Absolutely excellent service! I started chatting with an Internet sales person on the Key West Ford Website. shortly after, I received an email with a personalized video from the Internet sales manager, Ryan Leverette, which answered all of my questions regarding pricing and financing. I came in for a testdrive the next day. My sales rep, Victor Harrison, was very friendly, enthusiastic and passionate about the product. He was able to answer all of my questions regarding the truck, and took his time to show me every other trim level possible. The next day, he showed up on his own time, to complete the sale and answer all of my questions. Through out this process, I felt no pressure to make a decision. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. we got a used car from them after looking at multiple dealerships for a good fit for our family. they assure us it was a good car and had gone through a safety inspection. upon driving it home we noticed a very distinct wind noise coming from the front windshield and the tires were shaking to the point it was hard to keep it on the road. we took it back to have the issues fixed and were told by everyone that there was nothing wrong. we took it home again and after a week phoned back to have them look again as nothing had been resolved. it has now been a few months and we still have a slight wind noise that of course they cant hear, and we had to buy new tires to try and help with the vibration. upon a proper inspection when getting our tires installed we were informed our brakes needed to be replaced ( calipers, rotors, and pads ) on all 4 tires, and that's why we were getting the vibration. we mentioned it to Ford who proceeded to tell us kal tire was lying to us. I will now be driving a little farther for better service elsewhere !

Told him upfront what I wanted and he respected that and didn't try to talk me into something I didn't want (past experience). Was a pleasant experience over all I left happy with my new car.

Prior to finding Ryan Leverette at Key West Ford, I had visited all the various Ford dealerships in my area with a sincere intent to purchase a Mustang, but left each one completely frustrated. Sometimes the product knowledge was just lacking. Other times, they dabbled and crawled up with dishonest offers that by far and away exceeded Ford's own website estimates. It was as if they weren't even using the same pricing modules, and for the worse! You should have listened to their attempts to explain! Then I found Ryan - a guy with overwhelmingly positive reviews working out of Key West Ford at New Westminster - through a frustration-induced google search. His dealership was a bit far but I gave him a try, and now I am here, going out of my own way, to add to his plethora of outstanding reviews. Ryan is exemplary. He is everything you want from a dealer - honest, transparent, hardworking, dedicated to your needs, and last but not least, EXTREMELY efficient. I know a lot about Mustangs, particularly the new S550 generation, but even I have to admit Ryan is an expert about his products. He knew what I was talking about and what I wanted through conversation and worked to help me find the perfect one. Throughout the entire process, he never pressured me to make a decision I'd regret nor did he try to guilt-trip me into purchasing a vehicle with him after working hard to explore different paths for me to take (trade-in, lease, factory order and etc.) He ended up hooking me up with a 2017 Mustang GT/CS at a very satisfyingly fair price. I smile at the v8 growl every time I start my new baby up, but I love the car all the more because the purchasing experience was flawlessly fantastic. It all feels like a perfect package. The others from Ryan's dealership are pleasant to be around as well - full of smiles. Gurj, the finance manager I worked with, worked clean and fast. I used to think they were all the same, but they really aren't. If you have yet to experience a vehicle purchasing experience as mentioned above, or simply need one from a Ford dealership, make no mistake - Ryan is your guy.

The Worst Ever Customer Service i ever experienced. I went there to see a Electric Mustang with one of my cousins and the person who was supposed to show us car was very unprofessional and needs to change his behaviour as he didn’t knew the drill what he is supposed to tell. A sales person is supposed to make you buy a thing by making it obvious for you think that its the perfect deal you could ever have. Judgemental salesperson changed my mind never coming back to Keywest Ford never ever. I never felt that bad in life.

Overall fast and friendly service. The service advisor was straight forward and accurate with their estimate. Key-West even came in sightly below their original quote. I had my vehicle detailed here after my Moonroof leaked and left water stains all over the headliner. They did a great job getting all of the stains out. Great brewery nearby (Steel & Oak)if you are waiting for an oil change!

Very bad service. I sent my car in for service and warranty repair (3rd time for a 2014 car). I waited there for 3 hours, and no one talked to me about any updates. I went to ask the staff, he told me my car cannot be fixed on the same day and I needed to make another appointment. I called in a week in advance to book the appointment, and provided the details of the problem. They could have told me to drop off the car and gave me a loaner car. The technician who is able to fix the computer problem only works Mon-Fri. I had to take a day off work to deal with this. I complaint about the service, and they game me a rental car after about 4 hours waiting. After I got home for an hour, they called me said the car is all done, and I can go pick it up. The whole time, there was no apologies. I do NOT recommend this dealer.

I bought a used Jeep Wangler Sport at Key West Ford about 2 months ago. There was a little issue that turned up with the drivers side door lock that fixed promptly. Turns out the fix didn't hold. Yesterday the Jeep was taken into a Chrysler dealership to deal with a recall and in the morning the lock didn't work so I had it repaired at the Chrysler dealership. When I picked it up in the afternoon i drove straight to Key West Ford to see if they could do anything about this. Walked in and the first person I saw was the sales manager told him what had happened he said no problem give me a day. He called me this morning to come pick up my cheque that easy. Terrible customer service from start to finish. Tried to sell me a used 2011 Ford Ranger for more than the original MRSP. Seriously? Their price or the highway. Very little to no room for negotiation. Just a poor attitude all around and sales associates with a poor attitude who just want you to leave and never come back (and if this is their strategy, it's working). I would never visit this dealership again. I was made to feel like I was not welcome here. In contrast to my negative experience at Key West Ford in New Westminster, I received fantastic service and was actually able to negotiate with the cool folks over at West Coast Ford Lincoln in Maple Ridge. If you want the best price, don't waste your time dealing with Key West Ford. Head over to West Coast Ford Lincoln. The sales team there were all extremely positive and friendly. They gave me their business cards. They followed up with me with phone calls to answer my questions. Key West Ford did none of this for me. I had to call them myself. They put in zero effort to try and make a sale. I would be more than happy to discuss my negative experience at Key West Ford New Westminster with their manager. For the record, I DID end up purchasing a new vehicle today from a different dealership.

My Husband had had very negative experiences in the past when buying new cars or used ones. Needless to say he was very nervous when we walked into the dealership (after the initial phone call from Rob V) He was very understanding listen well and understood our needs. Everyone at Keywest Ford treated Me and my wife like we were family. Which is a nice feeling. The finance office was painless and very understanding and explained everything pretty simply. Not very happy with this dealership. They just want sell...sell...sell. We went october last year to check their vehicles with no plan of buying but we ended up coming home with a 2013 Ford Escape anyway. To this day, we still feel this vehicle was shoved to us by force. Our nightmare didn't end that day. Before 30 days, we found out that there was a recall and I right away contacted the agent and the customer service. to see if maybe we could work things out and change the unit. I was told by the customer service agent that 30-day exchange is applicable to both used and brand new cars but when i spoke to our agent that day I was told that it only applies to used cars. Then I got a call from one of the managers and I thought he will try to work something out because, we are not trying to have unit replaced "just because" but because the fault is on their end because of the recall. I thought they will go an extra mile and give a little exceptions on the price so that we can maintain what we will be paying bi-monthly but they basically, just ended up selling us a new vehicle via trade-in. I also tried to be honest that we were new drivers and we feel uncomfortable driving a car that has a recurring recall specially since we have child with us but they just brushed it off and "assured" me that that's what the recall is for, to fix it! Well guess what, last february the engine died (for no apparent reason) because of some battery problems (our car was just 4 months old that time) and it happened TWICE! Then, we got another engine recall months after february and another recall for the door handles last month....this nightmare will just go on and on and on. The basically just wanted to get rid of their defective SUV. This dealership do not care about their customers welfare and safety. They take advantage of first-time car buyers who don't know much about cars. For now, we will just get through the next 4 years of nightmare with this vehicle and never to buy another one from Keywest Ford. It's difficult that each time you get in your car specially with you child, you are worried that it might not work that day. oh well, 4 years and 2 months more to go...

Ryan Leverette has helped a number of my family members find there perfect vehicles and has now helped me do the same. I had set out a very specific list of specs that my truck had to have in order for me to buy it, not only did Ryan listen to me, he spent the better part of 4 weeks searching for it, found it, and called me the minute it came in. From then on it was just a simple process, I came in, I drove it, the price was what we discussed over the phone and then I was in to Gurj's office to sign the paperwork. Gurj was also great to deal with and made the process simple and efficient. All in all I was in and out in under an hour.

--Awesome staff-- When I pulled up in my old beat up Jeep, I was immediately greeted by someone. This does not happen at a lot of the dealerships I went to. Maybe because of my old dusty rusty Laredo (ooollllld). As a customer, It is important to feel welcomed. Well, that was the last time I pulled up in it to anywhere. Robert Antoniak was the sales person helped me, whom I highly recommend! He is very friendly and easy going, with zero pressure. He helped me locking down a very beautiful price on a new f150 platinum. ( Thanks Kal, the sales manager, for this as well). Not your everyday nervous or intense & intimidating sales person. Feels like you are buying a car from a friendly neighbour. He is also extremely knowledgeable about their cars. I did a lot of research prior the visit, and he's able to tell me more than what I already know. I received a very detailed walkthrough from him before I drove away in my new found love, which was very informative and saved me tons of time from reading that 500+pages owner manual. So, if you are not a car person or a research type of person. You can count on him! ( Not like those goobers over there at the "bow tie truck" dealership...smh) Michelle Kellogh helped me with the financing. She was wonderful to deal with. Because of the truck was not a regular new car. It became an instant headache. But she was extremely patient and went though a lot of trouble to help me. Of course everything went through smoothly thanks to her expertise. I would highly recommend her. Ps, she has a super cool scanner and staple remover!!! --cool place-- Listen to some old-school-country music played out of high treble low base, semi announcement style speakers in a giant high celling echo-y place. Just reminds you when you were a kid and your grandpa purchased that band new--old hand me down truck you later drove in high school which you spend all of your Mcd salaries to try to fix up. Who wouldn't want to buy a car from here? Plus, they have a super futuristic coffee machine that makes every type of drinks to satisfy your furious/jealous friends or family or both whom you tricked into staying there for more than a few hours watching you purchasing a car. -great cars- GREAT CARS! Thanks again for the great expertise and patience. The entire process from beginning to end was exceptional! I love my new vehicle.

The WORST dealership experience! I don't recommend this dealership. The moment you drive up, you start to wonder. The staff are not friendly. When you walk in.. the whole place gives off a sketchy, dirty vibe. Very congested lot and in the office. From desk girl was not friendly at all and not eager to help. I was left in the waiting room and no one came back to me. I decided to leave. Saw the sales guy trying to close another deal but he told me he was going to get me a car to test drive. I recommend Coastal Ford!! I just bought a brand new 2017 mustang there instead. The service is the complete opposite!!! Excellent!

The worst service I have ever received. First visit the items they were supposed to fix weren't fixed and we didn't realize it in the summer because we never used our rear defrost, seat warmers and rear windshield wiper. They were also supposed to order a part and call us when it was in. Seven months later, no phone call, I followed up. Then I had to make a new appointment just to bring it in to determine if they had the parts in or if they would need to order them and a second appointment to get the work done (work that should have been done 7 months ago). The day of the service they said they would call right away to let me know if they had the parts and if I would have to come in to the second appointment....no phone call. I followed up and they were very rude, saying "These fixes take time, your truck isn't going to be done in an hour". That's when I told them how awful their service was and that I would NEVER come back. Go to Metro Ford -the guys that work there are awesome. They care and have great customer service. We also had a detail job done at Key West (during our very first visit). Our vehicle was not only 1.5 hours late being finished, but it was an oil slick inside. It took us 3-4 days to get rid of the excess product they used to clean the interior. It was discusting! I will NOT go back to Key West Ford.

First of, my first visit was to Richport Ford as it is closer to me, to my surprise i was extremely disappointed in their customer service. They lack knowledge, staff and courtesy. I work in customer support myself and I know how going the extra length can make the difference. Anyway, I sent key West a quick email not getting my hopes up, quickly received a helpful reply and a call for more details! Ryan Leverette was my sales Representative and he was very helpful, positive and made the process easier than i can imagine. Needless to say he along with his staff got me into the F150 I've wanted and I'm very grateful I didn't give up after the experience with Richport. Key west and Ryan's attention to detail was the first thing I noticed, their follow ups are very relaxed and timely. I am not surprised that key West is number one in sales volume last few years. So here's my thing. After presenting quite a challenge to every dealership because I have only been in my trade in for 4 months I understood it was a challenge however I came back to Key West to try and give the salesman a second chance at business when I rethought the process. I told him if the numbers match I'm ready to go today. He was above every other dealership by $11 more b/w. If you want to make a deal you will, if you don't, you won't. It comes down to how bad you want something. I had been to almost 18 dealerships by then and knew pretty much the number everywhere. He was $11 more b/w x that by 2 for 96 months = $2112 more than everyone else. So I walked out but I left him with this "there will be a dealership that will want to do it. It comes down to who wants it more." Turns out within 12 hours I had a deal in place on a better truck, same cash back, more options and all for under what I had budgeted. There is a reason why they are in the bottom half of ford sales in the lower mainland. I will make the longer drive to Coquitlam to have my truck serviced before returning here. Don't get me wrong I know dealers need to make money, I know the process. But when you know someone's been to a lot of other dealerships. Why try and do that with them. However, all is good. I had a ton of patience going into this process. So another dealer telling me it was impossible wasn't new to me.

I found this place by accident, and although I am still searching for a car - this place was the classiest dealership I've yet to go to! It has a great vibe, friendly people, what seem to be high quality used vehicles and lovely service. I recommend asking for "Rob", so normal and easy to converse with regarding car shopping (which is definitely not always the most fun). I'd highly recommend this dealership! (Do keep in mind that it is still car sales, and I was handed coffee and treated wonderfully, until I was asking for a price they didn't want to go down to). Car dealerships are tricky, but this place will surprise you!

Buying a new vehicle is a stressful endeavour; especially when you are shopping for a vehicle for your in-laws who don't necessarily agree on what they need or want. We went through several dealers and manufacturers who simply were trying to sell their vehicles, not considering whether the vehicle or the packaged options suited the needs of my in-laws. When we met Tyler at the dealership, he first listened to what we were looking for, what was important to my in-laws. Then he showed up a Ford Escape which my father-in-law immediately fell in love with. He loved all the features and gadget on the Escape that the Japanese car equivalents did not have. With that knowledge, Tyler led us to a Titanium Edition. One that had everything that my father-in-law wanted. Tyler took us for a test drive, one where he took ample time to explain all the features and benefits of owning an Escape. When we settled on a price with the aid of Flynn and Kam, we purchased the vehicle. Everything went smoothly through the business office and they arranged the transfer of insurance from the Honda Civic we traded in. Once the car was prepped and cleaned, Tyler help us move everything from the old car to the new one. Then he spent about 30 minutes explaining all the different features and how to control them to my father-in-law. He even set up the phone pairing and home locations for the navigation system for him. The process took linger than I anticipated but it was all worth it, time well spent where my father-in-law felt comfortable with his Ford Escape. Thanks Key West Ford for a great experience. It is no wonder that you guys sell more Fords that any other dealer in the province.

The young kid behind the service counter with dark hair should be fired. (Can't remember his name) I brought my vehicle in there for a recall service. When I drove the vehicle home there was an issue with the truck engine. I phoned and spoke with this kid behind the service counter explaining the issue and that I just arrived home from picking it up at the dealership. Right away he said the issue might not be under warranty and there is no way of proving that the dealership caused the issue. I spoke with his manager Alana who is gteat to deal with. Turns out the technician forgot to bolt a part back on the engine. I've had a lot of bad service from this dealer and this kid was the worst employee I've ever dealt with in my entire life anywhere!!!!!! The attitude he had was very confrontational and aggressive.

I tried going to this store 2 times to make sure I was being fair. One before buying a car to check my options. I was NEVER invited to even go inside to check my options, prices, etc. I talked to the salesman outside the store to try to get a price for the car I wanted and I left empty handed without the final cost of the car. After some time, I went there AGAIN with my car to be traded in and again I was not even invited to go inside to talk and left without knowing how much they would take my car for and of course I have no idea how much the car I wanted would cost me. I wasn't super impressed with the level of knowledge of 2 dealers of the car itself and their own stock. I did a couple hours of research to decide between the 2012 and 2013, and I knew more about my car's standard and optional features than the dealers did, they laughed about "all the work" I did. When I explained what I wanted and why, they were constantly looking it up on the Ford website to see if I was right. I even had to inform them about which cars were showing as in stock on their website. We didn't do delivery because it was raining. I noticed the next day that my car didn't have a garage opener built in, which was shown as standard on the Ford Canada website. I called and emailed 3 people at this dealership and Ford Canada itself - never got a response. Happy with my car so far, but laughed at their emails for a "3 month service".

I certainly recommend this place for buying your next car. I bought my first Canadian car here approx. 4 months ago. We had a great experience with Summit, who sold us a 2012 Mazda with much care and friendliness. He went back and forth to his supervisor to make the deal workable with our budget. Later on we had an unfortunate experience with our battery replacement. But then Alex (Alexandra) connected with us and fixed the issue. To summarize what happen, we were recommended by an auto repair shop to change the battery in the next while, but that it was still working fine. We got an offer at the Key West Ford for the battery replacement without charge, as we were still considered new customer. We accepted and got it replaced. But the battery didn’t work much. We called to get it fix, but the person who had initially assisted us with the battery replacement failed to provide any fix. We had to buy a new battery that costed us $184.79. We complained here, and after a while Alex connected and said she was sorry for the experience and that she was going to reimburse us for the new battery. And she did. These guys care about their clients. They listen to their clients, read comments and follow up with you to make you feel assisted, cared for. I certainly felt that way. No one’s perfect, but not all corps and managers acknowledge that and try to fix things. But the staff at Key West Ford do understand this and try to fix if there’s anything that’s not right. Thank you Summit, and Alex.

Went to look at a preowned Acura RDX - used car staff wasn't that quick but someone from the new car showroom came over and helped us out. We got to take the car out for a few hours and were dead serious about buying that we put money down. In the end my wife decided against it. There was absolutely NO pressure from the sales manager or salesperson to buy it or put the money elsewhere (on another vehicle). In fact as I didn't get a chance to get to the dealership to get a refund, their Business Office CALLED ME and said "hey don't you want your money?" (well, not exactly those words). Within 1-day of providing them my VISA card number they processed a refund. I was expecting a fight based on a problem I had previously with another dealership. This is the first time that I've had a positive experience with a dealership and would gladly go there again if I'm in the market for a new domestic.

However, I am a little bit dissapointed about the Financing Department because they did not explain to me in the beginning about the complete detail of the payment. When I read the financing contract during signing, it is a 96 months financing, not an 84 months. I was shocked as I read it because I thought that it is only 84 months financing. Purchasing a car you’ve wanted for a while should be a fun experience, well outside of the negotiating and the other stuff. But the experience with this Ford Dealership was anything but. To start, when they were putting my license plate on, something I offered to do myself as I wasn’t in any sort of rush, they scratched my bumper and then didn’t tell me about it. I had to find out when I got home and when I asked them about it...this is what I got as a reply... “I didn’t think you would notice, it’s just the bumper.” Really? Oh it gets better. I tell their Shop manager that my seat isn’t blowing the cold air or heat through the heated and cooled seats and hadn’t been working in some time, also, the weather stripping inside of the doors on 3 out of 4 doors was warping and also, the body panels were all off on the left side. The excuses I got in regards to this - ALL of these issues under warranty mind you, which my vehicle had and I had purchase an extended warranty as well, were supposedly “normal” and their reasoning was that it was “comparable to another Flex and normal” in regards to the seat and the weather stripping, but the body panel they claimed they couldn’t do anything about and made it seem like I had done something to the entire left side. I had to fight to get the weather stripping fixed, even if they claimed it was going to happen again anyway, I want it to happen when I owned it for longer than a week. Even worse was when they picked up my car to get serviced, they were late, the guy that picked up had an unreal body odour that lingered in the car for 2 days even while driving to work with all the windows down, it was like it was marinated into the car which I had to wipe down several times, just to rid it of that stench. The excuses were just frustrating and in the last run of trying to get them to fix something under warranty, they just didn’t reply, that’s just beyond pathetic and disrespectful. I knew their shop manager was lying to me, which is why I had the entire conversation recorded for dexterity, I work in customer service, whether or not I agree with how people want things done, it’s my job to do it as they’re paying customers, that wasn’t the case with Key West. They just did not want to do work, constant lies was more their thing. So out of frustration, I looked closer to home and found a fantastic Ford Dealership that actually took care of the issues, all of them. Literally every single one I needed fixed, they fixed the seat so now guess what, it blows cold air and warms up like it should, oh and even better...the body panel issue? It was 100% a warrantied issue from factory not installing the Rad Support correctly, essentially the Rad Support was off and that was why everything was shifted. So Key West didn’t even do a proper diagnostic, they just lied because apparently being paid to do your job is way too much for them to actually do, absolute garbage service. I now have a Ford Dealership I will be going to as well as purchasing future vehicles and getting my services done through the new place. All it took was for someone to actually say hey, we want to help you fix the things we’re responsible for, what you paid for, and Key West was 100% incapable of doing that from the get go, they wanted to sell you a vehicle and then wanted you to never come back to them.

We got into a very uncomfortable situation at this dealership but were helped to find a solution. We were happy with a vehicle and seemed convinced enough to leave a deposit. We asked the finance guy several times if we could still back out from the deal after an agreed time. He said yes and then asked us to sign a bunch of papers to keep the car "on hold". Long story short he made us sign papers that binded us to full payment and lied about being able to collect the deposit. Of course, the sales manager did not like it when we decided to back out before the preagreed time. At one point, he threatened to sue us if we did not buy the car. In the end, we ended up buying the car because of the extraordinary attention of the sales team.

Rather disappointed that they weren’t there when I needed them the most. I began going to Key West Ford when I switched jobs. They are right on my path between home and work. I had a satisfactory experience with them for the checkup and winter tires installation a couple of months ago. However, the tire pressure lamp lit up last week. As I know they open early in the morning, I tried to call them, but nobody answered the phone. Finally, last Friday, just minutes after they failed to pick up my call, one of my tires bursted and that put into a lot of trouble. You see, for most working class people, they can only deal with their personal things before work, during lunch, or after work. Please make sure you have sufficient staff to answer calls outside of office hours, because you’re a service, not an office.

I just bought a 2017 Ford Escape Titanium from Key West in New Westminster B.C.on Wednesday January 27/2021. The highlight of my experience was interacting with Jag who is the hands on sales person, I would have to say Jag exceeded his role as sales person and took a lot of extra time to show me all the functions and address all my concerns about the vehicle.We took the vehicle out twice to go over it all. The sales manager was a tight nut to crack but finally once I stood up and said I will have to sleep on it he dropped the price enough to come very close to the 5 % discount I was bartering for which was the clincher. The Asian ICBC rep who sold me my insurance was a really serious individual, I asked him nicely 3 times to pull up The day before's insurance that I just put on my other car and all the information is the same. The third time I guess I hurt his over inflated little ego and the guy went mute on me, stopped talking or even confirming information and when he gave my drivers licence back to me he actually just threw it across the desk in my direction, This was a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience, Sorry Jag for this reason I cannot in good conscious give this review 5 stars, Thank You Jag and crew for dealing in good faith and fixing up the couple Items we agreed upon.

Brought-in a car for a light engine diagnostic. They did the whole service and charged it. It took 4 hours when they said it would only take 2 hrs. Service clerk who did the order left for the day. This was my first experience buying a vehicle from Key West Ford and I did enjoy it for the most part. My salesperson was Noella, and she helped me through the process. I have negotiated with car dealers before and even have friends who are in the business, so I know what I want to pay and will negotiate hard if I have to. I think of it this way. I work hard for my money, so anyone who wants my money needs to work hard as well. Noella, Ivan, and the rest of the crew worked very hard for my business. Now, onto the particulars. Keep in mind that I flew down to Vancouver and had visited 5-6 other dealerships before coming to a decision. First rule, if a vehicle has been in an accident, walk away, as I have found a lot of dealers in the lower mainland will try to sell you rebuilt unsafe junk. Key West will not. Second rule, negotiate. It doesn't hurt to be blunt and say what you want. Car dealers are professional negotiators and believe it or not, some of them will help you come to a mutual agreement (remember, they need to be happy to). Key West will negotiate. Now, back to Noella. If you are looking for an exceptional dealer, look no further. She goes the extra mile for you and will help you. Case in point. I had two issues: Returning my rental car to YVR and having the vehicle delivered legitimately to reserve land to avoid paying taxes. Noella arranged for a ride for me back from YVR once I returned my rental, and she will deliver the vehicle to Superstore in North Vancouver where you can register the vehicle and essentially close any loopholes the taxman would have about tax exemption. Believe me, not every car dealer does this. Key West will. Noella and Ivan, you need to take a bow. The only thing I don't like, and this is in general, but having to pay documentation fees. I'd feel better about paying them if I got a detailed receipt for what I'm paying for, but you don't get that. The reality is you are paying into a fund for the owner to fill up hi jet boat with gas. Without a receipt, car dealers leave this wide open to speculation. And, Key West charges a rather large documentation fee compared to other dealers. That is the only downside. Overall though, a good experience and a great vehicle.

The loaner car that was booked for me ( two weeks earlier) for my service appointment was not available, worse yet, no car was available for me and staff spent 30 minutes scrambling to find one. When the car finally showed up it only had "All Season" tires yet at that time, we were experiencing hazardous winter road conditions. It was alarming that this dealership was willing to compromise my safety and risk their asset by sending me out into poor winter driving conditions in a car without winter tires! Consequently, I canceled the car and canceled my maintenance appointment. Not impressed.

Not a great experience with taking delivery of a vehicle. I"m the ideal buyer, did all selection online, all cash, didn't even test drive, came to pick it up. I had some reservations about Key West after reading online reviews. But their internet prices are good and against my better judgment, my wife and I bought a car from the dealership on March 1. I tried to negotiate a lower price than their website discounted price, but we got the usual “we’re blowing them out at cost” stuff. Nevertheless, we closed the deal, traded in an Audi A6, and put some cash down. Got a great new car. For what it’s worth, Jennifer, our salesperson, was pleasant and straightforward. A few days after the sale, by chance I noticed Key West Craiglist dealer ad with a price $500 less than I paid. It even included the stock number of my car. I remembered seeing this ad a couple of weeks before but didn’t think to print it out. Had I been on the ball, I would have brought it to the dealership on March 1 and if they weren’t willing to sell at that advertised price, I would have walked out. There was no fine print on the ad and no deadlines. It merely stated the price as “Internet Price”. I point out again that this was March 4 that the ad was online. I was angry but the situation was so clear it seemed like a no-brainer. My friends told me “relax….they’ll just refund you the difference if they have any integrity”. Yeah …. right. I emailed the dealership. First of all it was a “different car” in the ad. Then it was a “typo”. Then the ad disappeared promptly from the internet on March 5. But I had printed a copy. Same stock number. Same car. $500 less. I faxed it to them. The issue was passed up the chain of command. I got a call from the assistant GM. Here’s why I wasn’t getting any money back: 1. "That was a February promotion; you bought your car on March 1." Are you kidding me?? The price I paid (website price) was a “February promotion”. I had been looking at it for 2 weeks! So Key West is honouring one internet price but not another? I wasn’t born yesterday. 2. "We’re having problems with your trade-in. We paid you too much for it." This is a fully loaded Audi A6 that was $86,000 new. I don’t think $6,500 is an overly generous trade-in. The car has $140,000km on it. Sure it’ll have some problems. That’s why you check cars out before you buy. 3. "You got a great deal already." Not only is this condescending, it's irrelevant. A few days later I got an email from Dacey, telling me that she wanted to ensure that I was satisfied and that Key West “develops a long lasting relationship built on a foundation of trust…” Sorry Dacey, we won’t be back. POSTSCRIPT: Megan--I have had no emails or contact from Adam. If he has an offer, he has my email address!

A year ago I bought a Ford transit connect at Kay West Ford dealership which I paid $ 30,000 in cash. After a year and 12,000 kilometers, the car began to shudder, shake and vibrate after changing gears. Just to mention that the car is under factory warranty. I drove the car to a Ford Kay West service, hoping the car would be repaired. They inspected the car and found that everything was fine with the car because there were no warning lights or active codes. At my insistence that despite the fact that there is no diagnostic warning, the car is shaking and vibrating, they said that they would not do anything because they did not see the problem, they returned my keys and told me to drive the car. I have been a driver for over 30 years and I can understand when a car is running normally and when it is broken. My Ford needs to repair or replace the Transmission torque converter and those in service know it well but they took the opportunity since there are no warning lights on to refuse to repair the car because they expect the converter to last until the warranty expires and then I will have to pay for gearbox repair. When I put it all together, Ford Kay West sold me trash for $ 30,000 and doesn't want to fix it. Run away from this dealership where people work without conscience and morals.

I knew exactly what my trade in was worth, what the new car should cost, and what negotiation tactics car dealers have traditionally used. But there were no needless games at all with Ryan. Instead of a protracted negotiation process, Key West Ford checked my car, thought about the price, and said "yes." Ryan made the whole process matter of fact, professional and pleasant. My a/c stopped cooling and I paid them to fix. Few months later it stopped cooling again and they asked me to pay higher bill to "inspect it". I paid them again and they did nothing but giving me a rediculous estimate to re-fix it. I went to get it re-fixed and they ended rescheduling. Three times of wasted time, rediculous costs, and no one to speak with except for a rude and aggressive service manager who refuses to take ownership of the poor workmanship of his staff. I've been to key West ford a lot and the last visit was by far the worst experience I've had servicing a vehicle from any brand manufacturer. I've owned 4 consecutive ford vehicles but my next purchase will definitely not be a ford. If you're going to get your car serviced there go with Tony, he is awesome. If you're going to purchase a vehicle go with Kal, he will hook you up. I have been an advocate of Ford recommending it to my friends and peers constantly, not anymore. Find a local mechanic whom you trust and stick with them and dont go to the dealership to try to resolve any issues. They'll give you the run around, waste a bunch of your time and charge you for anything they deem fit. Usually the customer is warned of any potential charges before anything is done not in this instance and I service a fleet of vehicles for my company regularly so I've dealt with a lot of service advisors. Sad they lose a commited lifetime customer because they want to make a little extra money now.

Awful parts department and manager. I will in future drive 50 kilometers out of my way rather than deal with his arrogance. This dealership will never see a purchase from me ever. I see the dealer response, the parts manager to cover himself obviously hasn't told the complete story, I not only could produce a driver's license but further than that I did produce a locksmith security license issued by the Security Licensing Division of the Attorney Generals Office to prove who I was. I stand by my statement that the Part Manager was arrogant and uncooperative. It's nice to listen to your managers but if you listen blindly issues will never be corrected. I have since heard from others about their experiences with Key West Ford, including one former client of theirs who bought a vehicle and had them 3 weeks after delivery contact him to rewrite the deal in their favour because they made a mistake and didn't like how it reflected their profit. I stand by the one star review I gave to this dealership.

I went to make a temporary stop across the street from their dealership at opening hour on a Saturday. Immediately when I got out of the car, someone from the dealership yelled "hey you can't park there, that's for customers." Of course I didn't reply, got back in my car right away and parked on another street. It felt like a very unwelcome greeting. Not even a please. I'm a mid 20s Asian, with a 2015 Subaru wrx that was on the way to the Toyota dealership close by. I felt slightly stereotyped, maybe because of my ethnicity, age, or car. But I felt the person who yelled had jumped to the conclusion that I wouldn't be a potential customer, RIGHT when i stepped out my door. They don't own that side walk, the city does. I can understand that their property is full of inventory cars, and that there is barely any customer parking, but as a sales business, you can't treat every stranger with such immediate impatience. They could have been potential business. So to those who read this review: Just park across the street on Saturday at 9am (opening time), get out of your car and identify who is yelling from across the street telling you to move your car because you stopped in "customer parking." Then don't talk to that person about buying a car. Now you're probably off to a good start with a better representative

We found that they had great selection and we are very happy with the deal we got on my wife's new Mustang. Did not complete the deal the first day as the numbers were not working. It's been a while since I was last in Key West Ford. I remember over the phone I spoke to Mike and he seemed like a nice guy. I came in to look at a Lincoln and decided to make an offer. Unfortunately I didn't end up sitting down with Mike. If I did, things might have been different. The salesperson went to grab another manager. I asked a simple question as whether or not they can match the same price that Jim Pattison had for the same model with about 10k more kms but at least 3 extra months of warranty remaining versus theirs with only a month remaining. The difference was about $3k. The manager told me to get lost and go buy from Jim Pattison. So.. I grabbed my sacks of money and Jim Pattison was happy to take it. I was even able to bargain the Lincoln at Jim's for a lower price. I also ended up spending another $30k on another car for my wife a few months after. I guess there's a reason Jim Pattison is so successful. Great customer service, and help from Key West Ford. Long story short, if the manager had better customer service, $3k extra is not a deal breaker and they would have had a second additional purchase... And I suppose a good review.

Walked in to look at a ford fusion. There weren't many customers. However I overheard a conversation when I walked in through the front entrance as I was trying to find a sales staff. There was a guy in a very outdated plaid-like suit speaking to this family. I assume he was the manager. He had a condescending tone and was just raging on them. I glanced over, saw some numbers on a piece of paper, looked like prices. From what I understand it looked like the family was looking for a 10% discount. I thought this was reasonable. I've never heard of people paying full price. At any rate, I walked out immediately. I came in hoping to buy a car with getting maybe a 10% discount as well, but after hearing this manager disrespect the family who remained quiet throughout, I decided to just go to another ford dealer. Bought my ford with my 12% discount instead. I will leave the review on their page One last thing, as I walked out, I heard the manager say, "enjoy your vehicle from the other dealership" Very unprofessional. As I said, the family were silent, probably just as astonished as I was. There are tons of dealerships out there competing for your money, don't take abusive behavior. There are tons that have better customer service. To that family, I hope you didn't end up buying/giving them your money.

I initially began my research of what type of Mustang convertible I wanted to purchase buy looking at the adds online and reading reviews about what was good and what was not. I decided to do the online build at Ford online and then made the mistake of inputting my personnel info at the end, to see an internet price from a local dealer. That mistake resulted in a lot of phone calls form a un-named dealer...which I ignored...as I already made up my mind that I wanted to only deal with Key West Ford...based on the top notch reviews they had already received over the past while. Lesson learned...Don't input your info unless you are prepared to speak to someone that will phone you about making an appointment to buy a car. After reading many of the customer write ups from Jag's reviews, I decided he was the one I wanted to deal with. To make a long story short, the day I went to Key West Ford, Jag was already on the lot as I approached the Mustang section and I found him right away...I recognized him from his picture from this site. After talking with him for a while, he was quite helpful in test driving a number of different Stangs, the GT was the winner...a given if you know Stangs. He was a great help with my pursuit of the Stang convertible I wanted...a 2013 Mustang GT premium convertible with Navigation. After deciding what Stang I wanted, we did the paperwork and haggled a price for my trade in...an older eclipse convertible. I didn't get the trade in price I had hoped for, but since I didn't want the hassle of selling my car privately + have to keep insurance on it + pay for parking/storage fees, (all which I have already done in the past when I purchased my present car) I accepted a lower trade in price after some thinking and completed the purchase. All in all, I highly recommend Jag and Key West Ford if you are in the market for a car...or Stang!!! They are very professional, very friendly and you will feel at ease.

I came to this dealer after looking for a car for quite a while, i found what i was looking for and when i got to the dealership i spent 15 minutes looking around the lot for the car i was interested in and could not find it after about 10 more minutes a salesman came out and said that not all cars were on this lot and that they had 7 holding lots for cars and when we went inside to locate the car i felt like i was deserted by the salesman due to buying a used car for cash. i spend 10 minutes inside the makeshift tent while the salesman went desk to desk talking to different people and then just disappeared i was getting a little warm so i stepped just outside the door to the office to get fresh air and i spent another 45 minutes talking to another salesman and was told the same thing and that the guy i was dealing with was a good guy and he is out looking for the car but i went back inside and could not locate him, so i gave up my search and made my way back to my vehicle and proceeded to leave... my impression was they were more interested in people buying a new car and getting it financed which i do not want to do i was wanting to trade my car and pay cash for the car i was looking at but i felt like i was more of a burden to the salesman than actually keeping me in the loop as to where we were heading so i went home and after sleeping on it for the weekend i am still interested in the car but i don't think they are interested in making a deal with me in the form of tradein/cash instead i feel they are more interested in in financing as i know they get more of a kick back with dealing with the banks instead of cash. i bought a car from this dealer in 2008 was sold an insurance policy incase i lost my job due to injury and when it finally had to be used i was told the policy isn't valid and i had my car repossessed with 3300 left owing on it so if they offer a insurance policy i would avoid it at all costs it was 1600.00 dollars that was added to the cost of the car and was a worthless piece of paper

My husband and I bought a Fusion from Key West Ford. I’d like to say it was happy with the whole process. Anson, the Sales Rep there was nice, patient, and knowledgeable. He explored a variety of options according to our requirements on computer and onsite. No doubt, it should be a 5 Star for his services and also for overall experience in the shop. Anson also helped us with booking a Demo car as the new one need a small fix for the scratch. There is only a minor concern for cost of insurance transfer ($249). I don’t want to say this is a hidden cost but we have NOT been charged a cost like that in all other dealers. You may want to negotiate a little bit more discount with the sales rep to cover this. If I could give these guys a 3.5 I would, but 4 also seems to be fair. The positive: I dealt with Ryan L. and Kelly Sparks during my visit here. I had been in contact with a number of dealers with the interest of purchasing a mustang. I settled on Key West as it seemed to be the best of the bunch with respect to their business practices and prices. I had traveled from Victoria to New Westminster to purchase the vehicle, and I think it was worth the trip. Ryan is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and so is Kelly. Kelly at the time was new to the dealership and she was the primary saleslady I was dealing with while I was there. She didn't yet know the product to well, but that was okay, as I've done a few months of research myself on it before hand. I had gone with the intention (and deposit) to purchase a used 2014 mustang GT premium. I left with a 2016 ecoboost which was really the car I wanted after renting it for a trip with the lady friend. What sets this dealer apart from other dealers is that I was not pushed to purchase the new model at all. I was presented options, and only after I had indicated my interest in the ecoboost models did the discussion go more towards that option. Dealers prefer to send you home with new vehicles instead of their used inventory, but I never felt like this was a priority for them. They did want to make sure I had the correct vehicle when I chose to leave. The 2016 was only a few thousand more and it came with the new car warranty vs the rather limited used car warranty with the other vehicle, which i why I chose it. Their insurance person was amazing. He set me up with a balance of third party insurance and ICBCthat only increased my monthly payment by $25, which is _INSANE_ (coming from a 98 civic). Definitely the best broker I have dealt with. I dealt with Gurj on a Sunday where banks didn't answer phones for their auto department. I had expressed a keen interest on being with RBC but RBC's system was having issues. Instead I got approved for TD with the understanding that would allow me to leave and he could finish up RBC the day after, or stick with TD if RBC wasn't an option. I was told to expect a call the following day. I did not. Instead I was locked into TD. I had made two attempts to contact Gurj, once through Ryan and once via reception and had not heard back for two weeks. A lady in Gurj's department did return my call and explained that I was funded by TD and that going to RBC was no longer tenable. This was the worst part about the transaction. The other con was that they placed a rather ugly key west ford sticker on the back of the mustang. I had neglected to notice it due to my excited-ness for picking up the car but I had to pay to get it removed later. You don't put stickers on mustangs, people buy them because they're fun to drive, and they take pride in maintaining their vehicle. If you must, don't put a giant key shaped on there, simply the name would suffice. I get advertising, but just leave that to the license plates for your higher end vehicles. Would be 5/5 if it were just for the sales and insurance staff.

Two days ago we purchased a 2017 Ford Escape with low mileage and in excellent condition. Robert Kraus was our sales person and I have to comment that he provided the best experience a buyer could ever hope for when making a big decision and spending lots of money. I want to preface this review by saying the two people I dealt with were both pleasant as people however I am extremely disappointed with the sales service I received from Michael Terezakis. Robert Klaus and I were emailing back and forth for a few days regarding a new vehicle. I asked him for a quote with the exact take home price with all the fees and sales tax, and he said he is available to do that once I have chosen the right vehicle. So I decided to hop over to Key West, and unfortunately Robert was busy with another customer so he passed me along to the Sales Manager Michael Terezakis. I was completely honest with Michael from the get go, telling him what I needed and when I needed the vehicle by and he told me about some of the incentives that are available and the such. But when I asked him for a detailed list of the price breakdown with all the fees, levies and discounts he straight up told me no he couldn't provide that unless I was buying today. I was let down and left the dealership, and drove back to Vancouver as the only reason I came to Key West was because of all the positive reviews I had read online.

I took my vehicle in to have the computer scanned for error codes. I was not looking for a repair, just the scan. I made that clear from the start. The lady that I booked my appointment with over the phone was very friendly and let me know that it would cost 1 hour of labor for the scan. she told me that it would be less than the regular cost of labor as it was only going to be a diagnostic scan - no physical work was actually going to be done to the vehicle. I booked my appointment for the following week. I was there on time for my appointment and dropped my car off. I had to explain what I wanted done to the person at the service desk. I told him I was having issues with my advance trac system and four-wheel-drive. I told him that all I wanted was to have the modules scanned for error codes. I told him exactly what I told the lady the week before. I was told that I would be charged one hour of labor but at a discounted rate because it was only a diagnostic scan. I got a call just over an hour later letting me know that my car would be ready to go in 15 minutes. I returned to the dealership in 5 minutes and talked to the service person. He told me that it would be ready to go soon and that he would come get me at the waiting room. I sat and I waited. After a half an hour, I approached the desk again wondering what the delay was. I saw my car sitting out front. The service person went to get my keys. He mentioned that the delay was probably due to the vehicle being vacuumed. I told him that i had not asked for that and that it wasn't necessary. The car had not been vacuumed, despite the delay. I received a copy of the code summary and the invoice. I looked at the invoice and noticed that I was charged a $12 'shop supply' fee. I asked the person what the fee covered as all that I had asked for was to have the modules scanned. He told me that it covered the cost of tools. I asked him what tools were used to plug into the computer to justify this fee. He told me that it also covers equipment such as car lifts. I asked him if my vehicle had been placed on lift and, if so, for what purpose as scanning the computer is a matter of plugging into a port under the steering wheel. I Also questioned why neither he nor the lady that helped me initially advised me that I would be charged this fee. I received the information that I was looking for. However I was very disappointed with the service because it seemed like excuses were constantly being made to justify questionable actions. Integrity is a key part of the service industry and I feel that my experience this time around was lacking that. They forgot that I was waiting for my car and came up with an excuse to cover their mistake, struggled to justify a fee that should not have applied to a diagnostic scan and did not give me accurate information regarding costs beforehand. I would have preferred honest answers to the weak excuses. I am very disappointed because I have received good service here in the past. Next time I need to take a vehicle to a Ford mechanic, I will take my business to the next closest dealer.

Booked an appointment after finding the perfect vehicle on line. We brought the money necessary to purchase the vehicle. Once we arrived for our appointment the sales guy gave us the runaround as to the fact the vehicle wasn't on the lot and that one of their managers took it home for the long weekend. It took about two hrs for him to find the keys to a similar vehicle and once we were out of time he was very pushy and very unprofessional. We left and then we're bombarded with uncomfortable and unprofessional text messages. We would highly recommend staying away from this dealership.

While it was nice to find a vehicle to our liking at this location, unfortunately the service was, at best, sub-par! From the moment we set eyes on the vehicle we were lied to, misled & the attempts to deceive, in order to make an immediate sale was appalling at the very least. Luckily for this dealership it was the car that sold itself, trying to ignore the utter repulsive beguiling, we nearly dropped the sale, that was the highlight of the MANY adverse customer service situations we encountered. They completely seemed for forget that we are the customers, a commodity, their life blood & should be treated as such. They were not doing us any favours by us giving them our money! Sorry to say but this location is HIGHLY non recommended. I could go on in detail with the extensive list of grievances and name names, but this dreaded place has already taken up more time then I wish. Just would like to warn others, try a private dealer instead, believe me you'll walk away Much happier. A one time customer.

My wife decided that this was the year to trade in her 2002 Honda Accord EXL and get a new car. After doing some research on gas/electric and hybrid type cars we decided on a Ford Fusion Energi. However finding a new one in the Vancouver area was very difficult until we discovered Key West Ford - they had three! Ryan made it possible for me to select and buy my new Canadian Mustang GT completely remotely except for the final signing of the documents on delivery! Then, I needed to return the rented U-Haul moving truck to a U-Haul depot in Washington State, within walking distance of the U.S. - Canada border. Ryan personally took a couple of hours out of his busy dealership day to pick me up at the border and drive me to the dealership to pick up my Mustang. Went in yesterday with my girlfriend to look at a new truck that I am planning to purchase in the next month. The sales floor was very unprofessional!!! They had a sales lady walking around in what was nothing more than a slip, and had holes in it. And she was trying to put on a big show with all of the salesmen, flirting with them, trying make sure she had everyone's attention. I don't understand how she was even allowed on the sales floor with that outfit on. Sales person I dealt with didn't even take the time to acknowledge my girlfriend or ask her name, even when it was very obvious that she was fully involved in the purchasing decision. He also really didn't seem to know his product. I called the sales manager today to let him know my concerns and unhappiness, he didn't seem overly concerned, didn't ask my name, and had no interest in trying to earn my business back. Not sure how they stay in business.

Happy I called Key West Ford Last week I purchased a 2013 Ford Flex limited at Key West Ford. I was dumbfounded by the ease in which I purchased the vehicle and bought "UP" from the Ford Flex SELs that were difficult to find on Vancouver Island. After two weeks of trying to find a 2013 model here, I located one online @ Key West Ford. I telephoned the dealership and spoke with Michael Nokes, a very congenial young man. We spoke at great lengths about their vehicle and he sent me further photos for the vehicle. I soon realized that with my trade it would be difficult to purchase "UP," and told him so. I then spoke with Kamran Sobhani. Mr. Sobhani worked very hard to satisfy me with a price that would fit within my budget, allotting generously for my trade. Before long, after I sent photos of my trade, we had a deal over the phone and I made a deposit (contingent on seeing my trade and me seeing their vehicle ). I don' believe I have ever enjoyed "The Closing" as much as I did with Mr. Sobhani. No stress, funny, and gratifying. I went to Key west Ford the following morning, meeting with Michael and Kamran for the first time. Within two hours, without any further bargaining and all papers signed, I caught the ferry back to Vancouver Island In my 2013 Ford Flex. What a total satisfying experience! I will definitely call these guys first when I purchase another vehicle.

Hi. My son just purchased a new 2017 Ford Focus ST. When he went to pick up his Vehicle and on his drive home I called him to ask how he loved his new Car. He was really excited and said he loved it, I asked all the General questions, hows it handle fuel mileage etc. He said he’ll find out soon enough how much it cost to fuel. I said your new car wasn’t full when you picked it up, he said no just half a tank. I thought it was maybe some mistake, maybe the salesman forgot. I called the salesman and he stated that half a tank is all key west ford puts in a new vehicle. He also stated that I can contact one of the Managers Michael Nokes. After numerous attempts, I finally was able to talk to him today and was very disappointed in our conversation. He made no attempt to reconcile this shortfall but stated that Ford Canada does give allowances for fuel and key west generally puts 50.00 in the vehicle. If they put 50.00 in this vehicle it would have been full. Very disappointed not so much with the purchase but how the manager really didn’t care about my complaint. I’ve personally purchased 4 new Ford vehicles in my lifetime and generally felt very satisfied with my experiences until now. My next e-mail is to Ford Canada. I’m looking at purchasing a new vehicle and this time it might not be a Ford. When you read this you may think I’m overreacting but ladies and gentlemen you pay a lot for a New vehicle and you should be treated with respect. At least get a full tank of fuel and a good demonstration of the capabilities of your new vehicle.

I purchased a 2017 Taurus SHO on Oct 20. Whole transaction from test drive to driving off the lot with my new car, was relatively painless. Only issue was a missing owners manual, which they said they would find and mail to me. A few days later, I received a call from Michael Nokes (an excellent sales mgr), stating that they could not find it and ordered a new one for me. Awesome. A month later, I finally had enough of the waiting and called them again wondering why I hadn't received it. "Oh... it just came in". Riiiiight... LOL. Regardless, I am happy. The only other issue I have is that, I was told my car came with Ford Pass. It does not. The Fusion Sport I was also interested in, did. So a little (a lot) disappointed about that, but I think the salesman was new and didn't know all the features that the different models have. The Taurus (even my SHO), does NOT come with Ford Pass. Sigh. My only other complaint is with the financing. I read on their website of rates at 4 or so percent. I was given a rate of almost 7 %. As a federal employee with 30 years service in law enforcement and nearly no mortgage, and NO other debt, I expected better. A call and email to Michelle inquiring about this, garnered no response, so I took it upon myself to call Coast Capital Savings and today signed a contract for 4.25% .......much better! Car has so far performed excellent. As for service, too soon to tell. I have not reached the mileage required for an oil change etc. Overall, I am happy with Key West and would recommend them to others.

Friendly staff, good price. We saw a car we liked on their website and requested an at-home test drive for a 2013 Ford Fiesta Titanium hatchback. The car was as advertised on their website. The sales rep (Jag) answered all of our many questions and showed us a 2-page inspection report for all of the major systems. Having already compared prices online, we knew the price was fair. When we decided to purchase the car, we asked them to fix a few minor cosmetic issues (buffing out some small scratches, tightening the driver side mirror, etc.) They agreed to fix them free of charge, which they did by appointment the following week. They even drove us home when we dropped the car off and picked us back up when it was ready. All of the staff was friendly and professional. When we finished the paperwork to buy the car, they even filled the gas tank so we could just go and enjoy our car. We would definitely recommend them.

Very disappointed with my purchase of a vehicle from here in Jan 2021. Only a year later and I have had to take it into repairs THREE TIMES. This car is below 180,000 kms and is a 2016 model. A car like this should NOT BE HAVING THIS MANY ISSUES. When I brought it in a 2nd time I was told the 6 month warranty doesn't even cover it because they don't know if I had caused the vehicle to no longer function. Are you kidding me?? After 6 months a car that was supposed to be inspected properly should not be already dealing with issues. The first time I brought it in only in March 2021 the battery had died. Which means they never did a full inspection. Now, it's Feb 2022 and the vehicle is stuck in park and will not start. I now have to spend $250 per hour plus PARTS to get it looked at by the dealership (it's a smart car so it has to go to Mercedes). I drive this car ONCE PER WEEK and it constantly has issues. When I picked it up from a local mechanic today he said this should have been recognized back when I took the car fr repairs in the summer. This is a liability issue he said and not okay because the dealership basically sold me a dud! I will be contacting the BBB and possibly further action if this isn't somehow explained for resolved. Absolutely unacceptable and frustrating.

I went June 25th last month to change my break pads, I want OEM so I called service dept first to get a qoute so I know what to expect. Went to Keywest and informed me that the price I got was wrong, anyway I still paid for front and rear OEM break pads. I will suggest not to subject your vehicle to their free cleaning service, they left my car with watermarks and scratches plus a little DEEP nick on my hood, Im lucky its summer otherwise it will begin to rust. Anyway the manager apologized and told me they will fix it which NEVER happened. Its been almost a month now and that an ample time to fix it. All these are objective truth and I have email and vm message exchanges as proof plus they did a walkthrough on my car and found no scratches prior to the service. Pete from service dept took pictures of them and informed me that the estimator needs to see them first. I will leave a thorough review on what happened on yelp so everybody will know and will make an informed decision. I will recommend to go somewhere such as Coastal Ford or other Ford dealer branch. This is the truth and not about my feelings folks. I have proofs.

So I buy 65000 dollar truck brand new and the amount of issues this truck has had is incredible. My last experience with the truck is the rear window exploding due to the defroster being on. I smelled burning then I heard a big bang from behind me. The window got so hot it broke. Its all over the internet F150 rear windows exploding. so I explain this to the people at ford key west and they say ford will not cover it use icbc. Needless to say Ford does not stand behind there products and I will never use key west ford again. And do not use the detail shop ether completely useless had to redo my tint three times did the under coating 2 times due to it was peeling right off within a year and the second time he sprayed the turbos with under coating!!! DO NOT BUY FROM KEY WEST THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND DONT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING ELSE !!!!

Lino is not only a Five Star sales person, he is a Five Star human being. I was involved in an extremely unusual situation, which could have escalated into a place of anger or extreme displeasure but Lino smoothed matters out with a tremendous effort. Even though it was not the fault of the dealership I was very upset that my car was not being delivered on time. Lino went out of his way and bent over backwards several times to calm me down and put a positive twist to the scenario. Adam the owner and Lino worked together to resolve the problem as fast as possible and even brought the car to my door step and set me up with my first servicing. I bought a brand new 2020 Ford fusion PHEV from here & I did 1st service today. They says washing and vacuuming is included with service but when I got my car back after service, it was same dirty as it was before they just washed it with quick water spray and side bottom was still dirty, i think vacuum was done in rush because still it was too much dirty inside,alloys are still dirty so I don't recommend you to service your brand new car here in Key West Ford specifically when you are particular for cleaning part, this place is not for car lovers who love their brand new car. Worst experience ever for service...

I Had the pleasure of buying a used Ford Focus ST from Key West Ford about a month ago after having a bad experience at another dealership. We went to look at the car, Ian came out and greeted us and then left us alone unless we had questions, he wasn't pushy or aggressive which was a nice change. I decided to take the car to my shop to do my own mechanical inspection, car checked out except for a small oil leak, but I decided to pull the trigger since it would be repaired under warranty. This was my first time financing a car but Ian, Gurj and Michael Nokes explained everything in great detail and didn't rush anything. Brought the car home and waited a few days to book it in to get the oil leak repaired. I phoned the Key West service department and was helped by Tony and Sue and made the appointment. Two days later I went to pick up the car and being a mechanic, decided to bring the car back to my shop to check out the repair which was done very well. A week later I phoned the parts department to ask about some accessories and was happy to see that the amazing customer service covers the entire dealership. Michael even phoned me a few days after to ask me how I liked the car, he also answered every question I had after buying the car promptly and thoroughly. This is an amazing dealership with amazing customer service, I would go to Key West Ford even if I wasn't buying a Ford. Thank you Ian, Gurj, Michael, Sue, Tony and everyone else at Key West Ford for taking the stress out of buying a car.

Michael Nokes and the Key West Ford dealership made my buying experience very easy and efficient. It all started by picking out my car online and getting an honest and accurate quote. I then showed up at the dealership to take a test drive with my chosen Ford Focus ready at the front door waiting for me. After Mike negotiated a great deal for me, I had my Ford Focus deal finalized all within 1 hour of walking through the door. This dealership is very well organized; they also warmly welcomed my 2 young kids in their great play area and customer lounge, providing them with toys, popcorn and juice. I had a very satisfying experience. My salesman, Eric, was very friendly, extremely nice, and enthusiastically helping us getting our dream F150 Lariat. The business manager, Gurj, also spent a lot of time and effort in getting an approval on our new ride. Though the trade-in value wasn't what I really expected, but again, the vehicle price was on sale, so I guess it had to do with a business aspect whatsoever. I drove the F150 out the yard with a full tank of gas, but no oil change was done. Reported to Eric, and he helped arranging a day and time to get my oil change done, free of charge, of course. The entire team really is doing a real deal business here, especially Eric. Come and look for him, he is awesome. Highly recommended if you like Ford, especially Ford pick-up like me. I visited key west Ford and was greeted and assisted with all my questions. The sales person was very positive, it felt really different then many other auto dealers out there that we visited. The GM was honest, gave me honest information and realistic expectations. I then expressed to my Husband that he should purchase his vehicle (commercial Ford Transit ext HR 2021) but unfortunately my husband decided to purchase it from Coastal Ford as it was recommended to him. We really wished we worked with key Ford and really regret dealing with coastal Ford. The vehicle has arrived and everything Key Ford told us was true and Coastal Ford lied and cheated us. The sales man name is Terry Bentin, he is a liar and cheat. If anyone wants to buy a Ford I would tell them to go to Key Ford and stay far away from the Coastal Ford. Just compare the two review on both auto dealer and you can see for yourself.

These 5 stars are NOT for the my experience I had at the dealership which was pretty disappointing. But a call a received a few weeks later from a woman named Lorna she was very friendly and polite and really went the extra mile to relate. Soo hats off to her and her great work. Drove over an hour for a scheduled appointment to see a vehicle they sold the evening before without as much a call. And when I got there they didn’t even have anything close to what I was looking for as a replacement so I took my money elsewhere. Salesman wasn’t very nice or professional in my opinion.

WOW….. What a service ……. I never thought I'd be writing a review for a car sales company but here I am! !!! This is the first time I've been here and the staff goes above & beyond for their customers. I want to give a hat's off to key West Ford for their outstanding, super-professional service. I was looking for a used mid-size SUV which I found through the Key West Ford website. I contacted the sales person Eric and he responded to me within a few minutes. I was able to set up a test drive the very next day. After the test drive, Eric even allowed me to check the SUV by my Certified mechanic. I purchased the car the very same day and the process was smooth. Megan in the finance department & the Sales manager Harry did the documentation extremely fast. Here comes the most important part of my purchase. When I went home in the car I found out that my driver side door doesn’t open or close using the key fob. Then I reached out to my sales guy Eric and he directed me to Ron at the Service department. Ron was the best experience I have ever had servicing a car anywhere. Ron was very professional. He took the ownership of the issue and diagnosed it with the service dept. He arranged a courtesy car for me until they get the parts to fix the issue. They did a completely a satisfactory job and which was complex in nature due to the brand of the car that I purchased. So If you are ever thinking of buying a used car, you can go to Key West Ford with a peace of mind. The entire staff is so knowledgeable and nice. Well done …. Key West Ford team. Allen is an outstanding salesman truly no bs. And very knowledgeable. My wife had To total out her car from an accident. We went to Key West Ford just to get an idea of things that were around, the first day we went we really didn’t see anything we liked, we test drove one just to get a feel of something new. (My wife wanted a hatchback) and most were above Our price range. We came in the next day to have another look at things, boom my wife found the perfect car for her and thanks to Allen he was able to find what she wanted and her favorite color. He was excellent with the paperwork it was a used car and he had the Carfax right there and ready for us to look at. It was a wonderful experience and he’s even keeping an eye out for a car for me, if it comes in, I will only deal with Allen.
