After purchasing, inspected with oil leaking issue. Not recommended. I specifically asked if it had an oil burning issue and he had advised, “no”. As oil change was done before the sale, this was difficult to catch.

I purchased a 2008 Mercedes-Benz from John at JJ Motor Cars on April 14th. The experience I had was amazing. John responds to emails in a professional and timely manner. The vehicle is absolutely gorgeous. A rare find at this age in such immaculate condition. I had met John previously in 2017 or so and my interaction was equally as pleasant. Personally, I am extremely fussy when it comes to my vehicles and I had my car looked over by my mechanic, no faults could be found. The vehicles JJ Motor Cars has are absolutely amazing pre-owned units-hand picked. The level of quality is superb and I have absolute trust in this dealership and John. Thanks!

Recently visited this dealership, after several others, in search of a replacement vehicle for my ancient BMW. I was helped by John, the owner, who was courteous, knowledgeable, and above all else respectful. After much deliberation, I decided on buying one of the vehicles in this lot, and not only was this facilitated to my convenience , but every effort was afforded me to take care of my older vehicle. Definitely glad I decided to check this dealership out, as John's disposition and honesty took away all the stress of the "buying a used car" experience. Highly recommend this dealership.

Recently I reached a point in my life where owning my own vehicle was both possible and needed. Still, my wallet wasn't quite ready for a brand new car. JJ was nearby so I popped in to take a look. While I was looking around the general manager came out to say hi and he helped me narrow down my choices, which was great because I honestly didn't even know what I was looking for. He was quite knowledgeable about all the cars and had answers to all my questions. I finally settled on this 08 civic that was in my price range. Went for a test drive, everything seemed good. Since I already had the money ready I just went to the bank to get a bank draft (they don't take personal cheques: fair enough I guess) and did the insurance in house and away I went with my new car at the end of the day, very painless. I'd recommend my friends go this place, decent cars and reasonable prices. Good service was just a bonus.

If you are looking for customer service, quality cars and people that will take good care of you, then J.J.Motors Cars (John) is where you need to go. My relatives came from vietnam to B.C.I was communicating with John about the car cause they couldn't speak english. When I told John that they had a contact that was coming to pick them up from Abbotsford airport to J.J.Motors (60km). The driver was charging them an arm and a leg knowing they are new to Canada. Even taxi was %40 cheaper. John said "I will arrange someone to get them picked up when they land". John made everything so simple and easy, from the car to the insurance they were able to drive off in an hour after they arrived. I am very happy with the professional service that John and his team provided definitely will buy and recommend anyone that needs a car to go visit John
