pick up my vehicle. I’ve always purchased Ford just because they take care of me like family. Kyle the mechanic is knowledgeable and honest and genuinely kind. Just the best place all around. I’ve always had older used vehicles and they treat me like I own an electric Ford Bronco ( the BMW of Fords).

I’ve got the worst ever service in Port Coquitlam Metro Motors. Never buy Ford again and wouldn’t suggest anyone else because their service is equal to zero. New car and already the transmission is broken....I Waited for an appointment for 8 days, left my truck for transmission repair (it was under warranty), picked up in couple days, drove for one day and the same problem appeared! They didn’t give me any car instead, while my was repairing. The worst thing is that it happened on the highway - the speed was jumping up and down by itself.One day before I’ve got service order with description, that says the car is absolutely fine and they checked everything. I just can’t get what for their mechanics get paid? Can they just do their job and do not put my life and my family under the risk? Who will be responsible? It’s a new car and I used it only to drive to work and from work - nothing heavy to pull or whatever else.... I just can’t rely on this car and on Ford’s service. So irresponsible and neglecting....

So we had an interesting purchase from Metro Ford. We leased an electric ford Transit within our budget and had Matt help us through this. So prior to purchase one of my big worries was the range. Before we leased they let us take the van for an entire day of driving with a deposit to hold the car for us. It drove well and we were supplied information on how the vehicle runs. The big part of customer service was Matt actually going above and beyond looking for our hov electric sticker, giving us details about the vehicle and a full info panel schematic, and prepping the load out of extras for the work van, and scheduling work. Metro Ford was also willing to let us charge the work van at their location as well. We are incredibly happy with this purchase! Even after all of the expenses we now save 35$ a month compared to gas work vans of the same class. We would definitely recommend using metro Ford for your commercial and trade purchases!

Great experience. Found a truck on their website and sent them a message. A member of their Sales team (Michael B) responded to my inquiry the following day. We’re located in the Cariboo so it wasn’t like we could come and see the truck on a whim. Luckily, we had already planned to come down to the coast for a visit. Michael did an excellent job working with me to hold the vehicle, (I placed a refundable deposit), until our visit. We did our part to make sure our trade-in was ready and Michael did his part to get the truck and his leadership team, (Paul - Sales Mgr), ready for us. Paul was fair with his offer for our trade-in and it didn’t take long for us to get the ball rolling. Allan (Financing) did great getting us approved with a competitive rate. Overall our experience was great and all the staff who interacted with us were friendly. There was one misunderstanding with the tonneau cover but through open communication I’m currently working this out with Paul and their team. Highly recommend Metro Motors.

Super fast resolution to a Ford recall. Metro Motors reminded us when we forgot to have this addressed, set up an appointment at our convenience, fixed the recalled part, washed our car inside and out (we have dogs - not an easy feat), and returned it all within five hours. They even called both of our message numbers when no one answered the first phone and they had to leave a message. They called our second number just to be sure we got the first message - and to ask how we were doing during these very trying covid times. Love them!!!

Normally my service is good, but recently l booked an appointment at 10:00 am., for an oli change and was told to come back at 2:00 pm. This seemed like way to long, but l reluctantly agreed. I came back at 2:00 pm and they didn't even touch my car. I was told that they didn't have time! Now as l pre-paid for a service appointment, this was upsetting. Normally an oil change anywhere else, like Mr. Lube would only take 30 minutes. I had to speak with Manager to get them to work on my vehicle to get an oil change. They need to put a better system in place, to avoid delays.

The service side of Metro Motors has been great. Had to deal with a recall issue of door handle not latching when freezing on my f150. Called in on the Saturday set me up for the Monday and 3 hours after dropping it off called to say that the handle had been replaced , another recall issue with the heater block sorted out, and the vehicle had been washed down. Chris at service was very helpful. And overall a great experience.

Metro Motors has been our go-to Ford dealer for many years. Oil and lube jobs are done efficiently, and include reports on tire life, battery condition, and a car wash, etc. The staff are good to deal with and, although a bit pricier that the 10 minute oil change places, are worth the few dollars more. We had some melted candy on our leather seat that we could not remove. Their staff cleaned it up in few minutes and refusd to charge extra for the nice job they did. We recommend Metro Motors highly if you are buying a car or getting service done..

My first experience with Metro a couple of years ago was not great but I am a happy customer now based on my last 2 recent visits. I have a 2011 Ford Escape and was efficiently dealt with over first, a faulty throttle body and a customer service program that I was unknowingly but happily part of, and then just this week, having what I thought was a transmission problem be diagnosed and repaired as something less than. Tim made sure to book me in asap and Chris ensured the diagnostic process was thorough and done to minimize expenses, keeping me informed through the day. I walked there and back but the offer of a shuttle was an added nicety. Great service - thanks! ????
