Amazing, professional service. All the staff I dealt with were super friendly. Recently had my previous vehicle vandalized to an extent that it could no longer be my daily commute. Brought it with me and they accepted it as a trade-in even though it's worth parts in my opinion. The staff stayed late to help me and my partner get into a newer vehicle. Amazing staff. Amazing service. Would definitely reccomend buying a vehicle from here.

They are fraud, they sell cars more than market value, and top of that they don’t even repair cars internally before selling it to customers. I bought a car from them just this year and after few months car’s battery ruined, alternator damaged and wipers were broken. I do not recommend anyone to go to them, it was my first car ever and they took advantage of the thing that I don’t know much about cars.

A couple of these reviews have got to be from competitors. Because the majority of reviews are very positive. And I personally had a great experience with Mainland Motors Surrey too. I dealt with finance manager Alex and salesman Frank. Both of them were direct, forthright, honest & fair. I’d recommend this dealership, (Frank Sandram in sales specifically), to anyone looking for a great pre-owned car & straight forward purchasing / sales experience.

7 months later I am adding more info to this review, turns out the vehicle I purchased the previous owner (or mainland did this themselves) put standard brakes and rotors into the car instead of heavy duty breaking system parts, which are extremely expensive. So I’m not surprised the previous owner or Mainland did the cheap and unsafe thing of putting cheaper parts in. When mainland did their inspection before selling the vehicle they should have replaced them to have the proper parts in place. But they did not. I am now making a claim with the Vehicle Sales Authority. This business should not be allowed to operate. They are shady, liars and now unsafe. Absolutely appalling that 7 months later I am still dealing with repercussions of going to Mainland. I wish every single day that I would have bought my vehicle from somewhere else. Anywhere else. I regret it everyday. DO NOT go to this business. I will never recommend Mainland Motors to anyone. They wasted 12.5 hour of my time over 3 different appointments. They should be ashamed of themselves for even allowing a potential costumer test drive a vehicle that was so disgusting and dirty. And then I foolishly believed them that they would properly and fully detail the vehicle on Tuesday and THEY DID NOT. It is still gross inside in many different areas and it is shameful of them to lie to people that way. Go look at my Facebook review it has over 30 pictures to show just how nasty it was and date and time stamps on there as well to show even after the 3rd appointment it still wasn't cleaned properly. Go anywhere else but here. Save yourself the headaches.

Great experience to get a car, I just got a 2019 VW Jetta, the sales person who was with me during the process was very good, his name is Atul, very nice guy no rushing you to buy any, and give you the best option of engine and model. It took me two days to get the car and they adjust to your budget. Totally recommend for the future to my friends and family. Secondly, their finance manager Alex Thorne doesn’t even know how to deal with someone. If you ask for some help regarding finance or payment, he has no interest in it. Bought a car off Frank. He was friendly and knowlegable and not pushy. I liked the clean lot and office space. It was easy to test drive as the freeway was nearby. The financing done by Alex was excellent. No money down and no payments for six months. And a 2 year warrant that was price negotiable as was the price of the car. Icbc was right there. Watch out for the dealers tax at 1000 dollars and the warranty costs that may be just added on but you can decline it. I got a fair trade-in price. There is also mechanic services on premise. All in all I got a great deal and enjoyed my experience.

Hands down one of the top car buying experiences I have ever had! My husband and I travelled down to purchase a car for our daughter as a graduation present. We met with Peter Pooni and he was excellent! Knowledgeable, engaged and listened to what we needed and was extremely helpful in guiding our purchase. The lot had excellent stock and variety and all the cars were clean and in top condition. Peter graciously allowed us to test drive our car independently, we discussed price and options and settled on a 2008’, mint, immaculate Mercedes Benz C230. When I say immaculate, it was pristine- inside and out. The car had every service record, detailed and complete history and was so clean, it looked brand new. Peter, along with Alex, guided the next steps from payment to paperwork to insurance on the spot - it was an hour - tops. They were fantastic! We were on our way with a beautiful car and the pleasure of a great professional experience, friendly, welcoming staff and just so easy from start to finish. If you are in the market for a car, make Mainland Motors in Surrey, your first and only stop! Thank you Peter and Alex, it was just brilliant! BTW - our daughter was thrilled to see that in the driveway for her. Five stars!

Overall ** for Sales Rep Henna, who was quite proactive in selling but while closing down the deal she didn't disclose any of the details like duration of the loan, how much will be the interest amount, car keys, spare tire kit, fuel, car detailing.... It's my first car purchase (16th Sept) in Canada, which didn't turn out well because of the following... 1) Car interiors (especially front seats were full of stains) and fuel tank filling area was quite filthy. 2) Fuel tank was totally empty (No courtesy to get it filled - half or full). And I had to commute to Maple Ridge. 3) Only one car key was handed over instead of two . 4) No spare tire kit (Mobility kit) was in the car. 5) Two tire cuts were found on the rear tire. 6) Extended Warranty cost found to be on the higher side (Competitive prices were about $500 less) 7) Usually documentation fee is $399-$499... But they charged $995 (As per them, it's a combination of doc fee and finance fees) 8) Type of Tires are there??? Alex (Sales/ Finance Mgr) was quite rude but at last, still managed to get the few things done for me.....Thanks a)Got the car properly cleaned. Great job done by Ronnie (5 stars to him - He put all his efforts to clean every inch of the car). b) Still waiting for the fuel voucher from Alex (Full tank as compensation should be there). c) Car keys....They told me that they just have one instead of two and gave me the number of the car key maker. d)Mobility kit was provided later on. e) Waiting for them to replace the tire too. (As my daily commuting distance is around 70kms... And I can't afford to take the risk with tire cut wheel). f) As per them, extended warranty varies from company to company ????, so the cost is accordingly. h)Tires confusion still persists... All-weather/All season??? *** Alex refused to show me the original docs, As per him, he doesn't want to. (Which to me, appears shady - Though I signed them all but couldn't go through them due to time constraints) This deal gave me the insight to be extra cautious for my next car purchase. I wish if all these things would not have happened, it could have been a wonderful experience.

This is the worstt dealership they cheated me ghis their talks, after having the big ossue taken to the owner of the place he promise to give me 4 oil services, when i agreed and called in to claim the first service they told me they wont do that because My friend did not delete her review from her social media about how their staff misstreated me and cheated me the whole car buying process!!! The reason your not seeing much one star reviews because they threaten to delete the review, as they said my friend IF SHE WOULD’t delete her honest review they would file a law suite on her. I bought my car from mainland motors around 2 weeks ago. I was greeted by Anmol when I walked in, he was very friendly and professional. I am a young woman and am used to being treated less than in dealerships but Anmol showed me respect through the entire process. He was not pushy at any point in the interaction and understood that I was shopping around at a lot of dealerships. I had been given a very good deal on another car and mentioned it to Anmol, he worked with me to get a better price on the car at mainland and we landed at a price that I was very happy with. Driving my new car the past two weeks have been great I have had no unexpected mechanical issues. They had no problem with letting my mechanic come by to give the car a look through before purchasing and after that the process went very quick and smooth, I paid my money and left the lot with the car that day. I have to say that I have not had a better car buying experience anywhere else. Mainland Motors do an incredible job of making you feel comfortable and really care about getting the numbers right so you can drive away with a big smile on your face - I know I did. I dealt primarily with Peter Pooni. Peter's sales approach was absolutely A-Class. He wasn't pushy in any way, did not oversell anything and kept no secrets. When I arrived at Mainland Motors I took some time to browse the cars, Peter noticed my interest in one and immediately offered me a test drive and graciously did not feel the need to ride along with me. Once I had decided to go forward with the purchase, Peter was able to get me a fantastic trade in deal with some money down AND made sure my payments were in my budget. Peter's no hassle, no B$ approach was the direct reason I made this purchase, I couldn't ask for anything better. Peter - thank you so much for your service. Alex, who helped me with payment and financing got me the best payment plan possible with a 3 month deferral. He even went as far to say that if I have any issues with the car I can bring it straight back and they'll sort it out for me. The car itself was kept in perfect condition, it was like driving away in a brand new car! When I am next buying a car I will without a doubt be checking in with Mainland Motors first.

I am 100% sure that my vehicle was purchased from her as I have photographic evidence, and that my license plate frame says mainland motors.
