I reached out to this car lot via Facebook marketplace and I wanted to check out his website, it doesn’t work so I told him that he website was down and Shoron told me to buy a car somewhere else that has a website and that he “doesn’t need to maintain his website” no wonder these reviews are mainly bad, terrible customer service. What a joke

We often need used minivans and wagons for our painting company, Ecopainting Inc. I am glad I came across this used car business. We purchased a used Kia Sedona and Dodge Journey recently. Both times, the customer service was excellent. You leave thinking that you got good value and a good car and thinking that if anything is wrong, they will take care of it, no questions asked! We go through a few used cars in our business, now I know where to get them from. 5 Star Service!

I had the pleasure to meet with Arjun, a really nice person. He convinced me to buy a car, and after 3 months I have to say it was worth to partner with him. He provided a good customer service and tried as much as possible to make things simple. I bought a 10 years old car, and he agreed a month of warranty. As well his price positioning is really interesting.

Went there based on their positive reviews. I met Arjun who patiently showed me their inventory and allowed to test drive any of them without previous booking and holding any documents. Very honest person. Purchased a 2010 Mitsubishi Outlander and very satisfied. Their price is also very good and they offered and wrote on bill of sale 30 days bumper to bumper warranty.

I went in for a wheel alignment only because I had my ball joints replaced when I left my car was 10 times worse it pulls to the left the steering wheel and if I let go I go right across the lanes to the right I called them they won't do nothing about it so I have to look now for a new place to have another wheel alignment which is going to cost me more money so if anyone out there has any suggestions I just don't want to have to pay $100 for a wheel alignment please post it

Bought a vehicle from them in the Summer at asking price and asked for them to throw in set of separate used winter tires. They agreed, wrote down that the tires were added on the paper work even. And I was more or less pleased with the transaction. But winter came and when I tried to change the tires they were the wrong size. Called to simply ask if I could come in and exchange the tires for ones that fit as I was promised, but was refused. If you think you will be able to argue your way out of that situation good luck if you get the guy who's English is barely understandable.
