Great customer service they walk you through all your options and actually help find something in your price range instead of pushing a car you can't actually afford I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone searching for a vehicle

they are ok... not as good as brand dealerships.. expect to put in 2,000 of repairs into the car.. if your lucky they will pay half.. their are okay, not as bad as the places in Toronto.. half decent price for half decent cars..

Jamie and Gabor dealt with me in a polite and courteous manner and eased my stress of the situation by assisting me in all my needs. I ended up getting the same make, model and year of my old car and was completely satisfied with the purchase. Jamie and Gabor went above and beyond by making sure all the financials, etc. went through by the time I required the vehicle and even made a home visit when the bank required additional signatures! Purchased a car from Trips in the summer, and got two warranties (which I was very skeptical about at the time). One of the warranties covers tires. Well, this past weekend, I drove to my mom's in Toronto and got a flat tire two hours away from home. I didn't have my warranty information on me, so I called Trips. The person on the phone didn't have access to it, even though they sold it to me. They ended up providing me with the wrong number. I had to fix the tire myself, with no help from Trips or the warranty. I did contact the warranty company the following day. The person that I spoke to there didn't know anything about it and advised that I call back the next day to speak to someone that does. What kind of useless warranty company did Trips sell me on? I'll be leaving a review on their page as well. At the time, Trips told me that they don't make commissions off of their warranty sales. I wonder if this was a lie? When you need their help, they seem ineffective - but when they're trying to sell you a car, they won't stop calling.

My husband and I went to look at cars at Trips auto. We are completely aware it's a commission game, we are also aware that car sales are pushy...but this was beyond. We were on our way to take me to work and were driving by. We only had a few minutes but thought we would take a quick look. A lady came out to greet us which was fantastic! We explained we only had a few minutes but were very greatful she was going to offer us her card. She kept pushing an appointment on us stating 'they do things backwards' and they have to do the credit approval to see where we stand and what we were eligable for before selecting a car. We didnt have the time, nor did we need or want the financing. We kept saying we didn't want the appointment right now and we didn't want to book one. Maybe they do have exactly what we wee looking for, but now we wont know as we have no intention of going back. UPDATE- the owner himself called me too give his most sincere apologizies. The girl that helped us was 'new' and should never have acted the way she did. He said she would be going back for retraining. We still took our business elsewhere.
