If I could give him a NO star I would!!!... I bought a suv just under 4 months ago. Saftyed and ready to go... 2 weeks ago I needed to breaks and break paid replaced!!! And well yesterday my truck died while driving and then today my engine light is on and my truck won't start up at all!!! I have taken my truck back 3 times before this and he says there was nothing wrong.. I called him back today and iv been told by 3 different shops I need a new alternator so I told him I needed a new one and I told him not after 4 months of owning the vehicle should I need a new alternator.... he said rudely "there is nothing he can do about it"... wow... just under 5000$ for my suv!!! I'm a single female who pays all my own bills and work daily to have what I have.. I can't believe I gotten taken advantage of by 5 star!!! While calling other shops today I called the shop beside 5star and he told me 5 star has NOT had a mechanic for 4 months now, as he helps him out sometimes!!!! Wow... do not go here PLEASE

Don’t give this place your business. You want to do business with people who, when things go wrong, listen to feedback and make things right. I had tires installed here while travelling in the Brantford area. A few months later, when I had these tires removed at the end of the season, I was informed by the mechanics - and a secondary mechanic for a second opinion - that a piece had been damaged during the initial installation, which required a $300 repair. I was even told that it was a miracle I didn’t have problems, as the tire was not safely secured. When I called Five Star Auto to inform them of this, the manager I spoke with assumed that I was looking for financial reimbursement (I was not; they did not ask and had no interest in listening), refused to take any ownership of this or of their mechanics’ workmanship, and hung up on me. (I was being polite, speaking evenly, and using professional language. Hanging up on me was absolutely unjustified. Not being willing to learn from your customers’ feedback is a terrible business practice.) I don’t expect that everything goes perfectly when getting my car serviced. When mistakes are made, I do expect that I will be listened to, provided a proper explanation, and that steps will be taken to make sure this experience is not repeated. Not so with Five Star Auto. Just know that if you have a problem, Five Star Auto is hanging up.

I came to know about them from a colleague of mine who told me that they supply certified cars.I went to them and i saw that they had a collection of good used cars for sale . I took three cars and they were very helpful throughout the used vehicle finance too.i was very much satisfied with their car service they provided me.

Got some new snow tires for my Impala here. Had a hard time finding the size for my car at a reasonable price. They not only found them, they ordered them in, had them the next day and installed them. Great guys to deal with. Very happy with the service here.

If you want to be treated like absolute garbage, this is the "dealership" for you! First we dealt with an employee who lacks major communication skills with his boss, and then dealt with the owner/boss himself whom was extremely arrogant and had a horrendous attitude with us, as potential customers. Let's just mention, we had the CASH in hand, of the agreed upon price stated by the employee- which apparently wasn't at all discussed with the boss. Apon showing the owner proof of the price given by the employee- we were treated like complete idiots. Resulting in us taking our money and walking out the door as fast as we came in. I'd suggest some major customer service skills training for the owner.

Worst place ever! If i could give less then one star I would! Their name is extremely misleading! We bought two cars from them, had nothing but prblms with the cars and kept having to take them back only to be told they've been 'fixed. They lie, cheat and steal. You gotta go through OMVIC to get them to actually fix the cars. Lots of bad reviews about them and lots of files on them with OMVIC. Do some research first. Think twice about dealing with them and go somewhere else. If you want nothing but headaches and confrontations then by all means, go to No Star Auto.

Good service, accurate time frame for service. Bought a pair of snows off them, giving a 3 star review because the tires were more worn then told. Still a fair price, just not the deal I thought I was getting. Checked on a thread gage at home barely over 60% sold to me as 75%

DONT BUY FROM THIS DEALER PLEASE . we bought this vehicle from them and repeatedly had to bring vehicle back to get them to fix things that they said they would fix before they even sold to us. the salesman said (ALL) fluids would be flushed and serviced . I guess they don't realise there is more than just oil in a vehicle. and the windshield still leaks.

Bought a car I love but 3 days later had to get oil change picked up car and it was on empty fog light wasn't fixed during safety and now only 3 weeks later ac doesn't work and traction light is on. Poor communication I have had to call them to find out if it was ready to pick it up everytime only to find out they needed more time

Got a 2010 Dodge Journey .from five star auto in Brantford. About five months ago. When I got car from them there were many problems with the car. They told me in the office before I even got the car they'll get it all fixed. They fixed a fuw thing .then told me there not spending any more of there money to fix the car. even after they told me before I got the car they would fix it all .now I just spent 4000 of my money to get the rest fixed. And it's still having problems with the key. Would not recommend five star auto to anyone

It's too bad most people only write a review when they have a negative experience, and not when they a positive experience. I could not recommend Five Star Auto more. Our family, relatives, and friends have all bought vehicles from Five Star and are glad they did so. People need to understand that they're purchasing a used vehicle, and not a brand new vehicle. Things are going to happen. I can guarantee there are many other happy customers just like myself who continue to support honest and hardworking business owners like Five Star.

-100 stars... Sold me a broken suv.had to replace basically everything. Cost me over 15.000. just in parts .thats not including labor fees. At end of lease they were suppose too give me the second key . And they didn't .put 16000 km on car had to replace transmission. I do not recommend anyone to this dealership...

We were so happy to buy our second car. Came in with our 3 year old and we’re excited to buy a second car to help our family. This car was meant to be road safe and in good mechanical condition. Not a week later we found out this car is in horrible mechanical condition. After a diagnosis we found 14 issues including faulty transmission, issues with the breaks, airbags, sensors, wiring, clutch ( to mention a few of the issues). The mechanics at Ford said there is NO way that car is safe for the road in this state. The employees do NOT care and sold us a horrible car without a second thought. They have since shown up at our house when we asked them to take their car back and give us a refund. Sent threatening emails that’s we “better do it their way” It has been the worst experience ever. I have never seen such crooked humans and dealership in my life. We are going to make complaints to MTO and OMVIC and Better Business Bureau. We are probably stuck with this horrible vehicle and lost our money but if we can save anyone else from this place. Please please please go somewhere else. You’ll save yourself money, time, stress. One star is too many stars.

Jimmy he advertised carbon fibre kit parts for c6 corvette for sale.I bought for 1900$ dollars. Nothing fits in my car..I called him couple times and he didn’t answer my phone calls.third time I called from my office phone and he picked up,I asked him to take is back and give me my money back and he refused. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM HIM.

They do not stand by their vehicles! Will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to advise. They don't seem to want to stand by the 6 month warranty. They fixed it once, however still having issues, and now the owner advises he doesn't have a mechanic, so can't help us out! I would not recommend this dealership ????
